We visited this establishment for food at the start of a night out, 14 people in a Hen Party, we arranged the details with them prior, even booked and paid for the food for each person attending. The highlight of the visit was the fact that they had reserved plenty of seats. I'm not sure what bar runs out of soft drink mixers, no coke we managed 1 Pepsi Max, out of a plastic bottle before they ran out and no lemonade at all. We waited for over an hour for food, had to go ask for it in the end, what arrived was poorly organised, undercooked (pizza) and cold (chips) and I'm not sure on what planet the cooks thought that adding half a teaspoon of salt to onion rings was a thing but hey ho. I'm not sure what was going on behind the scenes but perhaps with a bit of organisation and attention to detail this visit could have been so much better.

Staff are super - here for the playoff final with my parents and girlfriend and had a brilliant atmosphere. There were 3 great examples of top service, both in the help making a booking and kind communication despite high demand, then on arrival they managed to guide us to a table despite it being absolutely full, and for the hat-trick they kept service smooth throughout and even accommodated a unusual mid-match request for a cup of tea for my mum - with great humour and understanding- nice one really appreciated it and will be back. Thank you

Popular, always busy, large modern sports bar (TVs all around) with live music most weekends. Shuffle boards at one end and Darts at the other. Good service. (not eaten there)

Great spot to watch football. Plenty of tv's, and well thought out, so nobody stands in front of you and block your view. Staff very friendly and attentive. But be prepared to pay over the odds for your drink. I thought I was back in Dublin with those prices.

Attended box tonight with friends.(31/3//4) Was served by a brunette girl/ blonde with a bun. She was extremely belittling and rude because she misheard my dink order. Was obviously overwhelmed by workload. And is not correct for this job. She needs to be fired as she cannot deal with basic human workload:

Appalling service from a young dark haired female working behind the bar, looked totally miserable & uninterested in being at work and serving customers. Ordered a can of Jute IPA and was asked if I wanted a glass. I was then given a coke glass full of ice for my can of IPA. Please teach your staff some customer service and also how to serve drinks correctly.

Very nice salad, but I’ve ordered different stuff, too busy to change it. Staff 100%. Bad customer service.

Last visited for the Cheltenham Gold Cup There was much merriment and good hearted fun whilst enjoying the racing However reserving a table is expensive and you can only redeem your costs through beer which is a shame

It was OK but would not stay long as it was very loud.

QR code would not work. Spoke to management and Dart staff and was told to queue at the bar for drinks. This lead to 30 mins of darts (being generous here) and 30 mins queue time for drinks. Avoid at all costs. For a 5 star experience visit flight club.

A great place to enjoy your evening. I didn't have any food so can't comment on that but I liked the atmosphere and live entertainment.

Just arrived in Leeds heading towards the city centre, came across this bar, called in just for a drink. Big sports bar, couple of darts boards which are available to use, but most of the area is covered in TV's so no matter where you are you can see a screen. They take bookings for people for tables it gets that busy.

wouldn’t let me and a friend into the toilets together, but then 2 people went into a cubicle together straight after. i understand precautions but either warn/test people before as they made our whole group of 9 leave which is not fair. spent £25 too on 3 drinks.

I went to this place for the Quizz Night with my friends, we were having such a great time, it was an very pleasant atmosphere and the hostess of the quiz were really nice. Then I went OUTSIDE to smoke a cbd joint, my friends came to join me and went back inside the bar, thats when a 20 year old supposedly manager came to tell me that my friends could not come back in cause we were smoking weed. I told him it was CBD, and we were outside, and asked what the the problem was, his answer was that his bar stunk. Somehow the smoke from outside got in the bar (people were also smoking cigarettes which in my opinion is a much worse smell) and his bar was stinking. Yes, thats the excuse he used to kick us out. What an absolute nightmare. We were enjoying ourselves so much and got kicked out simply for smoking CBD! In this day and age, with so much scientific evidence supporting the benefits of CBD and its legality in many places, I never thought I'd encounter such outdated and ridiculous behavior. Not only did the teen manager lack basic understanding of current laws and societal norms, but he also displayed a shocking lack of empathy and professionalism. Instead of engaging in a constructive conversation or offering any sort of compromise, he swiftly showed me the door without a second thought. It's disheartening to see businesses like this one still operating with such narrow-mindedness and ignorance. Not only are they driving away customers, but they're also perpetuating harmful stereotypes and stigma surrounding CBD use, whilst making profit on selling alcohol. I strongly advise anyone considering visiting to think twice. Unless you enjoy being treated like a criminal for engaging in perfectly legal and widely accepted behavior, you're better off going elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and the disappointment, and choose establishments that respect their customers and keep up with the times.

