Had to shout for service as the worker was busy in the back office doing what looked like Facebook!!!! No apologies for the delay or my having to shout. Even the next customer had the same issue. Coffee was OK but nothing to shout about. Even though it was quiet there were dirty mugs, etc on a few tables. Come on.... Customer service is far more important than Facebook!!!!!

I would like to warn everyone who is thinking of using this cafe, ordered a bacon roll, received a white bread roll with two slices of bacon in, five mouthfuls later it was all gone. £3.75 no value.

Since there's been a recent change of staff within the Weston-super-Mare Tesco Cafe, it has improved 100%👍 And I can honestly say that it was pretty awful before that change !!! And also Tesco Cafe has now become a nice friendly atmosphere 👍 Unlike before !!! Thank goodness Tesco made that change 👍 5th March 22. Seems like Tesco Cafe is becoming better by the Day 👍 The Staff within Tesco Cafe are now actually working together since the last of the Bad Member of Staff has gone 👍 Tesco Cafe is now actually becoming a nice little cafe 👍 Good Good 👍 Tesco Cafe has improved many fold compared to how it used to be !! And I feel qualified to say that as a regular long-term customer !! Brilliant 👍

A good selection of freshly made paninis and sandwiches accompanied by the usual beverages and all at great prices. I had a tuna and cheese melt and it was more than adequate whilst my wife had the new goats cheese panini which was so appetising. Pity about the staff who were more interested in gossiping with each other rather than clearing tables or serving customers which gave a greasy spoon appearance to what was in effect quite a pleasant place to eat.

Half cooked sausages... might as well just given it to me raw... Glad I didn't order via JustEat as it would have cost me £2 more for having a half cooked breakfast. won't be eating here again.

A huge disappointment compared to previous visits....kept waiting at the counter by 2 female members of staff who seemed totally disinterested in the job. Fryer out of action ...the breakfast tasted hours old as if it had just had a minutes blast in the microwave.

Visited the cafe today after months of being closed. Lovely new team and under new management. Lovely service and my drinks were brought to the table by a very friendly lady. We ordered 2 breakfasts which arrived to our table quickly and tasted great. Will be visiting regularly.

We came here for refreshments on our way back to the railway station for my daughter to catch her train back to Bristol. We are making a habit of this! It's very convenient, being a short walk from the station, plus the coffee and tea and snacks are really very good. The staff are efficient and friendly - and it's almost next door to the toilets! Really good, all round!

Visited the cafe about 3pm on 4th August, was going to have a pot of tea but on seeing the state of the cafe decided against it, the floor was filthy infact no where looked clean, even behind the till where they cook did not look clean with bits of old egg shell everywhere, I really think that the food standards agency should give this place a visit.

This has to be one of our favourite cafes after shopping. The tables are nicely spaced out and are cleaned after every customer has vacated, the tea is so refreshing, and the snacks very tasty. Prices are extremely reasonable. Staff are very helpful and jolly. We love Tesco Cafe and it's adjacent to the rearranged toilets (which are much more healthy now)!

I brought my daughter to Tesco Cafe for a refreshing cuppa. We were on our way back to the train station (she lives in Bristol). She was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of Tesco Cafe, very impressed indeed! The tea and cakes were splendid.

I always like coming to Tesco Cafe after my shopping, to have nice cup of tea or even a meal. I often used to meet friends here before the pandemic, and now we must start to resume our meetings here again. The tables are nicely spaced, the cafe is kept clean, the staff are pleasant and helpful. Give it a try!

It's so useful to have this cafe where you can have a sit down and a refreshing cuppa after shopping, or to meet a friend for a chinwag. We used to do this a lot before the pandemic! Now things seem to be returning to a bit more normalcy. Love this cafe, very nice baristas, so jolly and friendly. A wide selection of meals are on offer, too! It was here that I first tasted a fish finger wrap! Luscious indeed!

IAfter visiting another tesco cafe for breakfast we decided to try this one on our journey home. Oh what a disaster. Ordered at 9.40 and 2 cups of tea arrived quickly. We then waited and waited for a full cooked breakfast. At 10.05 i went to the counter to ask when would we receive food. Answer was "I have only just come no one has told me you wanted breakfast I am doing it now" No apology. The young waitress did hear me explain to my husband there was no apology and lwhen the lady who cooked breakfast arrived she did say sorry for the wait. By now our tea had been drunk and what i had saved was stone cold. The fried egg was hard as for sausage i have given better to the cat! The has brown was ok as was beans. Bacon was very nice what bit there was. Tesco should be ashamed to treat customers like this. NEVER AGAIN.

It's so good to see this popular local cafe in our very own Tesco still operating, albeit for takeaway only, during our Tier 3 Covid restrictions. The staff are delightful, very jolly and efficient. The tea and coffee we had today after shopping were excellent and very refreshing. Highly recommended!

During the Covid lockdown this popular cafe was closed so that a separate exit could be provided through the store. I am so pleased it's now been opened again with, of course, all the necessary Covid safety measures in place. I met my friend here and we had excellent tea and coffee. For our lunch we decided to try the fish finger sandwiches, a first for both of us! They were actually extremely tasty and so reasonably priced! Several (properly-distanced) patrons were also making the most of the reopening and were enjoying their food. The menu seems to have been expanded, which is all to the good. But this place is just so very convenient, being in the middle of Tesco. Plus the well-kept toilets are nearby! Why go to the High Street to eat??

I often meet my friend here and we usually have tea or coffee and a catchup. This time we had scrambled eggs on toast! And what a surprise! It was really very nice indeed! Next time we'll sample the fish finger wrap which someone other diner was enjoying. There is plentiful seating in this cafe which is in the middle of things, so a good place to have a gossip! Then do your shopping!

This cafe is the worst ever, either no staff or no food, tables always messy, totally unorganized... Coffee served in takeaway cups as the staff say they haven't time to wash the cups... I mean a café in a supermarket running out of essentials, it just doesn't make sense 🤔 you seriously need to up your game, shame on you Tesco for running a sham of a café. I would have given 0 stars but you can't!

Handy in store cafe in the large Tesco store in Weston super Mare. The coffee is great and the food is a good standard and always fresh. Close to the in store pharmacy and public toilets. Great if you are waiting to collect a prescription or after a big shop. Very handy for the train station too. Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating available. Prices slightly more expensive than your average cafe.

I was told there was nothing available GF for lunch & it's not just being told that but how I was dismissively told by a young male member of staff. There are Baked Potatoes etc but I wasn't told that. I'm a regular for Coffee etc so I know the staff are usually excellent....

We paid £20 as a couple to go to the Saturday evening sunset event. Unfortunately it was not great. We arrived at 6.30, by 7.15 still hadn’t got a drink despite asking several times. We were then told it was only cocktails, my partner is not a cocktail person and we only booked as it said we had a choice of beer wine or cocktail. Poor cocktail menu 2 with 3 choices all very similar. However we decided ok and finally got a drink. After then asking another 3 times to order food we left at 8.20, totally no organisation whatsoever! It was a shame as the singer was brilliant and location great but service totally awful. Complete waste of money!
