Food was nice and staff were quick but the atmosphere was extremely disgusting constant swearing coming from loud ppl in another booth staff just walking past so glad there were no children around absolutely disgraceful and just brings the place down People need to have respect for others wen in public it is not there front room

Terrible service. I politely asked for my bacon to be served warm and was met with frosty comments and a ten minute wait. My partner had finished their meal and I eventually got my warm bacon with warm avocado and warm salad. Inedible. No offer of a refund or replacement

The food at this weathers was the best I’ve ever had in all the years of eating in different branch’s. The pub itself is huge and has a nice sea based theme.

Lovely place. Fab atmosphere. Had poached eggs, side bacon, mushroom and toast. Good natured teasing about football and wotnot. Recommended

Sorry to say, we went in and just sat down, then had to get up and walkout. It was very rowdy in there this evening. This was not a pleasant experience.

Very very slow to serve, hardly any tuna in paninnis, had to send back, and 35mins to serve 2 scoops of ice cream.

Whenever we have had breakfast here it has never been hot. Luke warm at best. Not sure what is so hard about making it hot.

A small thing, but they didn't have the usual 'help yourself to water' so I had to queue

Just needed some food, drink and some chill-out time. Perfect. Return visit - just as good. Two things I really like ... No dogs near my food; and an outside area for non-smokers. Well done Wetherspoons.

Chris is a very happy , nice guy as well as always a nice welcome feeling when he is working behind the bar need more people like him.

Just as a typical Wetherspoons should be nice atmosphere, good quality of food at low prices and cheap alcohol.

Lovely meal with my partner, food and drinks brought out quick, all food was lovely, the three staff members on the floor were outstanding. Friendly, helpful with excellent customer service skills. I will be back.

Best priced Wetherspoons. Clean with good seating options. The booths are good. Fast service. Never had a bad meal from here. Parking not too bad out on the high street. Or you can park at the local tesco and walk 5mins

Food is not bad as most of it comes from frozen and then cooked Service can be improved. team members could do with a little bit more respect. It was very quiet and 3 team members were working. We received our food first before our drink. I said to the guy who gave us our food we haven't received our drinks he responded to'We are short staffed and your drinks are coming please wait'. 15 minutes later, we received our drinks. Drinks were put on the guy walked away. After finishing my food, I went to the toilet as I looked at the bar, all three team members staying their talking. They were so many dirty tables, glasses everywhere our table was also dirty. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. Overall, what do you expect from weatherspoons..

Pub assez classique et dénué de charme. Large choix de boissons cependant et je pense qu'il doit toujours y avoir de la place au vue de la superficie de l'établissement.

It's a spoons so you know what to expect, however it's all down to the management as to how they are, pleased to say this one is back on track....

Lukewarm food. Cheap prices. Not a lot of atmosphere. Not a lot of interaction with staff so hard to rate service.

We visited at a quiet time of day, I cannot rate the food because I did not eat but I did enjoy 2 coffees, they were very nice and very good value for money.

I cant believe they are allowed to sell food this bad I ordered a large mixed grill and it was so over cooked i could not tell which meat was what All the meat was rock hard and the only decent part was the drink The place was filthy and the bar was sopping wet with drink stains I preferred it when it was Brittain and Hobbs and they didn't sell food Never again, should have gone to the Red Lion

Met some friends for a meal, beer and a chat. Not been here before but have added it to our list of Spoons we have been to. Apart from the toilets it's all on the ground floor. Large outdoor space packed with tables & chairs. Inside it's a large pub with a few booths & lots of seating. Wasn't particularly busy Sunday at 1630. Lots of spare tables. Beer & food about average for a Wetherspoons. Would come back again if ever we revisit the island.

Food really nice. Beer was good. Only trouble was, don't look at pump clips, they don't have what is on. The steak was nicely cooked.

Great later afternoon evening drinking session, love the comings and goings on in this pub, people watching is better than TV any day lol… Real Ale served here is always excellent, the usual ales on and two guests. Great visit 🍺👍

Great dining area with lots of options available for Vegetarians guests too, serves alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. Must visit if you are in Sheerness High Street- Isle of Sheppey.🍴🍽🍮🥄🔪👌👌

I ordered the American pancake breakfast with crispy bacon. It arrived with two limp, horrible looking end bits of bacon. I said it was completely unacceptable and the waiter took it back to kitchen. By the time my family had eaten their unsatisfactory breakfasts, my pancakes returned with the horrible bits of bacon still hidden under a pancake. Additionally I was given a small side plate with COLD remnants of bacon. At that stage I decided I had had enough and was offered money back for my breakfast. Very gracious for what had been put in front of me. I hop the chef was having a bad day, but I will not be going back for a while

Considering I live in Sheerness this is only the second time I've been in here. Much like any Spoons, food is good for the money the service was great, especially considering it was fathers day and they was very busy.

It's a Wetherspoons, so you know what you are getting. There's plenty of space, bright and airy the further back you go. Staff are very friendly and helpful here, the highlight.

Late afternoon evening visit, steady stream of customers, friendly service at the bar. The quality of the Real ale served here is excellent and the lady manager is very enthusiastic about it as well, I queried why she and her pub were not in the CAMRA* Good Beer Guide? She explained that CAMRA are not very interested in this particular Wetherspoons pub!! She explained that as a pub they really try to engage CAMRA, they have done meet the brewer, tap take over plus the ale quality is excellent and also excellent value so what is there not to like? Anyway, we enjoyed our visit,beer and evening. Keep up the good work 🍺👍 *CAMRA (Campaign For Real Ale)

Had steak on Tuesday (steak night) It was very poor quality meat. Disappointed, bad value for money.

The food is decent and the beer cheap. That's all you need to know.

Depressing place the amount of drug dealers and rough sorts that are let in and left to do their " business " is astonishing same with the Sittingbourne one

Guinness to perfection, Shipyard Pale Ale the same too. Service was amazing- the two lads clearly have knowledge on it all, as too with ales.

Another deceptively large pub that seems to go back forever. The pub was very busy when we were there but the staff were very efficient in keeping everything clean and tidy. The usual seating options available with an outdoor area to the side - partly under cover. The Guinness was excellent as was the Arundel Sussex Gold.

Its big. We had a breakfast here before our walk. All was good.

Just eaten the new katsu grilled chicken curry. Looked a small portion, but was ample. Really enjoyed it, leaving a nice burn but not too hot.

Haven’t been here for a while and was very disappointed, service was ok but food has really gone down hill , such a shame .

Had lunch at the Belle and Lion today. Such a great pub with lovely staff. Can’t wait until summer to get out in that amazing garden. I will defiantly be returning x

A little gem! When you walk into this pub you don’t expect to walk through to such a lovely garden and outside space. Perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons and lunch at the seaside. Good prices. Attentive staff. Will be going back!

I’ve been going to spoons since it’s been open and I always have a great experience. Very attentive and great staff, food is always good and on time and you can’t go wrong with big selection of alcohol. Love it !
