Top notch venue from the minute my friend and I walked in. The music was great, so we're the bevvies. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, just like the patrons. I loved it and I'll be coming back soon.

Dreadful, been going to the chain for years at Covent Garden. The branch was empty, hardly any guests/customers, food had taken well over an hour to come out (starters included) and was wrong, steaks either cold to the touch or well done, drinks (Sprite with bit of ice) took around 30mins, the wait staff were either very untrained or very overwhelmed, no one asked for any food allergies, how the steak wanted to be cooked etc. about the only positive wash the live band who were playing for around 15 people in total on a Saturday night, only reason I've given a 1 star for my experience is because we cannot put 0 Stars. Manager has done their best to keeps us happy, but the evening had already been ruined.

The service was shocking. A group of 10 people and our food came in bits. People who had ordered meals did not get the rest of their meal until part of it was cold. The sauces never turned up and they got some of the orders wrong. Some of us didn’t even get the utensils to eat the lobster until it was eaten! The drinks took forever to arrive and yet the restaurant was not busy! I’ve been to other big easy restaurants that were busy and never had any issues! Safe to say I will not be returning to the Westfield Big Easy!

What an amazing place for a some good food. Great prices, great service and the food is absolutely spot on.

The food was good and came out quickly. Service was attentive and friendly however, a cockroach scurried across our table and then over the side. Unfortunately, there is never just one so for hygiene reasons, I have to give them one star.

I had the crab roll, my wife had the shrimp and our son had the brisket, it's a little pricy but it was so worth it.

Had an amazing afternoon. Big shout out to Silviu. He looked after us and made out experience memorable.

Great food and atmosphere. We had a lobster roll and a lobster mac and cheese, both were delicious. Sides were delicious too. They kindly managed to fit us in despite a sign outside saying they were fully booked.

Everything was great apart from them trying to charge us for drinks when it was unlimited. Told them and they removed it from the bill. Luckily I saw the extra charge around £40 extra.

Enjoyed my meal lobster roll. My first time eating at this restaurant sat nav took me all over the place. Restaurant on the outside on the corner near John Lewis. You have to pay for parking at Stratford Westfield.

The food was very tasty. We enjoyed some baby spare ribs and a beef burger. We definitely enjoyed the starter and drinks. The service would have been better and the atmosphere was a bit louder than I hoped but I guess that's because there was a live band. I would definitely still recommend it.

Service is very slow. Waiters did not ask if the meal was OK. Did not ask if top-up drinks were required or if deserts were required. On requesting further food and drinks, staff happily assisted. Just a little more customer service this place would be 100% recommended for value for money go to eat restaurant.

Took my 13 year old daughter here for lunch. We loved it. Greeted with a smile, menu explained. Drinks arrived quickly. Food arrived quickly. All the waiters were friendly, attentive and prompt with service. One young man was on his first day there and stopped for a chat and to tell us we can ask him for anything. He was lovely, hope he's enjoying the job. The food was a real treat. Chicken tenders with honey mustard was delicious. Calamari was good and the seafood roll was lovely. Lunch menu is very good value too. Atmosphere was relaxed and it wasn't overly crowded. We had a great time. We'll definitely return next time we're in Stratford. Highly recommended.

We come for an unlimited fried shrimp as advertised. However, it takes 15-20 minutes to order just three small pieces of shrimp. We come here for an hour and it does not worth both for the time and for the food here. Highly disappointed. The picture is a one portion of shrimp that refers as unlimited. In response to the Owner's reply: "We have recently changed the offer to make it easier to "top-up" the refils to ensure our guests receive the full Unlimited experience" I give this feedback because I want the restaurant/bar to deliver the better service to the customer. If the customer experience is your top priority, please revisit and reconsider this format. Serving 3 shrimps every 15-20 minutes does not seem to match with the full unlimited experience here. We always order for more shrimps every time the current order comes to our table because the portion is so small. The full unlimited experience should be that the customer is allowed to order the number of shrimp they want to eat. Then, it will be fine if the customer needs to wait for 15-20 minutes for each order. Of course, if the customer cannot finish the food, there can be a penalty to prevent from food wasting. I'm happy to edit this review if the restaurant/bar actually changes the service. However, I will be very honest that my flatmate might not want to come here for a while.

