I have gone often and have always been satisfied. tonight the service was stellar, the girl at the counter served me correctly, but the manager was not happy. He stepped in and canceled my order for a beer, claiming I was drunk. In fact, I had only drunk one beer and I had eaten a chicken with rice there. that was the second beer. I asked him how he knew I had been drinking, he answered me rudely and with a contemptuous tone. I would like to take action against this uneducated boy who is not able to communicate with customers and what's more, he insults them. for me today the service is zero minus. I advise other clients to write more realistic feedback for these staff behaviors.

We had an early lunch on a saturday morning , 12 .30 We had all day breakfast & sausage, chips and beans. Coke and a Coffee followed up with a cheeky fudge cake & ice cream I ordered on the App, it was super quick table service. I was surprised 😮 Food was lovely, service was good. The pub could be bigger though. it's busy and a bit cramped. Unlike some others, its not paticularly unique in its Decor...

This was a superb pub for drinking, with a bright and modern design! The windows are very large to give light in from outside and counter is lovely itself, location is brilliant near Clapham Junction and staff were lovely. I had a pint of Stowford Press, sitting comfortably at a smooth, gleaming table!

Visited today, it was very busy. The girls behind the bar were great at serving quickly and fairly, just a smile would have been good, but itwas busy. The food was as expected and came out in a reasonable amount of time given how busy it was. My friend said it shows the times of the trains behind the bar, which I'm sure people find useful.

This is just a drinking pub i have never seen so many tables in a pub. 2 star food as is wetherspoons not bad by any means but definitely not 5☆ nice cheep booze

Superb service at the bar. The guy really took care of our dietary requirements and the Valentine's dining offer was unmatchable.

The BEST fish and chips I have ever had in London! Quite anazung. Fresh fish (which is VERY rare in London) in perfect batter. I have fish and chips in loads of Wetherspoons pub but never this good.

Wonderful institution - great pints and great and shout out to Ricky and Mark at the door. Lost my jumper here and manager managed to find and return it to me during a busy period - GOAT.

Would give it 4 stars if you wasn't harassed by junkies all of the time.

We come here once a month to meet friends as it's so handy for public transport. Thanks to the manager for searching for (and finding) an item we had lost, and putting it aside for us to collect. Also the half grilled chicken and chips was excellent.

Very spacious space which is handy for those with mobility problems. The food was nice and there's an extensive range of drinks to choose from. The only down side was being ignored, while others were getting served ahead of me. That was rectified quickly when I asked where the manager was

Mark and Ricky and Mahad make me feels safe when I enter the pub they are so welcoming and always cheak if I’m alright, the customers service is better than anywhere I’ve been and they go above and beyond it feels like it’s there number one priority I can’t say thanks enough!!

This Spoons is a bit of a strange one. Spoons is notorious for not having an atmosphere. This one actually does have one! It comes at a cost. It is always a challenge to get a table, because it is pretty small/ super popular. Despite being super packed, service is fast. My guys in the kitchen don't know how to microwave the chicken though. Wowzers the chicken was over cooked. I was eating charcoal. This spoons doesn't check if the food is okay, where most do.

It was super nice at the beginning, however around 6pm it became overcrowded and sooo noisy, that we couldn't understand each other. Staff is super nice though and manage the crowd very vell. Food is amazing as always.

Great staff and very quick at serving the food even at a busy time. Ask for 'Irish', she's very helpful and has the great ability to cheer you up.!

It got super crowded around 6pm and going forward conversations were almost impossible due to the loud background noise. Staff is super friendly and professional though. Food is always great in any Wetherspoons.

A typical Weatherspoons nothing too "flash". Food and drink 1st class, I ordered on the app. It was a bit noisy though, people having to talk loudly to the person immediately next to them. Sign of the times, I suppose!

Second time visiting this Spoons much much better range of ales which you had to be quick to get as they changed regularly during an hour and half!

Cheap and cheerful local. Good price bears and wine. Nothing to write home about but Good vibes if you're on a budget.

