Over price breakfast covered in grease under cooked..... empty headed staff

Cannot fault this place for a well cooked breakfast at a bargain price. Clean as a whistle. Friendly efficient staff. Balcony seating that let's you snoop on the people shopping below... like built in entertainment. Cakes looked lush. Lots of free parking because it's in a giant Tesco store.

My breakfast took 3 hours and its cold!

I came into this cafe to join a teams meeting as I was traveling, I ordered sausages, bacon and eggs, which were nice. But I was charged around £13 which seems a bit dramatic. Nonetheless service was good and the food did the job.

My only issue is that I added a note to my order, specifically requesting that the driver call me and not knock on the front door. However, the note was ignored and the driver woke my roommate up (they work nights, hence why I requested a phone call instead).

Basic breakfast, bacon a little over done for my liking and toast because it soaks up condensation wasn't crisp. Would order again from here.

The full English breakfast was cold, poor quality sausage and overcooked bacon. The egg and bacon brioche felt as though it was more for lunch rather than breakfast

Food was cold and driver left outside the door for half hour without knocking on the door and the app didn’t have his location on so could see where he was. Not happy

We stopped off for a hot drink and some scones. The service was good and the food was great value.

They do a basic breakfast for £5.25 which is quite acceptable. The decor is always clean and service prompt.

Plenty of room. Good range of cafe food and drinks, including healthy options. Breakfast served with various options. Small range of cakes. Free WiFi. Upstairs via trolley travelator or lift.

Simple menu, served quickly, friendly staff, fair price......beats going round the shopping Isles with the wife!

The toast was burned and my milkshake was all ice and little milkshake in there. Sweet potato fries also burned. Sausages are low quality. I paid too much for what I got. Won’t be getting from here again

Delicious food, amazing attention and lovely space

I do not know where to start, if you don't want value for money then this is the place for you. The cost to portion ratio is diabolical, if you want a baby portion then maybe it might be for you but it won't be cheap. The food standard isn't to any decent standard, there version of a grilled tomato looks a great deal like a fresh one. With the rest of the food tasting like it had been cooked in carboard oil. I do not recommend at all, I would just make the effort to go out to your local whetherspoons and that's saying something.

This cafe used to be brilliant, however having not ordered from here for a few months I am sad to say that the sausages have changed, the black pudding is the driest black pudding I have ever had and all the prices have gone up! Ends up being over £14 for not even a full plate. I unfortunately cannot reccomend.

Superb breakfast. Not greasy, perfectly cooked, well packaged and presented. I can honestly find no fault with the food at all. Highly recommended.

I have eaten here most weeks in 2021 and the food is always very good, tasty, warm and varied. Staff and manager charming and friendly and service is speedy. Tables spaced out and wiped clean often. Relaxing atmosphere and a great place to chat with friends.

5 stars for customer service but only 1 star 🌟 for the breakfast 1 each of things not enough to fill a little child up £5 and then asked for salt and pepper for 2 people and only got 1 of each must be a shortage on salt and pepper sachets

How can someone not pack SO many items??!!! Absolutely terrible service! Half of our breakfast bundle was missing, 1 milkshake and 2 bakery items!! A total of about £12.75 missing!!! That is half our order! Absolutely disgusting!

Shocking service ordered 4 items and only 3 things turned up and when I phoned up they said there was nothing that can be done no refund nothing shocking really when you spend over £3 for A drink

We paid extra for bacon and drinks and they didn’t come and there was no chance of getting through o speak to anyone. Also there was no option for sauces.

We had a half price voucher for a vegan breakfast so decided to give it a go. We were pretty satisfied, avacado, 2 vegan sausages (I'm sure this was Lynda MCartneys) beans mushroom, tomato and toast.I have a wheat allergy and I was a bit confused as to why they don't offer a gluten free option for toast, as most cafes do these days, especially as they sell them downstairs but the lady on the till have me an extra sausage instead😃

Every priced dreadful Coffee I ordered an expensive (for Tesco) Flat White - absolutely awful - straight from a machine - did not resemble a Flat White - more like muddy water with scum on the top!

I have never had such a stingy small portion of Macaroni cheese. It barely covered the bottom of the dish it was served in- not enough for a child let alone an adult!! £5.50 wasted!

