Really expensive, not so good, and the service was really slow

Wir waren spontan vor Ort essen, entsprechend hatten wir keine Erwartungen. Aber wir waren bereits von Ambiente vor Ort sehr angesprochen! Die Speisen vor Ort waren auch super, ich kann das Restaurant jedem empfehlen.

Waren zufällig dort, als wir in England angekommen sind. Hat uns sofort angelacht. Würden höflich empfangen und das obwohl wir alle unsere Koffer noch dabei hatten. Ambiente, essen und Service top. Man hat uns alles erklärt. Essen wahr sehr lecker. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Was pretty much the usually F&B meal, just found this one to be a bit lacking in the flavour department and ended up asking for extra sauce. Service was good l, very friendly and was quite in the restaurant (4pm). Clean and tidy as you would expect.

Got the taste I wanted. Just awesome 😍👏Pasta was sooo delicious 😋

All there days in London we had breakfast near Paddington station, this is where we stayed. However, this was the worst place. I didn't like the food at all, it didn't taste and at the end we almost were charged 12,90 £ as for buffet that we didn't take. Luckily, the price was adjusted, but I think it was done deliberately in hope we wouldn't notice. I wouldn't recommend going here.

I had an exceptional visit to this store. The manager Jeca and staff were very friendly and welcoming. If you want a restaurant visit that you will not be disappointed with get yourself to Frankie and bennys Paddington. You will not be disappointed!!

Moc pěkná restaurace hned vedle vlakové stanice Paddington. Nabídka jídla je naprosto dostačující a ceny jsou prostě Londýnské, tím není myšleno předražené, ale takové jaké by jste čekali. Místo jako stvořené pro snídaně.

Les repas choisis étaient bons. Très bonne salade césar. Malheureusement les ribs ont trop de sauce barbecue au dessus. Le steak était parfait. Les pâtes carbonara formaient un plat plutôt petit pour de gros mangeurs. Les toilettes sont propres dans la partie de l'hôtel à côté. Merci

Posto carino, posti a sedere un po' stretti, panini nella norma.. un po' cari per gli standard italiani. Peccato per il bagno fuori dal locale, in comune con l'hotel di fianco

Portions a little small for the price but a decent experience for breakfast in London. Staff were helpful and polite.

Called in for a late lunch with my family. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food was fantastic, very tasty and a great choice, very reasonably priced. Next time we're in Paddington, we'll definitely visit again. Handy being just by the station.

الاكل حلو .. بس الشاهي للاسف ماانصح فيه

Tried two days in a row with the kids. Didn’t sit in the me 1st time because they don’t have pizza. Went there again the following day for fish & chips and salads. Rude waiters, bad smell, and apparently problem with lights. Lousy experience, entered with kids waiting to be seated, and served a menu took some time even though place wasn’t busy… after being seated. stayed more than 15 minutes without any waiter to take the order or share a menu, had to getup get a menu. Last but not least couldn’t help noticing from the menu food is overpriced for this kind of service and atmosphere Plenty of other restaurants in the area which are way better!

Sausage burnt, with sections that were unpleasantly hard. Did not give me a fresh tea bag on refill. They did have black pudding, but it was overcooked. Things cooked on the grill tasted of lighter fluid/accelerant. Not interested in eating there again.

Food was just fine, but took half an hour to be served.

As always Frankie and Benny's food is out of this world, the staff was great bit quiet when our party went in.

Very quick service near Paddington Station. I always try and pop in here on a London trip. Staff are attentive, never wait long for drinks or food. Straightforward menu, reasonably priced for central London. Food includes chips unlike the establishment opposite which charges extra for sides!

Wir haben 90 min auf ein " Ceasar Salat" gewartet im Resteraunt bei der Paddingtonstation. Der Salat hatte nur Römersalatblätter, wässerige Croutons und minimal Dressing. Es war noch ein kleines Stück Käse darauf. Der Salat war nicht mal richtig abgetrocknet. Ich hätte evt. verstanden wenn das Restaurant voll gewesen wäre, dass es lange dauert, aber 90 min auf solch einen Salat zu warten ist nicht normal. Wir haben dann beim Bezahlen einen Rabat bekommen, da die Bedienung gemekrt hatte, dass wir schon genervt waren.

Abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'ora perché venissero a chiederci cosa volevamo. Non abbiamo potuto avere quanto volevamo perché era terminato (erano le 20:00!!). Per una persona celiaca pochissima scelta ( alette di pollo) che contenevano una patatina fritta che non avrebbe potuto mangiare e quindi il piatto era comunque contaminato. I nostri hamburger avevano entrambi il panino bruciato. Non ci torneremo di sicuro!

Gemütliches Ambiente, freundliches Personal, aber von einem Ceaser Salad erwarte ich mehr als einen ganzen Romasalat mit alten Brotstücken (Croutons?) und einem Klecks Soße. Dafür 12£ ist auch für London zu teuer.

Bon rapport qualité prix , pour le breakfast! Menu complet pour 12,95 livre très copieux et menu enfant a 4,75 l , avec buffet a volonté. Bon accueil ! Et pratique juste a côté de la gare de Paddington

Went for breakfast. Best Eggs Benedict I can remember eating. You can dish up extras from the buffet at no extra charge. I didnt need to but the variety looked tempting. Great coffee ! Good value. Any negatives? Yeah, it's a long trek through the hotel to the toilets. Plan it in advance.

Niet duur, wel gewoon prima. Verwacht geen fancy pancy restaurant maar lekker basic. Iedereen voor met iets grotere kinderen denk ik.

