Fabulous traditional no nonsense pub food in a fabulous traditional pub in the lovely market town of Lostwithiel. Traditional bar giving a very welcoming feel from both from the staff and regulars. Definitely worth the detour from the A30 on the way home to the M5. Will be back

Was extremely impressed with their new plymouth store! Went in and ordered a hot chocolate for my celiac mum and they went out of their way to use all new equipment and ingredients for her! Very impressed with the level of service there!

Excellent place for an Italian breakfast, excellent desserts too, friendly staff and welcoming place.

A really fantastic Sunday lunch in Christchurch! Service was extremely quick and the food was good. What impressed us the most were the fantastic stuff that worked here, when they saw my little boy had pinched all of my roast potatoes (instead of eating his own meal!) they brought me over extras with gravy too. It was a really lovely gesture and hugely appreciated. We wont hesitate to return here in the future!

Took a long time to receive our meals after the awkward start trying to work out if someone would come take our order or if we needed to go to the bar. Cheese was burnt on the salad and tasted like charcoal but rest of the meal was nice

Back pain meant my older wide couldn’t accompany me back to quirky Bridport . This meant no earache for me ! Sun shone and Costa flat white was as described. ( as it says on the tin!, an advert used to say ) Looks like a couple of young mothers had allowed their children to have a croissant fight leaving all the incriminating evidence under the nearby table but I think the blame for that sits with the parents rather than any of the staff who has ever were wonderful . I’ll be back when her painkillers are topped up !

Great place to meet friend for a coffee. St. Steven's castle good for a walk afterwards or cycle from Alderholt, Wimborne or Ringwood.

All I can say is how amazing customer service is here I was served by all three of Tensi, Tasha and mark and all three are such hard working individuals and giving it their all even with people becoming difficult as a barista/ manager I’d be super proud of how well this team is I hope they continue to work hard and keep giving their amazing customer service they are a asset to Costa

I must say I’m amazed that this store has received any negative reviews. I generally order via click and collect and my chosen flat white is always ready when I arrive. The staff are always upbeat, friendly and helpful and the coffee is great too.

Nos alojamos con amigos para un fin de semana de caminata en los hermosos Cotswolds. Este es un pub anticuado con excelente cerveza, un maravilloso ambiente tradicional y una cálida bienvenida personal. Las habitaciones son cómodas pero no elegantes. Es una lástima que la cocina esté cerrada actualmente, pero podemos volver a tomar una última pinta después de comer en otro lugar. A juzgar por el excelente desayuno, lo mejor sería comer aquí una vez que la cocina reabra. Sin duda volvería a visitar.

Loovvee this store, staff know us well enough (especially my mum) to know our usual drinks order although mine changes a lot 🤪 The staff served quickly, have a chat and always POLITE, I don't think anyone has ever been distant or rude. Only thing I'd say is AlWAYS check babyccinno temperatures, there are a couple of staff who consistently make them with HOT and I mean like 160°f milk, I forgot to check once and it burnt my 2yr olds mouth 😞😞😞 I still feel awful and it was months ago, don't be afraid to go back up and ask for another one, they are always apologetic and rectify immediately. Always a pleasant experience. Toilets and furniture need a massive upgrade though

Decided to try this place for my daughter’s birthday, as they have a small play area and it was a nice sunny day. Booked in advance as wasn’t sure how busy it would be. We arrived a lot earlier than expected, however the staff were happy to show us to the table early. Lots of choice on the menu and was advised of items not available. Sadly after ordering our meals, we were advised they only had one pie left, so two of had to change our choice. Portion sizes were good and kids were happy with their meals and loved the play area. The kids enjoyed it there so much, they convinced my parents to take them back today for lunch!

We only had ice cream, which was very nice , prices reasonable

Bar staff a lad with blond hair blowing bubble gum bubbles out of his mouth today getting spit from the white gum he was chewing. Had egg n chips. Eggs were full of lard. Bread was hard. Come home we both were sick all afternoon bringing up eggs. The pumpkin latte was nice. But won't be having any more food in there. We seen a dirty chef. Looked like the was on day release from layhill prison.
