absolutely terrible service, i ordered a burger meal and he gave me a wrap, keep in mind it was a meal had to get up and ask for the chips since they “forgot” drinks are watered down, 40 mins wait for a milkshake aswell terrible

Our server was lovely but the overall experience was very bad. They hadn't turned the taps on in the bathroom so I couldn't wash my hands and had to find someone to activate them. The front doors were left wide open so the entire restaurant was freezing. Our nachos came out ice cold and I had to send my mac and cheese back as it tasted terrible. I don't normally do that or write bad reviews but this was an exception.

Family Restaurant that serves adults food first before we even got drinks ! It came out so quickly and was tepid ! Kids came last then there’s was red hot ! Ordered a baileys coffee it was cold and returned not much better !

The place is very dirty and messy and the 2 Asian guys are very rude and arrogant with the customers is my first bad review in my life . Subway bosses should do something about this. Homeless people in front of the door avoid this place

Just wanted to commend one of your staff members for her excellent customer service. We popped in to the river bar on Saturday 09th November for a drink around 7:30pm! We were part of large group of people on a hen party. We ordered 2 salted caramel espresso martinis. When they arrived they weren’t as stated on the menu. I mentioned this to the bar staff and they said they didn’t have the ingredients. I mentioned that the price didn’t reflect the drink then as it wasn’t been served as stated on the menu. We ended up with the bar manager (a man). He took the martinis off us, attempted to throw cash back at us and was the rudest, arrogant member of staff I have ever come across in my years of visiting the river bar/fiume. He refused to give a name or complaint address and spoke to us in a despicable manner. How he was ever hired in customer service in general never mind as a manager is beyond me. However, as we were about to leave we had a saving grace with the manager over seeing the whole establishment. DANIELLE WISDOM (I hope I got this correct), came over and asked us to step outside, so we could what’s each other, to resolve the issue. She was polite, understanding and an absolute credit to the business. She offered to make us 2 normal martinis which we were more than happy with and handed her the money straight over that has been thrown back at us! She was calm and warming and listened to everything we had to say. In our years off visiting we have seen Danielle around and are pleased she has made it to a higher position. She sorted the problem quickly and efficiently and we can’t commend her enough. We hope she gets the recognition she deserves as she manages to keep customer service how it should be whilst running the business! Hats off to a wonderful manager. 👏🏼

Have had drinks here quite a bit lately, but haven't eaten here in about a decade. Still just as good. Visited on a busy Saturday evening. Ordered food (and drinks) at the bar. Prices are incredibly cheap! (Chicken wrap with fries only £6.50!) Seated in the side section next to the garden which was nice with the fairy lights. Food was delivered quickly, was hot, and tasted good. And staff were really friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I don't usually go for bar food, but for Loft I'll make the exception every time. It's a great place to start off a night out before bar hopping down Hurst Street, or as an evening out by itself.

First time customer! Was delicious better than the 3 main pizza providers and considerably better value. It just goes to show how inflated the mainstream pizza providers are. Will definitely be ordering again very soon! Best pizza experience in a long time thank you!! 👍😁

We regularly have a burger meal on a Friday cooked to perfection. Friendly staff, polite. Best burger in Walton on Thames in my opinion. Once again thank you charcoal grill. Regards P.

Pleasantly surprised - we had tapas which were just amazing. I would say I have had better steak, but the flavors of everything were amazing and it is probably one of the best tapas I’ve had to be honest. You must go here !! Staff friendly and attentive. Did not have to wait long for anything. Interior design a bit random but restaurant was clean and nice atmosphere.

The service from Hasna was amazing! Could not fault the hospitality even after arriving 30mins before closing time. The food was cooked to perfection!

Just like to shout out to Matt the store manager, Lola and Amber who were all Soo lovely and friendly, it's the first time I've been to this store where the staff are lovely despite it being busy and they have many jobs to do they all were welcoming and had smiles on there faces.....amazing service from them all.
