A lone dinner, made welcome by the server gentleman. The food was very nice too. Didn’t get the servers name but I came in on 2 October at 2.30 pm. Lovely experience

Main issue is they are understaffed. There was 1 front of house server the night we were there, and they were trying hard but had everything to do (seating, taking orders, delivering food, cleaning tables etc.) so it was all very slow. Pretty ridiculous. Didn’t stop them adding a 12.5% “optional” service charge (a curse that has spread through the uk recently). Was asked if we needed an allergy menu (a nice touch). When we said yes we were told to look it up on the website (not such a nice touch). Atmosphere is bland chain restaurant. In contrast the food was pretty good when it arrived - kids enjoyed the (adult menu) pasta. My salad was fine. Wasn’t thrilled the server left it by the till to seat some else halfway through bringing it to our table though….. Won’t be going back - plenty of other much better places around (Italian restaurants if you want pasta or pizza, steak houses for steaks and burgers, decent pubs for the rest). Gets 3 stars overall because of the food.

F&B's in Paddington is a great location especially just outside the newly upgraded station. Quick service, food is good but most importantly staff are very welcoming particularly Connie. Noticed that she was very efficient and very friendly with the customers. Other restaurants need someone like her.

27.09.2024 Alfredo’s attentive and friendly service always make my breakfast experience great. My favourite egg is out of the menu, but he still made that for me❤️ Thankyou for that. 10/06/2024 I work right across the street and it’s one of my Favourite Breakfast spot after a tiring night shift. My favourite is their Egg Benedict.

Yesterday I have visited with my family and we have ordered veggie breakfast but it was not up the mark. Servers are rude and arrogant. It was wastage of time. We will never visit again.

Waited to be seated. Staff walking around but nobody seated us. After a few minutes we left and went to the steakhouse across the road which was lovely

Tasty food for a good price. The service was attentive and the people working there were all kind and smiley. I recommend this place, especially if you’re on a budget but still want to have a good meal. The english breakfast plate was pretty good and filling.

The food was good. Near to station, but the staffs were not approachable, didn't even asked for food allergies, waited for more than 15 minutes after ordering food. But noticed other customers are getting food on time. Staffs behavior seems to be biased.Saw lots of good reviews about staff. Don't know what happened or what was the reason.

I ordered the calamari rings and what I got was absolutely inedible and absolutely abysmal. It was so oily, full of salt, just blobs of batter on a plate and no sign of the actual calamari. A complete disaster and totally inedible. Very very disappointing. Francie & Benny's used to be brilliant and you were always spoilt for choice, but I genuinely wish we never walked in here.

Came here for brunch after a recommendation from a friend and it didn’t disappoint, the food and drinks were amazing and the waitress that served me was cheerful and polite and made the experience 10 times better. Would definitely come back and a top suggestion for friends

Portions small The lasagne was dreadful, and you don't get anything with it.if you wanted fries that was extra. And I thought it was expensive for what we had. Will not be going there again

Restaurant just outside Paddington train station, it is also attached to a hotel so would see hotel guest having breakfast here. Also have shared bathrooms with the hotel. Seemed short of staff. Air conditioning is strong so food get cold quickly. Quite a few gluten free options which is great.

Amazing Food and Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the steak and pasta, which were cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I also want to give special recognition to Connie, who was incredibly kind and patient throughout our meal. Her warm and friendly attitude truly made our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service.

The food fish hasn’t got too much flavor, the peas are bitter, the food took over 20 minutes and the seat is cold

Our food tasted fresh and arrived in reasonable time. Our server was friendly and attentive. The environment was clean and inviting.

The menu for breakfast/brunch is really unclear. The wrong eggs took over half an hour, the place wasn’t busy at all. There’s one toilet in the place, but OTHER toilets are available in the adjacent hotel down some stairs, along a corridor. about 80 yards away. Come on now.

Went into this restaurant with a 2 year old and buggy. I needed to sit next to my son to feed him etc whilst in a high chair. Was asked to move the buggy next to the table and have my son opposite, where I’d not be able to manage feeding or securing him should he try to escape. Due to this I left the restaurant without ordering. Would think restaurant staff would have used a bit of common sense, didn’t even try and resolve the issue when I said I was going to leave. Poor customer service and no provisions for parents and children.

Walked in here because we had to catch the train at Paddington. Apologies were offered for the longer wait (only 10 people eating). Furthermore, the service was very perfunctory and short. Chicken breast was very dry, salad in bowl was warm and fries a bit lukewarm and limp. Burgers were good. Not worth repeating for us. Better service and better food for the same money at the Italian restaurant down the road.

Our tour group booked a 3 course dinner meal. The chicken tenders is good. The ribs is excellent. The best is the dessert.

Cozy place with good food. Passed by first, as we really wanted fish & chips. But it wasn't on the menu on the outside. When we returned, there were also several others who went on because they wanted fish & chips. But when we got in they still had it. So they probably lose some customers because of this error.

Pros: Lovely staff who were accomodating and welcoming. Fast service and decently priced drinks. Clean with plenty of seating. Wheelchair accessible and great location next to Paddington Station. Cons: I was unwell after visiting and promptly projectile vomited my entire dinner back up. I'm not sure the bolognese I ate was reheated properly. The food was mediocre at best - wetherspoons quality for a not so wetherspoons price. Portion size and taste were not great. Toilets were a challenge to access. Unless using the disabled toilet - which was in a bad state - you had to go in to a nearby hotel, downstairs and through multiple corridors to use the bathroom.

