Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce. Panini buoni anche se piccoli. Ottime le patatine ed abbondanti. Prezzi però carissimi, rispetto alla già pur cara Londra: 4 panini, 2 patatine e 4 coca cola (si possono rabboccare, ma ci è stato detto dopo averle prese) per 80 sterline. Cate voi i calcoli in euro

Went there late evening on a Sunday (10 pm). Almost empty. Hamburgers were quite normal. Nevertheless great fries. Banana milkshake was better than expected. Pricing quite high for what we got.

We were in the area and decided to get something to eat from here. It was very busy, the person on door security was very helpful and went above and beyond with trying to find us a free table and chasing staff to clean tables with had rubbish on them and need cleaning for others as well as ourselves. The food didn't take long to collect from ordering. The burger was really nice, the chips were good. I had a chocolate milkshake which was really good and although it is on the expensive side it is worth it. Overall the this place can be very busy so finding a table can be difficult, the tables don't always seem to be cleaned especially when busy and people don't put the rubbish in the bins. The person on door security had great customer service. This is a good place to visit. The food is good even if it is on the pricey side.

t's been a week, but my sister and I are still reminiscing about what a pleasant experience visiting this Five Guys was. We have never been at a Five Guys before but we were in a hurry to eat before going to a show so we took a risk and hopped in. Inside we were greeted by what we acknowledged as the Golden Standard of service while ordering our food. Thank you Ben! You've become a fond memory of our trip to London. Ben was super kind, patient, organized, eager to help/advise and well humored! Next time I'm in London, I need to go here again. Food was amazing as well, but full marks for Ben the rockstar. We hadn't been to Five Guys before and Fahad helped us by bringing us menus and advising us. He was working hard to ensure the place was spotless. Impressed with the staff, the food, and the level of cleanliness.

Absolutely disgraceful. My 12 year old Daughter was pick pocketed in this store today by a low thief (I’m watching my language because the Facebook police might come out.. there are several other words running through my mind) begging for her food. The staff were not interested in helping, they DID NOT help at all. All the staff had to say was that basically, it happens and this problem has been present in the restaurant for some time. If you are aware of the problem in your restaurant, why have you not put proper measures in place to protect your customers? Where is the duty of care for customers? A child was robbed in your restaurant, by low life thief’s - THAT YOU KNEW WERE OPERATING IN YOUR RESTAURANT!!! Operating by way of begging, which is illegal itself, and your staff/ company did not have the common decency to help. Five guys, your poor customer service and complete lack of compassion for a scared, frightened young girl - you should be ashamed. Who in their right mind wouldn’t help a young girl. You wouldn’t even assist in calling the police. Your poor customer service, lack of training.. call it what you will is nothing other than disgusting. A company as huge as this and you allow your customers, CHILDREN, to be violated. You charge a small fortune for your products yet hold no moral standards. Disgusting. I hope future customers think twice about theirs and their families safety next time they come into your restaurant. Best bit.. I’d bet your company wouldn’t even bother to acknowledge this review nor the 2 crimes that took place in its premises.

For what is a treat for many in times of crisis, to turn up and get served a warm beer was hugely disappointing. When I asked if there was a colder bottle, I was told it was too late by a lazy member of staff. It was an overstuffed quiet night and I left hugely unimpressed. Not good Five Guys

The best burgers we’ve had in England. There’s no combo deal but one small fry is enough to split and sodas are free refills! Just expect to spend at least £25 for 2 people.

OMG 12 pounds sterling for a burger with 2 meat patties in it, bloody hell that's expensive. Burgers are ok, nothing to write home about though. In comparison to other fast food burger places it's better quality. The eatery was clean and tables cleared of detritus from previous patrons. So very good that way.

We regularly eat at Five Guys but on this occasion brought along my daughters friend from Germany who is now hooked on the amazing burgers. I haven't ate at this Five Guys before but it was quick service and the restaurant was lovely and clean. We ordered three large burgers and one small one for me plus two large portions of chips as you don't need any more you get loads. It's expensive but it's worth every penny as the food is quality. Five Guys now have a huge fan from Germany.

The burgers and fries at Five Guys are the best around but, definitely an occasional treat rather than a regular occurrence. Great quality, and portions are large plus the usual friendly service. Prices are on the high side but you get what you pay for!

Went in here after a walk around Whitehall and Trafalgar Square. It was 10pm on a weeknight so not too busy. The burgers are really nice and you get asked which items (including sauce) you would like on your burger. A really nice touch.

As burger places go they honestly don’t come much better than this, including the fancy ones. The burgers are the perfect thickness and come in two sizes and you can pick exactly what you want in it. The chips are also divine and come in salty or spicy. If you fancy a burger then this really is the place to come!

This is a good burger place. On ordering you have to choos, what would you like inside your burger. I was thinking, that I have to order like "extra" toppings and did not order anything, so I got just a plain burger with meat and cheese. So remember to add toppings!!

Och oftast när jag äter hamburgare finns det senor i dem men på five guys köpte alla i mitt sällskap hamburgare: ingen fick senor.

På önskemål från äldste sonen besökte vi Five Guys, mest tror jag för deras utbud av drycker från Coca-Cola Company - enligt restaurangens uppgift över 100 stycken. Och visst, sonen var nöjd med burgaren. Men jag var besviken över bristen på alternativ till burgare på ko-kött. Varken kyckling-, fisk- eller vegoburgare känns inte särskilt modernt. Miljön är dessutom tråkigare än på en valfri av de globala hamburgerkedjorna. Men toaletterna var rena.

