Awful customer service. Told I couldn't pay for my meze cakes upfront and would have to find the table, add them to a plate, and queue up again (no sign to indicate this). I was holding a small child at the time and couldn't hold both for the time it would take to queue again; so had to go without with a now crying child.

I took 40 members and volunteers from Patchway memory cafe for a visit and lunch , staff were so welcoming , and supporting , we had meals from the children and junior menu , which was plentiful, hot, and delicious

Awful stay away unless you want your kids to be served raw chicken goujons. Not even an apology staff said what do you want more or money back 😖

I’ve worked in the industry for 25 years. I could do better than some of these kids who work the front of house. They treat it as just a job with no real passion. The food is always great though

We were at the garden centre and decided to use the restuarant. There were about 6 people waiting already and it looked like there were no tables free, so a wait was in order. Of the people in front , one had a walking disability and was leaning hevily on a stick. As time passed we watched as the first 10 tables cleared and no one from the queue was let into sit. We were now 15 - 20 minutes in and the queue had risen to maybe 20 people and the empty tables I counted 16. So I mentioned it to a waiter who was serving tea, he disappeared and nothing happened. Another 5 or 10 minutes passed and there was an abundance of empty tables; the lady in front needed a seat as she had been standing over 30 minutes, so we went and got her one. During this time several waiting staff had been to the head of the queue to replace menus that had come from the empty tables and one waitress even stopped to drink her tea but none of them even spoke to the head of the queue; they just ignored them. I complained again and was told to complain to another person by the serving hatch who was wearing an apron because they were supervisors. I told the supervisor there were about 20 old age pensioners, some with walking difficulties and they were being ignored when they could be let in to at least sit down. I was told quite curtly 'I am serving customers'. What the HELL did she think we were?? After discussion she said the kitchen was backed up because everyone had ordered at once, so I pointed out that she was causing the problem because she was now going to have another 20 orders all at once whereas if she had allowed people in it would be a trickle. Eventually we were let in. I would have walked away but my wife is diabetic and has to eat so we ordered Quiche; I had a green salad. It arrived fairly quickly but my quiche was gritty and I left about a quarter as it wasn't very nice (my wife's was ok) and some of the cucumber my green salad had gone mushy and the leaves had gone brown - most of the salad was well past its best- I left all the salad. My Wife had chosen different options and they were ok. I would avoid this place at all costs! I would also recommend to who ever owns this place that they put the manager and some of their senior staff on written warnings because of the way they treat their customers and their lack of concern over disabled people.

Visited as one of a tour party. Personally but thought it’s menu wether a full meal or coffee and cake exceptionally expensive . All cakes what ever size large or small priced at £3.25p. Whilst the place was spotlessly clean and the staff well presented. I thought the staff became very flustered and disorganised with the number of people wanting their service Two coach loads plus others

The food was really good except I would like more healthy options. Especially more vegan options. The floor staff couldn’t control the flow of customers when it got really busy.

As nice as the menu is they need more healthier breakfast options and definitely more vegan options. All of the panini’s are made with animal products. There is more to food now than animal stuff.

Having a relaxing day off work so decided to visit Cadbury garden centre for a nice lunch. Pity thats what we did not get. Extremely noisy inside the restaurant, not the place for a relaxing meal. Order placed on a poor menu for jacket potato with cheese and baked beans. £7.95 Pot of tea for two.. £4.80 See my photo what arrived at the table. I need to give minimal description. Apart from, i had to go and hunt for a cube of butter for my spud. 3 reasons why i will not return… 1, very noisy 2 premium prices but very low standard of food. 3, Poor menu

Pre cooked food is never very good. The only thing fresh about the breakfasts were the poached eggs. Unfortunately the eggs Florentine were cold. £35+ wasted. Why do we bother with garden centre breakfasts. We surely don’t want cooked breakfast that can appear in well less than 20 minutes. I would rather wait for something fresh, especially at these prices. Try very hard not to go again. At least the coffee was hot, not like the previous occasion.

