What a great discovery, great pints of real ale, and a wonderful toasted sandwich with pickles and crisps. For the discerning traveller sick of the usual railway station offerings, this place is an oasis. Friendly staff, calm atmosphere, proper bar snacks, whats not to like!

25 Sheldon Square, EnglandIncredibly disappointing - just truly awful. We visited using a Virgin Experience Days voucher for Sunday roast with bottomless red wine which cost £90. We were sat at a table for nearly 20 minutes with no drink so asked for one. After ordering the lunch we were given two side plates and a small sharer board of beef, vegetables and two Yorkshire puddings. The portions were small and you were not offered anymore. Not that we would have accepted it because the food was not great and was lukewarm. After our first drink we had to ask for refills as no one was remotely interested in serving us. We grabbed any waiter we could but eventually gave up and left early. Special shout out goes to the waitress with the blonde ponytail who was incredibly rude - even rolling her eyes when she was directed to our table to serve us. We complained at the end, had the service charge removed and refused their offer of a complimentary drink. Life is too short and I wouldn’t want to spend another moment of my life in this place.

He was friendly, professional and was helpful. We were visiting from LA and he left a super positive impression on us from our night. Thank you Claude. You are a great asset anywhere you work. Unit 1 Tower Bridge House, EnglandUn vertedero turístico. Tomó siglos (30 minutos) para traer nuestro pedido de bebidas y nunca me he encontrado con el personal que claramente no le importaba. Cuando le pregunté a la camarera si podía hablar con un gerente me sonrió y me dijo que ella era el pesebre. Entonces cuando dije que quería quejarme ella dijo "sí lo que sea" y se fue. Dickens hostal cerca de una opción mucho mejor (o de hecho cualquier otro pub)

10-18 London Bridge Street, England• One of the best burger restaurants in London. I tried Smokey Robinson and it was very delicious with the addition of caramelized onions. The thing I didn't like about the burger was the extra water inside it, so if you eat it, it doesn't give you a perfect experience. Regular potatoes are very delicious and contain rosemary.

276-288 Lavender Hill, Englandvery busy, full of people on sunday morning. i expected the restaurant to show mecan available seat but it did not happen and when i order my food at the till and said i did not know their tables were numbered the shop assistant face expressions- wide smile and look at the other shop assistant- showed she considered me stupid. the restaurant did not have orange juice, just apple or cranverry juice, so very limited selection. i was given apple juice with ice cubes, i dont know why all restaurants do not ask the customer whether ice cuves are wanted, i did not want them so the assistant removed them. however, she gave me a lemon piece into the juice and left to another till to serve another customer. i waited at the till for 5-10 minutes , i was ignored, when finally the other shop assistant came and asked me whether i was ok, i was not and asked to remove lemon from my apple juice. she did it hiding her annoyance with me. its difficult for me to remove ice cubes myself, by my fingers, i did it several tines, it was mess each time. scrambled eggs missed salt, the tables were not equiped with any salt , i had to leave my stuff at the table to get some salt.
