Kaspas in Watford

Not allowed entry on a Friday evening as we were only two and they only allowed four at least... the place was hardly occupied and the children serving were very rude, obnoxious and confrontational... I carry a couple of platinum credit cards, with good income and spending capacity and normally spend about £1k per month on eating out.... we were early evening (8.10pm). Looking down their nose at us was their mistake and loss

The food was good but it was about 40 degrees in the restaurant and only decided to open the door at the end of our visit. Also there was a beep noise going on every 5 seconds for the entire time we were there which was very annoying.

My niece has ordered dessert from up North so we can join in with her celebrations via 'Just Eat'....so sweet. Took over an hour for the dessert to arrive and then to top it all off,they forgot to pack the cookie dough!!!! Service very different to when they first opened.

My sister and I visited and split a waffle but made a mistake when ordering and said we wanted the Strawberry Delight when we wanted the Strawberry Indulgence. The manager was very accommodating and redid our order which was a great show of good customer service and it was very kind of her. Apart from the initial 40minute wait which did seem quite extreme for one waffle the experience was very good. One issue we had was the insanely loud music and they paid terrible covers which made the experience slightly unbearable. We will definitely be back to try some other things but I can definitely recommend the waffle!

The place was busy as expected and there was very limited car park spaces available in this area, difficult to find a spot. The toilets could have done with more cleaning and the floor was very wet. Friendly quick service.

I went there on a Friday evening to order a quick milkshake to take away - whilst my husband was waiting to collect a meal in the take away a few doors away. The restaurant was pretty quiet when I got in - even though there were 5 staff members around so I thought that would be a quick visit - there was only 1 table waiting to be served and 2 delivery guys waiting for their orders before me. I noticed that 2 waitresses were in the main restaurant and a guy at the till but the 2 other guys seem to be spending all their times at the back (kitchen / staff quarters?) laughing and joking. I was talking with one of the uber food delivery guy about the long wait and he showed me the order that he was waiting for which had been made 45 minutes ago!!! After 20 minutes waiting for my milkshake and still seeing that 2 of the staff members were doing nothing around the back - I went to ask the gentleman at the till when I was likely to get my order made as otherwise I would like to cancel it. He acted Straight away and he called the 2 guys at the back and they proceeded with mine and the uber food delivery guys’s order - which was then done in 5 minutes!!!! Really not impressed with this kind of service (apart from the guy at the till who sorted the issue) so would not recommend it if you are in a hurry or simply don’t fancy waiting a long time around -!However the milk shake was really nice!

I’ve been to Kaspas many times and never had a problem, but I hadn’t been in over a year and today me and a group of friends decided to go. To start with as we arrived the place was basically empty only a couple sitting at the table as we walked in the staff just looked at us didn’t even acknowledge customers were waiting, then once a member of staff could be bothered a guy came and took us to the table. I went up to order and I asked for a waffle with Bueno all went fine I paid then sat back down with my friends, we then waited around half an hour for our desserts, once it came out the lady gave me a plate with cookie dough with bueno, I then said to her I’m sorry but I ordered a waffle not this I have a receipt, she then walked off came back 10 mins later and said the man who served you will come and deal with you. Not once a I’m so sorry I will go and find out what’s happening! By this point my group of friends were eating there desserts so I was so annoyed. The guy came over to me and said to me I got it wrong I made a mistake did you want the waffles now I said no I want a refund. So I got the refund but it just ruined our trip and the fact that the staff have no people skills, and really bad customer service is shocking! Maybe in future they should repeat back people’s orders to stop this happening and also maybe go on a course on how to be nice to customers and make them feel welcome because all the staff at kaspas are rude! Will I be returning... absolutely not! Employe friendly staff who know how to speak to people! Now I know why it’s so empty every time I drive past..... GET NEW STAFF!!!!

My husband and I aviators for a special treat. Staff were rude to the point that we left. We were told we couldn’t sit in a booth as here was only 2 of us, but the whole place was empty! They haven’t responded to a complaint email or a letter to head office. Disgraceful customer service

First time visiting here. Found it on google search. When I arrived the place was delighful, lovely decorated inside with lovely seating areas. The menu was vast. We ordered a mixture of ice cream, crepes and drinks. All the food and drinks were excellent and presented really nicely. Just two things to mention: the music was a touch too loud and also wouldn’t mind to change it to music in the ‘popular music world’ also the names/labels of the ice creams in the fridges on view were written too small to read, please could you make the display labels a bit bigger. Overall, a great place to go with family or friends for a nice treat.

