My boyfriend took me here for a bottomless brunch for my 23rd birthday and it was the best time ever!!! Daisy our server was very helpful and very attentive to us and kept us flowing with drinks. Daisy came out with a birthday brownie and sparkler that made my day :) A massive thank you to daisy! A credit to the team!!!! Xox

We really enjoy coming here when we are up visiting Central London. They always make a fuss of my Grandaughter. (Who particularly enjoyed her juice served in a Taylor Swift Cup) we love the flowers and the booths and all the decor. Such reasonable prices too considering the area. The staff always go above and beyond. Thanks

Stopped by here for some cocktails. Busy inside and out. We managed to get a table outside with our dog. Staff were pleasant. Cocktails were 2 for 1 when we visited which was good. Cocktails tasted nice. The only downside was that for some reason, the extractor fans on the front of the building were blowing down towards the outdoor seating area, so it didn't make for a nice experience. Despite them no doubt having filters, you was still being hit by warm cooking smells. Because of this we quickly had our drinks and left. Otherwise we would have stayed longer and probably had our dinner there, and rated this visited better.

Solo business traveller with mobility disability and walking stick. Why take table bookings if nobody is coming to check you in and show you to a table? Ordering app broken which meant I had to join a very lengthy queue for the bar (had to figure this out myself as nobody mentioned this). I was really struggling to stand up but nobody cared. Food was just plain nasty and tough as boots. Sure the owners are pleased to hear that there's not a chance in hell that I'm ever coming back to this branch.

'Bottomless brunch' yet we were 36 minutes into the 2 hour time slot before one of us got the first 2 drinks, which seemed to be the catch of the whole thing. You're supposedly only allowed to be served by the host, which meant the one girl, Olivia, was having to run between way too many tables by herself to try and keep everyone happy. She was trying her absolute hardest to make amends for things that were beyond her control, after explaining to her how disappointed we felt. She was the only reason we never walked out like the other table next to us already had. The rest of the staff could barely manage a smile and spoke as though we were inconveniencing them for asking about drinks etc. Had the waitress in all seriousness ask us if we were sure it was only the two of us (whilst sitting at a two person table) as it was "a lot of food for only two"? Definitely one way to get people in the mood to eat. Biggest snaps to Olivia for being so accommodating and lovely throughout, really, really stood out for us.

It’s not often at all I leave a review, good or bad, but I had to come on and talk about Daisy at Tower Bridge. She’s is incredible. I counted 213 people in and outside the restaurant, her and 2 others are running round like headless chickens but when I tell you, I did not go without a drink for 3 solid hours, check ins, food and the rest! Daisy, you’re incredible! Thank you so much for a lovely lunch on a Saturday. You really made a huge impression - and I’m also a waitress! It was so busy today and Daisy didn’t stop, effort towards not only my table but all the others around us! We watched Daisy literally zooming round and still with a smile! Tower Bridge S&L, you need to hire from within for a team leader as Daisy is up and rising and if you don’t keep her, someone is gonna nab her! An a player asset to the team! Thank you Daisy! My wife and I are staying at The Tower Hotel overlooking the Tower of London. We have tried several of the pubs and restaurants close to the hotel but this afternoon, having had a busy day exploring London's East End, we decided to call in to the Slug & Lettuce at St. Katherine's Dock for a couple of quiet drinks and possibly a meal before returning to our hotel. What a mistake! It took us ages to find a table that was not not reserved for later in the evening. We eventually did so, and whilst the pub was quite noisy the levels were acceptable. However within minutes of us sitting down with our drinks the sound system was switched on to a level that completely prevented normal conversation. The clientele was mainly large groups of young girls who seemed dedicated to getting plastered in the shortest time available to them. Because of the volume of the music, everyone in the bar had to shout at one another which made for a thoroughly bad experience. As regards the food, whilst the menu looked quiet pleasant, we did not see anything other than burgers being ordered in all the time that we were there. The drinks were nice and reasonably priced for London (although ridiculously overpriced for where we come from in the South West). The service was OK but I found it difficult to make my order understood over the general din in the bar. In short, if like my wife and I, you are over 50 and are looking for a quiet drink and meal without being surrounded by screeching twenty- something year olds with music so loud that it makes the fillings in your teeth vibrate, find somewhere else!

Had bottomless brunch - good value for money but service was a little slow. This was recognised by staff and they provided full bottles of Prosecco for us (shout out to Sheila for getting the bubbles to the table and not being strict about the cut off time). Overall was a good Saturday catch up with friends!

Lovely atmosphere, great music and great service from Sheila! A nice place to catch up with friends after a long while aided by a great bottomless 2 hour brunch!

Myself and two friends attended bottomless brunch Saturday. I have been to numerous bottomless brunches and afternoon tea. The service we received was appalling. The drinks were not flowing and we had to wait 45 minutes before receiving one of our drinks after ordering. The staff were all miserable and looked like they didn't want to be there, aside one staff member with short blonde hair that was happy to help even though it wasn't her that was serving us. We were brought a glass of prosecco with our last drink I am assuming as an apology for not receiving desired service and the 45min wait for a drink after I flagged it to the manager. The prosecco tasted terrible not like the first glass we had. Its the first time ever I refused to pay service charge. We spent most of what is usually an enjoyable experience, embarrassed and awkward. I don't like complaining but have never experienced such bad service and was so disappointed as I suggested it to my friends, after trying to arrange to get together since April.

Our hostess Summer was amazing. So friendly and attentive. She frequently checked in with us and promptly topped up our bottomless glasses. Great atmosphere

Cold dishes in dirty plates. Staff not so friendly and smiley. Knife and fork given after the dish were served making it even colder. No salt or pepper available. Definitely not a good place to eat.
