Very attentive staff. It was very busy, but professionalism was held to a high standard. The shrimp were slightly overcooked, the fried chicken burger was moist, but chewy on the Edges. Otherwise, descent meal four stars given. Cheese burger was as expected for this establishment. Chips were excellent.

Went for the lunchtime special that's £11 for a main and beer or for £5 extra you can choose a dessert or starter. Just just opted for the burger and beer. It's was half a Beer, with the burger and chips which I enjoyed, my partner went for the lobster roll with chips which she also liked. definitely worth the money without a doubt. I would be back for the lunchtime special again. I'll probably go again for their lobster and steak hopefully that's good too.

2 of us went for lunch @2.15 (timing itself was odd!). 1st thing that was off were the menu descriptions... I ordered a jumbo luxury artisan thick shake @£6.5 which came in a regular glass, meither luxury or artisan for its price tag & so opted for a pint drink instead. Starters of prawns and chicken wings were ordered which we got after some delay & confusion of receiving someone else's order. After all that, neither dish was outstanding & the wings were dry, hard & tasteless. We both ordered the babyback wings after discussion with waitress as to the difference between the other option (those ones being dry!) but we both ended up with the dry ones & had to reorder. The baby back ribs were tasty but our sides of chips were cold. By then I'd lost will to live but my friend ordered dessert which inevitably went back also. It was all crumble no apple, even though waitress said it was a pie & menu description made it sound so much more decadent than what was served. The place has such potential but from the beginning it was a disaster As for atmosphere, we were stuck in a corner @the backside of the restaurant, hemmed in like a Tetris piece... any good vibes were squeezed to death & @£44 per head surely we should expect more 🤔😔

It's good, they have all you can eat at the weekends is what I love, if one friend gets the platter containing pork etc, and another gets the lobster etc platter... you can try each others food, different interesting things, nice! Yum, Yum! It's about £30 per head, drink included. Waiters refill food at request... a challenge is to see if you need to ask for more to eat! Good food and friends, what more do you need. Was not impressed with this place had a bill for two for £91.14 half of my plates never arrived then to be told by the third person they had run out of what we had ordered it would have been common sense for the first person to inform us of this. The waitress was rude and not very helpful either and was quite light on her understanding of the menu, definitely a no for me would never step foot in one again.

Staff seemed uninspired and disinterested. Food was far overpriced even by london standards, the lobster roll for nearly £30 was a mayo sandwich with a scattering of rubbery lobster. The chips, which were close to a fiver extra, were overcooked and super dry. I tried to get someone's attention to ask for sauce as no one checked on us through out our meal, I rudely had a bottle thrust into my hand. The veggie burger for our veggie diner, was delicious, but as above for the chips. Toilets were a little dated and grubby. Having ended our meal feeling disappointed, we were not happy to have a 12.5% 'service' charge added to our already excessive bill.

I recently dined at Big Easy Restaurant, and I can't stop raving about the lobster and steak! The lobster was cooked to perfection—succulent, tender, and bursting with flavor. It paired beautifully with the rich garlic butter sauce, making every bite a delight. The steak was fine! It was perfectly seasoned and grilled, I ordered medium done but unfortunately it was well done,not bad but you should receive what you ordered. The combination of the two dishes created a fantastic surf and turf experience that I won’t soon forget. The ambiance of the restaurant added to the overall experience, making it a perfect spot for a special occasion or a delightful night out. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing our dining experience even further. Music is too loud for those who close to musicians,we can’t hear each other. If you’re looking for an unforgettable meal, I highly recommend trying the lobster and steak at Big Easy Restaurant! You won’t be disappointed! 🌊🥩✨

My mum's a Big Easy fan and she took me here for my birthday... it was my first time and I really enjoyed it! The food was great! I had the whole lobster 🦞 on the brunch menu, and I enjoyed every bit lol. I love that they give you your apron and all the utensils you need so you can really get stuck in without getting your clothes dirty! The milkshakes were also amazing. I also appreciated staff bringing out a little ice cream for me as they knew it was my birthday. Overall, I had a great first experience, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I ordered the rib-eye steak with sweet potato fries, but they were served separately with a significant delay. This resulted in a cold steak and fries that tasted like they were from frozen. I expected better coordination and quality for the price. I hope you'll consider this feedback for improvement.