We have just visited the kaspa’s in Leeds and what poor customer service !! We was sort of shown to a table and a menu was thrown on the table. We sat for a while presuming it was table service. As the person that as walked by I said is it table service and she replied you order at the counter which we did. The next to be seated was a young couple of girls she again threw the menus on the table and walked away. The young girls said she was rude which I actually agree. Surely some staff traing should be given on customer service politeness and a general hello would have been nice. As we sat eating our ice cream we notice a very glum atmosphere amongst other staff members. We was visiting from Hull and it’s a shame that they all seem so down.

Love the milkshakes. Always grab one when passing. Only ever had two waffles from there, I’d recommend sharing as they are sweet and filling. Cakes, crepes and cookie dough also available.

Used many time but last night I explained my order but when i came home it was different in box. Staff does not show much interest and don’t bother to listen what customer need.

Had the unfortunate opportunity to try a dessert at Kaspas. Entered their Watford branch to be waiting in a queue slower than a three toed sloth, I almost lost my patience at the staff that were standing there like lemons, whilst the operator that looked like the manager struggled to keep up! I overlooked this painful ordering experience with the excitement of the Bueno Waffle that tickled my fancy! Did this make it up? Nope! Whilst it's appearance was amazing, the waffle was as dry as a waffle with eczema and they clearly tried to overdose it with chocolate sauce to mask the dryness! Thankfully the tap water that we ordered was more tastier than this waffle. So unless you prefer your waffle to be drier than the Sahara, I'd give this place a miss!

We were ignored on arrival although, although a sign asked us to wait to be seated. I wouldn't have minded had it been busy but the place was nearly empty.....I now know why! There were four members of staff there, but none of them bothered to acknowledge us so we went to the counter, the woman behind it seemed genuinely shocked we were there. They then got the order wrong and bought three drinks instead of two. The waiter just shrugged his shoulders and walked off when we pointed this out. One of the waiters was sitting in a booth with his friends most of the time and serving anyone seemed to be an inconvenience to him. The toilets were disgusting, overflowing sanitary/nappy bin and my shoes stuck to the floor! It really wasn't busy so there should have been no reason for the shoddy service and dirty toilets. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't in. I contacted the head office, via their contact form on their website, but have heard nothing. Not impressed at all with the place or the head office. No wonder it was empty and I certainly won't be going there any time soon.

Dessert arrived melted. Place is very filthy . Toilet is disgustingly dirty. Bill full from last night. Terrible place

Visited the one in Watford (St Albans Road) yesterday afternoon, what an absolute disgrace! Staff just ignored customers, others had waited over 20 minutes for their order and were then spoken to VERY abruptly when enquiring what was happening to their order, not one member of staff spoke to myself and my friend, they didn't even look at us, we had given up waiting to be given a table when we arrived (stood waiting for over 5 mins in searing heat), so just sat ourselves down, and then when I went up to the counter was forced to ask if I could give my order (as all staff were ignoring all customers who were waiting for anything), I was abruptly told "yes, yes, give me a minute, I'm very busy". Absolutely no staff structure, nobody seemed to know what they were doing. When we gave up and left, so did at least 3 other customers. We went to a nearby local competitor where we were immediately greeted at the door, shown to our table and had the ordering system explained to us. When we went up to make our order we were served straight away, and within less than 5 minutes we had the order on our table. This place was FAR busier than Kaspas and had about the same number of staff on duty, yet they were able to be polite, attentive and prompt in giving their customers attention and delivering orders. There is NO excuse whatsoever for the rudeness and ignorance of the staff at Kaspas. We will NOT be returning EVER!! I'd give it MINUS 10 if I could, but that option isn't available!

We have been longtime Kaspas customers. Slowly and steadily we have observed it go downhill.The last experience was probably the worst which has truly made me to shift to Creams on highstreet. Back to the experience here.Took my family with my nephew who was new to here for a great experience. 45 minutes later when the order wasn't still delivered to the table I went to enquire, guess what the order was already completed and marked as take away and they were waiting for the customer to arrive. So cold food almost frozen and was now brought to the table and served. Not a word when we said this food is inedible having gone cold. Attitude of the manager, take it or leave it. Having already paid for the food at ordering stage, it was truly being held to ransom. i could go on and on about a lot of things on the day , suffice to say never again to this Watford outlet.

I've had two times recently where I've ordered a Choc-a-lot Waffle, and walked out with a cold waffle drizzled in a small amount of chocolate sauce with some M&Ms; sprinkled on top. First time I just let it go, second time I requested it be fixed.

Lovely desserts , great service , only visit occasionally with my friend and her 2 young children , otherwise i'd be fatter than i already am , well worth a visit , the kids love it as an occasional treat

Banoffee cookie dough is so good i have it everytime along with there amazing milkshakes! Service tonight friday 20th for a takeaway was spot on!! Couldnt fault this place!

