Came in for a draft Coca Cola with my son and his dad, who is disabled. The chair collapsed into pieces as he sat on it. The manager didn’t even come and ask if he was ok, he just ignored us. I will be filing complaint. There’s no excuse for the managers rude ignorance.

Lovely fish and chips by the sea

Very disappointing. Expensive for what it is and seems to have gone downhill. Lovely building and environment but food not very warm, fish and chips greasy and burger very average A shame

Pre holiday dinner. Conveniently located a short drive from Travel Lodge Gatwick Central. Lovely food, attentive staff. Seating nicely spaced out.

Aparte de Jake Stockford, que imho necesita ascender a la alta dirección i/c un pub Spoon, preferiblemente thOxford Swan & Castle, esta mina de oro apisonada (es decir, a la Compañía) de un pub es bastante pésima. A menudo, el servicio sutil, hostil al cliente o francamente grosero del personal de bar nuevo y más experimentado hasta gran parte de la administración allí, necesita ser abordado con mucha URGENCIA.

Once again great meal love love the new Caesar salad flat bread cant get enough of it hubby had Fish cake melt in the middle friend had Caesar flatbread too wonderful flavours as our Server Tash the Manageress said BANGING lol we go every week great staff High 5*** to John and his team Jen and Tash and Kim the Manageress always makes us feel so welcome see you next week x

A very smart Wetherspoons. Architecturally a good blend of the original building and a huge new extension. Plenty of outside and inside space with several terraces.

An outstanding meal in the heart of Oxford and a stones throw from university parks! The food was universally delicious and outstanding value for money on the set menu! What made the meal so special however was the outstanding service we received from John (our main waiter) and the team at Oxford Browns! He was such good fun, perfectly attentive and nothing was too much effort! Add a beautiful dining room with excellent facilities and you have a first class experience awaiting you next time you are in Oxford!

I recommend the very affordable and satisfying breakfast, which includes free coffee refills. The bar also offers a great selection of reasonably priced drinks, including many local beers and ciders served from casks. The staff were very friendly. The walls are decorated with interesting posters about local historic buildings and notable people.

Food and service in general were OK .. but not £28.46p for 3 pints of Guinness.. no wonder I was not offered a till receipt.
