Best food and very attentive service. Can't recommend enough this place. Me and my whole family keep coming back to this place. The prices are far better than anywhere else.

Such an amazing place to get some lamb chops and grilled chicken. The chicken was grilled properly and the lamb chops were juice and seasoned well. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and gave good service. Definitely an underrated place that deserves more stars and customers as the prices and quality are amazing. Strongly recommend for their food and hospitality.

My go to Kebab place in Upton Park . Staff are polite and fast and get your oder prepared very quickly . Food is always well cooked and tastes amazing and consistent no matter what time of day you go . Despite the shop being busy most times of the day the staff serve you quickly . Prices are more then reasonable given the quantites and taste .The lamb seek kebab roll is my favourite delicious and fills you up .

We had a great experience at your restaurant on Green Street. Special mention to your representative urooj she provided excellent service and made our visit really pleasant. We ordered the chicken shawarma, and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The overall service and food quality were top-notch. I ordered a chicken shawarma and chips for £7.50 and they mistakenly made out naan was part of the deal by asking if I wanted shawarma as a wrap or with naan. When I explained this to the guy he knew it was a mistake on their part but instead of charging me for what I initially ordered he charged me £9. Why was i overcharged for THEIR mistake? I have no interest in going there again.

Absolutely abysmal delivery time. And then to receive a soggy tiny portion after I had to ring them to enquire what was going on with the order and why the times were continually being extended.

It was a worst service today.We ordered grilled chicken wings.It was totally burnt and overcooked.we told their service man but that guy didn’t respond.The tall guy with long hair.He wore spectacle.We didn’t know his name.It was very very very disappointing.We are their regular customer.We’re not going their anymore and told our family and relatives as well.We’re took the picture of that burnt grilled chicken wings.

Went for suhur, not much options

Nihaari did not taste nice. Too much salt and less spices. Haleem had no meat in it - it was basically just daal. Food was not nice at all. One of the mango lassi had milk only, no mango inside. Only delivery was ok.

I ordered 4 rotis, large shis, 1 Nahari they give me 2 roti and large shis, after 20 minutes later they brought another 2 rotis amd NHARI but it is cord taste coming taste,also bitter flavour and i told to manager but they are not accepting, still arguing and arguing…

Behaviour is so bad towards customers . This is the first and last time i v been here . Will not recommend

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always found the food top notch. However, I feel in the past few years the food quality has dropped and the prices have increased. The kebabs sometimes has chewy meat that gets stuck in your teeth. There's also some hygiene issues as I've seen them lick their finger to open the carrier bags I and then start handling food. Their best dishes are the Shawarmas, kebabs and chips. Avoid the chicken nuggets as they are not fresh and are tasteless.

I ordered chicken and chips The oil looked like year old engine oil in the fryer Chicken was dry slightly burnt 🍟 has almost bitter aftertaste due to bad oil In fryer Chef was rude Atleast clean your fryer on regular basis rather then serving a dish of toxic petroleum products !!!!!’

They take too long for orders. I got my order after 2 hours of ordering today This is a reply of the reply of the owner: I have not ordered for the first time that you have need to check my ID. I have ordered from your restaurant many times before and I get my order too late every time not for the first time and Uber checks ID itself so please do not reply fake answer. Do you need to check my ID every time when I order? I get my order every time after more than 1 hour and I live just 5 minutes away from your restaurant as you take too long in preparing orders. And instead you should try to prepare your orders earlier for all the customers you are making excuses to your regular customers. You can check I did not give you a bad review for the food.

Food was tasty but too spicy; I did put in notes only garlic sauce but clearly this was missed. Also, food was just warm and some parts of the nan bread was soggy due to too much/ food sitting there for a while before being delivered.

Absolutely dissapointed with this establishment. I ordered food from here last week and to be honest, the food was great. I ordered again today using Uber Eats and I mentioned in the notes that in my last order one item was missing. Just because I mentioned that they cancelled my order with Uber Eats saying I called and cancelled when I did not. When I called to ask why my order had been cancelled, I was told by the person answering the phone that the 'boss' had done this and he is not there now to speak with. Extremely Extremely bad manners and service, will never ever order from there again or recommend anyone to est there either. Such a shame.

They take 20 minutes to prepare my food then call me and say we don’t have what you want. You need to pick a Replacement. Who waits that long to inform their guest that they don’t have what they want. I called them. Tell them to cancel my damn order. He’s telling me you have to do it from your side. I told him I did it multiple times and they told me to contact the restaurant. This guy on the phone is an absolute liar. He send delivery guy and he ends the call on me With no replacement stealing my money. Rubbish shop, rubbish service.

Had a wonderful dining experience with a group of 8! The food was delicious, and every dish was perfectly prepared. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and efficient. Everyone in our group left happy and satisfied. Highly recommend!

I used to visit this restaurant regularly since it opened in 2004 or 2005. After it changed ownership, I took a break for a few years but recently returned a few times, only to notice some concerning practices. I observed that the staff would clear tables, collect dishes, and clean the floor, then proceed to handle food items—like preparing naan or roti—without washing their hands. It also seemed that the plastic serving plates for bread were not washed between uses, raising serious hygiene concerns. What I witnessed in their dishwashing process was even more shocking. Last night, when I raised a minor issue with one of the staff making kebabs, he responded with abusive language, even though the owner knows me as a customer. After experiencing recurring stomach issues, I’ve decided to stop dining there and felt it necessary to share these concerns for the sake of others who eat there.

The Zu’s grill good is absolutely outstanding and the shawarma’s taste is perfect.Means to say that there is a monopoly of Zu’s taste in a food market.Their shop is so busy all the time even in late night.so there is something special here which they have unique.Their kebabs,shawarmas,burgers and newly introduced grilled fish even their Asian style curries have a wonderful taste.Their prices are even affordable rather than surrounding markets.A food hub for Asians.

Nice taste and excellent service especially front staff is very polite and humble

Cam on reccomendation. We had samosas, lamb chops and lamb shish with halim and drinks. Samosa's were very tasty, meat was deliciously flavoursome and very good value. The Halim was super yummy as well. We appreciated the helpful attentive staff. Late opening hours are a big plus.

I'm writing this review to highlight their shady practice. A group of us went to eat there one evening. After the food was finished they gave us some complimentary tea and the waitress was then pestering us for 5 star reviews. Four of my mates succumbed to the pressure and complied. She insisted on staring at their phones to ensure everything was rated 5 star. There was a gentleman sitting at a table observing everything. If I were a betting man, I'd say he's the boss and checking that the waitress is carrying out given instructions.

Considering these guys are open till 5am everyday is just crazy. 5 lamb chops for £8.50 is unheard of in most of London, and the fact these guys have their own unique taste and not just generic seasoning it really is value for money. Lamb chops, wings and naan for £15 with their chilli and garlic sauce you can't go wrong
