Great experience with this cafe and bar I would highly recommend it to anyone in Paignton or passing through. Fantastic range of food and drink and the quality is 10 out of 10 too. The staff here are all really helpful and friendly, especially Charlie exceptional service time after time.I cannot wait to come return. Thank you to everyone involved.

A lovely friendly cafe with good service. My friend and I had a light lunch in the garden and it was very nice. Fresh, well cooked and presented well. The staff were very polite, cheerful and professional.

Popped in for lunch yesterday. And great service because..... even though....... Ordered and waiter came over and said kitchen had ran out of something. So chose again. Few mins later ran out of something else but would be very similar. The communication and sincerity was great ! Excellent attitude, courteous and took the 1st drinks for the little issues. These were little issues and loads would moan ! But the staff were great as I say and food was great. We def recommend people eat here !! And a tip left for hardworking staff.

The breakfast was as good as the rest of the fantastic menu available here ,definitely one of the best breakfasts I have had in paignton in a great venue that accepts dogs in which is a big plus. Well worth a visit

Always friendly service, good food and pleasant surroundings. It is such a shame that Torbay Road is pedestrianised this time of year and they are getting so little trade. Please go along and support them. They are dog friendly and our two pull us to go in there for the biscuits 😋

This place never disappoints me ,fantastic variety of food from seafood to sandwiches and tapas, Always beautifully presented and fresh. Great range of fresh coffee and drinks, They also do events and partys for all occasions. Worth trying out The staff are very friendly and welcoming every time I come in .

We can recall this café and bar opening after Covid and it has gone from strength to strength ever since. What you get here is customer focused staff, service with a smile and excellent choice of food from a scone to Tapas and many in between. We have never had any reason to complain quite the opposite in fact. The biggest issue for us was what to pick from the extensive menu and what a nice problem to have. Food is cooked fresh. As an added bonus on this trip was that I had not realised that I had left my phone on the table after leaving and I was soon reunited with it as the manager had taken the time to track me down, that is amazing, the next day we went for coffee and cake and the manager did jokingly say it was a one off offer returning my phone. Popped into this stunning cafe bar for a little lunch and treated myself to some lovely tapas well worth a visit thanks to sonny who served me very professional and to jaimie the chef for such a stunning lunch will def be back. Back again for another bit of lunch had a fantastic bowl of carbonara, didn't disappoint.

Just got back from The Local for lunch, my partner and I shared some tapas which was absolutely delicious. Especially the meatballs!! I will definitely be back and won't hesitate to recommend to friends. Everything from the service to the decor ws lovely. Thank you!

Popped into this cafe as looked stunning from outside was made really welcome from the member of staff sonny and ordered some tapas which was absolutely stunning many thanks to the chef It's a fantastic atmosphere with a great range of food and sweets Will definitely be back

A bit of a wait for food and drinks but not a problem as we were informed when we arrived. The food however was awful. My wife's baguette was dry and doughy with big blobs of butter inside. My sandwich had more butter than tuna mayo which made it nearly inedible.
