Customer service is always excellent in Nero and I’ve never had an issue until today. I was waiting to be served when I heard an employee shouting at her coworker. This behaviour is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, poor coworker… I can’t even imagine how her day must’ve of been like after that. I felt horrible for her. Not only was I around but other customers were behind me too. Honestly, this made me very upset. I asked for the names of the employees to the poor girl. ‘Chloe’ this behaviour is appalling. I always give the benefit of the doubt when someone is stressed as I can imagine this job isn’t for the weak however, this has not been the first time I’ve experienced ‘Chloe’ being arrogant and rude. I pray that someone does something about this!

This was the second time we had visited the Fox & Hounds and again we wasn't disappointed - a great find! Lovely quaint pub with lots of history, comfortable seating in the many alcoves or in the traditional restaurant with white linen. Staff were as friendly as ever, the menu was varied and the food delicious and well presented! We will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Recommended as a good cocktail bar. Cocktail menu on the wall. They don’t serve cocktails on Saturdays. Disappointing

Extremely inefficient staff. Very very slow service at an off-peak time. Seems the two staff on shift are either clearly trainee or just clueless. The girl keeps hiding when one or two people walk in. Customers walking out!!

Well run pub which has dart boards and pool tables, TV's all round and normally a good few bitters . Close to Crawley football ground which is a 5 minute walk away.

We came across the Eyston Arms as we were driving around Oxfordshire and decided on a spur of the moment lunch. Don't let the nondescript appearance of the pub from the roadside put you off. Inside it's an impressive and traditional English pub/restaurant with lovely features. Despite not having booked we were found a table in the busy restaurant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Nice touches on the table - linen napkins, fresh flowers. We chose a starter and dessert for lunch, both of which were excellent. Thanks to all for a great time.
