The Liberty Bounds in City of London, Westminster

Food: mostly this is a heat and serve kind of food place. A franchise in UK providing good packaged food for serving with economical beer. Beer: most economical in all of London Service: you have to order and gove your Table Number. I’ve heard good things about this system. People post on their social media which restaurant location amd which Table they are sitting on and people from around the world send food and drinks. :) preety cool right? I personally do not look for freebies :) so will stay away from such posts. In short. Definitely worth visiting.

Shoddy weatherspoons but does the job for a cheap pint

My favourite Wetherspons pub in London. Fantastic location, excellent amenities, and the staff are always quick, friendly, and helpful.

No seating but it was very busy. Great atmosphere!

Extremely busy and difficult to find a place to sit. Worst Wetherspoons for physical disability access as it is full of stairs and tall off the floor seating. Also stairs at entrance. Long queuing and staff acting like police for ID. I'm a 24 year old with a physical disability. Higher prices than other Wetherspoon locations. Won't be returning to this particular one in the future. Very dissatisfied and won't be recommending.

Waited over half an hour for a breakfast and eggs on toast 😡

Very nice pub nearby tower bridge, quick and easy order Through the app and payment by card or PayPal. Quite generous portions, the fish n chips were well prepared. I absolutely recommend the baby guinness, for Irish beer lovers.

Chanel was the BEST bartender I have met in London. The staff was all so kind! The food was the best English breakfast I got to try. everything was perfect. Hope you give your staff all the love

Classic Spoons. Everything you need for a nice English Breakfast - pub atmosphere, fast services, good prices. The view from the windows looks over Tower of London, which adds to the experience. Really recommend to stop by for a wee brekkie🤩

Best Weatherspoons!! Can see tower bridge and tower of London from your table. The service here isn't the best I'll be honest, but the food is consistent and good beer choices as well.

Turned up at a busy time, Friday after work and although it was very busy and lively as you'd expect the service was quick, efficient and very friendly. A very good selection of beer with the usual regulars and some very good guest beers on tap, food came very quickly after ordering and it was top notch. And all a few minutes way from the train home, what more could you want? Top marks Liberty Bounds!

Nice wetherspoons with interesting history around it. Just came in for a breakfast - service was a bit slow considering how empty the pub was.

Every time I go to London I stop here, it is very good, except for the service, they are not fast and they have a hard time clearing the tables

Rare are the Once I published a review, but we were so poorly received, indeed when you arrive with 3 children from 8 to 12 years old it is not necessarily the customers who spend the most, but there not even a hello, not even a smile nothing, really the impression of disturbing “this young girl” and yet it was only 6:45 p.m.… first disappointment in the neighborhood… and a shame..

It is a great spot for a good value pint and food. The staff work extremely hard but struggle to offer you the time of day. I would go as far as saying one of our servers was rude. It's a shame as the place is draped in history both inside and out.

Best place to eat or drink around Tower of London /tower bridge, English breakfast with coffee for around 8 pounds. Pints for 2.5. Amazing!! Great location.

If you can find food and a beer this good and as cheap within a 20 mile radius without it being another Spoons you did really well, the food tasted great and the beer was pretty good too.

Had a lovely evening here. Plenty of seating upstairs. Very reasonably priced and offers a huge range of food and drink. I chose the Ramen plus chicken breast. I didn't expect much but it was excellent. Far better than Waggamamas and significantly cheaper. Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. I will definitely return. Plus very close to the station and the Tower of London.

Busy for a Friday night, however the service was quick and the steak was cooked to a Tee.

Food is average pub grub and fairly small portions but compared to other London pubs it's half the price, so value is 5 stars!

Great food and fantastic atmosphere. Even though the tables were full, we waited maybe 15 minutes for our order. Very good and fast service.

Good beer and friendly service.

Beer is fine. Awful fish and chips completely devoid of salt and any flavor at all. Fries were frozen and barely cooked thru. Can’t find salt nor pepper in a sea of condiments (vinegar, ketchup, mayo, mango chutney). The website is frustrating across the table (multiple people had to reset and close/reopen).

The building and decorating of this pub is the food thing about here, sat on the second floor and could have a really nice look around the view outside and in. Order at the bar fine, but my card didn't want to work, so lucky I had enough cash to pay. Service was ok, I understand that they were under staffed, so no one checked if everything was ok or wanted anything else. Food, well it filled a hole. I would go back but only for a drink and the view.

It's a weatherspoons, food and drink are reasonably priced. Plenty of options, you know what you're getting and it's readily accessible, close to tower hill station and the tower of London. Many hotels and attractions nearby.

