Shake Shack in City of London, Westminster

Good place to "hang around" The food taste is good but the portion served is simply too small . So in short it's a pretty expensive fast food. Environment is good though for this one located the Covent Garden

Nice cosy setting, the size of the chickens burger was a bit small!

Frozen custard is better than ice cream!. Rest of food was good too but the frozen custard was the star.

Very busy location many food choices of eateries it’s not a stand alone location . You order in the front entrance than go around back to pick up your food . There are cashiers to the right and to the left a kiosk to order yourself . Don’t wait on one line if you speak English go to a cashier . There were so many people waiting for the kiosk so I saw the cashier line was empty order placed right away . Seating in the front and back .

Great burgers, amazing atmosphere, ordering is quite confusing since they are split in 2 locals. However, front of house was very patient when placing our orders and asking for directions 10/10!

Definitely their busiest branch in london, wow!! but their quality remains consistent, the person on till was really kind and patient as we were a big group order, overall great experience as always.

Shack burger is to die omg. Our first time in london and what an experience!! the girl on tills was very patient due our little knowledge on english and took us a while what to decide to order but we did not went wrong with the recommendations. definitely visiting again!!

The shack burger is amazing, but a little pricey, but considering the area is reasonable, staff on the till was very patient and polite despite the amount of people that took ages to order. Great experience 👍👍

Excellent solution for eating in Covent Garden without too many pretensions: the sandwiches are good, above average compared to fast food, but also quite expensive. The service is fast and efficient, the setting of Covent Market is absolutely evocative.

There was a crowd when we visited. I like that the menu has information on calories. My burger of honey glazed chicken was delicious.

Quite disappointing. Had Shake Shack at Leicester Square and other places but this one tasted differently, very oily and strange taste.

Lovely fast food burger and shake place in the market. Very easy to order and collect the food. Lots of sitting outside. My chicken burger was okay. Crinkle cut cheesy chips were tasty but both of them felt cold! My friend had a mushroom burger which was delicious. They have downstairs toilet so you don’t need to pay £1.50 for the toilets in Covent garden market.

Many years of waiting only to be disappointed 😥 I may have set the bar too high, it's not bad but nothing extraordinary, the fries were almost cold, a Five-guys is better! That was my opinion and we don't all have the same opinions.

It is extravagant to pay 11 pounds for just a burger. Come on, it is a fast food....in UK you have some serious issues with the prices.

The long awaited visit to Shake Shack. Given there aren’t any on this side of the world I was very excited to try it (seemingly so were a lot of people given the huge line to both order and collect) and maybe the anticipation was too high but I have to say it really wasn’t anything to write home about. A good burger to be sure but nothing life changing and certainly pricey for what it was

Everything was terrible, they charged us double and on top of that the order was not recorded and we spent more than 50 minutes waiting for some hamburgers. Terrible service

Really not great, it starts off badly with an incomplete order, then ridiculously small burgers, hot dogs without toppings and even worse without sauce for a very high price, no room inside and a terrace that is too small and unheated

Couldn’t help myself to go to shake shack while on my trip to London & really liked this location. Wish it had more space to sit, heaters in the outside area weren’t working, but other than that it was nice. Make sure you secure a table before ordering! lol

I visited with 2 teenagers & we wanted quick but tasty food. Saw lots of customers in the open seating area & their food looked good so we thought we’d give it a shot. We all had different burgers & they were delicious. Also tried the cheese fries, very nice but maybe a bit too much cheese, milkshakes were really good. Yes it was pricey for burgers, but honestly in London I didn’t think it was out of kilter compared to many other places. I wish you had a restaurant in the West Midlands as we would definitely return.

Classic fast food that you find everywhere in London, 2 cheeseburgers and 6 chicken bites + 3 portions of chips and 2 cokes £46, same price elsewhere you eat much better

Service was quick. You can use one of their ordering screens, and you then allocate a buzzer to your order, pick it up, and wait for it to buzz. You then go to the service hatch next door. Food was nothing special, but hit the spot for a stop gap before our main meal later. No real interaction with staff, but when being handed your order, it could have shown a bit more interest instead of just pushing our food at us.

Horrible! Was served cold crispy chicken bites which was poor quantity, too salty but of course so overpriced. Why can’t London do decently priced hot food?!?!?!?

Essenzialmente un fast food dentro a Covent Garden. Il cibo è buono per essere un fast food, ma molto costoso per essere un fast food. Bello l'ambiente circostante.

Prezzi esagerati per dei panini minuscoli. Servizio disorganizzato e carenza di posti a sedere che per di più non sono controllati. Siamo finiti a mangiare in un gradino per terra, mentre persone che non avevano acquistato da loro erano comodamente seduti nei tavolini.

Bons hambúrgueres. Experimentei também o Shake de pistácios que adorei. Das melhores opções para comer por valores aceitáveis.

The best experience of tills so far, I made the tills girl change my order for 5 times but she was so lovely and patience and was smiling all the time. Forgot to get her name but she was from Pakistan. Satisfied by her service and the food was amazing too. I would definitely recommend to hire more gentle people like her because that’s where it starts to feel like home Front line girl was very friendly

Complete 10/10. The food was really good, I really recommend the chicken shack and the Shack Meister. The service was the biggest part that really bumped up my rating of this place, we were attended to by such a beautiful Pakistani girl that was really lovely when taking our orders. She was really patience and attentive. The atmosphere was really buzzing especially at night.

Las hamburguesas muy ricas pero un poco pequeñas para nuestro gusto. Es una buena opción cuando no sabes qué comer y tienen bastante bien organizado el sistema de pedidos para la cantidad de gente que va. Te recomiendo que lo cojas para llevar.

We came here last Christmas. This may be the highest quality fast food we’ve ever had. The chicken was tender, and the burger themselves tasted very good. We even went back once later in our stay. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick bite or fastfood.

I was happy that they have halal chicken, the taste was really good. The staff was really friendly and even showed me the Halal certificate to be assured that it was halal. Highly recommend :)

Maybe the best burger of a fast food restaurant I have ever tasted. Soft bread, high quality meat, tasteful sauce. Few choices in menu but high quality. Also, the process of ordering and order receiving is well organised and the stuff is kind and friendly. The only negative is the pinching price (1 burger, 1 double burger, 2 portions of fries and 1 coke, almost 35£).

Les burgers sont bons, les frites aussi, il n’y a rien a dire sur le goût. En revanche, payer 14€ juste pour un petit burger de la taille d’un simple cheese c’est franchement abusé. De même pour les boissons c’est hyper cher et elles ont la taille d’un menu enfant. Et bien sûr il n’y a pas de menu il faut tout prendre à l’unité (au total 52€ a deux pour trois burgers, deux frites et une boisson). En bref, pas mal si vous avez le budget de Beyoncé sinon allez au Mcdo, c’est 10€ le menu avec sandwich, boisson, frites et le tout en taille adulte (et en plus même pas besoin de faire la queue devant le restaurant)

food was ok but the set up of the ordering/picking up is extremely confusing and tedious. we also found a hair in our fries.

J’ai testé le burger à la truffe, il était délicieux (je conseille de le prendre en 1 viande : single). Les frites accompagnées de leur sauce fromagère sont indétronables. Un fast-food de qualité et délicieux. Sans compter le formidable emplacement à Covent Garden. Seul bémol : le personnel qui n’est pas des plus aimables.