First of all, I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Was recommended this place and turned up 45 minutes before closing time. We were told they wouldn’t serve us as they were closing soon and “the boss” was here and it was his decision. This has got to be the worst customer service I’ve experienced and will be actively promoting people to stay away from the rude idiots.

I attended this restaurant in the summer for a Childs birthday. That was not the first time I had attended, and it was what I expected. There were lots of children eating ice creams etc. and making a load of noise. That's what children do right? I think though with the amount of sugar they were consuming things I thing was loader that usual. Anyway, the menu is extensive and soooooo nice; if you have a sweet tooth and love ice cream this is the pace to be.

Huge variety of things on the menu from Milkshakes to Waffles. So many choices. Prices are reasonable and kids love it, so win win.

Decided that at 9pm I really wanted some pudding so I dragged my partner out and when here for the first time ever, the service was brilliant and nice and the food amazing. Pleased with the portion sizes and the prices

Arrive here last minute to fulfill a dessert craving and was pleased with it. This was the first time visiting Kaspa's and the hospitality was nice and polite. It was nearly closing time but the manager was kind to let us sit in (upon request)....

If you're feeling naughty, yet have no idea what you want then this is your place! Ice cream, waffles, pancakes, smoothies, shakes, they have it all! Me and my partner opted for a standard sundae and a chocolate and strawberry crepe - both were incredible! Although parking in the area is a pain, I highly recommend a visit! Friendly staff, great open atmosphere and even better in the summer with bifolding doors! :-)

Nice selection in the menu and food doesn't take too long. I would strongly recommend there Kiwi bubble slush drink...

Ambience and service are good. Seating tables for two are too close for comfort due to the size of premises....

We took our friend to Kaspas in May, it was quiet, only two customers in the restaurant. We placed our orders & sat down, others came after us. We waited a good 25-30 mins for our order and when it finally arrived, our friend's cheesecake was missing from both the receipt and the table. Customers coming after us were served before us and we had to pay twice to get everything we have ordered. No one apologised, no one cared.Also, if you order waffles or crepes, you can't opt out of the ice cream or cream on the side, not even when you say you are happy to pay full price just don't want ice cream or cream, they force it on you!

Love these kind of places. Smoothies are amazing, good priced food. Kaspa's is good but not very consistent, I usually have the same thing everytime and evertime it's different. Sometimes I get two crepes sometimes only one, sometimes the filling is really spread all over it (which is great) and other times the filling is mostly at the bottom. Maybe more education with different staff members is needed to keep up consistency of products.

This is a place which give you feel that you are in USA. We popped in for a quick cake bite. It's probably more of an gelattos, milkshakes and waffles place. we had the Almond cake. Not impressed! Nothing great,nothing bad. And I don't know why the person took so long to get one slice of cake. I think it's a good place to take children to, especially a group :)

Been a few times with family and friends, always been treated with respect and polite manners, highly recommend. Quick service.

Nice decor Got seated pretty much straight away after they clean the table order came quite quickly it was nice but I just think the prices are extortionate and they don't put all of the drinks prices on the menu

Service is very slow... waited 50 minutes for a waffle and a coffee! Under staffed. The place was not even very busy. I will not visit again in a hurry.

Such a disappointment, after much excitement waiting for the new Broadstairs branch to open. We ordered a banana berry crepe and waited patiently to be served. After waiting 45 minutes and seeing other people being served who had ordered after us, we enquired as to where ours was. We were told it would be with us in five to ten minutes. We waited in total for two hours and still nothing arrived. Eventually we asked for a refund and received very poor customer service in the process. We expected things to to slow in a newly opened store but this was ridiculous. No apology!! Nothing. We will returning to the Canterbury store for our new Kaspas where things are running smoothly.

Kaspas does what it says on the tin! Plenty of choice and selection of various waffles, sundaes, crepes, drinks and cakes. Decor is nice and well laid out. Staff could smile a bit more. The table servers looked a bit moody. I would say I think the shakes are overpriced but probably on par with many similar establishments. It's around a 10 minute walk from Watford Jn train station if you're not driving. Would go back.

Over rated for what it is. Good selection but very repetitive ok if your into ice cream, a bit expensive but ok for occasional treat.

Went in with my children last night, took a while to be seated. Ordered cakes and milkshakes which came for my children within about 15 minutes, assumed mine would be along shortly. After waiting a half hour I queried my portion of the order and somehow it had been overlooked. The staff behind the counter all spoke in a foreign language which I found incredibly rude and one of them eventually apologised for the oversight. I asked for my money back as my family had by now finished eating, unfortunately the staff's mathematics abilities were non existent. Certainly a memorable experience, not to be repeated!!

