We only had ice cream, which was very nice , prices reasonable

As always when myself and my wife have a break in Weston we always go to Fellas to have the best freshly cooked fish in the resort. Beautiful batter and a big portion of chips. Thatchers cider is £3:50 a can and really cold and refreshing on a hot summers day right on the beachfront . Give it a try 👍

Avoid! Ordered fish chips mushy peas and curry sauce. Should have ran a mile when I saw they were using frozen chips but the worst of it was the ‘curry sauce’ it was runny and was not good at all I heard another customer also comment about the horrid curry sauce ( I’m annoyed I did not complain) The mushy peas were fine though and the fish was nicely battered though small. Never again I’ll stick with the ones opposite the pier, proper fresh cut chips and nice thick tasty curry sauce. I’ll never get that £10 back.

rubbish service. Overly aggressive worker trying to create trouble on teenagers? pathetic. The worker thought he was so cool too but realistically he was nothing but a mug as he unprofessionally let himself get aggravated by teens just playing golf. Won’t be coming back, he’s lucky we didn’t get his whole shop closed down with that behaviour.

Purely based on ice-cream only, they are good value and the strawberry and vanilla mixed whippy is amazing. A tub was £2. They also have chocolate whippy which is rare. However steer clear of the chips, they are just frozen and cooked.

Delicious home-made ice-cream. They have been here in Weston-super-Mare waaaay before most of the other ice cream parlours and stayed the distance for obvious reasons! Try the rest but actually treat yaseln to the best. "Super-Choc" for me pleeeeze.

Absolutely awful never had shop bought fish cakes so tiny in my life, sausages were disgusting chips were the worst , avoid

The fish was so bad that my wife and I both left it, I complain to the proprietor who said that it was fresh cod, it's texture resembled nothing like i'd seen before, I would not of even given it to the dog, at least she refunded my money

A burger the next size up from a slider and the chips , we'll raw . Returned them waited 10 minutes only to have a repeat of raw chips along with crispy bits and completely hard chips. Some may think the chips had just been refried the way they were. The whole lot including the now cold curry sauce was a huge disappointment.I didn't think it fair to leave for the birds so binned it all. To save you the same ...avoid and visit the restaurants to the left..the only reason we didn't go for a meal there is because we were eating in the evening.

Wouldn’t bother. £21 for one fish and chips and two lots of nuggets. Nuggets are definitely processed. Don’t taste like chicken at all! Had much better in swanage… I’ve had better on Weston pier. Wouldn’t recommend

Myself & my wife just popped in cos we fancied fish & chips. Got served quickly with 2 cups of tea. Sat in the covered section just to get from the sun. Served in 2 plastic containers with wooden forks. The chips were ok but I’ve had better. They state on the advertising board that the fish is skinless & boneless. And I must say they were right , the fish was a very good size and tasted lovely, I would that I’ve not had a better fish anywhere . So I would give 3-4 for the chips, but 5-5 for the fish,👍🍽

Business has been on the seafront for 80years it says, well surely by now you'd know how to make good real fish and chips... Chips taste like mccain frozen chips and batter on the fish is like doughnut batter really thick...so wish I didn't go in as I've had to write this review.. Only 2 customers eating under canopy, not a busy day how do you not put the effort in when you are not rushed...

Tired hungry & just fancied fish & chips should’ve known better £6.90 for cod & chips,the batter on fish was greasy & chips were frozen so not good avoid at all costs sorry

We enjoyed a fun game of crazy golf, (although it could do with a bit of weeding) after we sampled their fish and chips. It was very fresh and cooked to perfection. Nice staff and polite.

Been visiting since a young child in the late 1980's, best ice cream I could want.

I feel they don't even deserve one star but its the minimum! Waited well over half an hour with 3 small hungry children, woukdby have minded so much if we were pre-warned of a wait. The chips are the WORST I've ever had from a chippy. They were dry and tasteless, sausages more like cheap frozen bangers and the curry sauce was rank. Don't bother.

Very average food and unhelpfully they charge 30p for ketchup and mayo but don't tell you until afterward and the minimum spend on card is £1

Had to wait for order, but better freshly cooked than waiting about. Fish a little smaller than my Yorkshire standard but it was good. Plenty of chips of good standard. I'd be back if work ever send me this direction again.

Lovely piece of fish but definitely oven chips. Not really what you expect from a seafront fish & chip shop.