Please Please Fix your app! I had 2 seperate orders of £30 each both not go through BUT the money was taken both times from my account. The reason for the 1 star is how badly the manager dealt with this. They didn’t care at all. No apology, no offer of a gesture of goodwill. Just told me “ it will come back into your account in 3-5 days theres nothing we can do” Imagine that was my last money and i was trying to feed myself…

Food arrived quiet quickly at the table I found that my food Korea chicken with chips had human hair in it also the female who dealt with the issue was really good and sorted it out just not happy about having hair in my food just make sure you check your plate or bowl is completely clean before eating your food as the hair was inside the bowl

We went because i had a giftcard ..my mate is usually a wine bar girl but she was willing.. we had been in another pub first by accident which was sooo busy and loud we coukdnt hear each other so this was a welcome relief! It looked super busy from outside but when we got in we found a table and while it was busy it was fine for us and service was quick.. bless him the poor staff member who served me had to deal with this giftcard which then didnt work but he was very patient and nice about it .. i was embarrassed so walked away without my drink! Food was good though seemed a bit cold though that may have been me faffing around.. i had the veg curry which was fab and id thought was a smaller portion but with the naan and poppadoms there was plenty and so tasty.. loved the beer (twickenham autumn red) and my mate was happy to stay for seconds

We stopped here for a quick lunch. Food was good, service was also, we particularly like the location. Right near Clapham junction train station. Was nice and quiet also which was a bonus

We popped into The London & South Western for something to eat, and we had fish & chips, this turned out to be the best we've had for a long time. Well done Wetherspoon for good value and quick service.

Conveniently located close to the train station. I had a great value for money Ruddles and a packet of crisps for less than £3. Good atmosphere and interesting information on the walls regarding the local history. Would definitely recommend.

Found meat in my food when I ordered a vegetarian meal. Staff were lovely and understanding about this. However it took half an hour for a replacement to be brought out, which was cold and also incorrect. Luckily not a huge issue but if someone had an allergy etc being given the wrong food could be a problem

A good selection of beer, and excellent cod and chips. A Wetherspoons pub which, in my mind, means a varied selection of quality ales/ciders at a price unbeaten by any other company.

Extremely Bad food, rude and unprofessional staff at this Bar and Restaurant my deep dissatisfaction with my recent experience at [The London and South Western]. The quality of the food was abysmal; the pizza was half-cooked and not sliced, while the chicken had an unpleasant odor. Equally concerning was the conduct of the staff, particularly the manager, who completely ignored our party for over an hour. Despite our payment, we were refused service, which I find utterly unprofessional. Additionally, we were overcharged for a meal that did not meet even the most basic standards. I urge potential patrons to consider this warning and avoid this restaurant to prevent a similar experience. Hope this helps others not getting trapped by this messy restaurant

Silly cheap drinks and food, and that attracts a real mixed crowd, Saturday night, bouncers had to intervene 4 times within an hour I spent there. Great crew, but still, not a place I will visit on weekend again.

Had a full breakfast, .Not impressed, portions were not great, and the cook must have been having a bad day

Irish is the manageress and what a lovely polite knowledgeable and helpful lady she is . I give her 5+ stars

Normalmente vengo por una pinta aproximadamente una vez al mes cuando llego a Clapham Junction porque los precios son excelentes, siempre me pareció amable el personal. Cuando me quedo en el área de Chelsea normalmente desayuno aquí antes de llegar a casa en tren por la mañana, pero mi única queja es que en ocasiones la comida no está muy caliente, creo que tendré un gemido si no caliente la próxima vez, ya que los precios de la comida han aumentado, así que tiene que ser correcto y puntos de calificación perdidos para esto.

The food is pretty much the same as the other pubs that I’ve been but the staffs are amazing and the atmosphere & cleanliness of the pub is excellent!

We really love this place. Everytime my wife and I go to the area we make it sure to eat here. The atmosphere is relaxing and staff members are very welcoming! Definitely would recommend this place to my friends and colleagues!

All the positive benefits of Wetherspoon pubs, but some of the customers cannot have a drink without talking very loudly, and with an appalling use of language. Plus some moving the tables & chairs to sit a group of ten. It makes it difficult for the staff to control the environment for young families, and people wanting to read with a quiet pint. While CJ is not exactly Belgravia, the loud & unruly crowd should be turfed out PDQ if they ignore a polite warning. But, of course that can be a problem for the staff.

A morning visit meeting a friend. Good location, prices and the traditional breakfast I had was serviceable and filled me up with a few cups of tea (free refills) to wash it down. Would visit again.

