Had a lovely meal at the 1912 great atmosphere and added bonus of a very good singer Tom Fitzpatrick for some entertainment during the evening, will be returning

An unexpected find, tucked away in the village. Excellent value food & drink. Quirky interior with posh toilets & friendly owner. Will be back.

We enjoyed our afternoon tea (which has to be pre-booked, via email). The cakes and sandwiches were nice, although nothing particularly stand-out about them. However, the selection of loose leaf teas was great - innovative flavours and great quality teas. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

I had a three course lunch in this fantastic homely chic and stylist restaurant. The atmosphere in the historic property is relaxed but the standards are star worthy from the table settings, to the art for sale on the walls and the immaculate impeccable service. Abby served us and was friendly informative and timed everything perfectly. Without exception each plate was perfectly presented and portions balanced, they could not have done better. Sadly the street scene could be improved with the removal of the burger sign for the cafe next door and perhaps a better sign for the restaurant closer to the road as the present one is nailed to the roof fascia above the entrance. Parking is in the cafe car park next door with big warning signs saying you cant park, but you can and it’s confusing. Anyway once you are in and seated theres plenty of space and it’s just excellent and worth the mid range price they charge, which is good value for the experience they have created.

Hidden gem! Visited on 1st January for a family walk with the dogs. Even though the weather wasn’t great they was open to serve up warm food and drinks for us to tuck into. Ordered 6 meals in total service was great and food was even better! All our family said how amazing quality and taste the food was and that they would love to go back again. Car park right behind the shack which is ideal for anyone to pick up and go or as we did sit in the car and watch over at the beach also a lovely walking area if you do have a a dog . Portions are are great too Highly recommend

Good large space with plenty of room at the bar. PLenty of chpice on the keg taps. Went here as part of Worcester Music Festival (they were acting as one of the venues) so visited several times over the weekend. Good atmosphere.

We used to visit this cafe on a very regular basis, but due to difficult family circumstances, this was our first opportunity to return in 9 months. We were welcomed with open arms by the owner (Karen) and by the waitresses (Yvonne, Pip and Maisie), who all said how much they'd missed us, and how lovely it was to see us again. Pip and Yvonne both remembered our usual order (particularly impressive, as I have a restricted diet and have to slightly alter a dish on the menu). The food is top-quality, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious. In these days where the impersonal machine is king, it is lovely to visit an establishment where you receive top-notch personal service, and where you are made to feel like a friend rather than merely a customer. I truly cannot recommend Williams & Thomas highly enough - it is the best tearoom in Kent.