Owned by a very friendly elderly couple, use too eat there every summer but as time went on didn’t have the time, good if you want chips and a game of gold however I don’t think they cater for those like college students either no college deals, however great service and a good couple

Avoid Fella’s Kiosk if you intend to grab an ice cream. As local residents who has been weekly visitors since lockdown measures were reduced we have been kean to support local businesses. Always buying two large ice creams and a kiddie cone. Went today to be greeted by a miserable older lady who proceeded to give the most shockingly small kiddie cone I’ve ever seen. The ice cream was gone after TWO licks from a 3 year old! Pic attached taken after those two licks and less than 2 yards from the kiosk. Cone not even covered and melting instantly! To add further insult the cone was totally stale. Did remonstrate with the lady and in hindsight I wish I’d refused to pay for it - suffice to say we didn’t have our regular two cones having felt utterly ripped off. Won’t be returning. She argued she had put it into the cone but even that turned out to be utter rubbish as there was virtually nothing in there at all. Very wrong to take advantage of people like this.

A small kiosk centrally located across the road from the seafront of Weston Super Mare, that sell a great selection of delicious flavors of ice cream as well as various drinks plus fish & chips, I had a tub of the vanilla & strawberry whippy that was tasty but melted too quickly, friendly staff too.

Terrible fish and chips. The service is the slowest I've ever seen! They were cooking each order instead of having lots of chips ready to serve like a normal chip shop!! £22 for 3 kids meals 1 adult and a small chips, all of it added together would have been a standard portion anywhere else. Won't bother next time we are down there.

Worst fish and chips I have ever eaten! The fish was tiny, grey and greasy and the chips were frozen ones you would have in a cheap cafe. When I told the man serving behind the glass that we were not happy with our meals he couldn't give a hoot!! I tried to show him the difference between what we had been served and the picture outside the kiosk, which showed mouthwatering fish and REAL chips, he shrugged and said "Oh well, that's for display only"??? Don't buy from this awful place and then maybe the owners/staff will realize they can't get away with serving us this disgusting, revolting food!!

I ordered the "large" fish an chips with a portion of mushy peas and have to say I was pretty disappointed. The fish was no more than average in size. It looked good with nice crispy batter but that's all it was. The actual fish inside was a very thin fillet. Moving on to the chips, they were obviously straight out of a freezer and were again average. Finally the mushy peas came in a small pot and were without question the blandest I've ever tasted. An overall poor experience.

Awful customer service, sat on their bench outside to finish some food before hoping to play mini-golf. They started having a go at us saying we needed to pay first which was very aggressive and not a way to treat potential customers. Needless to say all they did was lose themselves custom.

This is an amazing little independent food and drink stand with a crazy golf course behind. There are TOO many choices of ice cream but they are all delicious and there is something for everyone. There is fish and chips, burgers and slush drinks as well and everything is done fully professionally. The staff are always really kind and I would recommend to anyone passing by

This is typical fish&chips take away with a sitting area. The food is no wow for sure. This is a first review for then, so I will give 4 stars. But I was between 3 and 4. They should give a proper forks and not a wooden sticks. Chips should be cooked better. Part of my fish was not cooked.

The variety of ice cream on offer is superb and mesmerising! Service was friendly and quick despite being the end of a long sunny bank holiday weekend - we were really impressed!

Might be okay for ice-cream but if you want good, traditional chips, this is certainly not the place .... they serve FROZEN chips🤮

Good food and the delivery time was adequate. I would suggest that the packaging is a bit sturdier as some of my food was coming out slightly but not a major issue and it is to be expected with take away food in general. Will definitely use again. Thanks for the food.

Not sure who fella is but he has a kiosk. I think he sell chips.. i also just assumed his gender. Fella could be not a fella or one of the other 16 made up genders.

Definitely NOT the place to be for fish and chips on the sea front. Was expecting and paid for 'traditional fish and chips' and received deep fried oven chips which where so dry inside, a triangle cod that I could have picked up from a frozen packet In the ASDA and some lumpy slop of curry that was mixed together from a packet probably the night before. Did not even get the chance to try their 'great' ice creams as the main food was disgusting. We where offered £1 back as a refund ? The lady did however grant a full refund after negotiation. We headed to the fish and chip shop a few minutes down and they where the real deal! Que a mile long, and now I know why. Lovely young lady who works there however, very polite and cheery.

Owner and staff always friendly and accommodating. Huge selection of ice creams to suit all tastes and budgets. Hot food and drinks too. A great place to sit and people watch. Been going there for years.
