Food was delicious and our waitress Cris was very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend and will come again.

We booked a table for eight to celebrate my daughter’s birthday today Sunday 2/12. I’d eaten there once previously during the week for my birthday in October and food was great. On this occasion we couldn’t have been more disappointed! Some food was cold and one person’s went back twice & still wasn’t warm on second occasion. She opted just to eat the chips. There was confusion over what drinks could replace the declined Prosecco so we ended up paying for these! To be fair we didn’t mind where we’d intended to order cocktails but this was not always the case! Two orders of lobster rolls definitely didn’t look like what was online and I’d happily post the comparative photos but doesn’t appear to be option to do so! Manager’s response was they didn’t have any of those! Although he did speak to us, he seemed uninterested and when told some people’s food was cold responded this is an American vibe & they don’t serve cold food, when we’d we clearly showed him that they did. There were 7 adults and the original bill was £300+ with service charge. They said they’d remove that and didn’t do so fully. Food the manager agreed to deduct wasn’t. The starters were nothing to write home about either in portion size taste or standard. My share of bill was over £100! I don’t mind paying if the food is great but this was extortionate for a very poor standard and what was worse not only spoiled a birthday celebration but it felt as though staff thought we were simply trying to avoid paying the bill! It was so disappointing that none of us will return and I felt the manager didn’t empathise enough or acknowledge their poor standard. I had to apologise to the whole party as I’d told them how great the food was. Never again! I had the half lobster with garlic, it was overcooked and chewy and that was the same for 3 of us who had that, at £28.50 each definitely overpriced! I couldn’t in good conscience recommend this place! Over priced and over rated! Was really a shame!

The restaurant was nice but very cold so had to eat with our coats on. But the service was excellent despite the cold. The food was enjoyable and affordable. The management was kind to take the service charge off our bill because of the cold. Thank you. Overall, a good experience.

Oliwia was a fabulous host, honestly

Went with friends for a birthday, had the bottomless brunch. Chose the half lobster and steak, was very disappointed. The quality of both the lobster and steak were inferior, lobster was only ok and the steak was tasteless. The supervisor said it was sirloin, as I have worked in the meat trade I know my stuff and it was not sirloin, possibly flank or skirt. The frozen mojito was lovely. My friends Chose the bbq selection, they said it was lovely. Service was good, was well looked after. Would I go again? Possibly.

Ebin and Chris were brilliant and offered attentive and helpful service. We loved the lobster, the crab shack and the house burger. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Sometimes the music was a bit loud. Otherwise everything and everyone was amazing! Especially Ebin, our gracious host, the night wouldn’t have been the same without his attentive service.

First time at the Big East Stratford (Westfields). Our server Oliwia was very attentive and friendly. Hubby and I were not overly hungry, and asked if we could each order a couple of starters to have as a main meal. There was no hesitation from Oliwia, who assured us it would not be a problem. Food was nice, although I would have preferred the potato skins to have been a bit crispy, to give them some texture. All in all a good experience at the restaurant.

Olivia was brilliant,she offered a warm welcome and was very attentive to our service needs. It made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

Had a great experience at Big Easy Stratford. We were served by Evian who couldn’t have been nicer, and also by Cris who was so polite and helpful. The food was great, portion size for a lunch-time express deal was great excellent and very very tasty! Would definitely recommend and planning on going again!

Amazing food as always at Big Easy Westfield! Staff was super helpful and eager to accommodate a change in the table. Service was fast and food came at the perfect temperature. Special thanks to Ayesha and Cris for everything. The atmosphere as a whole is also very good with exception of the room temperature as it was quite cold.

Syrah’s and Cris were lovely. Good was good. Good value. But not sure why I got a cake on my dinner.

amazing service by madu!!! truly really appreciated it, especially as it was my grandma's 75th birthday and she made it feel really special. food was delicious and the portions were quite big so we were full fairly quickly. it also came relatively fast, didn't even notice the time going by! would definitely go again.

I’m so disappointed for this restaurant, Thai restaurant is famous for lobster, so I ordered the half lobster and steak , but eventually the lobster has few meat inside , the restaurant is so greedy , offer so bad lobster . omg couldn’t use the words to describe my feelings anymore . Great food, as per Big Easy. However, the service was amazing!! We went for the bottomless brunch thing they do and she was continually ordering us more drinks, making sure our food was ok and had arrived, remembered exactly what each person ordered, etc. Very, very helpful and very friendly too!
