PRET A MANAGER in Newham

I’d like to start with mentioning amazing service from one of the team members. She’s Polish with blonde hair. She’s very professional and friendly. I’ve been visiting Pret for many years. One thing didn’t change it’s the quality of sandwiches. This particular Pret offers comfy seating area and quiet zone. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely the Best of the Bests Pret. 👌 In Pret everything.is always fresh, but in this one - everything is superbly fresh and - what a LOVELY team !!! It is like shopping in Sephora or flying First Class a PURE PLEASURE !!! Like flying London City Airport.

I always make sure to stop at Pret whenever I’m at London City Airport. The staff is always super friendly and are sure to brighten up my day.

Food quality is always good, but today's servers (Sylwia and Letizia) were incredibly helpful and funny - made me leave with a smile!

I just got home after a wonderful experience at Pret. I am a Pret-fan. Love the wraps and flatbread, and my all time favorite is the lemon dessert. The staff at the airport are very friendly and lovely to chat with. Thank you ladies, you are amazing. See you next time!! ( yes, Pret could use more seats and tables ;-) )

Food wise Pret is Pret. And one could argue that this is one of the better / the best grab n go at LCY. More importantly, want to recognize the super friendly service - putting a smile on my face after a long day of work. Highly appreciated!

A couple of days ago I been have the best service. This shop is the one inside after pass the control. It’s not the first time this is happened, but this last time I have to ask the name because I feel this person was super friendly that make my day just amazing. So thanks to Anna for make me a delicious cafe!

Came here after checking in my bags and to grab a snack before my flight; was not expecting it to be pretty good. The ham n cheese toast is was pretty tasty with a nice melt to it but the iced chocolate could be richer and tasted slightly bland but not too bad.

The employees set this Pret apart. I would stop by just for a chat. Alicja in particular is a star!!! Thank you guys!

I went to Pret A Manager this evening to buy a Chocolate Croissant it was very nice, what I like about this croissant it is not dry, there is a decent amount of chocolate filling inside, it makes you want to buy more! Also the two staff members the male and female were very friendly and attentive, great customer service from the female staff member she was lovely, she served me at the till today, thank you! I will come again.

Ok. It’s a Pret and you know what products you will get. However, and I go through City Airport weekly, what makes it different is the staff. To a person ( and they are mainly women) they are helpful, smiling and polite. Guessing from their accents I would say perhaps many are not originally from the UK but they surely are a great asset for Pret, the airport and testimony to the power of the diversity of London

Standard Pret fair. Food and drink were the usual Pret level (better than Nero last week). Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The selection of food is very large and also delicious. Unfortunately, a lot of it is often already sold out.

I asked for a spare paper cup as the tea was served too hot, even with the sleeve it was too hot to carry. This is literally all I asked for in a polite manner. I was confronted by the person who initially took my order. Her name is Marivon, I think that's how you spell her name, she looked like the manager. Had a red tag around her neck, small with blonde hair, looked older than the rest of her staff members. Possibly Eastern European. There was no customer care what's so ever, she didn't want to help me with the cup, spoke back with an attitude, was very rude, without needing to be. It was very strange. Really appalled by the level of customer service from this branch. Super disappointing as my group were off to celebrate a wedding. Please re train your staff it's embarrassing. Refused to refill water bottle despite LCY airport saying you can do so at any food and drink concessions.

The food is actually way too expensive BUT 5 stars because the staff were extremely friendly. I left happier than I came in.

Rude, slow & standard for Pret at airports but £19 for 2 sandwiches & a bottle of juice takeaway… is a little bit too pricey. Better off going to boots & getting the £4.99 meal deal

Fairly rudely told “We’re closed. Not opening until 12:30”. Not very helpful when they’re supposed to be open at 12:15 and my flight boards at 12:20.

Pret a Manger within London City Airport, it's your standard Pret, sells pretty much what any other Pret does. Staff where nice, so that's a plus. Can't go wrong.

Only fault is the tight space they have to operate in. Otherwise, infinitely better than the rubbish at Panopolis. Get a chocolate mouse as a treat. It won't let you down and will make your flight that much sweeter.

Amazing friendly staff and good food.

Best quick, tasty & healthy food options in London City, including the best gluten free options. Review from a traveling coeliac. Veggie boxes, veggie pots, protein pots and soups (photos for all) clearly tell which allergens are present and do not contain gluten. They are made in a kitchen which handles gluten but on enquiry staff were able to clearly explain actions taken to avoid cross contamination such as complete clean downs between preparation of gluten and no gluten dishes. Gluten free rice cakes also available. Coffee is organic, available as Swiss Water decaf and non dairy soy and coconut milk is on offer. High back seats in the little Pret dedicated eating area are the most comfortable in the airport 🙂
