Food was very delicious and fast service from sitting down to having food served. Our waitress Rudelissa was very welcoming and nice and couldn’t fault, excellent service.

We went for dinner and everything was very pleasant. The waiter JAY was very efficient. The chicken parmesan was delicious and the New York cheesecake was divine. The next day we went back and ordered the same dishes again and a very tasty shared starter. I highly recommend it.

First class customer service from Rudelissa, who made extraordinary efforts to ensure we received exactly what we asked for. Rudelissa would be an incredible asset to any service business wherever she went and the restaurant is extremely fortunate to have her. Furthermore, watching the staff deal with extremely difficult guests was commendable (you know those types of guests). Some guests attitudes were extremely poor and treated the staff as if they were beneath them and I didn't want to write this review without calling out this very poor behavior and attitude. However, the staff dealt with the situations with grace and care and that added to how impressed we were with the entire service.

Previously you used to get table service, and a hot meal would be delivered to you. I went there off the street in September, it had mostly changed to a buffet but the main was still an order and had veggie breakfast. This time I was staying in the attached Mercure Hotel, it was all buffet. No veggie sausages at all, no longer stocked they said because people didn’t ask for them. Most of the food in the chaffing dishes was cold. Took one bite out of the stale croissant. This is a retro looking dinner but good quality is slop from the past. Best avoided.

I had my breakfast there , it took from them half an hour to get a normal veggie egg so upset of the service Only one lady available to take order and do the service Will not visit again

Writing this as I'm sat here. Festive meatballs were SO SALTY absolutely un edible. They tasted horrible. Food came 1 hour later! Our loaded fries forgotten. All the food was just bog standard. Dry burgers, tasteless. Really disappointed

First of all, the food did not suit Korean tastes. The beef burger was dry and without any juice, and the chicken piccante tasted like something had been made. Still, the service from the owner and staff was friendly and good. However, the problem was that one employee kept making racist remarks to us, saying the Japanese words “arigato gozaimasu” and “itadakimasu.” I usually don't leave reviews like this and tried to be patient with other people's kindness, but I was very disappointed in the employee's attitude until I left, and I was upset that it ruined my overall image of London. I hope that the boss provides proper employee training for the sake of the store. First of all, the food didn't suit the taste of Koreans. This is not Italian, it’s Italian American which is a huge difference. Where Italian restaurants use olive oils and different sauces, American Italian use tomato sauce. For mostly everything. This sauce is central to most dishes containing pasta. This leaves most dishes tasting the same and for some it’s bland. However it’s true to its style and tastes like it is supposed to, so no unpleasant experiences if you understand the style. Service was fine and speed of which we got to food was also fine. The kids vegetables had been sitting for a while and were dry, minus one star for that.

Have been served by Jayant a few times I’ve been in here over the past year or 2. Top guy, very attentive and friendly. Always seems to be by himself, even on busy shifts, so he’s also incredibly hard working. Would recommend this restaurant, the food has had an update and is great, and the atmosphere is always chill and not too loud, and has a good music selection

Lots of people, and families, therefore lots of noise. 2 servers so very long. Average Cuisine. In terms of Italian food, Bella Pizza is not far away and much better.

Brunch place unable to produce a proper flat white. The cutlery at the table still had food scraps on it and the mushroom on my plate tasted like “See you Monday”. On top we waited almost an hour for our food. If I hadn’t had the worst hangover I would have kept walking. 100% would not recommend.

I recently dined at Frankie and Benny’s and unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. The service was subpar, with the waiter taking a full 30 minutes to bring over a simple Coke Zero. This only happened after I reminded him 20 minutes in, and he still had to double-check what I’d ordered. The drink eventually arrived alongside the food, which added to the frustration. As for the food, the Festive Burger was disappointing. The patty appeared undercooked, lacked any real flavour, and didn’t deliver the satisfying crunch I was hoping for. The chips were overly greasy and equally unappealing. Adding to the inconvenience, there were no napkins provided, and I had to request them separately. The dessert was the final letdown. The profiterole dish was frozen solid, making it nearly impossible to eat with the provided spoon – a saw would have been more useful! Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. From lacklustre service to underwhelming food, it’s not somewhere I’d rush back to.