Not bad just expensive. To explain egg and cress baguette nearly £8 comes with ready salted crisps and a dry salad little dressing would really help. Two sandwich’s one pimms and an coffee over £26 Evan though staff are really nice up the food a bit

We’ve visited both the restaurants on this occasion. The staff in the Kipling restaurant walk around as if in a daze. A girl was walking around with her shoe laces undone which is a serious hazard. They took ages to serve their customers and clear tables. The main restaurant is up and down with the food being great and service being not so good

I went to the coffee shop and while we were in the queue one of the servers took some blue kitchen roll and blew her nose twice, we watched and waited for her to go and wash her hands but she put the tissue in her pocket and started serving the customers. I mentioned it to one of the ladies serving that she should go and wash her hands as she was breaking hygiene standards but nobody was interested, other customers also commented but nothing was done. I went to the customer service team who were more than happy to deal with my complaint. I find it absolutely disgusting that she would not wash her hands and I Will Not be going back there for food!!!!!!!

Visited first for coffee. Took 15 minutes to order coffee and a cheese scone. The scone was stale and inedible. It was replaced by another inedible one which the staff thought would be improved by microwaving it. Horrible. Did get my money back. Don’t know why but we stayed for lunch. Decent bit of beef but overcooked and cut too thinly, making it tough to chew. Vegetables undercooked. Not al dente, undercooked, and the broccoli looked well passed it’s best. Queues unbelievably long, restaurant in chaos with no management. Will never eat there again. undercooked

Had a really poor and over priced meal here today. Not the first time I've had a substandard meal here. Had the pancakes, with 'compote' and coconut yogurt. It was 3 small dry pancakes, 2 tiny ramekins' of brown goop and a tablespoon of yogurt., plus 1 drink for £12. A total rip off.

The food was nice, but half of our party were forgotten and after talking to someone we eventually (over an hour later) got our meals, but, their were items missing eg golden beetroot piccalilli,homemade red cabbage and caraway seed. Ploughmans expensive but a total wow. My three year old happy with cake and a toddler 5 item lunch, my dad happy with soup and although the bill was high.... the ploughmans really was a wow factor.

Set in what has now become more of an outlet centre, this is a very pleasent and airey restaurant with very frendly and helpful staff. Worth a stop for a coffee and a snack!

I absolutely love coming here with my little one, the staff are always so helpful and lovely. The food has always been amazing and good value of money.

This is a review for the restaurant (not Costa) and we could not fault it - 3 adults, 2 children, loads of choice (we arrived at 11:15 so had the choice of the breakfast menu, served until 11:30 or the main menu served from 11:30) so after much deliberating and mind changing we all plumped for main menu and we were not disappointed - we all thoroughly enjoyed our choices and it was delivered to our table with a smile and a friendly word in well under 10 minutes. We will not hesitate to return. There is also a play area for younger children within the restaurant although there is a charge.All the staff were friendly and helpful, tables were cleared promptly so the restaurant stayed a bright, clean, pleasant place to be in.

We have been regulars at the restaurant for several years. The upgrade tables etc is very good a really nice place to eat however the recent changed menu is far more expensive than in the past. Yes it provides choices of world foods but I'm afraid it's now off our travel list. Shame.

Cadbury garden costa coffee. Is the best costa. Coffee in North Somerset Somerset Drinks lovely and hot. Staff freindly. Polite and quick service. Even though really buisy I highly recomend this costa coffee shop

A massive ‘destination’ garden centre which (as most do these days) focuses more on ‘other stuff’ rather than plants. but that’s fine by me.. It has shops within the shop - FatFace, Mountain Warehouse, Clark’s, Costa to name a few. They really pushed the boat out this Christmas and the decorations and children’s activities were great. As well as Costa there is a big restaurant serving cake and coffee but also hot and cold lunches with a very varied menu. I’ve only tried the afternoon tea but it was very good. There is a very small soft play by the restaurant- but I would say suitable for up to about ages 6 max. Definitely Not worth going for alone. But if you have kids there will be entertained for a couple of hours looking round the pets, fish and toy shop for sure. Good for a wet day activity.