Cheap and cheerful, very pleasant staff.

The time spent waiting in line to order and then waiting for one omlette to come to table made me feel better about my Macdonald's visits. If they're going to keep people waiting that long to order, they'd probably be better to introduce full waiter / waitress service at least you'd be comfortably seated!

My husband went to the Blandford store this morning and returned with the most disgusting croissants and bread ever. I wouldn’t even give them to my worst enemy!!!!!

Friendly, bright and cheerful. A good variety of snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the hot chocolate with extras.

Veggie sausages were so dry they were inedible and I had to pay full price for a burger even though I wasn't having the onion rings and chips. Don't be going back.

Sausage bloomer was tasteless. Tastier sausages would be nicer. Capocinno could be a bit stronger.

We had a lovely cooked to order breakfast. The staff were very polite and helpful. The tables chairs and general environment were very clean and tidy.

The person serving was very pleasant and helpful. My coffee was very good though I do prefer my coffee in a thinner and smaller cup. The hot chocolate was great the rest of the group were pleased with it.

Visited today Sunday 13/01/19 at approx 2.30pm Cafe was not busy, one assistant working, the other who I think was the Manager was stocking up. She walked past me 4 times like I wasn't there while the other member of staff was doing her best, the queue built up to 4 people waiting to be served, but she still carried on walking past us and made no effort to assist, at that point I walked out. Have used the Cafe for over 3 years, the staff has always been very good and the food well presented. This member of your staff should be trained to serve first and stock up later. Was she in a rush to close!! Needless to say you have lost a loyal customer

This Tesco Cafe is friendly good service and food

Firstly I fully appreciate with the recent weather it has made things difficult. However having just visited Tesco Fleetsbridge we decided to use The Café. Unfortunately even though the store was terribly busy and the car-park full the café was only serving drinks. Apparently not enough staff turned in. Ok we understood but what was annoying was that there was no notice to indicate that only drinks were being served, no apologies only a casually dressed male person every now and again informing customers of the status. Again no apologies just an abrupt "only drinks". Good customer service goes along way, customers understand, poor customer service stops customers coming.

The tesco cafe is a good place to have some thing to eat and drink.

Myself and my partner were very hungry so against our better judgement we opted for a no frills all day cooked breakfast. The quality was low as expected but meal arrived nearly cold! We were too hungry and in rush to complain at the time but later we suffered from food poisoning! Shocking standards serving what appeared to be microwaved food cooked much earlier! I have yet to receive a reply from Tesco but I would highly recommend avoiding this cafe where possible.

Yes it was a busy day but no cakes at 3.15 in the afternoon! Tables left uncleared and generally very disappointing.

Normalmente uso la Tesco Cafe en Poole Fleetsbridge para desayunar al hacer el comercial. Gran renovación. Incluso más brillante y más cómodas, con una gama más simple de los desayunos, bebidas calientes y frías y aperitivos.El personal todavía son muy amable y eficiente.La desventaja es que para el desayuno de la fachada del bar comida parece una caja tapiada y no puedes ver lo que está en orden o la condición de los alimentos del desayuno o qué opción tienes. No confíes en el mostrador de entender lo que quieren. Suponemos que este es el mismo para el almuerzo.La ventaja es que el desayuno recién preparado están mucho mejor que antes, sin el problema de tener comida que ha estado bajo la luz caliente durante demasiado tiempo.También parece que hay un lugar designado para los tranvías mientras estás usando el café. Mucho mejor.

En general, desde la nueva gestión ahora es muy luminoso y confortable, que sirve una amplia variedad de relación calidad-precio desayunos cocinados, bebidas calientes y frías y aperitivos.El personal es muy amable y eficiente. El problema es que a veces las cosas de desayuno bajo las luces han sido durante demasiado tiempo y convertido en quemado y seco y algunos de los empleados no ven esto como un problema y no sustituir hasta que ha desaparecido. Dicho esto si es mencionado se reemplazan con productos frescos.El único problema es que no hay zona designada para guardar los carros mientras estás usando el café. Los carros junto a desorden mesas.Tanto debería ser fácil de resolver.
