I've been here a few times and I always come back because of Ruxanda and her customer service. She's always very nice, attentive and a kind team member, outstanding and professional. Ruxanda is a star ⭐ Cocktails are good and the music isn't too loud.

Very rarely are we driven to leave a review for a restaurant or pub but we felt like we had to for here. We came in expecting to just order at the bar but were greeted at the door and shown a table. Service came super fast as did the food and drinks. Both Alexandra and Laura were super friendly and efficient. Super happy and we are hard to impress.

Me and my friends spent such a good time there. The staff were very welcoming and the food was so delicious. I highly recommend the place and definitely will come back very soon.

We had overseas guests that had arrived that day and needed a place to chat and have a pub food dinner. Unfortunately the steak and fish & chips had sold out. Alexandra guided us through the alternatives (normally QR code ordered) and spoke to the chef about an alternative meal as one of our guests liked fish but not shell fish. Alexandra had a very nice rapport with our guests.

Came with some friends for lunch ,the food was amazing and the service is excellent, Laura M was nice and the cocktails she made were delicious . We are definitely coming to this place again.

I visit Pitcher & Piano on a regular basis with colleagues, and every time is enjoyable. Atmosphere is great, even when it’s quiet. Food options are delicious. Venue is clean. But the best part is the staff. They are all so friendly, attentive and welcoming. From remembering our drink order to stopping to engage in friendly conversation when they have capacity, they well and truly go above and beyond every single time - they genuinely seem like they love being there. Huge thanks to Laura-Maria, Laura and all the gang for making P&P our favourite spot to relax after a busy day in the office. 😘

We came for a quick drink after work. The service is good and prices are ok but the bigger issue is noise. It’s far too loud for my liking but still welcoming. There are booths for privacy, tables in the middle which will be busy when full, and some nice little corners if you are here on a date or want a quieter conversation. Lots of beer options on offer, knock yourself out!

Having been ripped off big time at two other locations nearby, it was refreshing indeed to find somewhere that did decent, reasonably priced, 241 cocktails in London on a Friday evening. My only bugbear was that it was selected cocktails, but I was pleased however, as a Margarita was on the list! Venue and its toilets were clean, staff were friendly, polite and provided a speedy, efficient service. Would recommend.

Disappointing, poor quality wine. And a lot of the menu were not available and the waiter forcefully explained to me that the reason they do not have a lot of the menu was that they were in the process of changing the menu, as if this justify the reason to have a menu card where most of it were not available.

Bartender was borderline rude...The good thing we had a massage done for charity...

Stopped for a few pints there was available seating on a Friday late afternoon reasonable selection of beers

I’m a big fan of Fish and chips and this one here turned out to be really good!!! Tried the cheesecake and the brownie, mmmmm yummy! Nice, cozy place, love it!

I don’t normally leave reviews (I always forget!) but our server was absolutely excellent - thank you to Laura, who was so welcoming, friendly, kind and attentive. Amazing food served by amazing staff and enjoyed with an amazing atmosphere. The Restaurant offered us the taste of British food, warmly welcoming us for a dinner of excellent quality dishes, friendly front of house staff and a wonderful time. I brought my parents, a couple of really picky food lovers, and they were absolutely charmed by every detail.

Went here with my parents for a drink before their anniversary meal. There was a Welsh lady behind the bar who was very kind and offered my parents a seat in a private room, as well as bringing our drinks to us. Made their day.

Visiting Pitcher and Piano makes me miss living and working in the city of London, the best of food, setting and service. It makes me feel like the best things in London happen underground. Always underground, chic and luxurious and smooth and friendly - that’s how we were sat! The food was exceptional and immaculately presented, the service is too a fantastic one!

A great and delightful place. The staff behind the bar makes the atmosphere at this place. They are great! Beer is great and there is plenty more on offer for a nice time with a friends out! Right next to Bank station, so no excuses for not paying a visit. You won't regret it - enjoy 😊!

Don’t bother. Awful place. Dreadful service. Poor quality food. Edit - RESPONSE to Pitcher & Piano request below: Ordered Chicken Caesar Salad x2. 1x came up without chicken (despite requesting "same"). First meal finished, before second corrected meal came up. Chicken was tough and overcooked. Waited ages for drinks. Bill was incorrect. Despite booking in advance, table was tucked away at the back in a corner. We asked to be moved but was advised as we were only 3 people, we couldnt accomodate a booth.

We booked a private area for about 35 people for the night before my sons wedding in pitcher and piano. I spoke to the manager on the night and asked for all expenses, food and drink to go onto my credit card. I was assured that this was not a problem and told that they would like to update me on spend when it hit certain amounts. This was appreciated and done very privately. I can’t praise the staff highly enough!!! I work in the restaurant sector and have done for over 40 years. The staff at Pitcher & Piano are a credit to the industry. So professional and hard working whilst maintaining a friendly and most welcoming atmosphere throughout. Everyone commented on how good this experience was. Great food and drinks and great value. Thank you to everyone that worked that night, you made the night before the wedding perfect.

I had organised a large booking of 25 people for a work christmas do. I was contacted regularly regarding the booking, just prior to the day there was a little mix up with the booking but it was quickly resolved by the staff. On the day of arrival the area was well organised, venue nicely decorated and facilities clean. We were very happy with our booking and Laura and her staff made us feel welcomed. They were organised and competent.

We had a private room for a Christmas meal The host was amazing! Made sure we had everything we needed and always checked in to see if we were all okay. Even added special touches like asked if we wanted music in the room etc. The food was good and the set up was so beautiful. It’s the 3rd year we’ve hosted our friends Christmas dinner here and we’re beyond happy with everything Thank you!

Beautiful dishes during lunch. My boyfriend had a fantastic steak. He found the meat so tender and moisty. I had a cute burger portion. A warmy, comfort plate of food that filled my belly good. Nice, industrial yet classic ambience. It was nearby our office and a great start of the day. It is a popular place for my workplace too!

We headed to try the famous fish and chips prepared by the amazing chef Kosta.To be honest I have not had a such a delicious portion of fish and chips for years.Would definitely visit again!
