I used to train front of house staff for a living, and have to say the helpfulness and attitude of Habib when he helped me find a table in an extremely busy restarant and explained the ordering process was above and beyond what I would hope to achieve with my past students. This young man is an excellent ambassador for your business and I hope you value him.

I am a Priority Pass holder and when I tried to redeem my entitlement this morning I was told “the machine isn’t working”. Having been fobbed off with this excuse before I insisted we try, and another team member was exceptionally helpful in processing my transaction. Lo and behold, the machine was working. I understand that sometimes the machine will not work, but staff should endeavour to at least try rather than being dismissive, as the first team member was. This is a paid scheme after all. The food itself was lovely and the rest of the visit continued without incident.

Breakfast bap was served cold. I didn’t have time to wait for a re-order. For the astronomical prices charged, the least you’d expect would be hot food.

Brigg & Stow is the weak link in the chain at Bristol Airport, an airport I find incredibly pleasant and easy to use. First up I should say the staff great and attentive - quick and easy service at the bar and the busboys and busgirls navigating their way through the stag and hen does clearing tables extremely quickly and efficiently. However the price and quality of the drinks on offer is ridiculous and screams "captive market, let's screw the punter", and this charge rests firmly on the shoulders of the management and on the overlords at SSP. £8 for a pint of Guinness or Madri in a dirty, unbranded glass - the glasses need replacing ASAP, they are beyond life expired - either that or the dishwasher needs a thorough deep clean. £7 for a bottle of Doom Bar. Food wise : I had breakfast here in November on my last trip through and it was no better quality than Wetherspoons - so much so that to save myself the tenner difference in price I made sure to have brekkers in the Spoons at Temple Meads before I boarded the airport bus. In a small airport where the alternatives are limited, offering easyJet quality at British Airways prices does not make for a good sendoff. It could possibly behove Bristol Airport if they ripped this faux-Spoons out and put in a real one, much as they have done at Stansted or Gatwick or Heathrow T5, because right now Bristol Airport's "flagship" bar is wanting, badly.

Ordered via order and pay. I ordered a burger and an Orchard Thieves cider. I was given Strongbow. My friend ordered her burger with sweet potato fries. It came with regular fries. They also tried to give her a gluten-free bun when this wasn't ordered. They can't get the basics right.

A masterclass in overcharge, underperform. It takes a very specific skill set to both savagely overcook a burger and simultaneously serve it cold and tough but somehow the kitchen rose to the challenge. A paltry smattering of lack lustre sweet potato fries did little to salvage what amounted to a disappointing dining experience. When one pays £20 for a burger, one hopes for a positive experience; alas it was not to be.

We were served by Habib and he was a really gentleman and very attentive to our orders and his customer service was amazing. Thank you for for kindness Habib ☺️✨👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

Absolutely rubbish. Ordering at the table wanted me to sign up for Google pay. Vegetarian options stated on menu not on the app. No assistance offered and none forth coming. Frankie & Benny talked to a waitress and good Vegetarian menu. 🤬😈

£55 for 2 breakfast meals and drinks - wouldn't have fed it to my dog, would have sent it back at half of the price - disgusting. Evident that quality is sacrificed for profits. Will never eat here on our visits to Bristol airport again, will stick to the other vendors.