Bibite con refill illimitato (ma forse un po' annacquate). Patatine di qualità superiore alla media. Per contro i prezzi sono un po' alti per essere un fast food. Segnalo aria condizionata molto spinta in alcune parti del locale.

My daughter had a Five Guys burger next to where my family was staying, Amba Charing Cross Hotel. The restaurant was in the process of closing but stayed open to service her. She was very thankful for this.

Friends were bragging about the venue, so forced to attend... Staff were great, no issues there... I ordered a cheeseburger and Cajun chips, that's it, £13.... No drink that's £3.50 extra... Now don't get me wrong, the food is lovely but even for London, overpriced.

My first time in one of 5 Guys restaurants and thought it was pretty good. The food was really good and a portion of fries was huge.

There are two types of burgers: the pressed and the non-pressed. I personally prefer the non-pressed, 250 grams of juicy patty but in the pressed category Five Guys is just perfect. It is slightly overpriced but for that money you will be full for sure. Everything tastes good, ingredients are fresh, peanuts are free juts like the refills. Oh and there is thins innovation Coca Cola Freestyle where you can mix any flavour for yourself! Amazing.

Five Guys always serve superior burgers, and this branch is no exception. Yes they may be more expensive than some other burger chains, but in my opinion they are worth the price. The burger patties are juicy and firm, and you can choose from a large list of toppings at no extra cost.

I went here with a few friends. They made a mistake with my order, which they wouldn't rectify and I ended up giving a friend my burger. They were too eager to rush people aside and then wonder why orders are sometimes wrong. Very disappointing. The food wasn't worth the price, although the milkshake was very good. I wouldn't go back here and would prefer the cheaper and more reliable alternative up the road.

Awesome burger. Crazy salty fries. Buzzy atmosphere. They do a great range of Milk Shakes. In general everything is fine. Personally I find it a little overpriced for what you get.

Hoy fui a Five Guys y por error mi hamburguesa vino sin queso. El gerente se ofrece a cambiar por hamburguesa (si puedo conservar la que abrí) o darme el queso para agregar por separado. Como no quería desperdiciar comida, elegí tener el queso por separado, aunque pensé que eso significaría no caliente o derretido. Debido a su error, el gerente me otorgó una comida gratis con una hamburguesa, papas fritas y un refresco en mi próxima visita. ¡Todos en esta unidad son muy agradables y ofrecen ayuda! ¡La comida, como siempre, fue increíble y me sorprendió gratamente el increíble servicio al cliente! ¡Por eso siempre vuelvo!

Typische Five Guys Filiale. Die Burger und Pommes sind nach wie vor die besten die ich jemals von einer "Fastfood-Kette" gegessen habe. Diese Filiale macht da keine Ausnahme! Leider ist die Filiale relativ laut, dreckig und ungepflegt. Schade!

The service was quick and pleasant. She was happy to recommend what we should order.. told us that one portion of chips was plenty for 2 of us. Although the wait for food was quite long (15 mins?) it was great when it arrived, fresh and tasty with all the toppings and drinks were available instantly and with 2 free refills. it was a refreshing stop off .. yes a bit pricey but not really comparable to your McD and Burger Kings of this world.

Nous avons déjeuné en famille avec nos 3 enfants ce jeudi 25 octobre, lors de notre visite à Londres. Attention, il n’y a pas de menus comme chez Mac do et Burger king. Pas de menu enfant, il y a des « little » burger ou hot dog, c’est à dire avec une viande car l’hamburger normal c’est 2 viandes. Du coup, cela fait plus cher que les autres fast food, par contre, j’ai trouvé que c’était bon rt on pouvait choisir ce qu’on pouvait mettre dans nos hamburgers. Ça c’est super quand on n’aime pas les cornichons ou pour les enfants qui ne veulent pas la salade etc...

This place is great. Concept works - as if somebody said let’s do MacDonalds really well. Staff were so friendly, and gave us free drinks. The burgers are genuine American diner quality - completely delicious. Yes, slightly more expensive than many fast food places, but you’re eating proper food! One small portion of chips is enough for two people to share.

Never been before - never will go again. All I wanted was a 'straight' cheeseburger - no toppings; no fries; no drink. And that is what I got. Along with the shock at the price - £8.50! I can get the same thing at Burger King for a third of the price. I appreciate you can have numerous toppings for 'free', but if someone just wants a 'straight' burger, the price should be adjusted?

The fame can backfire sometimes. That happened. I heard so good opinions about this chain, but I was not impressed at all. Even my fiancé who was the one was suggesting to go there as he had good experience with them, was very disappointed and saying that was not worth at all. You can find much better burger places like this, even for better price, but definitely better quality. Maybe we were just unlucky and one of the 5 guys called sick that day... ;)

Normally I purchase one of these on my way home after a bit of a sesh...however on this occasion I was reasonably sober so able to appreciate what a good burger and fries these guys sell. Really tasty with all the trimmings you could possibly need and the fries cooked in peanut oil are superb....pricey but worth it every now and again

This is a fast food restaurant which quickly serves freshly cooked amazing yummy burgers. We had a small burger (it wasn't that small!). You can opt to choose extras of your choice to add to your burger at no extra cost - quite a good variety to choose from. We shared one portion of chips between three of us. The portion size was huge! You can buy a soft drink and re-fill as often as you like. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Go to place. :-)

Très bonne chaine de burgers avec des frites maison au top. Le little bacon cheeseburger "All the way" (toutes les garnitures) est top ! La portion de frites est très généreuse, nous avons partagé une portion médium à 2. La boisson est à volonté, un verre pour 2 peut donc suffire.
