The best restaurants serving British food in London

Good garden. Music some nights.

We wanted to hold a small, quiet party after a funeral. Although the car parking is limited, it was fine for us. It was a beautify day and we sat in the garden. Plenty of shade and almost to ourselves (4pm - 6pm). We had ordered finger food (sandwiches) in advance and they were served when we required. Only two small comments - the sandwiches were only white bread (wholemeal would have been great) and although it only affected me, there was no bitter and no hand pump. But small problems for such a good overall experience.

The best english pub, nice food and Domi from the bar is super nice and helpful!

We had delicious food and an amazing time. They are very considerate of allergies and food preferences.

We arrived at the pub at noon when it just opened. It was spacious, clean, and very beautiful. Greeted by the lovely hostess, we sat by the window and took our time admiring the atmosphere. Nice selection of drinks. Food was great we had the padron pepper, steak, and cod.

I had an amazing time here and the service was outstanding in the snug bar section! Our bartender Sam was out of this world incredible. Great place close to the Euston mainline station, so ideal to meet friends before a journey. Team were lovely and we had a great selection of dishes.

Staff were so lovely. There was a mix up with the price of our drinks ans they were super nice. Especially the brunette with eyeliner who helped with some change, didn't catch her name. Caught Bella's name and she was super helpful too.

The Parlour is on the 1st floor of Fortnum and Mason in Picadilly. The cafe has a lovely ambience and the food was flavourful but it was disappointing to see that the menu blatantly disregards diverse dietary choices- it lacked even basic labelling of Vegetarian/Vegan choices! When a cup of tea is £6 and a plate of small scones is £9 you would hope for attentive service! Our waiter was disinterested and dismissive, making no attempt to help our group choose the V/Ve choices from the menu.