Absolutely shambolic! Terrible food and service on Valentine’s Day… :( I went to Big Easy Stratford for Valentine’s Day with my partner. We had a booking at 8:45 pm and were seated at 9:00pm. We were not served any food until after 11:00pm and the restaurant was meant to close at 10pm. I had a view of the completely disorganised kitchen service from where I was seated. The Manager and staff were running around back and forth, highly stressed, carrying food up and down the stairs and eventually just stopped caring. When I called the Manager over to complain about the wait time and the Gentlemen at the table across from us chimed in too complain as well, he was abrupt, rude and didn’t even offer up an apology. My partner’s meal arrived 15 mins earlier than mine. We both ordered the V-Day set Menu and were served dry steak and dry lobster with no salt or sauce. We couldn’t even access the meat in the lobster claw because no cracking utensils were provided. My partner’s salad arrived wilted. The dessert was an inedible rubber blob. The only thing good was the Miami Vice cocktail. Never will I step foot in any Big Easy establishment ever again! To be avoided at all costs!!

Very mediocre chain venue. Our waitress was lovely, but the wait on drinks was over 15 minutes (pint of cider and a tea), tea came without milk or sugar, we've asked for both, a waiter came back with just sugar, then we had to ask for milk and a tea spoon, he came back with just sugar.... Food is overpriced what what you get delivered. Basically, once was enough, and we don't see ourselves coming back.

Sunday evening meal after the ABBA show. We were bang on time for our 8.30 booking. The server was disinterested at best and messed up the drinks order. Starters arrived (nachos and hush puppies) - these were lukewarm warm at best. Within 5 mins of getting starters our main course arrived (burgers, chips and mac and cheese). The meat on the burger was cold, chips were hot, mac and cheese was warm BUT we wanted to eat starters first. Asked for mains to be removed - these server only took the burgers away. We ate the chips with the starter and tried the mac and cheese which had gone cold! Asked for bill and then had to ask for mac and cheese to be removed as we had literally had a fork full each to test temp of it. Server argued we had had at least half of it so asked to speak to manager.. She told me starters are meant to be served ‘warm’ not hot which I disputed- she eventually agreed the hush puppies should be hot. She was rude and disinterested in our complaint - £46 for 2 drinks, 2 lukewarm starters and some chips - even had to pay the service charge!! Would not recommend!

Lovely atmosphere on arrival. Service firstly disinterested. Then slow. Then very rushed. Then rude. Food tepid. But apparently meant to be. Then fast. All served at once. Starters and mains. Then cold. Mains. So Sent back Then manager argued with my wife. But listened to me make same arguments. Told me I made sense. But wife making same points didn't make sense. Quite demeaning to my wife. Then presented bill with service charge included despite awful service. Just dreadful. Such a shame."

The dinner was wonderful. We had the valentine deal for 1/2 lobster & Steak, drinks & dessert for £29.50 each. Honestly I wasn’t expecting the steak to be as good cause you know, It’s part of the a cheap deal, but yes way..the steak was spot on. Love the atmosphere here too than the chelsea one. We also had a lovely waitress named Anila who was very warm & friendly -thanks a lot. I give this place a 10/10.

Cold food Long wait for food despite reservation and we had to wait 15 mins for the table we booked Bartenders were all stone cold didn't speak to any of the customers just took the order then took the payment. There was also no check back on us to see if we wanted anything whilst we were waiting for food. Glasses were not cleared of the table. And we had other people's food brought to our table by mistake on 4 different occasions. No condiments were offered. And there was no BBQ sauce in one of our burgers. I had really high expectations and unfortunately I was really disappointed with my visit and don't plan to come back in the near future.

I was served by a lovely lady called Cris at the Stratford venture for Valentines Day and she was kind, attentive and dealt with our requests in a timely manner! I treated my 6yo to a mummy and son date and he absolutely loved the experience. I can’t believe he finished the whole steak and lobster meal himself. It was our first time here and we’d come back again for the service and the food. Thank you Cris! Happy V Day! X

Server Oliwia and cashier Cris Both were amazing and looked after us. We reserved a table and glad we did as it was busy however this didn’t impact the quality of the service. The food was a good portion and well presented. Tasted just as good. The place was clean and welcoming. Toilets were decent as well. All in all would highly recommend.

We waited more than 40 minutes to get our dinner and the steak was not hot enough. When we left, they were telling customers that the system was down and they would need to wait longer for their food. At least the live music was great. They did not apologize and did not ask us if everything was alright after they removed our dishes. Don't recommend it.

I genuinely regret stepping foot into Big Easy. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The main course took an astonishing 1.5 hours to arrive, by which point my patience (and appetite) had completely worn thin. But the real insult? I had already paid for dessert, yet after waiting endlessly for it to arrive, I finally gave up and walked out. Three hours wasted in this disgrace of a restaurant, and all I got in return was frustration. The management is clearly incompetent, the service is painfully slow, and the entire operation is a complete mess. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
