The restaurant is always clean and tidy and the products are always displayed neatly in the ŕestaurant. When I have visited the restaurant and I have spoken to the staff they ķnow exactly what they are talking about, and the atmosphere is good. The staff are always professional.

This wimpy is one of the better ones. Clean, light and airy. Service is good, fast and friendly. I tried the fish in a bun for the first time and it was great...it is much much better than Macdonald's. Will visit again.

Food was very sickling way to much burger sauce , burger was cold , Door in ladies got stuck so daughter couldn't get out , informed to the bloke that served us ..looked as though I was lying ..not going her again rude staff and food was disgusting

Really lovely place. The staff are friendly and efficient, the food is cooked to order and really tasty. And it's all very clean with a modern and stylish decor. Amazing value and highly recommended.

Wimpy, far, and few between now, so it was nice to find one in Sittingbourne High Street. It's such a shame you only get 20 minutes of parking. Wimpy was a little rushed, but that's the council's for you........greed, don't care about the high street or the business.

We called in for breakfast again as we thoroughly enjoyed it before. It was exceptionally good and worth every penny. We have tried other places but Wimpy Breakfasts come out the Best.

supposed to be thick shakes and they are runny like water but no matter there is no strawer to drink it with anyways very expensive for substandard food.

Had some fish and chips. Fish was looking good, nice even colour crust but it wasn’t cooked inside 🤯 raw fish it’s disgusting. Clean place, lots of space inside, quick service, no people at that time. As my friend says if a food place is empty that means the food is not tasty 😏 never back again

Nice place, similar to the old wimpy food wise, but very expensive. Wouldn't want to take a family of for out for a meal here, you might as well go to a restaurant it would cost a similar amount

Not a proper wimpy , the only thing real was the actual burger pattie. The chips were cheap kebab chips, just shy of £24 for two burgers and chips and 2 glasses of Pepsi which was watered down with ice. Staff are lazy, wouldn't even bring you the bill so it's a guess at the end how much you spend and how much service charge you pay. Tried it twice now first time they forgot we were there, serverd a table of 13 that came in after us, thought we would try again a year or so later. Still as bad a experience as the first. I love a wimpy, but this like most food outlets in sittingbourne is over priced and not the best of its class.

Very polite and considerate people who run the place. The space is clean and quiet. Fast service. Always wins my preference over any other fast food chains.

This place earns 5 stars all the way from me visited 23/04/23 and had the bean burger and chips and the wife had a normal burger and chips ...very friendly and polite staff and management...will definitely be back

Terrible food! Came in as had not seen/been in wimpy for years. Very clean and friendly staff but the food is less quality than war rations. Had a texas bbq burger, could not take bbq burger was dripping fluid out basic cheap bun, had no real taste and was very wet, chips again just basic cheap ones and not fully cooked. Ketchup is like watered down cheap ketchup. Milkshake was drinkable but I had banana and could see the dark yellow old style syrup making its way to the bottom and not enjoyable at all. Will definitely never enter a wimpy again and can see now why most have shut. Prices of a gourmet 5* restaurant for food the quality of bin leftovers.

Visited for a nostalgic hit as I'd not seen a Wimpy since the 80's (and to get away from the stench of weed that seems to hang over the high street). friendly staff but that's the only positive....think bad kebab shop food and lower the bar...makes McDonald's seem gormet

The chips weren't cooked much and was cold. The onion ring's wasnt cooked and was also cold as was the burger. I won't be ordering from them again

Chips cold. Chicken burger missing the sauce so was dry and was over cooked. The wrap was edible but luke warm. Never again

So we visited this wimpy due to nostalgia, see if vaguely reminded me as being a kid! The answer is no, it was super expensive for mediocre food at best , the only thing that was good was the milkshakes but at £5 they should be . Won’t be going back

Haven’t had Wimpy before & don’t think I will again. Burger was pretty tasteless and warm not hot. Chips were lovely and hot but small portion for price & unsalted, no condiments offered. Staff were prompt and efficient but a smile when serving would have been nice.