Meh food, meh service. If you ordered unlimited Bar.B.Q, they will do their best to not give you any more food. Great thinking.

This is restaurant has now become my safe haven.. If you are into music that feeds your soul and a good food and good vice, this is the place for you. Just come hungry and ready for a good vibe. Logan music band are omg Amazing the saxophonist and the vocalist remind me of new Orleans soul music.. And of course the waitress called Cris was sooo friendly, welcoming. Definitely ask for her when you come.. Hope this helps

The food was delicious, however the lobster was not as fresh as it should have been but the steak was good. The best part of the night was our server Silviu and the live band. Our server was very attentive and friendly! Great service by him and the rest of the staff. I would definitely recommend this place.

The mac n cheese lobster was really good but they were SO stingy with the lobster. The mac n cheese was £25 with probably three small pieces of lobster lost around the mac n cheese. Other than that the service and atmosphere was great!

We planned on booking the restaurant for Friday evening for two, however as there were plenty of slots available online, we decided not to book and just walk in, seeing there were availabilities online and we live so near to the restaurant. Upon walking in at 8pm, we were greeted by a female staff (young, short dark curly hair, ), we asked for a table for two. Without evening checking the system or the available seats, she right away told us the wait time will be an hour. So we decided to walk out. However there were plenty of seats available from what we could see! So we walked out, went on our phones and booked a table for two in the next 15 minutes. We were greeted by a different staff this time who took our booking details and led us in. The restaurant had plenty of empty tables and seats throughout our meal as we were in there from 8.15pm until 9pm. Overall, I find it baffling, that the first staff had asked us to wait for an hour before a table will become available to us. We were told a lie by the first female staff! After we sat down, we were not served by the first female staff who had told us to wait for an hour. Her gesture made me feel as though it was intentional so that we do not dine in.

Food was of a good standard but portions were smaller them I was led to believe by the server. Service was very slow, no attention to us or our needs (I had to get up and find someone to order another round of drinks) live music was good but very loud even though we were upstairs

Steaks were undercooked. The peppercorn sauce was also terrible. The restaurant has since replied and is looking into it.

Food was good but I found the pulled pork a little bit too salty. Server's were amazing and the food was served quickly.

First visit in Stratford and probably last. BE used to be a spot to go for seafood. Not anymore. Food is average. Seafood bake now comes with half slice of bread instead of 2 whole. Clams were mostly empty, mussles tiny lobster as well. Well got plenty of potatoes. Not worth the experience. Staff polite and nice , but prefer to chat to each other than help costumers. Will not visit again.

Standard fair from a franchise restaurant. Ordered the Crab Shack Combo but didn't have it in stock after ordering it, so had the lobster alternative. Food was okay but pricey for what it is. Side of 'Greens' for a fiver was a few leaves of cabbage.

Me and my fiancé had the lunchtime menu deal, I cannot falter the price or the selection of meats. However, the food was lukewarm and although came out incredibly quickly (roughly 6 minutes after ordering) it felt as tho the food has been sitting on a hotplate awaiting our arrival prior to ordering. Service was good, nothing to complain about. Atmosphere was fine, it wasn't a particularly busy lunchtime but I did enjoy the interior design/decal of the restaurant.

I visited with my husband and we both ordered BAR.B.Q BLOW OUT. When the waiter brought the food, the portion didn’t look like it was for 2 people, which we questioned about it. The waiter went to check, and another waiter brought us 2 plates, saying that the food was for us to share. The quality of the food was ok, if not a bit cold. Only when we paid the bill, we found on the bill that the food was actually portion for one. No one explained it to us at all. However, we felt lucky we didn’t get the real portion for two, as we would have to force ourselves to finish the not-so-satisfying dish. Not sure if we’ll visit any of the branches again.

As soon as we stepped in we were greeted with a smile, staff here are nice and friendly. The slushies are unfortunately not child friendly as they have alcohol 😆 The lunch menu is a great value for money. I'd recommend the lunch burger, chicken tenders and the peppers. The lobster roll meat was not fresh. The mac and cheese was too cheesey for us. The toilets smelt fresh, cleaning product smell as you walked in but then smelt very bad, not sure if it's a drainage issue or something else. Overall a good experience here.