Cheap and delicious food and drink but no vegan desserts and few vegan options, which are generally more expensive.

Tend to pop in here for a morning coffee if early for getting the train from Clapham Junction and to have some time to chill, so usually in pre-9am. The London & South Western being a Wetherspoons, the food and drink is pretty much the same as any other. But the staff and general cleanliness of the pub is always top notch and worth the 5* review rating.

The food was excellent but found the mixed drinks in the pitchers we're quite weak had more Mango then alcohol

I often visit Wetherspoon in Clapham Junction on Saturday mornings. The atmosphere is decent, with a few early drinkers, but they aren’t disruptive. The quality of the food is good, especially for the price you pay. The Eggs Benedict, in particular, are very good and a great deal at just £6. The service is polite and efficient, which I appreciate. While the venue could be a bit cleaner, it’s still comfortable enough for a relaxed meal. I’ve also tried the pizzas, which are quite good as well.

I came here with my two young boys for dinner and was very busy but the manager went out his way to get us a table the staff were very polite would definitely recommend.

Often quite busy spoons with 'outer London' pricing, handily placed a stones throw from Clapham Junction station so under 10mins from Waterloo or Victoria. Guest ales were all Sambrook on my last visit, a little annoying but unusual. Table service fast and efficient, staff friendly and efficient.

How can you not love these pubs, always top class value for money food, and the staff are friendly helpful and often go out of their way to make you feel special. The air conditioning is powerful, great way to cool off in the heat 😎 👌

Ideal if your younger i met my 81 year old uncke here who waa visiting from oz. Couldnt hear ourselves think. Full of hens and 20 somethings getting thier cheap drinks in. Food ok took a while to come was cold. Too noisy but cheap for a weatherspoons now aspragus has gone

Nice pub to have a pint and staff are very friendly.

The pub is nice and has been decorated with light colours inside and regardless of what time we’ve been in there it’s always had a nice atmosphere. There’s windows along one side of the pub which helps make it look bright as some other spoons I’ve been in feel quite dark. Service from the bar or ordering from the app has always been quick Wetherspoons food is Wetherspoons food. You know what you’re getting. For the price my portions have always been good and I’ve enjoyed the food. The pub has a screen with the train departures and platform numbers which is a nice touch

An updated review of another Wetherspoons I have been to before. A reasonable sized branch a very short walk from Clapham Junction Railway Station. Now the only Wetherspoons in the area, since the once nearby 'The Asparagus' in Battersea was closed. The pub was fairly busy when I arrived, managed to find a table OK and ordered through app with no issues. A reasonable selection of beer was on. For which I ordered a pint of Twickenham Orange Zeus 4.8%, beer to go with my meal of a Gourmet BBQ Beef Burger. Total cost = £12.17. Beer arrived in good time, a few minutes after ordering and was in good condition. Food arrived in around eight minutes and looked well prepared and cooked. No issues with taste or quality. A handy, convenient and fairly cheapish stopping point if you are passing through on the train. Or if you live locally. My only gripe in general is Spoons is a bit thin on the ground in this area. I strongly feel a branch is needed in nearby Wandsworth (which once had two Wetherspoons pubs), plus also Clapham High St, which is a fair distance from Clapham Junction. Apart from that, not a bad place to stop off at. It has certainly improved since it first opened a couple of years ago, when beer and service quality was appalling.

It's cheap and cheerful, which is what you expect.

I went in for breakfast 26/jun and another patron gratuitously tried to bash me in. Amazing! In my whole life, I have had 2 instances of gratuitous aggro in a pub, and they have both been in Wetherspoons! The other time, BTW, was in Boscombe in 2008, shortly before Wetherspons closed that site and discontinued the lease, because it was too heavy with thugs and violence.

Esperé más de una hora por nuestra comida. Hablé con el gerente y no me disculpé. Le expliqué que todos los demás a nuestro alrededor habían sido servidos y que todavía estábamos esperando. El gerente tiene mucho que responder aquí ya que no es la primera vez que se equivocan. Por lo general, es la comida equivocada llevada a la mesa o cosas que faltan en su comida. Se necesita un nuevo gerente que esté más enfocado al cliente para darle la vuelta

Ordered food at 11.30 still waiting at 1220 rubbish service will not be coming to this weather spoons again son complained to the manager he just walked away no apology from him only one of the bar ladies
