Kasia very helpful and cheerful. Well worth a visit.

£55 for 2 breakfast meals and drinks - wouldn't have fed it to my dog, would have sent it back at half of the price - disgusting. Evident that quality is sacrificed for profits. Will never eat here on our visits to Bristol airport again, will stick to the other vendors.

It's an airport gatro pub. Limited menu but very good burgers. You are paying at the airport prices. (Pint and double patty cheese burger with chips was £29)

Had a lovely breakfast here at Brigg&Stow. The food was very nice even so the place was rammed. I’ve never seen such a busy bar in my life. The staff is super efficient and they’re working very hard as a team. It’s might be not the best place in the world but the pace,the amount of people they’re dealing with it’s just extraordinary and they’re doing it very well. Thumb up for you guys! Keep up the good work!

Avoid the Eggs Benedict like the plague. Like the Plague, it'll leave you with a feeling of hopeless despair! The muffin was stone cold, no attempt even made to try to toast it. The ham (straight out of the fridge) was a single thin slice of the cheapest, pre-formed water-injected rubbish they could get their hands on. Whilst I'd normally complain at being given such a stingy portion of what is supposed to be hollandaise sauce, this time I was thankful as it tasted nothing like hollandaise and a lumpy consistency that suggested it was made with some of last week's leftovers. At least the poached eggs were fresh, but you get the distinct impression if there's a corner to cut then they'll take it. Truly awful, and for the princely sum of £12.99 you'd be better off eating your gloves and spending the money to buy a new pair. To top it off, there's nowhere to complain in the app and when I tried to get a member of staff's attention I was continuously ignored. Airport restaurants have a reputation for being overpriced and low quality but this really is on another level of awful. Lots of other bad reviews in here - followed up by promises from the management to use the feedback to improve the quality and service - prove that they're trying to save face by giving lip service. Their response to my review, which basically justifies the low quality food and implies I'm lying about the poor service days everything you need to know about them.

When you're a foreigner, it's wonderful to arrive at a restaurant where you're served with such kindness. In this case, Habib turns a simple wait for your flight into a pleasant dinner. Habid, thank you so much for your help and attention during our dinner.

I had already been in the airport for about 8 hours by the time I arrived at Brigg and Stow (due to KLM’s very poor service) and I was not in a good mood. I was served by Habib who was very helpful, friendly and understanding. It didn’t make up entirely for the food quality and expense but it certainly helped.

The online ordering service was clumsy and fiddly. There was an option to add two eggs to my roll but I only wanted one. There was an option to add "a dash" of milk to my tea but I want more than a dash. It would be so much easier to go to the counter and say what I want. Service was very quick and polite though and we did get more than a dash of milk.

Oh dear. Not a great experience. They might have been happier if I had gone somewhere else. Maybe I should have…. The results are in…. Welcome: zero Smile: zero Eye contact: zero Thank you for my purchase? zero It’s not my fault they are not in a happy job, but I expect a little effort for my custom. Professionalism please! Food? Fish & chips, a greasy batter ball with a hint of fish inside. Bad choice. I later got a coffee at nearby Solo, a far better experience. Smiles and thank yous all round and although not a major food outlet, the emphasis being on snacks and coffee, the Pieminster meals looked more palatable and priced more attractively, and healthy soups too. I would go there instead next time. You should too!