We hadn’t had breakfast here for some time as we hadn’t been impressed when we ate here before. Unfortunately things had not improved, in fact we thought standards had fallen back. Our breakfast was freshly cooked, or so we thought, but the sausages were hard and quite clearly warmed up, same with the hash browns and the bacon very smokey. We had the full English and with a cup of coffee with a piece of toast the price was nearly £26 for the two of us. Blue Diamond need to get a grip with the restaurant and make the same improvements that they have achieved with the rest of the business. It needs a massive face lift both with the food and the facility.

Visited the Cadbury Restaurant yesterday afternoon and unfortunately it was nothing special we ordered two filter coffees only got one and an americano and a message tell ‘em we’ve run out of filter now. The afternoon tea was lovely and great value but get the other cakes at £3.50 a slice was expensive especially as it was quite dry. Main gripe here is the state of the tables and chairs there seems to always be trays and plates etc piled up on tables awaiting staff to clear up and the tables and chairs look like they need a decent clean, watched a member of staff cleaning a table and it involved a token spray of the table and wipe around that didn’t involve the whole table. Not sure will bother again will use the Costa I store next time.

After a visit to the vastly improved garden centre, we stopped for a snack lunch at the restaurant. The place was heaving, but we found some seating and ordered our lunch. Expecting a long wait we were pleasantly surprised that the young waiters found us by their radio controlled table finder . The food was served hot and was excellent.

Good selection of cakes, lunches, good but not outstanding for the money, ordering system seems a bit odd sometimes, but generally food good. Beware the springy chairs, they're not the best!

The staff are very slow and can’t keep up with demand. They lack passion and desire. There was food on the pass waiting to go and the front of house had no idea what was going where.

We had ham egg and chips good size portions, hot, except that the food was served on COLD PLATES .Very fast service pleasant and helpful staff. all was very clean and tidy. A very good choice of meals on the menu.

Our meal yesterday lunchtime was amazing. I couldn’t fault it. The food was brilliant, and presented amazingly as you can see. Our food came within about 5 minutes, which was great. The restaurant was clean and tidy, lots of tables and decorated nicely. The portions were brilliant and it all looked so professional! 10/10! Will DEFINITELY be returning...I recommend highly!!

Staff rude and unhelpful. Complain about customers within earshot. Also they have an area outside the barrier for customers with dogs but make no attempt to encourage non dog owners to use the main tables. I've been there a number of times to find no where to sit as the dog friendly tables were taken by non dog owners whilst many main cafe tables were free. As they will not allow dogs in the main area we left without purchasing anything. Costa is now one of the only coffee houses that still do not allow dogs.

The last time I went here, back in September 2018, I was underwhelmed. The fish was very undercooked.

I'm local and visit the garden centre once or twice a month, I've only eaten here a couple of times as it wasn't great however a friend ate here on Wednesday and said they had a new menu and it was great. Well she wasn't wrong, it's not at all what you would expect from a garden centre. Amazing choice, better than any good gastro pub I've eaten in. Lovely presentation and good portions out way the increase in price. Burger looked stunning and my pork schnitzel was to die for. Will definitely eat here regularly over any pub lunch.

My family and I popped into Cadbury Garden Centre and whilst there had some lunch.All of us chose baked potatoes.

Myself and my family enjoyed a delicious breakfast here - the food was spot on and cooked to order and the service was quick and friendly with the staff doing everything to make us feel welcome. Our children also enjoyed the play area giving us adults some time to relax and enjoy our coffee.We will be going back very soon.

We were visiting Cadbury and decided to have a breakfast. The staff are really helpful and friendly but the food was served on cold plates in a very cold restaurant. The food was not very warm when it arrived but due to the cold plates and ambient room temperature and any heat in the food soon disappeared. The price is rather expensive and the portions not very large. We won’t bother again.

We weren’t intending to eat during a short visit but the food smelt so good we had roast beef and all the trimmings. It was utterly delicious and huge portion. Can highly recommend.

