Best priced Wetherspoons. Clean with good seating options. The booths are good. Fast service. Never had a bad meal from here. Parking not too bad out on the high street. Or you can park at the local tesco and walk 5mins

Food is not bad as most of it comes from frozen and then cooked Service can be improved. team members could do with a little bit more respect. It was very quiet and 3 team members were working. We received our food first before our drink. I said to the guy who gave us our food we haven't received our drinks he responded to'We are short staffed and your drinks are coming please wait'. 15 minutes later, we received our drinks. Drinks were put on the guy walked away. After finishing my food, I went to the toilet as I looked at the bar, all three team members staying their talking. They were so many dirty tables, glasses everywhere our table was also dirty. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. Overall, what do you expect from weatherspoons..

It's a spoons so you know what to expect, however it's all down to the management as to how they are, pleased to say this one is back on track....

Lukewarm food. Cheap prices. Not a lot of atmosphere. Not a lot of interaction with staff so hard to rate service.

We visited at a quiet time of day, I cannot rate the food because I did not eat but I did enjoy 2 coffees, they were very nice and very good value for money.

I cant believe they are allowed to sell food this bad I ordered a large mixed grill and it was so over cooked i could not tell which meat was what All the meat was rock hard and the only decent part was the drink The place was filthy and the bar was sopping wet with drink stains I preferred it when it was Brittain and Hobbs and they didn't sell food Never again, should have gone to the Red Lion

Met some friends for a meal, beer and a chat. Not been here before but have added it to our list of Spoons we have been to. Apart from the toilets it's all on the ground floor. Large outdoor space packed with tables & chairs. Inside it's a large pub with a few booths & lots of seating. Wasn't particularly busy Sunday at 1630. Lots of spare tables. Beer & food about average for a Wetherspoons. Would come back again if ever we revisit the island.

Food really nice. Beer was good. Only trouble was, don't look at pump clips, they don't have what is on. The steak was nicely cooked.

Considering I live in Sheerness this is only the second time I've been in here. Much like any Spoons, food is good for the money the service was great, especially considering it was fathers day and they was very busy.

It's a Wetherspoons, so you know what you are getting. There's plenty of space, bright and airy the further back you go. Staff are very friendly and helpful here, the highlight.

Had steak on Tuesday (steak night) It was very poor quality meat. Disappointed, bad value for money.

The food is decent and the beer cheap. That's all you need to know.

Depressing place the amount of drug dealers and rough sorts that are let in and left to do their " business " is astonishing same with the Sittingbourne one

Great that I can use the weatherspoon app and order my food to the table. I've always had good food here.

Guinness to perfection, Shipyard Pale Ale the same too. Service was amazing- the two lads clearly have knowledge on it all, as too with ales.

First time visitor with friends nice pub plenty of space and seating and a large beer garden. Staff were friendly and polite.

Another deceptively large pub that seems to go back forever. The pub was very busy when we were there but the staff were very efficient in keeping everything clean and tidy. The usual seating options available with an outdoor area to the side - partly under cover. The Guinness was excellent as was the Arundel Sussex Gold.

Its big. We had a breakfast here before our walk. All was good.

Just eaten the new katsu grilled chicken curry. Looked a small portion, but was ample. Really enjoyed it, leaving a nice burn but not too hot.

Haven’t been here for a while and was very disappointed, service was ok but food has really gone down hill , such a shame .

Had lunch at the Belle and Lion today. Such a great pub with lovely staff. Can’t wait until summer to get out in that amazing garden. I will defiantly be returning x

A little gem! When you walk into this pub you don’t expect to walk through to such a lovely garden and outside space. Perfect for enjoying sunny afternoons and lunch at the seaside. Good prices. Attentive staff. Will be going back!

I’ve been going to spoons since it’s been open and I always have a great experience. Very attentive and great staff, food is always good and on time and you can’t go wrong with big selection of alcohol. Love it !

Went in last night with my uncle. Disgusting attitude from the blonde manager. I witnessed her being extremely rude to other members of the public also. I feel sorry for the other members of staff working who had to put up with her snappy, arrogant conduct !!

Absolutely disgusting refused to serve me because of the colour of my skin even though I showed id staff are rude and racist avoid at all costs

One of the more upmarket drinking establishments on the island. Always a good selection of drinks at decent prices. A good start off pub if you're planning on partying elsewhere.

In my experience the Belle and Lion is a pretty standard Wetherspoons. Staff are polite, drinks and food are competitive and good value. No complaints.

The staff at the Belle and lion are absolutely amazing so friendly busy all the time the food is what you would expect from Wetherspoons so there are no complaints there however this seating or condition of the seating is not good often stained loose which is quite sad really because over will they provide a really good service the clearing of the tables when they are vacated could be better as off to when you go to a table or a booth they are often dirty with plates and all sorts of debris and they could do better I think if you're going to have booths in particular which are slightly out of sight they need to be maintained in a better way

Worst meal I've ever eaten in here. Asked for my steak to be well done and my partner asked the same. Both came raw, ready to walk back to the meadow. Eventually we got hold of a member of staff who was rude and condescending. We sat there for over an hour for our plates to be cleaned away, which they didn't I had to move them to an empty table before they got taken away. Really will not be eating in there again.

Was ok, under staffed, to much work for the team on duty. Lots of tables uncleared and longer wait at bar. Food was just ok, could of been better. Not expecting a la carte, but it could of been cooked a bit better. Not enough to complain about and will go back. Could of done with another member of staff on duty to keep on top of things.

Stopped off for a quick lunch with some work friends. Very busy but worth it. Ordered everything via the app and wasn't waiting long at all. Photo is a mixed grill which wasn't bad at all.

Toilets need cleaning more regularly

Lacks any atmosphere, more like a school cafeteria. Food is hit and miss, customer service is average. Weekday evenings its like a morgue.

Sorry to say, we went in and just sat down, then had to get up and walkout. It was very rowdy in there this evening. This was not a pleasant experience.

The blonde floor manager in her mid 50s is incredibly rude. If you manage to avoid her you might have a nice time! Food can be good or mediocre, drinks are served cold unless someone’s been glassed then they refuse service.

Food and drink was served quickly. 2 out of 3 enjoyed their breakfast but my veggie best friend had egg shell in her egg and it put her off a bit.

Standard Wetherspoons with a large amount of old men drinking from early morning until late. Standard spoons food nothing overly exciting about this place. Likely the best establishment on Sheerness High Street.

Had lovely cooked breakfast served by lovely staff. Also being able to top up your coffee as many times as you like...........marvellous

Ordered food here. There was an item missing making the meal a bit dry/bland. However, staff were extremely helpful offering a replacement sauce off the menu etc. My main complaint would be some of the other customers, who let their kids run amok and were pretty obnoxious, but i guess that's a Wetherspoons on a Friday afternoon for you.

Staff pleasant but 20 minute wait for a pint of beer. Don't bother using the app. Use your legs and get served in 2 minutes.

honestly wish i could say it was a better experience than it was. food was very average, not as good as other spoons, they got our order wrong and there were flies all over the pub and anytime we looked away and looked back there would be a fly on our food. would recommend going the extra few miles to sittingbourne whetherspoons for a better experience
