Standard Weatherspoons, all good. Food arrives quickly. Wifi good. Bathroom floors need proper cleaning - all sticky.

Celebrated my father's 90th birthday with a party if 30 for Sunday lunch. The staff were brilliant. They catered for all our needs with friendly efficiency. The children were well looked after and the food was fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend. We will return.

We came for a family lunch expecting the great service we usually receive; however unfortunately we left extremely disappointed. We ordered a burger sizzler combo, but the lady on the till put through a full monty instead. We pointed this out to our server straight away when it arrived, and he was extremely apologetic and raised this with the bar staff. However, the bar staff were immediately defensive and practically called us liars saying that we had ordered a full monty; even though my partner read our order to them directly from a list he had written on his phone which they then had no response to. It took a lot of back and forth for the staff member to eventually put through the correct meal, and then immediately came over to our table to take away the full monty (which we didn’t want in the first place and hadn’t touched!). The only apology we received was from our waiter who was so lovely and accommodating, and it wasn’t even his fault.

Nice place a Little cold Good quality of food but nothing extra

Parada aquí en el camino hacia nuestro hotel cerca de Chichester para un almuerzo muy ligero. Muy cálida bienvenida, y se mostraron a una mesa encantadora. Realmente impresionado por la decoración inteligente y el extenso menú. Ambos acabamos de tomar su famosa sopa de pescado y pan + café, que era excelente. Una hermosa ubicación justo en el borde del puerto de Pagham. Sin duda uno para volver y disfrutar del menú completo. Como dice el título de nuestro informe: "Un verdadero hallazgo".

We haven't been here for a while but it was just as good as we remember. Everything we ordered was excellent and the landlord was particularly helpful with wine advice. I like a nice pale but the local Chapel Down was out of stock too so I ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio. The landlord offered us tasters of a South African rose & the Pinot. We went for the excellent SA Pinot blush, which I would not normally have chosen.

This was our first visit to The Pier and we enjoyed it. The menu is good, albeit a bit limited, especially for vegetarians. We did, however, enjoy our choices - very tasty. The service was friendly and efficient. Would have liked better coffee. It's ages since we've had instant coffee with milk as a latte. Overall very nice and we will be back as we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent Christmas meal! Delish turkey main with a great selection of vegetables. Service fantastic! Would recommend.

Not enough staff when I went in (early afternoon) every table needed clearing. I think that there should be some self clearing racks as they have in the Krakow costa shops - makes for a much more pleasant experience.

Tout était parfait. De l'accueil en passant par le bar ainsi que le restaurant au cadre typique (campagne anglaise) Repas et petit déjeuner excellents. Chambre très agréable à la literie très confortable et sdb du même acabit, le tout d'une propreté impeccable. Bref ... nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et nous ne manquerons pas de le recommander à tous et toutes

Plenty of seating, fantastic staff

Burford itself doesn't have the most diverse range of eateries with the exception of the tapas menu here at the Highway Inn. Some really excellent dishes on here - ranging from Mediterranean meats right through to fish, potatoes, pardon peppers and the Spanish omelette (which was devine). The only thing we werent so enamoured with were the pork belly croquetas which, to us at least, tasted like a normal arancini typically found in chain Italian restaurants. It was perfectly edible, but just not at the same quality as the rest of the meal. Wine selection superb and the overall feel of the place, whilst on the dark side, only added to the intimate setting. It was a very pleasant place to dine for the evening. The bill, whilst on the high side, is only really indicative of the fact that you're in the Cotswolds - but in all honesty it was totally worth it.

You know what you get when visiting Costa Coffee. This branch in Wantage is centrally located and comfortably furnished. Their menu is standard café and well known for regular visitors. The staff here were friendly and efficient.

I brought my parents here with my Dad being in a wheelchair. The atmosphere was warm from the second we opened the door and the beautiful decor showed the care and attention that we would see in the service and food preparation. I had a pork dish and my parents indulged with two different types of burgers with an artisanal bread starter. The food was a delight, the treat we set out to have. This warm and welcoming business is definitely on our go to list in future.
