I had fish and chips which were expensive and the chips were almost cold. The beer was neck oil, I thought I'd ordered a pint but clearly at £4.40 I hadn't, just a half wife had a chicken burger and a pint of morretti £7.79 a pint. I can't afford to go on holiday now that I've eaten in Bristol airport Brigg & Stow!!

Habib was a great server. Found us somewhere to sit and he was very attentive.

We were greeted by a waiter and shown a table. He didn't need to explain ordering as we have been before but was quick to say don't leave a tip on the app but on the table. Service was quick, food mediocre but only job waiter needed to do was bring it. Until we left when he directly asked me for a tip. He simply did what he was paid for so I just said thank you. A bit astonished at the cheek to be honest.

the bar here, considering the price of everything is pretty crap, ordered a double gin with sparkling water and lime, ended up walking away with a double gin and cucumber and a piece of lemon, then when asked if we could get more lemon, ended up with a slice of orange so needless to say it was quite a unique tasting gin. 😂

Wasn't expecting much from airport food but this is one of the worst locations I've been to. Ordered a very expensive Korean Chicken burger with chips. The burger was lukewarm and while the chips were hot there were approx. 8 of them. Drinks ordered were also forgotten. Very disappointing, don't even bother.

Was expensive for an airport bar - but stuck with it until the attached portion of chips came out at £4.99 They were clearly the dregs of the bag, in seasoned and when raised, I was told “thats how they come”

Kashia our waitress was brilliant showed me how to order the food. The food was hot and served quickly, had chicken burger and beef burger with fries delicious. Very filling. Drinks nice white wine and cider. Not overly expensive due to being in an airport. Mary

Convenient online ordering system. The food was very nice and it came quickly despite the busy timing. The staff was super friendly.

Habib was a great host, he explained the menu, showed us to our seats and explained how to order online! He’s the reason we stopped here at Bristol Airport - we had been heading to Frankie & Benny’s when he intercepted us! An airport pub is never the best, but as far as it goes it was ok, just reeeeaaaalllly expensive, but what should I expect as a captive audience?!!

Soul-less, overpriced, crap food. What a wasted opportunity, lots of people on holiday wanting a beer but they've managed a terrible atmosphere, tinny piped music, awful layout and completely soul-less, as far from a pub as a pub sort of place can be. Just bad and crap food.

Airport extremely busy. Could not find anywhere to sit at brigg and stow despite trying for a long time. Habib came to our rescue! He found us a table by moving some around and took his time searching for stools for us all. Friendly service from him. Thank you Habib! 🌟