A good choice of beers for me and loads of TVs to watch sports.

Don't bother using the online ordering. They will put you to the back of the the queue and then treat you like scum if you question them after a long wait. They definitely shouldn't have an online ordering system if they can't or don't want to staff it. If you don't realise that online ordering saves you labour don't promote it on your tables. We ordered several times and had issues each time. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and they failed. Avoid!

Do do with better beers, which is the only downside

Nice bar to watch sport. Drink selection is good but the bar staff aren't always the most attentive - it can be particularly difficult to get service at times when sitting in the 'VIP booth' on the far side of the bar.

What a pub. Popped in for a couple of hours to watch Egypt v Ghana. Come on Ghana by the way. It's a family thing. My Aunt married a Ghanian. They had a karaoke on with a live band. Never seen anything like that before. Brilliant night. Good vodka too. Mmmm.

This is such a great place to do karaoke! Brilliant song list, really cosy atmosphere and a wide selection of drinks and games.

Great beer range and the prices for the City Centre are quite decent too. Plenty of TV's for sports and loads of activities like shuffleboard etc available. Toilets were spotless.

Great place. We played the darts and shuffleboard. Even people who wouldn't really play darts enjoyed it. If I had to be critical I'd say some, not all, of the bar staff need to pay more attention. The bar wasn't busy when we came in and we stood at the bar waiting to be served (there was 1 other group stood there) and the bar staff carried on a private conversation then served the people who had just walked up. It wasn't a massive issue but had we not been booked in we would have probably just gone somewhere else. As it happens though we really enjoyed ourselves and would return

Great bar. Great for sports, TV's everywhere. Budweiser budvar from the tank too which tasted really fresh. Nice bar, decent prices, great building (used to be a bank), vault and strongroom have been made into private little nooks for watching sports. Loved it here

Thursday night BANDIOKE!!!!! Kareoke with a live band supporting you. Such a phenomenal experience.

Great venue with lots of height inside and some old school shufflepuck which is an absolute blast - do yourself a favour and have a game if you get the chance!

Great place to spend a lunch or evening. I was our regular spot until recently. Great food, great drink selection, pretty good service. Only issue is it can get very busy at times.

We had our first experience last night at The Box (Nottm) however!! The member of staff that looked after us all night is from The Box (Leeds) Olympia, well what can we say, she is a 100% asset to your company, so Knowledgeable, attentive and a great personality, we’re hoping in Nottm she transfers to our Box. Thanks for a great first experience and we’ll all be back again and we’ll pop into Leeds one evening too 😃

Absolutely disgusting my son booked his 18 th in the private room two months in advance they knew we was arriving on a party bus from Rotherham and they was going to be children there with special needs my son and I been one of them my son has difficulty walking n uses a chair sometimes too .n we was denied entry £600 we had already paid for the food n drink we had the packages. Just to be left outside till 1 in morning waiting for bus to come get us no money as we had it all covered.. discrimination against ppl with special needs. Also still waiting for my £600 back never will any of us will come bk to Leeds n seriously rethink if you have special needs also the door boys .. letting young teenagers in half drunk and serving them at bar I know they was underage as they was with us. Also letting ppl bk in when throwing up outside the door but yet cos one of our guest was sick after getting of party bus wasn't allowed in .shocking. Really

Update: vibrant sports and social venue with a good atmosphere. The Christmas menu is excellent though the service & organisation of the booking let it down. Very busy & noisy at peak times. Shuffleboard is a super fun game and thoroughly recommended!

Went in for a beer and to watch the end of the Grand Prix after dinner. Decent beer selection and quick service, although there were few people present on a Sunday evening.

False advertising. "2 for 1 cocktails all day Sunday to Friday." But won't serve 2 for 1 cocktails at 00:20 on Sunday.

Went here to watch Ireland and Scotland game, great atmosphere, used the QR code for ordering our food and drinks, very quick service even though it was vey busy. Definitely recommend this place but bear in mind, if you want to watch a game there’s music playing,

Staff had no idea of drinks prices. Shocker, they were through the roof. No atmosphere. False advertising on the menu. Lights went on over an hour before close as if they didn't even want you there. Avoid.

They say ALL DAY 2-4-1 cocktails Sunday - Friday yet when you’re out and it hits Sunday apparently that offer doesn’t exist

Ordered a chicken shawarma salad and recieved half a lettuce half a cucumber and half dozen tomatoes plopped In a bowl. Found enough chicken to fill a fork. Doesn’t that avacado look appetising 😳😳

Business lunch so functional but really creative food.

