The delivery was on time and I have ordered from here before and never had issues however today all of our food was cold when we got it which is really disappointing especially when you spend nearly £50 for it to all turn up cold its a shame as I did really enjoy ordering from her in the past however today has annoyed me more so with spending so much for cold food

Ordered three items, one was great, one was way off wrong and the other was stone cold and full off grease. Although one item was put right as requested, no refund was given for the cold lump of grease. LOST A CUSTOMER AND HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Took ages to come (more than 25 mins over the 45 min suggested time). Pizza was overcooked on the bottom so all we could taste was burnt and the chips were soft from being cold as it had taken so long to arrive.

Disappointed on the quality, been highly consistent over the last orders and great but this time lacking. Appreciate it’s a Saturday but still.

Not impressed at all. Will not order from there again. Very poor cheap ingredients. Worse than a shop bought pizza. Not hot either. Oh and the deliver driver decided to cut the corner rather than drive down the driveway and he actually drove across the middle of the f******g lawn! Caught on cctv doing so!!

I think it was the best ever kebab that I have had.

Don’t get the cheesy chips! What you think is just cheese and chips is not, it’s coated in some spice so I couldn’t eat it as I am allergic to specific spices. Tried calling the restaurant 3x for clarity to what is on it as it just says cheese and chips on the menu but didn’t answer, so no answer to what the red powder is. Disappointed! Dangerous!

The food was nice, the delivery was quick but some of the order was missing which was a shame.

Great communication from driver, who called to say had left delivery as instructed. Had delivered to wrong address, but called him back and he quickly returned to deliver to correct address. Good food and delivered on time. Many Thanks

Poor quality, cold and very late

Order arrived in good time but wrong items arrived and then had to wait another 25minutes for the replacement. Sauce didn’t arrive and item had onions in which were requested not. It’s a good thing nobody was allergic to them! Seems to be a common issue of missing or incorrect items of late.

Not as hot as usual,something must have happened to mixed kebab meat,lid had been removed and replaced upside down. For the 2nd time in a row, caramel chew chew ice cream was ordered but chocolate delivered. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but it's £8 a pop. At that price, I REALLY would like what I ordered

Order was over 1 hour and a half late. After ringing up and trying to get a refund I was told twice food was on its way. 1 hour and a half later, arrived my cold rubbish food. Would not recommend to anyone. Terrible customer service on the phone - couldn’t even speak English! Please do not order from this monstrosity.

order hasn’t been delivered, rang pizza roma 3 times and the man over the phone was nothing but rude, raising his voice telling me he is busy and saying “what do you want me to do, magic the food?” food is over 20 minutes late and i have work at 7am with a hungry mrs waiting.

Pizza cold, garlic bread cold, I asked for a garlic burger and nowhere on the description did it say the burger would have cheese on. I'm allergic to cheese so this had to go into the bin. Also the chips were a mixture of old and cold!

Usually consistently good but last night absolutely awful no care or love in the food - and it showed! Ordered fresh chicken fillet burger but given preformed cheap nasty thing instead, means not paying attention. Chips were chewy not crispy as they usually are and garlic bread had barely any cheese on it. Logged refund with just eat and won't be ordering again for a very long time. Save money and cook at home people! These cowboys can't justify the cost anymore when the quality is so bad.

Alright pizza but we won't be back. The base was really thick and chewy, there was a sauce pot included but one had shrunk and burst presumably because it had been sat on a hot plate for so long. We were advised a delivery window of 1915-1935, having ordered at 1835, our order finally arrived at 2000.

We cycled over to Cromarty and stopped for a coffee. We sat on the benches outside waiting for opening time at 1100. A man came and welcomed us. We asked for coffee and asked if they had any cake. The man described several cake choices. We ordered coffee and two pieces of lemon drizzle cake. Well the coffee and cake was DELICIOUS. After the man (owner I assumed) was happy to guide us to landmarks in the village. We left very happy and refreshed. Will definitely go back thank you

I think the delivery guy had my order under one arm as the pizza was squashed on one side.

Cheese on the pizza was all stuck to the top of the pizza box and complained with the reply that it was still good to eat. Well if I wanted a pizza with no cheese I would have ordered it that way

Ordered at 6.30 delivery time was 7.55 it finally arrived at 8.35 food was like warm. Rang shop at 8pm to be told my delivery was just leaving now and would be 15-20 mins. I've said it before. If you're too busy don't accept the order. Great food just no customer care.

I wasn't able to track my order every time I checked to see what happened there were no updates only "your order is confirmed".

Delivery was confirmed and failed to deliver, I called after delivery time and was told they no longer deliver here. I was also told I have to get my refund from Just Eats

Food was great as always, we were just disappointed on it being 45 minutes late. After 20 minutes i rang up to be told it would be no more than 10 more minutes and it then arrived after a further 25 minutes.

We ordered stuffed crust and it didn't come with this on all three pizzas we ordered.

We always order food for it to be 45 minutes late and of mediocre to poor quality. Couldn't be bothered to call up for them to fix it due to my pregnant wife being so hungry.