Visited the garden centre today to have a look around enjoy some Christmas atmosphere and decided to have the turkey Christmas lunch thick cold turkey, mashed and roast potatoes, stuffing and winter vegetables the meal was fantastic best I’ve ever tasted in a garden centre I certainly will be returning again

I thought i would try it again, why did I bother, 2 breakfasts, cold beans, uncooked sausages and mushrooms, burnt bacon beyond belief, egg undercooked, toast barely toasted, I watched as the food stacked up waiting to be sent to tables, they were there at least 5 minutes, and I only saw 1 person taking it to the tables, shocking is an understatement, will never go back again even it was the only food left on earth, my old school dinners were better than this.

As the garden centre is big it does take some time to see it all so sit down after a toilet break and have something to eat or drink as it cater for most tastes

The cafe was clean tidy and inviting. The menu has plenty of choices.

Apparently just taken over yet again so stock was very limited and the place had that half empty look. However, hopefully things will look up very soon and they may give better value for money than the previous owners.

Started off fine,meal arrived nearly as soon as we got to our table.but a big but all the food was inedible.fish hard and not cooked tasteless,the toast is was rock hard and cold,jacket potatoe not cooked hard and black.sausages sold out so ordered chicken nuggets kids meal for the 4 yr old in our party.the nuggets were awful and inedible.what is going on here we travelled all the way from Wales for a day out here ,how disappointing.also the plants looked straggly and past it and the costa coffee was not up to usual standard.you need to improve or you will fail.

Having recently cut out gluten and dairy from my diet, I have found most restaurants very accommodating. However today on my visit here there was only soya milk on offer and hardly anything on the lunch menu gluten free.

After standing in line for almost 15 minutes to place our order at the tills (2 out of 4 in operation) we were told on three different choices that they had sold out. Even a sandwich could not be provided as they had just run out of prawns. The lad on the till seemed to think this was funny, we did not. Will not be going back to the restaurant in this garden centre.

Delightful Father’s Day Brinch and plenty of it. Also classic breakfast and pastries available. Easily accommodated our family of 7. Nicely decorated and good service.

Visited here on a Tuesday lunch time when the garden centre wasn't too busy. The restaurant was not too full but there was quite a queue to order food, this was mainly because at the same time as ordering the meal you were asked whether you wanted hot drinks which were then prepared by the person taking your food order - dekays were inevitable with this system.

We popped in for lunch but they were so disorganised that after 27 minutes we still hadn't been served at the till - there was some sort of money off offer to pensioners and they hadn't opened enough tills to cope with the FOC free for all that has occurred - well I wont be going there again

Not sure if they have a new chef/cook at Cadbury but we decided on impulse to have a breakfast there this morning and it really wasn’t good. We ordered extra bacon, it didn’t come, the fried egg was solid and the bacon not cooked. The chap on the next table also suffered a solid egg. We won’t bother again.

We called in our coffee early, just after opening time. We know it gets busy later. There is a nice selection of teas for those who don't drink cooffee. It is a nice open space, but inside. There is outside seating too.

recommend you try the after tea it makes you feel really special been waited on, the staff were 1st class and nothing was too much trouble . the selection of sandwiches and cakes were lovely,been there 3 times and will go back again

We often go here with the kids to waste a few house to look around and enjoy looking at the animals, we usually have an over priced cup of tea and a slice of cake whilst the kids play in the play area. But is SO FRUSTRATING watching all the other kids play in there that havnt paid, time and time again, its not monitored what so ever, next time i wont be paying, i know its on only £1.50 per child, which its never bothered me before, but when i have 4 kids and paid £6 and nobody else has paid, im sick of it, no more. They shall be playing in there for free from now on!

Typical Wyevale with not a lot on sale today. Sales were on so trying to shift old stock. A few bargains but none of the franchises had anything exciting to buy. And what happened to the Farm Shop? As far as I could see it was the butchers department and very little else. All used to be so much better.