Nice ambience, and large portions as positive. However the pork ribs wasn't tasty and was disappointing. Service was also lacklustre.

So.... me and the wife booked for valentines day and the Big Easy has changed. We sat down and was told that happy hour for cocktails was on for another half hour. We were told that if we wanted the happy hour cocktails we'd have to go to the bar and get them ourselves as you cant have happy hour at the dinner table. So my wife went and bought our drinks at the bar herself. The waitress then came back and took our fold order. Gone are the voodoo prawns of old the 3 massive jumbo battered prawns which were a culinary delight replaced with 5 smaller tiger prawns in bread crumbs rather than a good batter as before. The the main meal came. The wife ordered the californian lobster roll and for £25 plus £4.50 for fries totalling £29.50 there was hardly any lobster filling in the roll it was a total rip off. I ordered a BBQ tasta rama £23.50 with hot links £3 and fries £4.50 on the side. The pulled pork was ok but the Louisianna Rib was so dry and tough it was inedible so I left it, the chicken was also unbelievably dry and after 2 mouthfuls I couldn't eat any more. The wait staff did not ask us if we were ok ask us if we needed any sauces or if we would like a drink through the entire meal. When we had finished a member of staff asked if he could clear the plates I pointed to the food and informed him that it was dry and inedible and we werent happy that no one had come over his reply was. Do you want me to pack it for you to take home? He then asked a different member of staff to come over and we explained it to her she told us that she couldnt help and asked if we want to speak to a supervisor? We said yes. She called a supervisor over who asked us and we said the same again and he supervisor asked us if we'd like to speak to a manager. The manager never came but the supervisor did come back and reduced the bill by £13. Considering the main meal cost nearly £30 and all I ate was the tiny portion of fries which I paid extra for, The hot links which I paid extra for, the handful of pulled pork and the coleslaw I felt ripped off. Just to rub salt in the wounds they added £8 service charge onto the bill for a non existant service that turned the gesture of money off for poor food as an insult. We left at that point it was clearly no longer about the food as it used to be and we couldnt be bothered to argue. Will not be going back. Extra star is for the band they were pretty good.

My mother had a minor medical issue, all staff was very attentive and very helpful. I left feeling very happy and everyone said they would definitely visit again. The food was great, defo try the pork ribs & the wings and the staff were some of the best I’ve seen in London. Exemplary and faultless. Superb.

Cris was an amazing server. She was extremely attentive and our order arrived promptly and she got it down to a T! She always checked in on us and gave us the sauces without us having to ask, absolutely perfect! People like her make the visit worth it 🙌✨

Me and a friend went for the lunchtime deal, i got the Taste O Rama and he got the Burger. It cost £15 for a starter a main and a drink of a big selection, our server was Keisha and she was very nice and took our order immediately after putting our menus, Chris then checked on us and cleared the table of empty plates quickly I dont know what people are talking about, it was very good food and a great atmosphere!

Me and my partner went for lunch Monday. Quite busy and under staffed. Had an amazing waitress seeing to everyone's needs. 1st time going and would definitely go again.

My friend and I went there for dinner and I must say the food is ever so delicious 😋 we had pulled pork with chips and ribs simply gorgeous taste. Also, their dessert menu it's a must, especially the mini donuts dipped in hot chocolate 😀. And last but not least, we been served by the lovely Joy, that's been very attentive and always making sure to check on us. So overall,great food and wonderful service from the staff. Will be definitely returning

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T EAT HERE!!! I had a family get together for Christmas here. My extended family is large and we don't get a chance to see each other that often. I eat out a lot and I am not a fussy eater, believe me, but the food here was awful. I mean god awful. We ordered ribs, mussels and prawns. The meat tasted old, like it had been reheated and covered in a weird 'BBQ' flavouring. The prawns and mussels were covered in a horrible sauce and lukewarm, which for seafood is extremely dangerous. All of my family hardly ate any food. There over 25 people so spent a lot of money here. When we mentioned the sub standard food the staff were not interested at all they just wanted payment asap. I was so upset I did something I have never ever done before. I wrote to their management detailing me and my family's experience. I wasn't interested in a refund or money, just an apology and positive feedback. Did I get a reply, well I leave that to you to decide. Read this restaurant's feedback to negative reviews and that explains everything.

