Wetherspoons, cheap and cheerful

It was a super fancy place and I felt way underdressed. The food was incredible. We had our first taste of haggis here and it was absolutely delicious! They're lamb wellington was the most tender, flavorful thing I've ever eaten!

It was in the years 2017, 2018, 2019.... Probably the most arrogant staff I've ever experienced! Never again! Enough was enough. Rather stay hungry.... ☝️☝️ But to be fair, let me know if the managent and staff somewhat changed over the years and I will change this review accordingly. It's good to be fair and always keep oneself updated!

Foods always good. Tables are always a bit sticky and they are slow to clear them up

Never had a full breakfast that's been so full off grease before never again will I order that again.

Always ordered from here over the last 5 years only ever had a problem once which was rectified with a new order sent as replacement, the food is always good the chicken fillet burgers are amazing! My son says the kebabs are the best in the area!

Lovely little cosy pub with nice seating. Bar man was very warm and friendly and chatted us nicely about our trip. I think his name was Eddie, he was a gentleman.

A lovely chilled getaway. The staff are so accommodating and left thoughtful touches to our stay including complimentary Prosecco to our room for our anniversary

Really gone downhill . Ladies toilet had wet floor looked like they’d been a flood no one near Just had 2 toasties cost £17 . Salad going brown a tiny drop of coleslaw and the ham in the toastie was sliced very thin with negligible cheese. Think it was cheese spreads . Only one side of the toastie was actually toasted. Used my two free coffee vouchers ( which was why we’d gone in ) but in future won’t bother

The food is always fantastic and service is always great and there’s a nice atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble and prices are reasonable.