Pizza was so greasy it wasn’t eatable. Was meant to be stuffed crust and it wasn’t. Wasn’t worth the money paid for the whole order. Such a shame

Am highly allergic to cheese, and found cheese had been put in my beef burger. Otherwise, food was fine: burger was disposed of safely without any cross-contamination. No issues with delivery at all.

Too early. Requested 11 as in work, couldn’t eat it when delivered. No phone call or info saying would be delivered early. Not the first time I’ve had to complain about communication issues with this place, never mind the delivery. The quality of food is okay but it’s just not worth the hassle. If I order from this place again it will only be because I have forgotten how rubbish everything is. Thanks again for being consistent.

Pizza tasted great however stuffcrust was not stuffed. Chips were coated but didn't state on the app as I wouldn't have ordered them if it was. Mozzarella sticks delish, so mixed bag may try again if in the area. (Trucker)

I'd ordered 3 hours in advance, so it'd be delivered for when I finished work. I got home about ten minutes before delivery time, but by thirty minutes, the food hadn't arrived. I rang up the restaurant who said the food would be about ten minutes. I waited for ten minutes, but still nothing. Rang up ten minutes later, and they said the delivery driver was on their way. About five minutes later the food finally arrived, and the delivery driver apologised and explained that the restaurant staff hadn't bothered to send the food, but instead waited for him to get back from Metheringham.

Order took 90min from point of order to delivery and was missing parts.

Chips were great as usual but aside from the food taking nearly 2 hours total (including being 15 minutes late) the chicken was inedible in my opinion. There was a centimetre thick of mush under the batter before you could even find the chicken. The chicken was undercooked in some places as well. Batter was burned around the edges. Really really disappointed to be honest!

Delivery was earlier than expected, however disappointed this time around. Chips were burnt and I had ordered a kebab with nann bread which I paid extra for and it arrived on a pita bread.

We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed excellent service during our lunch stop. The pub has a comfortable and cosy interior and when the sun shines a beer garden at the back and seating in the sun at the front. The menu is not extensive but everything was really good and the range of beers has something for any beer drinker. Much of the food was homemade and prepared with care. If you find yourself in this relaxing and charming community then the pub (now renamed the Fishertown Inn) is well worth a visit.

Great service and food as always. Only piece of feedback was the kebab sharer special had tomorrow ketchup on instead of chilli sauce.

Spot on for a treat whilst at work. Normally would expect things in the munch box to go soggy, however were still crispy and fresh when I got back to work!

Pizza bases were not great. They seemed like a cross between bread and cake. Everything else was fine but I was hoping for better.

Very disappointing. Order took 2 hours to arrive. Called restaurant twice to chase it and both times I was fobbed off and staff were very rude. Eventually food arrived and had to be warmed up. If our address is too far for you as explained then ask Just Eat to reduce your delivery area. AVOID if you are staying in Tattershall...

Had to drive 10 minutes to meet delivery driver as he said he couldn't find my house. Food was very poor. Pizza tasted like it had been frozen and chips were cold and stale. They even forgot to put the garlic mato in that I ordered and paid for. Overall absolutely terrible takeaway.

Ordered mixed kebabs lamb shish and lamb kofta. Arrived hot and freshly made. Really was the tastiest kebab we've had in a long time.

The food is really good and very tasty. But the delivery wasn't great at all, and it took nearly 2 hours to get it. I ordered two lots of meals and as a way of an apology for the late delivery I got 1 can bearing in mine I had two meals.

The food came 45 minutes late after contacting the restaurant twice to just be told ‘it’s on the way’ when it clearly wasn’t. When we finally got the food the onion rings were wet with grease and one of the pizzas we ordered was not at all what we ordered. We ordered a Texas bbq pizza and it came on a tomato base with just cheese and chicken as toppings. When we contacted the restaurant to ask them about it they were very rude and decided to hang up and wouldn’t answer our subsequent call attempts. Incredibly disappointed with the poor service, the late delivery and the cold, wrong food being delivered.

We ordered the food around 7:15 pm, the app stated it would arrive 20:40 - 21:00. We contacted the restaurant 3 times to chase the order, 1st time phone was put don’t on us. 2nd time was told it’s left and on its way and will be 10 mins (2105) and again at 21:40 as the food do not arrive as promised. We were told it was late as we were so far away and they have to travel! They set their travel parameters on just eat and should be able to cover the distance in appropriate time frames. I would recommend anyone staying at Tatershall lakes not to order from this restaurant as you will be waiting a LONG time. The food was ok the pizza base was slightly chewy.

My order arrived 2h25mins after I ordered. I contacted the shop after 2 hours, to be told they had been very busy and the driver was on his way. When the driver finally arrived with the food he said he had left about 15 mins ago... abysmal service.

A nice meal ruined by being lied to and stolen from. Wrong items delivered by their driver, we called them back and asked for a refund. We'd ordered through just eat but he said he'd sent the driver with the cash as it was easier. Safe to say we never saw that money. We'll be taking our custom elsewhere from now on.