The food is the typical Big Easy style and we all loved the BBQ and lobsters. The service is not good. The waiters are too busy (possibly understaffed) so we needed to wait forever to place orders etc. They did their best, coming a few times to ask if everything was ok, but once we passed that stage, it was a pain getting drinks for example - we waited 25 mins and had to ask 3 times before someone brought our soda. I also had drinks served in dirty glasses twice while there.

It's ok. Service is good. Food is decent. I wouldn't say great. The lunch menu is good value. Wish they would do a medium burger rather than well done. I used to go there frequently for lunch but I don't understand this trend with automatic add on of service charge. £10 deal is more like 12. I normally add tips when service is very good, not just because. Basically 12-15% of waiter's paychecks is payed by the customer. So, I stopped going.

Heating wasn't working so it was freezing cold in the restaurant (ceiling fans were on and we sat in our coats all evening...) Food came luke warm/cold - I asked for mine to be taken back and the waiter said he will get it re-heated.... even when it came back it was not hot. Not great service at all and sub-average food. Would rather have spent our money in another chain.

Free salad for any menu ordered - great. Good meat but on my steak I could feel the burnt bitter taste from the grill and the half chicken was not cooked enough.

It's ok.... The menu is very misleading, beware, the sharing platters are priced per person on the menu in the restaurant but not online. The kids menu online states you can have a milkshake with the meal but not on the menu in the restaurant. We couldn't try the milkshakes as they had run out of milk apparently at 5pm, sounds like a McDonalds excuse, at least the machine wasn't 'broken'! The food was ok, it wasn't the best barbeque, everything tasted overly like smoke almost like it's been added artificially, my hands still smelt of smoke the next day (even after washing multiple times!). It's expensive, the portions were ok. Overall ok

The lobster was a waste of money. Their whole dish is too expensive for the taste. After spending over £100 for 2 adults and a child, we had to look for another restaurant again to eat.

The place looks amazing, but that’s it. The food arrived after quite a wait, despite not being busy, and was luke warm/cold. Nobody came and asked if everything was okay with the food, nobody offered more drinks etc. The server who was looking after us, Oliwia, only cleared half of the table and left the over half sat with dirty plates. Then nobody came near our table. After waiting nearly just over 30 mins to get anybody’s attention, I got up and seeked somebody out to get the bill. A few moments later Oliwia arrived and asked what we needed. I asked for the bill. The attitude that came with the bill was not acceptable. Her reasoning for her bad attitude was that it was just her and her manager on the floor serving. I just wanted to pay and leave. She then made it clear to me and my friends sat around me she was very annoyed with me. She then apologised to me after receiving payment from us all (with a big tip) for her behaviour but also stated that I was rude to her. I only asked for the bill. All in all, mediocre cold food and terrible disorganised service. Very disappointed

Wanted to do the whole ' Turf and Surf ( S & T) thing but we came on the Friday and all best S & T deals were for the rest of the working week and Saturday... Had to ask 'em what they got against a Friday late lunch... apparently nothing... I decide to splurge as there already and pay full whack for my S & T but that didn't even come with a side or drink, like the other every day deals did for around a Brown or 15 legs... My Pops never raised no fool so ordered the half lobster... Can't lie, was spot on taste- wise, but be lying if I said there was more than two small mouthfuls in dat dere whole half lobster shell, but those scant morsels were more than tasty though... Barbecue Wings were on point , belly pork just fractionally less so as slightly tough... although sauce on both went down a treat Having such a great mate. I got to taste her steak and neithe of us was really impressed with texture or taste....so didn't really miss out on not paying over the odds on a " no decent Surf and Turf deals Friday!" Would eat here again, only a midweek meal deal doe as food ain't mind blowing enough to incentivise folks to pull out full price dosh. Don't get it twisted... more than passable but nowhere near enough bang for your buck any other way... Enjoy!