The breakfast was actually really good. Unfortunately, one of us received her scrambled eggs only after everyone else had finished. The service seemed unenthusiastic and could definitely put in a bit more effort.

Visited with family and friends prior to catching train from Paddington. The restaurant lacks atmosphere and felt quite tired. The food was of Wetherspoons sort of standard but a lot more expensive. It's the first time I've visited a F&Bs in many years, it appears to have lost its way a little.

A no-fuss diner where you can have a full English breakfast. The staff went the extra mile and were very friendly and helpful.

GREAT food. I went there 3 times in the 7 days I was in London. I'd personally recommend their spareribs. They also have a nice selection of beers I'd never tried before(MY personal favorite was the one called Doom-Bar or something like that) Staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive and helpful. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll DEFINITELY go to this place again.

Decent restaurant for a quick meal right next to Paddington station! They specialize in British staples and serve breakfast until 12:30pm. I had the full English and my girlfriend the eggs Benedict. Unfortunately, the muffin was burnt, so she had to send the eggs Benedict back. They replaced them relatively fast with an ok version. The full English I had was ok but certainly nothing too special. The fried eggs were good and I also enjoyed the potatoes. The bacon was a bit (too) salty, there was only one small sausage and the tomato didn’t have much taste. The price is very affordable for London standards, so at least you don’t get fleeced. The service was friendly and professional, so no complaints in that regard.

I haven't been to Frankie and Benny's for at least 5 years! I really wanted to come back to Frankie and Benny's and ever since I came here this month here's what I think of Frankie and Benny's. I had some criticism before I went ever since my terrible experience at beefeater and tgi Fridays but it was really good! The ribs are really good and have great portion sizes. Service is good and I didn't wait long for my food and drink even though it was busy when I went. It's also in a great location being right next to paddington station My only complaint is how you get to the toilets (unless you're going to the disabled toilet), you need to go through a door to a hotel attached to the restaurant, down some stairs and a corridor. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend

Very mediocre cuisine. We took classic bugers. To have cheese in it you had to pay extra. Although we had a very thin sheet of cheese that didn't even look like cheese.

Not good. The avocado toast was the saddest avocado toast I had in my entire life. The owner is nice though. But he must step up his culinary game.

It was mandatory that I made a return! Brooke’s service never seems to disappoint me. She always greets me and my partner with a welcoming smile on her face, she even takes time to explain different dishes and offers amazing recommendations that is tailored to our preferences. As for the food it’s self I would love to praise the chefs, always wonderfully cooked and well presented. I would definitely highly suggest everyone to come here whether it’s a special occasion or just a causal meal, you can always expect a remarkable experience especially if you have Brooke as a server.

I had breakfast included with my Mercure reservation next door. Therefore I was greeted by Sam, four mornings in a row. I liked the very attentive service, good breakfast and warm ambiance of this restaurant. I tried most items on the menu. Everything was warm made out of fresh ingredients. Bravo!

We went here for breakfast, the English “real” Breakfast. It was very good, tasted good… was what we’re looking for. We were waiting at least 30 min for the meal and 10 minutes more to pay the bill. Place is ok. Prices was normal for London

Very tired interior, food was good, but needs a refurb

We had a dinner here and had a disappointed experience with my order. My burger meat was burnt where it touched the grill and tasted burnt. I tried to eat some of it as I was very hungry but I couldn’t continue and said it to the waitress however she didn’t recommend any solution and just took my plate and we ended up paying the full bill which was 14£ for that burger. The worst money I spent on food and I even ended up staying hungry.

This was the most affordable dinner we had in the area. I would definitely come back for a dinner on a budget. Stick to the “set” lunch or dinner menu. They are similar to a “menu del día” in Spain, you get a two or three entree meal for a set low price. The staff was friendly, but slow they only had one person waiting tables and when there were five tables full the service slowed down. The food was good but not great. The cocktail was a bit watered down so stick to the beer. The only reason to come back is the convenient location and prices specially if you stick to the “set” lunch or dinner menu.

We were getting back onto the Elizabeth Line at Paddington Station to LHR and needed breakfast. The breakfast here is a typical English breakfast, plus they have a small buffet area. It has breads, yogurt, cereal, meats, cheeses, orange juice, and coffee. The main dish was a bit on the cool side, but still good. It was nice to get unlimited coffee and juice before we left. I'd try it again if we ever get back to London.

An "all day-anytime" eating place were you can get yourself some good rich food, at any time of day. Gives you some American fibes as well, if you're into that kind of thing.

Overcooked or burnt and very fatty. Coke diluted with water seen made by my daughters. I don't recommend.

We were warmly greeted and had good table service while we were in the restaurant. Our food was disappointing. All four meals were cold, my one son’s meal was stone cold. We sent that right back but just got on with it and eat our own food. The taste was okay, not terrible, but I wouldn’t return….

An hour to get 3 unfortunate burgers... Honestly it's too long! Go on your way, there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

Wonderful experience, good food, especially for the price. Hopefully this won't change in the future, then I'll surely come back once I'll be back in London. (I had a good deal with the lunch menù in weekdays, i recommend it)