Watched England vs Japan rugby world cup. This place is not a sports bar, more interested in playing music. I had to ask the bar staff twice at the beginning of each half if they would put the sound on the game and turn the 90s music off. There is no build up to the games due to music videos being shown on the screens and before the game had even finished the music came blaring on again. Terrible place to watch sport, it looks the part but it's all fur coat and no knickers. The bar staff are also very miserable, I tried to say thank you and they just stare at you like you have two heads. Won't be watching here again. Such a shame as it has everything you need for a good sports bar, just poorly managed.

Usually come for the quiz and cons t complain! Great hosts and always willing to have fun! Drinks are a little expensive but the atmosphere makes up for it. Just wish the quiz had less sport questions and more general questions!

Called in for cocktails for my wife’s birthday,the barman did not know the ingredients and left 3 of the 6 ingredients out including the spirit substituted with ice. We were the only customers in ,no wonder. Most disappointing.

Cam to see a comedy show here, it wasn't well signposted as to where it was being held, even one of the staff had to ask where it was even though it turned out it was being held down stairs in one of their private rooms. When we first arrived it was really busy because of a football game being shown but as soon as that finished the place emptied and it felt like there was more staff than customers in there. We went on a Sunday evening arround 7pm.

Shopping can be a bind, so, what better than pop into a bar (huge) for a swifty, ended up having 2, my partner ate, I wasn't hungry but she assured me the food was excellent it was lunch so not much "atmosphere" though now I know where I can get Draught Budweiser Budvar, I'll be back for an evening of music or quiz or just for a few pints of the best lager there is(imho)

Screens galore, great food options, tons of seating, shuffleboard, and a good enough vibe to keep you here. So, why the 4*, you might ask? Is it because I was here on a stag do where I lost the same drinking game 3 times in a row, at odds of 1728:1, resulting in me having to wear goalie gloves for 12 consecutive hours, including for eating the delightful finger food on sale? No. I just think it's a bit too expensive for what it is. 4/5: only for those with cash to splash.

Me and my friends visited Sunday for a drink before lunch to watch the lionesses play. We had one drink then returned to the bar to get another after our other friend arrived we ordered two peach coolers and a gin and tonic. We’d had one drink so were by no means intoxicated. There is a small rim on the bar which my friend put her drink on and it tipped over, she’d not had one sip. The bar man was quick to get her another but charged her for the privilege even though it wasn’t her fault and she’d not even had a sip out of it. I questioned him and said I felt it was unfair, he smugly replied to the effect of its not his problem. The cocktails he made were rubbish they tasted of nothing other than sickly sweet. I questioned it with another member of staff, she didn’t apologise either she was straight on the defensive saying she was sure her colleague didn’t mean it like that, it spoiled the day being honest. Poor customer service and crap cocktails won’t be returning, spend your money elsewhere, in a bar that’s not run by children!

Good atmosphere and, despite being busy, service was quick. Plenty of sport on too so what's not to like.

Overall the venue was great for watching sports etc but when we came to ordering food it was very disappointing. Half our meal came out than 20 minutes later the rest came out. Overall I’m sure they were working really hard but people want to eat together not separate so just send a whole order out together guys. Other than that it was a good day out around Leeds and would return.

First time in Leeds and it didn’t disappoint! - the Caribbean Daiquiri cocktails were awesome and the Bandoke on a Thursday night was something different and got the crowd going! We enjoyed it so much we came back for more the following day!

Another great night in the Box. Band was good, football not so good.

Molly K provided a brilliant bottomless brunch. Food and drinks were lovely but the service from Molly really made it.

We went to watch women’s football so was there for breakfast. The atmosphere was a good vibe even though it was quiet. The place itself is funky and cool. I ordered a veggie breakfast roll which if I’m honest was so good. But the price for what it was is ridiculous. I was charged £5.95 I think it was for one sausage in a roll. My friend asked for brown sauce and was told that due to it being the first time they’re doing breakfast, they didn’t have any. If you’re gonna be open for breakfast you would at least make sure you have everything for it? 😅 Like I said, the place itself is cool and the other food looked amazing. My friends got a full English and it looked lovely and worth the money apparently. The staff were friendly as well. But the price annoyed me.

In Leeds for a shopping trip on Friday, a friend recommended this place. We don't normally visit sports bars, but we liked the atmosphere here. Thank you to Jimmy for the menu suggestions - the food was delicious. We'll definitely return when we're next in Leeds.

Had a few drinks and food here before a concert at Millennium Square. It had a great atmosphere and the food was really nice and arrived really quickly.