Came here on the 5th of this month with my partner and two children.Great customer service, welcoming and friendly. We all loved it, food was amazing will be going back again for sure.

Would probably like to try here again as it might have just been a bad crepe...how you manage to make it hard and chewy I'm not so sure but that's how it was. Presentation was pretty awful too as white chocolate was just slathered on top instead of inside the crepe. It was so chewy I could not finish it. However, my friend had the cookie dough with ice cream which I tried and that was very good. Despite this, service was terrible and a table of 4 and 3 were seated before us (2) even though the party of 4 sat at 2 small tables (fit for 2 people) and we had been waiting longer. Pretty unimpressed with the host's lack of ability to seat people appropriately.

Been here a few times now and love it, the ice cream is the best I've tasted! Tried the crepes on pancake day and they were really good too.

Seems like I am gonna a be a regular...Just on 2nd visit I have become fan of this place.This time I tried Tropical Sundae and my wife tried giant tutti fruity sundae Awesome taste... beautiful presentation... excellent service...This place never lets me down...Love it

I visited the cafe with my two young children and a friend. The cafe was a lot smaller than I expected (seats approx 20 people inside with a couple more tables outside) but the service was very good. There was a small area in the corner with toys for children to play with. We ordered some pancakes and waffles and both were delicious. Would definitely be coming back if I find myself in the area again!

Stopped off for a spot of dessert and was surprised at how busy it was at 8.45pm. We had to wait to be seated which was around ten minutes. The menu is vast with so many delicious choices to make. We both had waffles, one with m&ms and the other was nutty. Our son enjoyed a bubble gum cake(huge portion we took most of it home) lovely fresh cooked waffles with vanilla ice cream. It takes a bit of eating as they are so big and good value at £6. Tasty venti latte to wash it down with. Lively atmospheric environment to enjoy a spectacular array of delicious dessert. We were kaspa virgins until tonight. We will visit again once we've worked off the calories. Yum!!!

This place does sweet food only, staff were friendly and the place was clean though staff didnt explain the process of getting seated and then you have to go to counter to order, not a waitered service. The food is average, but i can see why families with young children go here. Its warm clean and you can let them get a rush of sugar. Would i go here again not really as its not my cup of tea however its busy which must mean something!

Step into this sparkly, neon, shiny Diner filled with Barbie Pink Booths, black diamante floor and mirrors a plenty as your nostrils get their first whiff of the sugary pleasures that await. This is Heaven for us sweet toothed individuals and what a treat it is. I immersed and indulged myself in a Peanut Butter extravaganza with ice cream whilst my fellow explorers enjoyed Crepes & Waffles galore. Wonka World comes to Watford; dare you try?

As a treat once and as while Kaspas is a great place to go, but with limited parking available and high prices for what you get you won't make this a regular place to go. Cleanliness is not great either as a few of the table we experienced were sticky from spilt ice cream. I would recommend the waffle more than the crepe, but you pays your money and takes your choice.

Waffles Crepes and Ice Cream just add yummy it really is that good . You must be hungry tho or you won't finish it all. There is a takeaway counter for cornet ice cream it might take a while to choose tho as there are so many flavours. Also a number of cakes on offer too so return visits are a must. The prices are good too around £6-£7 for the sundaes. I had the banana split and you can see by the photo it's huge.

This is my second visit to this place and can only give it full praise on what is served up and the service . I had a peanut butter waffle with chocolate sauce and ice cream and its amazing value for money £6.50 . I've not had the waffle before but it was outstanding and just the right size i had a banana split last time and that was enough for 3 people . Top marks !!

Went with the kids as a treat, but didn't realise I needed a new mortgage for some ice cream. Menu is over complicated and a pain to read. You have to order at the bar and pay before you get your deserts. They also don't sell any booze.

Took a walk down St Albans Road on a hot evening and decided to pop in for desert, great selection, generous portions and a nice atmosphere, would recommend.

We ordered quite a few things from the menu and all of it was very good. I feel as if there aren't many dessert places In London compared to other cities but this one definitely stands out.Service was good and overall prices were also decent.

After a Thai meal, just fancied something sweet and this was down the road. First visit. Created by a bit of a grunt at the door that there was a 10min wait to seat, so we elected take away which we guessed would be throw in box and go....Well it wasn't we waited and waited.... Shame really as they put all orders in same queue so may as well have pre ordered and sat down!We had 3 deserts between us and all very nice. Definitely use again, sensibly priced £8.85 for 3 cakes.