The traditional English breakfast tasted great, looked good and it came out of the kitchen pretty quick. You can see the tower hill terrace and a lot of other things out the windows. Perfect place for tourists

Not great or even good unfortunately. We went here on an Easter school holiday trip to London. The place was not full, they were however short of every kids meal that we tried on the app. The Weatherspoons App can be really handy for ordering, but on this occasion it was a nightmare. We picked food for everyone, entered it all on to the app, only to find out just before paying that a kids item was not in stock. So back through the menus to find something else, over and over. This went on for what felt like hours. When it turned up, the adult burgers were thin and the chip portions meagre, the kids meals were tiny. The prices are clearly too low, because they failed to deliver a single decent meal on the order. We found out the following day why Fullers pubs were charging around double the price. Not only do Fullers sell freshly cooked food, the portions are far better. This visit was a big let down.

Dirty table, attitude when we asked for it to be cleaned, crap food, small portions. Worse than the last time I'm visited. Come on team, you can do better. Prime location and you waste the business opportunity. Had to leave cos of the hobby marketing meeting on the next table. I know that 'Spoons aren't meant to have any expectations beyond "below average" but even this was poor. Out of fish n chips too that my friend wanted.

Great place to visit. Its so busy that staff can't keep up. The tables needed cleaning and glasses were still on tables when we arrived but otherwise a good venue.

While I was visiting the War of the Worlds experience, I was looking a Wetherspoons to get something to eat and drink. Unfortunately, while using Google maps to find it, the location was incorrect. That's no fault of the pub, so it was a bit annoying. But the service was a little slow but still OK. Great job, guys and gals.

Pub is walking distance from Tower of London and the sky garden. Great selection of drinks, great seating area and wonderful staff, clean bathrooms and great prices for London – shout out to Jesh for his recommendation of an elderflower tonic that is my new favorite! 5/5

Only bar and restaurant open late during the two days I stayed there. The food I had was average on both nights. Pizza bad, but chicken better. Good drinking crowd.

Cheap & good pub for breakfast too. Coffee, cappuccino, etc. for free refills. Service was sparsely staffed in the morning, so service wasn't particularly quick. Prices for breakfast very fair. Cozy atmosphere. In the evenings the pub is busy with mostly locals coming in for an after-work beer.

Decent "Spoons" pub, good service and friendly staff.

Very busy and very hot. They had huge fans running, but it didn't help. Not very clean - sticky tables etc but the food was fine. The loos were very dirty and out of loo roll.

We found this pub by chance but were very pleased. Price performance is great, we ate and drank well under 25 euros per person. For these conditions - almost unbeatable.

We ordered online food and drinks and I thought I had added my drink online when the waiter came and told me is not on my receipt, he offered to give me my drink at the bar so I didn't have to wait and was so assisting and sweet of him given that the place was super busy at that time. Got there just after 9.00am. They were accepting cash only as their system was down. Staff needed to be more attentive to customers. Repairs were going on so lots of loud drilling that was giving me a headache. Breakfast was good.

The pub was nice but a couple of technical problems. Were only accepting cash as there was an electronic payment issue. For some reason the app wouldn't process. Tried on 2 phones. The app is usually fantastic.

It was my first time to go to a pub in England. The store is a few minutes walk from Tower Hill Station. There was also a pub next door and both were very busy. The inside of the bar is decorated with old costumes, giving it a traditional pub feel, and it also has a casual atmosphere that is suitable for families with children. (I took a photo of the inside of the store, but I couldn't take a photo that conveyed the atmosphere) There were seats on the 1st and 2nd floors of the store, and I was able to use any available seat I wanted. If you have leftover dishes from the person in front of you, just ask the staff and they will happily clean them up for you. You will need your table number when ordering, so be sure to remember your seat number. The restroom is on the second floor and is spacious. You can order at the counter on the first floor, but it's easier to order using the QR code on the menu. (For some reason the app didn't work well on my brother's smartphone, but I was able to complete everything from ordering to payment using my iPhone.) Download the Deer Mark McMullen’s Pubs app. If you register your email address, payment details will be sent to you via email. Once you've finished eating, just leave the store whenever you like. There is no need to order food and drinks for each person, and you can share food without hesitation. Using the app is convenient for foreigners because you can complete your meal without having to speak any English. When I had questions or requests that couldn't be done through the app, the staff at the store were very kind. Additional small plates and forks were quickly prepared. The food took a while to be served, but the drinks were served quickly and at the right temperature. While staying in Tower Hill, I used this restaurant twice for dinner and once for breakfast.

Considering it's location it surprisingly (in a good way ) felt like any other WeatherSpoons pub - Good value and quick service

We are a family of 4 (two teenagers 15 & 17), the pub was our “go to” for affordable meals breakfast and dinner. Quality of food was very good for pub food and very reasonable prices. Service was good; however, when ordering food you order via mobile which makes it harder to communicate. For example we ordered two of the same dishes and received a reply one was cancelled b/c they assume we order duplicate by error. Personally, I prefer to order with a human but I can understand why they use an app instead. The pub is massive and always busy. Menu has a massive selection and surprisingly the foods was very good especially for the value. Huge selections of ales and ciders.