. Today it was a lot better we had menus handed to as we went to our table and we was served very quickly. It was very quiet today

The food is not bad just average but will say this it's well overpriced it not wimpy just using a old name it's a average cafe go elsewhere pay about half the cost

Extremely over priced -20 quid for a burger with no chips or drink. Side of sauce size beans and chicken strips which were probably chicks by the size of them. To top it off the burger was burnt black and smelled burnt and to add to the delightful experience there was a foreign bug in the lettuce/ sauce. "Contacted the store, they said, well we can't see any bugs in the lettuce in here" I won't be eating here or recommending this again. Unless you would like a bushtucker trial.

Not great, I ordered a spicy bean burger to go and didn't check my order as had to run. On opening my order I found a meat burger which wasn't that nice.

There was no straws and the price I paid for this food it was not worth it at all

I have found memerories of Wimpy as a youngster, so didn't hesitate when someone in the group of 5 of us suggested Wimpy for lunch. Big mistake! over £65 for 5 basic cheese bugers and chip, a few sides and a drink each. No wonder it was empty. Next time I will stick to McDonalds, at least you know the food is good and you will not be ripped off! Never again!

I ordered a whimpy king-size and got a small burger and I paid over £17 for the meal. Whimpy is a rip off everything is very over priced I won't be ordering from them ever again Iv contacted just eat still waiting for a reply and a refund. Food is not that great should have ordered mcdonalds instead.....

So overpriced and only received a few cold chips

Nice and clean. A bit on the expensive side and the burgers are a bit thin, I would advise anyone to make sure they would go for the double or triple burger options as they are so thin I'm a single burger person normally but really wished I went for the double burger 🍔 otherwise a nice burger

Me and my gf came in and sat down , we ordered burger and chips , chicken with salad and chips as it looked good on the menu before I ordered it I asked the man does the burger come with chips , he said yes , then I Paid over £36 , it came out small portions, burger came with no chips and chicken and salad with chips came out small for the price over a £10 , wasn’t full , but for what I got …….. I rather go to McDonald’s as they give you right amount of food for the price

Very mediocre food, and expensive compared to competitors. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and milk shake as a meal which cost £10.40, twice as much as an equivalent meal from McDonalds, and to be brutally honest, McDonalds burgers are much tastier. My cheeseburger was tasteless, Salad was limp, and it wasn't even presented very well, with half the cheese hanging out of the burger, and stuck to the paper it was wrapped in. Menu's are not very easy to read, and pricing is a tad confusing, hence why I was shocked that a single cheeseburger, fries and milk shake should cost OVER £10. Needless to say, this was my first, and definitely my last visit to a Wimpy bar, no wonder the place was empty when I visited at lunch time. This should be a busy period for most restaurants, but there were only two other customers sitting in there when I visited. I should have realised why the place was deserted, but I was hungry, so I placed an order. NEVER AGAIN.

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received. The food was late so when I called wimpy, the staff couldn't care less and said it was a just eat problem. When the food arrived it was stone cold. Never again will I use wimpy in sittingbourne !!! Abysmal service !!

The quarter pounder Burger I received was definitely not a Wimpy Burger but a cheap replacement. It was also burnt to a cinder I should have complained but I had a train to catch. Avoid this Restaurant and go to the Wimpy in Strood which is genuine and excellent.

Normally OK but found a hair on plate and was given £2 off of meal. Watch out when you are purchasing a kids meal as they an extra £1.35 for beans or peas!!!

By far the worst Wimpy I’ve ever been too. I understand why wimpy is a dying breed of food restaurant. Chips awful. Hard and from a frozen bag. Nothing special at all. Bland. Had these with cheese and it was microwaved to an inch of its life. Cheese was rock hard. Burgers were disgusting. Hard fatty bits in both burgers. Breakfast bap was decent. For nearly £50 I’d expect a lot better. Should have gone to the local cafe. This experience will stop me going to any other wimpy moving forward.
