wrong food and very cold wraps not toasted and stone cold meatballs

I was missing the crisps with my order!?

The food was great, I can't remember if I asked for it toasted or not so either way it was nice. My only stumbling block was I ordered it double meat and it made me wonder how little meat it would have had had I not asked for double meat I was expecting a bit more than that.

My sandwich didn’t include cheese and wasn’t toasted like I asked.

Food was exactly as I ordered and presented well. It wasn’t squashed or the filling outside of the bread.

Un toasted wrong bread wrong ingredients waste of money and time

Took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive, the food was also cold when it arrived!!!

Cookies destroyed in transit the food was cold and packaging was torn

Received someone else’s order. Called the restaurant and apparently ‘they didn’t know how to send out the order again.’ Awaiting refund from Just Eat

the bread on all of our subs were stale. all food tatesd old.

Ordered a large side of waffle fries and got not even half a box of cold, undercooked ones. The rest of the food was cold. The footling pepperoni and cheese dipper had no filling in the top 2 inches. Overall disappointing.

Order wrong and took ages to come

Food was cold, delivery was half an hour later than first stated. Delivery driver went in completely the opposite direction from the shop to our house. Not impressed!

Food missing I would like a refund

Defo not double meat in there and breads rock hard, disappointing

Sub was absolutely amazing. Very flavourful and didn’t have to wait that long either. However the driver went to the wrong door.

Did not receive my order at all! Phoned Subway and they couldn't help.

Wrong item sent and unable to contact restaurant direct to send replacement

Not happy at all. Simple easy lunch yet they still mess it up. The oven clearly isn't hot enough as the cheese bites were basically stone cold with no colour what so ever, the bread was hardly toasted, and the cheese in the sun was still cold. It's a sandwich, not rocket science.

Delivery time kept getting moved later and later

They got my order wrong and missed my cheese topping and the tuna sub melt wasn’t even warmed!!! Terrible

Everything came wrong, my sub had no cheese and my partner had the wrong cheese..his also had onions in his box and sub which he can’t eat

Hot food frozen cold and very late delivery

Ordered options, received food but the salad selections were all incorrect, so had to pick out all the things that I didn’t select

yous forgot my lettuce and sweetcorn

Everything was cold, there was barely any actual meat or fillings in the sandwiches, they were all squashed and ruined upon delivery and the orders weren't even right. The wrong ones were toasted, most were missing the cheese and 2 were on the wrong type of bread

Unfortunately, after some time away, poor quality... Sub toasted when not requested therefor soggy bread and wilted salad if extra cheese was there I couldn't tell....very disappointing!

Wraps wasn’t very good today and not done correctly as per order details. Previous orders have all been great.

Our toasted paninis from the new ‘melts’ range were soggy and very unappetising - had not been toasted enough and the filling not distributed evenly. Looked nothing like the pictures or description. The bread was wet. Hash browns were also not crisp, but instead soggy and cold.

Had the wrong cookie and the wrong bread, also was meant to be toasted but was pretty cold to eat, the muffin was warm and nice, also was around 15 mins late from the original time that was stated

More peppers, onion and sauce than meat the roll was basically empty. Either subway got real tight on the fillings or the person making it don’t have a clue waste of money!

Come here for lunch in my break on Fridays most weeks and they’re always fast. Easy to understand the menu and staff are friendly, I feel comfortable asking for help with the menu if I need it. The subs never fail to impress, love them.

Food wasn’t toasted when I asked it to be bread had gone completely soggy by the Time it got here won’t be ordering again

The sauce in my subway sandwich was 100% out of date I could taste it it didn’t taste how it usually tasted.

Not only did the driver arrive with the wrong order, he tried to make me take the wrong order and the shop refused to help. No managers were available to speak to, they wouldn't offer a replacement and said there was nothing they could do. Said that they had a rush at lunch and couldn't cope - absolutely terrible service and no food.

Have been coming in on a Sunday after my shift at a near by restaurant for a few weeks now... The 2 gals that seem to b on in the afternoon are Soo welcoming and cheerful I had to leave a review ...today I came in and a lady with a few kiddies... ( Think she didn't say takeaway and couldn't close the boxes ) within a blink of the eye one of the gals helped it was ready for take away ... These gals are amazingly friendly and I will b honest I might even try nicking them for the restaurant I work in .... Loverly work girlys x

Cheese bites cold and not melting, solid cheese balls

No problem with the delivery, but this is the 3rd time I've ordered and it has arrived freezing cold and not toasted. Probably won't order from Subway again
