I was surprised that it wasn't very busy on a Saturday early evening, but the staff was very welcoming

This is a proper pub. Welcoming with a great team and good food and drinks and an excellenta atmosphere. The landlord clearly knows his stuff and is slowly introducing a number of improvements. Well worth a visit

Our go to place whenever in Ealing. Great atmosphere and good variety of food and drinks. Been here for breakfast and dinner. Would recommend both :)

Just excellent - Fullers pubs rarely disappoint and this one excelled. The food, the cuisine, the ambiance - all just delightful . Delicious Sunday roast at The Clarence! Their Sunday menu has three meat options (beef, 1/2 chicken and pork) as well as a vegetarian pie, served with all the trimmings, including Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, root vegetables, greens and lashings of gravy. The portions were huge and we couldn't finish them! We also split a smoked salmon paté for starter which was delicious and salty, spread on some toast. Service was really friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is really cosy, but tables in the dining room were maybe a bit too close together for my liking. The family next to us nearly knocked our food off the table multiple times.

Just had food with my family here and the food was delicious. Ali and Caddy were great hosts and super friendly! I loved the loaded fries, honestly that was a meal in itself. The guacamole and cream cheese made it! I also loved the prawns and house-made mango ice cream. You've also gotta try their pistachio milk cake omg it's so good.

Came here at lunchtime for something to eat. It wasn't busy but was left standing waiting to be seated. I could see lots of empty tables, I waited for 5 minutes but decided to leave as staff didn't appear to be interested.

The best meal I had in London. Everything was excellent, the dishes, the atmosphaire, the hospitality. We would like mr Kostas and mrs Mariane for their service.

Overpriced with slow service. For a place with 'oyster' in its name there is limited choice, nor do waiters know much about them. That said, the oysters we ate were decent though twice the price of Bentleys (still the best place in town). Perhaps the view, watered down Aperol Spritzes and banging music may delight some, but not this diner. I was hoping to hear what my dinner partner was saying to me

Came here for a quick lunch and since I wanted to try some traditional British food, I went with scotch egg and a steak pie. I wasn’t impressed by the egg (though maybe it was more about my choice). The steak pie was really nice though. The service could be little more attentive, I would probably order one or two more beers if they noticed I was finished. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It was a nice and quiet atmosphere.

Took 15 minutes to get served by an apparently blind bartender! Overcharged for Camden hells! Got charged £7.60 when it says £7.15 on the menu! Daylight robbery!! Avoid, and very SAD!
