• One of the best burger restaurants in London. I tried Smokey Robinson and it was very delicious with the addition of caramelized onions. The thing I didn't like about the burger was the extra water inside it, so if you eat it, it doesn't give you a perfect experience. Regular potatoes are very delicious and contain rosemary.

Very flavorful burger. Never knew a burger could be so flavorful until now. Impressive. Just a bit too oily/saucy for me.

Great food and good customer service. Sammy literally saved my life! With her kind gesture of offering me water when I walked into the restaurant choking on some falafel. The food is also just as good as Sammy kindness! Will come back again.

The best burger I've had for years. I was redeemed by the lamb shank burger w real chips. Great tunes and vibe. I'd be a (soon to be fat) regular if I lived in London.

Burger was decent but the lunch deal comes up to 14.57 GBP (due to the service charge) and you get only one choice of a burger (with meat or vegetarian) and chips. Too expensive for what it is

Not quite value for money, 13,50 £ for the size of a double (mac) cheeseburger is too much! Dine in is plate service, so give me a plate! Five guys give you more value 4 money!

Had a great lunch here. Great food - this is how a burger should taste. Better fries than 5 guys. Reasonable prices. Best of all were the helpful friendly staff - thanks for a fantastic experience!

The burgers have gone downhill a bit, really greasy and the rosemary fries (which have previously been awesome) didn’t taste of rosemary! Also the waitress took the ketchup away half way through the meal without asking! No idea why as it wasn’t close to closing time!

Was very slow in being served. Burger was nice enough but the rosemary chips had no taste of rosemary and bizarrely the waitress took all the ketchups away from all the tables even though we had not finished our food. This was at 9.25pm

Had a burger from here today. Was quite tasty but was dripping with grease. I’m not against that in principle it’s just not my favourite style of burger. It was perfectly cooked and had a filled me up. Great chips. I got the lunchtime menu which was also great value. Service was really great. I was served quickly on entry and efficiently with a nice smile so well done to the two servers. Wasn’t blown away and I’ve had some incredible burgers of late but it’s still decent and I’d not want to put you off.

Always make a visit when in the area, food has always been great but sad a couple of things taken off the menu 😢

Totally disappointed with their poor service. 3 staffs but non of them assisted us despite us asking for help. Ended up they miss out on our order and wasted 40 minutes there. Not recommended for tourists

Fantastic spot. Burgers and fries were top tier quality. My kids labeled the burgers as the best they have ever had. The fries were just as great!

Nicest burger I have had in years. We had a great time enjoying the chilled atmosphere and happy hour cocktails and got great service from Jesse who was not only wearing an excellent cardigan but also a giant friendly smile! Will definitely be back.

What a place! I looked this restaurant up after an “eatingwithtod” insta post and it didn’t disappoint. Quite simply the best burger I have had in years. I opted for the “lamb shank redemption” burger, my two friends opted for the “Celine Dijon” burger, we then shared the brisket fries, chicken skin fries and wings. Literally every mouthful was a pleasure and including service charge, and everything, this came to about £27 each. What a first class experience in the centre of such a thriving part of the city. We were tonight served by the very helpful Andrea. What a polite, friendly and warming member of your Patty&Bun team! Great advice on recommendations, knowledge of the food and was a really lovely smiley face for your brand. I was also told of the Monday special offer which my friend and I will return for as soon as we are both local. All in all, a really lovely evening! Thank you.

I’ve been eating burgers for about 50 years now and I can honestly say this is the best burger currently in London. Try the Arri Gold - you won’t regret it (unless you don’t eat meat!)

Brittany was brilliant! Welcoming, great food tips and great local tips! Best burgers we’ve had, solid fries and just finding a place to eat with no pause when the kids needed something on the side. Will be back!!

Excellent fast food bar: efficient service, delicious food ( imaginative range of burgers, crispy fries and tasty dips), clean and nicely designed dining area, excellent cocktails! and good value overall. The downstairs room looks ideal for a casual gathering with friends.

The burgers are always sublime at P&B! I had their special at this branch last week and it was incredibly delicious... Thank you chef! Marked 1 star off as its a bit too cosy for my liking inside and you are eating with strangers as if they are almost on your table. Sometimes you just don't want to be sat so close to strangers!

Been coming to P&B for several years, was a bit worried about the quality of the stores in the West End, but very happy to see the London Bridge branch has similar quality to "back in the day". Smokey Robinson and rosemary fries, can't go wrong. Joy was very friendly and quick with the order.

Don’t understand how this place has 4 stars, people in the UK are too generous with their ratings. The chips were lukewarm, the burgers were fine but nothing amazing, what let the place down was the service (just cold and unresponsive) and the fact that the veggie version of the chicken burger had the same name as the real chicken burger which only causes confusion, I wanted to try the veggie one but ended up with the meat one.

Andrea did a stella job in taking care of us tonight! Strongly recommended

Wonderful service and amazing staff. Tried the exciting vegan bun ( looked exactly like a meat burger very cool ) however it was more expensive than we thought and for the price we might eat else where ( £12 for just the burger and £5 for chips and then service charge )

Staff amazing. Chefs are great and considerate and gave the kids extra bacon on the side after seing them enjoy it so much! Waitresses super friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sammy and Andrea for being so great with our little girls “waaaay better than McDonald’s” was the comment from my 7 and 4 year old- I don’t think there’s a higher compliment than that! Thanks guys 🙏 it’s a rarity to see the kids eat so much! Win win all round from us!

I really like Patty & Bun in Soho however the London Bridge service was pretty awful. We were waiting outside for 20 minutes and multiple tables left in that time. The waiting staff were completely inadequte and require basic training. A serious disappointment.

Love Patty & Bun. We visited the Brighton restaurant and loved it. Then saw this one on a day out in London...and just had to visit. Everything was amazing and the staff spot on with timing, cleanliness and knowledge of food on their menu. Defo going back to this amazing place!

I was a big fan of Patty & Bun when they first opened on James Street many years ago, at the time it was miles ahead of the pack in my opinion. Over time they’ve expanded and with that there has been a decline or at least an inconsistency in quality, however I still rate them pretty highly. On a recent visit to their London Bridge location at noon on a Thursday I was one of just two customers in the place. I ordered the “Truffle Shuffle” monthly special which included beef shin, shallots and truffle mayo, a delicious sounding combo, and it was indeed a great burger, cooked medium rare as requested. In the last couple of months I’ve visited Bleecker, Five Guys and the massively hyped up Supernova. I’d still rank P&B at the top of this group…
