Lovely pub situated in a pretty part of Kent, food good with a visit

Me, deano, smiffy and big john decided to take a cheeky gander at this pub back in summer during the heatwave after a few pints at the regal. First thing I noticed as we wuz walking up is 3 fit birds in tight leggings so already off to a grate start. We ordered sum beers and they came quite quickly, proper fancy european beer or sumthin, (smiffy dont like strong beer, makes him sloshed haha what a ledge) after we then got some snacks and weird cheesy food came (I dont like fancy food, just give me a pizza or some cheips instead of that foreign muck). Anyway two lads started fighting after they realised they were both wearin the same river island t-shirt and got the mick takin outta them, hahaha ledge

A lovely friendly local pub with excellent value pub grub. You can get 2 classic meals for only £13.49 including scampi & fries, steak and ale pie,katsu chicken and more. Portions sizes are decent. There are additional offers on selected days E.G build a burger for just a fiver on Wednesdays and fish n' chips for £6 on Fridays. There is a seniors menu that runs 12-5 Mon-Fri that offers two courses for £6.49 or add third for just £1 more. They show live sports and additionally have a sports bar section with dart boards and a pool table. You can dine anywhere but there is a dedicated restaurant section. There's a huge selection of drinks on offer including tea and various barista style coffees. They also serve Sunday roast for just £9! There is a garden area too if you fancy the fresh air. Dogs are welcome in all but the restaurant area. Parking is free,just remember to enter your car reg into the pad just opposite the bar. The pub is family friendly and suitable for all. There are occasional live music nights on a Saturday,poker night on Tuesdays, plus a darts night and free pool at selected times.

Place smelt absolutely disgusting. Like an old musty dirty smell

Bottom less brunch! Rob was a fantastic host- on hand to replenish as we were finishing the previous drink. Lovely food too!

A chained pub for sports went to watch FA cup final Budvar on draught was lovely unfortunately the prices weren't. I was charged 20p more for my second pint! when I questioned the manager he said it was dynamic pricing or something like that. I won't be returning.

Went for late Sunday lunch, beef seemed like it was slow cooked and not roasted in the oven, to top it off, there was no veg available other than cauliflower! …..unfortunately we only found this out when the meal arrived. If we had been told they had run out of veg when ordering we could have chosen something else. The other meal was a steak and ale pie, tender beef but over cooked! Waitress was not attentive and the welcoming message in the pub was an abrupt ‘have you booked’ despite the pub being quiet! Most of the staff didn't seem that happy to be working there! We were extremely disappointed given the good facebook video and it was not cheap! Certainly would not recommend or go back!

Sausage buttie inedible. Dry, stale bread, cold sausage. Tuna toastie greasy and chewy. Both very unpleasant.

Had a lovely meal in Sabines whilst staying at the hotel to visit the Chelsea flower show.There were lots of choices on the menu to suit everyone.I had a wonderful non-alcoholic cocktail which tasted like lemon sherbet.We we served by Kamil who has such a nice personality.Very helpful and gave us advice on choices.All the staff had a smile on their faces and seemed very friendly.

Excellent Italian cappuccino and croissant in an informal and relaxing environment

Great pub, very welcoming and an array of pub entertainment to choose from- darts, fussball, pool and the sport on TV. Decent food and a large car park. I’ll hopefully become a regular. Lee, RRR
