Great value for money. Food was tasty piping hot and a very varied menu to suit everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back for another meal.

Have been here several times for "Rocky's burgers" This Sunnday decided to have a roast dinner delivered! Absolutely spot on. Real home cooked food. Lots of it and delivered on time, plated up ready to eat! 10 out of 10

Absolutely the best Sunday lunch I’ve ever tasted the beef just melted in my mouth. Service was a little slow but was my fault as I hadn’t booked and they were very busy. Will defo give this pub 10/10 and will defo go back and book this time 😂

Exellent Service Very Friendly Nothing was too much for the Staff Food Was Hot and Generous Portions Breakfasts are Huge Steaks are Gorgeous and got to be Best Sunday Dinner in Newport And a Delivery Service as well..👍👍

Just been over with my husband for Sunday lunch and it was absolutely beautiful. Complements to the chef, everything was cooked perfectly we loved it. Warm welcomes as we entered the pub, nothing was any trouble. Wonderful service. Thank you so much, we will be back 🙂

Ate off Rockys menu, recreated from the 80s Restaurant in Baneswell. The restaurant is roomy and absolutely spotless, a relaxing atmosphere. Delicious burgers, the mushroom sauce was the same as I remember. Had salad and chips, fresh and tasty. Had a selection of relishes. Lovely milkshakes and desserts. Definitely will be back again!

First time out for a meal because of covid went to Man of Steel all covid regulations adhered to felt so safe staff where brilliant very professional, helpful and friendly and the food was beautiful, presented well piping hot delicious lovely friendly atmosphere couldn't recommend enough.

The Man of Steel is now offering delivery and take away meals. The whole menu is available, including the Rocky's menu. And the food is just as good as when you eat in. I've had both take away and delivery and both times the food was excellent! Well worth a try 👍

Came here to try the Rocky’s Menu as used to be a regular at the original Rocky’s menu. Food and presentation is identical. Absolutely stunning. Price is amazing and service even better. Defo recommend !!

Its been many years since ive visted the man of steel but so glad i did it has changed a lot ;friends and i went for the tradional rockys menu the southern burger and a fats dom absolutely divine ' must say staff was very nice made us all so welcome it was cosy and warm thank you for such a lovely evening we will be back 5 stars is a must .

I work away quite often and eat out for tea. Always try to find somewhere reasonably priced as working away pay only goes so far. What a find this place was. A few of the lads on site had been here and said how good the food was. Superb home cooked food with an offer of 2 for £12. Fantastic value. Beats the usual chain pub/restaurant food. 👍🏻

Absolutely gorgeous meal and a lovely friendly atmosphere , lovely and warm inside real fire burning , waitress very helpful and obliging . Would highly recommend for traditional homemade food and a love welcoming pub .

Debo decir que la comida aquí es perfecto. Siempre fresco y tamaño de comida son geniales. Si tienes la parrillada mixta no comer todo el día antes de ir. Es lugar de 10 / 10. Domingo almuerzo como lo mam para hacer su uso. Si no ha usted necesita.

Un Salto a almorzar en el bar estaba lleno, pasando pero preparó una mesa en el restaurante principal en petición, entiendo esta zona es normalmente usado solo para la cena. La comida era promedio-pub y a un precio razonable para lo que te dan, volveríamos si en el área de nuevo.

Gezellig en sfeervolle pub waar men prima kan eten. Eten is van prima kwaliteit en de service is goed en vlot.

Fuimos a El hombre de acero para el almuerzo, la comida increíble, un servicio fantástico.

The food was of a very high standard with charming friendly staff Great atmosphere, very clean establishment, Saturday night live entertainment well worth a visit

Food ok, service ok if you think students and newbys are good, limited menu, puddings very limited, The place was clean and tidy but as always the quality of the staff let's them down.