While Paddingtons Frankie & Bennie has cosy facilities and some good food, I was annoyed because they charged with 12,50£ buffet price despite of I ordered individual dishes. This is a bad trick, especially for London tourists who are new in town

Min carbonara innehöll typ en halv procent bacon. De försökte ge min trettonåring mitt vinglas och kortläsaren fungerade sporadiskt. Annars var det okej.

Restaurant et service bof bof. J'ai pris une salade végétarienne ( feuilles de mache, tomates et hoummous bon d ailleurs ) . Quant à ma fille, un wrap poulet avec beaucoup trop de mayonnaise accompagné de frites. Plats sans aucune saveur ou épices pour relever le tout, service assez froid...je vous conseille le Mac do situé en face, je n y suis pas allée pas c est sûrement un peu meilleur ! Je ne recommande pas ce restau mais à chacun son avis.

I have breakfast here almost every day. There is always a comfortable place. Cozy. The butler is a professional.And not an expensive place.

Horrible experience, waited an hour and 30 minutes for a few pieces of salad with sauce as they had forgotten the parmesan and chicken of my ceaser salad. Please note that there was only my table and another table in the restaurant so they really had no work to do. Chicken seemed to have bones inside obviously not prepared. Would absolutely not recommend.

Awful experience. Was told upon arrival it would be a 20-25 minute wait. Half the the things we tried to order they didn’t have so had to order alternatives. Food arrived nearly an hour later, with extras that we didn’t order, said about the extra was told just to have them for free. Mine and my daughters chicken was burnt but had waited so long we just ate it. Decided to leave before the dessert included in the kids meal as we had had enough. Said I refused to pay the full amount as it was so awful then a member of staff said ‘we let you keep the extra food you didn’t order’ as if this some how justified it. Paid a lesser amount but this was still far to much. I have eaten at Franie & Bennys many time before but never again after this experience!

Ficamos muito tempo aguardando a comida chegar. Pedimos uma costela e levou 30 minutos ou mais. O restaurante estava vazio (imagine cheio!?)

Possibly the worst food we have had the displeasure of eating, the chicken grill clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long long time, the chicken itself was dryer than a flipflop and the coleslaw was old and stank, the staff were helpful but the substandard cleanliness and old disgusting food was a real let down.

If you are interested in basic formula food cooked to a mediocre standard and are not in a hurry, this is the place for you. Otherwise I would avoid it. It's not cheap either.

1 och 1/2 timme nu väntan på 2st fish and chips fortfarande inte fått dom.. Ta men en stor bok 🤣 anlände efter 1h 40min, 6/10 fisk bra, strips sådär.

I ordered the chicken, bacon, and mushroom carbonara, not the best I have tasted, parts of it were hot, and parts were warm, and no taste to the carbonara very bland, I also had the garlic ciabatta bread which again was ok but had better, I can't speak for the rest of the menu but I do think the whole f&b chains have lost there reputation in the last few years, I used to love f&b but my last few meals I've had haven't been up to there usual standard.

Tired and rundown diner. Very ordinary food, we Went for breakfast, I had never seen my kids not finish pancakes until today … staff were efficient and friendly and offset the ordinary food quality.

ordered a burger first one came with a long hair in it got a replacement which then had cheese (severally allergic to dairy) and had no other toppings that came on the higher which i did not take off. service is super slow and non existent server hasn’t once come to table other then for the hair. and now have been waiting for a bill for over 40 minutes. will NEVER be going back and will be actively avoiding at all costs. would rather starve then be back

Absolutely awful 😖 Was in today and had to choose to either order some weird continental/cooked breakfast or wait for lunch service. I needed to catch a train so I chose breakfast -bad idea! Eggs benedict was awful, eggs so overcooked they were like bullets, bacon was slimy and bread stale. The self serve coffee was also cold. After sitting for less than 15 minutes told that that the breakfast was ending and all being cleared away to make room for lunch...

Gemütliches Restaurant direkt am Bahnhof Paddington ggü. McDonalds gelegen. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, für London günstige Preise. Gerne wieder beim nächsten Besuch in London.

F & B's was very close to where we were staying and just across from Paddington station. We had a blue cheese burger and Bangers and Mash which were both good. Also good service.

Good staff, value for money food too that close to Paddington station. Something for everyone.

Reasonable priced food and good service

This place is just non descriptive with no vibe. You always knew you were in F&B with that 50s italian new york energy and food to match. This was a dull non identified restaurant where I honestly couldnt tell what it was trying to be. The food quality was on match to a hungry horse but at least hungry horse give you decent portion size. The food at F&B was so sparsely separated, there was travel time between the chips there was so much plate over the amount of food. Really disappointing especially given how much it was. Im afraid F&B has clearly lost its way.

I came here as I had time while waiting for a train. It is close to Paddington, so it is convenient in that respect. Food is ok, nothing special but adequate for the price, having tea while waiting for a train it is fine and probably the best place close to the station, however I wouldn't choose to come here for a meal out with friends. Reasonably comfortable and spacious, service was ok

Very IHOP feel, which is not bad. Omelette was lovely and hot (ham, pepper and onion). And surprisingly Evie the tea, Yorkshire breakfast. Very reasonable price.

Buena comida calidad precio. Mi hijo es celíaco y nada más sentarte te preguntan si hay alguien intolerante o alérgico a algo. Cosa que no me han preguntado en todo Londres en los 4 días que estuvimos. Y en Internet dicen que es la ciudad con más dieta para celíacos. Ni en el McDonald que en España hay menu para celiacos aquí en ninguno.

They don't accept cards from the Netherlands and didn't tell us beforehand. We had to get money from the nearby ATM which had a huge transaction fee... The food was okay, but it would have been nice to get some kind of warning about paying instead of paying this amount for just a breakfast
