The food was tasty and the drinks were generous. The service was attentive without being intrusive.

Went tonight, food was absolutely shocking. Burger was tiny.and had 6 chips. I know it's cheap food...but not that cheap. My friend got bbq chicken melt. It was awful undercooked bacon, a dehydrated mushroom with fork marks in. And I'm not even going to mention the dried out pizza. Think they should start using smaller plates, as there was more plate than food.

Went for a family meal. Service was sporadic, I think they need more staff. Asked for a drink with no ice, it came with loads of ice in it. Asked for jugs of water, two jugs came and my sister had to get the glasses off the bar as they weren't bought to us. My salmon was hard, I think it was over cooked, food tasted bland, pudding wasn't great, I had cheesecake, it was bland no flavour, like it had just come out of a box not home made.

Perfect spot for the airport, the person who took us to our table was friendly and inviting, the food was lovely and came out promptly and our server Leah was absolutely lovely, she was kind, patient (even though it was busy) perfect definition of service with a smile, extremely professional throughout, if every restaurant had a Leah they wouldn’t need to worry about customer service as she would ensure every customer is attended to and happy.

I used to love this restaurant - amazing burgers, nice place to sit. I went in this week for a treat. Waited 20 minutes while delivery drivers got served. Chips arrived cold after 20 minutes. Then the vegan burger was actually beef. The staff replaced both, but the eventual vegan burger was horrible. I'm not sure what the kitchen team, but I've only had a worse meal once, and that was when someone tried to make steak tartar e by chopping up raw beef with a knife. I provided feedback but have received no response even when this is promised within 24 hours, so 36 hours after the worst meal in Brighton, probably the UK, all I can do is provide this feedback. I think the restaurant had a very bad day, with untrained kitchen staff. The lady serving really did try, but the food was inexcusably bad.

I had a wonderful experience while dinning at giraffe stop in kingscross. They have amazing choices in food, mine favorite was beef chilli rice and nachos nirvana chicken. Passion fruit smoothie is one of the best. No more waiting, quick service for all passengers. Ambience and customer service were good. Staffs were friendly and pleasant. A must visit place.

Ordered 3 breakfasts. Not everything ordered came out, all 3 were stone cold. Ordered coffees that were initially charged for, but had to be removed as they never materialised. Told the waiter when paying, he just shrugged and mumbled sorry. I wouldn't bother with this place, go to a local cafe. Total £62 with 12.5% service charge. I think the shrugging waiter could of deducted the service!

Una "hamburguesa" que, en un restaurante a un precio razonable sería de aproximadamente 12 libras inglesas, en este arcade de un restaurante costó 18 libras esterlinas. . con. . sin mayonesa, sin Tabasco, sin salsa de tomate (a algunas personas les gusta eso! ) Sin guisantes (£ 1 extra) sin aros de cebolla (£ 2 extra) una cantidad minúscula de patatas fritas (sin cargo extra ! ) Personal... si puedes encontrarlos, despistado, honestamente puedo decir, que nunca he comido una comida en un lugar que realmente no podría importarle menos a sus clientes. Calidad Restaurante. . . Sobre de vinagre. . ¡POR FAVOR! . . . . verdadera cocina de primera categoría. . . ¡NO!
