Food over cooked. Told I could not have tomatoes, but could tomato sauce. Bread was cooked rock hard Will not use again

Come here for lunch in my break on Fridays most weeks and they’re always fast. Easy to understand the menu and staff are friendly, I feel comfortable asking for help with the menu if I need it. The subs never fail to impress, love them.

Very friendly staff and very fresh food

Have been coming in on a Sunday after my shift at a near by restaurant for a few weeks now... The 2 gals that seem to b on in the afternoon are Soo welcoming and cheerful I had to leave a review ...today I came in and a lady with a few kiddies... ( Think she didn't say takeaway and couldn't close the boxes ) within a blink of the eye one of the gals helped it was ready for take away ... These gals are amazingly friendly and I will b honest I might even try nicking them for the restaurant I work in .... Loverly work girlys x

Store is always so dirty and staff seem to be lacking in knowledge.

Subway got this order completely wrong ,wrong sauce ,asked for no onion ,but they put onion in ,when called the female insisted she made the order and she said she did it right ,she refused to replace the order , Don't Go Here .because we won't be going there again .bloody terrible attitude from this member of staff .

As far as a subway goes, this has got to be the worst I have visited, my sub was under toasted, under filled and underwhelming. Staff seem stressed and incapable of completing the basic task of constructing a sandwich. I would recommend anywhere else on the high street, please avoid.

This place is the worst subway I have ever been to. We placed an order through just eat, they left our food in the microwave and wasn't delivered all we were told is get refunded through just eat which takes 7 days and noway for our food to be delivered... everything else was cold. My partners sub was also full of red onion which he didn't order unless the incompetent workers can mistaken that for the sweet onion dressing he did order.. Not only that cross contamination in this place is shocking. Iv had salads from here on 2 occasions and always end up with things iv not asked for again usually red onion. It's not difficult to follow simple orders and to check them come on subway ....

Have visited here a few times now to grab a toastie for lunch. It has the most unwelcome food prep staff ever, they cannot muster a smile, no customer service, all look like they are working under protest. Very unwelcoming. At least the lady on the till was friendly! Lady managed to throw a whole triangle of cheese in my toastie today, it just about covered the ham...... :( I won't be going in again, shame as most Subways I have visited have been very welcoming and actually put enough cheese in your toastie to cover the ham! Won't be recommending to our staff here or all the visitors either!

Fantastic friendly staff, food ok too

I visited today for the first time in 18 months. The staff were at best disinterested and at worst downright rude to say the least, and I and other customers were on the whole ignored while what I assume were online orders were being fulfilled. When I was eventually served (minus any eye contact) the filling was skimpy (2 tiny triangles of cheese) and the salads also sparse and not fresh. Management need to get a grip on the staff but don’t bother on my account, I won’t be going back!

Foods good staff are normally very friendly just such a shame it’s always filthy around the floor and tables, I’ve passed complaints on numerous occasions but doesn’t seem to make any difference, which in turn has put me of revisiting.

Too cramped in this particular store. No space to sit comfortably. The chilly nachoe sub however was yummy!

I like it, good tasting sandwiches and the prices are very cheap. You can make your own sandwich which is very cool

All of a sudden stopped doing the sub and a drink for £3....ordered a £2.90 sub with bacon..3.40...wad told by a foreign wirker it was basically like a different sub for nearly £4...won't be coming back...4.40 used to cost ...3.40

I have always met with friendly, helpful staff when visiting Subways and they always help with offering suggestions to improve the Subway experience. My favourite todate is a veggie Patty with cheese, peppers, tomatoes and red onions all toasted and then I add some sweet corn and mayo. This is a to die for combination however today the server refused to toast my veggies saying it would ruin her oven? I have never heard such rubbish in all my life. That's like saying I can't cook veggies in my oven at home because it will ruin it. I thought Subway promoted individuality and aimed to please this experience offered neither. I won't be going back luckily there is another Subway in Sittingbourne

Tasty food, but the BIG downside is they removed the BMT of the meal deal and also increased the price of the meal deal ☹

I have not been to a subway before so it was a learning curve. The staff were helpful and prompted me to make my choices. I was after something healthy so I had a sandwich and a bottle of water for £3. I chose turkey in an Italian baguette with lettuce and cucumber. All tasted very fresh but the baguette was too sweet for my liking.

They struggle to memorize/execute clear methodical instructions: example: Meat & cheese side: 6" Italian 4 slices of cheese 2 slices of ham NOT toasted got: 6" Italian 2 slices of cheese more than 2 slices of ham (way more, turning it into a wet slimey mess, oh well) therefore: requested: "can there be 4 slices of cheese please" (again) "costs extra okay?" (yeah sure whatever 40p i don't care) solved... kind of, just twice the ham i wanted... Salad & sauce side side: "just a little bit of honey mayonase sauce, just a LINE" got: about 4 lines of honey mayonase sauce lazy listening, if they don't understand phrases like "just a little bit" "4 slices of cheese please" etc... "just one line of sauce" etc...they should ask me to elaborate... instead they just catch a buzzword and inserting the default amount in for that ingredient... Where's the art in that? You're not a sandwich artist if you're just mindlessly sticking default amounts of ingredients in, you're just a machine. That said, the place is very clean and tidy, all the staff are very polite... just no art in my sub :-/

The staff are very efficient,swift and helpful to all your needs ,with a wide variety of foods for all tastes. The place itself is kept clean and tidy.

Breakfast deal vouchers so gave it a try, it was ok. Server good but I did wait a while before being acknowledged. Cheap and cheerful

great foot long sub.bmt with lots of salad, lettuce,tomato,cucumber,red onion,jalapenos,peppers and a south west chipotle sauce fantastic.

Very convenient eateries when you are on the go and generously filled with your choice. Space to sit is a little small but designed for on the go people.

Small place where, as with all Subway's, your chosen baguette is filled with as much enthusiasm and care as an Airport Border Control Guard completing an internal cavity search.

Nice subway, most people know what to expect with a multi-national chain like this, but helpful staff and cleanliness are worth noting.

Like I said the food is good, but the shop is so small itself. When it's busy like it usually is, it's a pain waiting in a small space.

The service is now crap, the food in terms of quality is awful and potions they now give you is bad for the piece you pay.They often run out of bread rolls and some other ingredients which shouldn't be happening. The vending drinks are all watered down.For what you pay your not getting a good deal.

The place is clean, and the staff are always friendly. Tables and chairs are always clean. The store however is a bit small.