Visited Kaspa's for the first time this evening. Nice decor and a friendly welcome had us in a booth straight away. The menu is really expansive with ice cream sundae favourites, waffles, crepes and cakes as well as lots of choice in the drinks department. This included bubble slush and shakes which were a real treat.We had a hot fudge sundae, a toffee crunch sundae and a pineapple and passion fruit bubble slush. All really delicious.We also like the clean booths, funky colours friendly service and happy atmosphere. It was well worth the drive from Rickmansworth and we'll be back again soon!

Benn a few times and if you have a sweet tooth it wont disappoint. Cakes, crepes, waffles, Ice cream, smoothies etc,etc. All look good and the ones I have tasted were great.

Massive puddings for all of my family most of them struggled to finish these. The food was amazing and catered well for my child who has a nut allergy

If you have a love of all things desert you really should give Kasas a go. The place is laid out like a luxury 50s American diner, with plush booths for when you have few of you. As for the food there is a massive selection of ice creams, waffles, pancakes and so on. Had both pancakes and waffles and they're fantastic and they always come with either ice cream or fresh cream and fresh fruit. Have never been disappointed. The only thing I would say is if you are taking smaller kids, make sure you don't feed them for a while before you go. "Strange thing to say" your thinking. Here's the logic. On more than one occasion I've taken the kids and there is so much good stuff to choose from they invariably want a dish that is not only large in size but also in price. Then only have the the little scamps take six bites and say they are full. I think they are slightly daunted by the size of the dishes. The portions are of a decent size and it does grind you when your paying to waste it. Please don't get me wrong. None of this is any reflection of Kaspas coz I love they pistachio ice cream.

Absolutely smashing! The portions are gigantic, extremely tasty, loads and loads to choose from.. The chairs are amazing... Staff extremely pleasant, :D Happy happy happy. Fast service.

We visited with friends, waited an age; it was noisy and busy and really nothing special. Ice creams were huge but really bland and uninteresting. Over priced too.

Loved it here! Had a waffle with strawberry, biscuit crumbs and white chocolate and what a treat it was, very tasty perfectly presented and reasonably priced! Very trendy place, lovely staff, quick service, the place was very clean! One of the best desserts I have had in ages! So much variety on the menu- better than creams or any of the chain dessert parlours! This place has it all! You can even design your own waffle/ crepe and add whatever you like to it

Had been to Creams the week before so decided to try Kaspa's it was exactly the same as Creams, same colour scheme, same menu, staff were nice, not too busy mid week. I had the Banana & Strawberry crepe this time. I think as a treat once in a while but you couldn't go every week you'd have no money or teeth left. Only advice get some water or a non sugary drink with your food as this helps the excessive amount of sugar in the puddings go down a little better.

Well where do I start!! Been here a few time and never been disappointed,This time I was,it was a busy Sunday evening yes I get that,lots of people getting take away,so when we entered (4 of us) two adults and 2 kids,we sat down as we could see how busy they was and there was two 2steater tables next to each other,witch we was happy with that's why we sat there,then some person told us we had to get in a line,at this point 2 other people entered and they got seated at 1 of the 2 seater tables we was at,so we still waiting 5mins pass and another 2people entered for them to be seated straight away,and us still standing there,Not only was it rude but we had 2 very upset children,Anyway on that note Creams is only round the corner and is much better and staff don't treat you like dirt!!!

I took my 7 year old and 3 year old there for a treat. The next time I offered to take them they requested a visit to McDonalds instead. The main reason they were not satisfied is that they could not finish both ice cream and milk shake. Should be a children's size option.

Un concept sympa pour un "dîner " sucré.Les gaufres sont faites minute, originales et appétissantes.Nous avons pris la peanut butter choc et la white chocolate strawberry, les 2 avec du sunday vanille à côté. Nous n'avons rien laissé !

I suggested we go here after going out for dinner at a different restaurant! Omg wow best waffle Iv ever had what an amazing choice of waffles pancakes & shakes! 3 very happy teenagers & a happy mum! Will deffo go back!

Visited Kaspas with two of my friends for an evening dessert date. I ordered the brownie waffle, which comes with vanilla ice cream and a hot chocolate. I wanted the White chocolate hot chocolate but they didn't have any. Anyway my order came out so quickly, my two friends ordered he cookie dough and the sticky toffee pudding, after about 10 minutes of waiting, not wanting to eat on my own, my ice cream had melted and the waffle was cold! I took it back, politely complained and the waitress agreed to make me a fresh one when the other two are ready to come out! They did as said however the ice cream was only half of what it was in the first order...annoying! Anyway I would say this place is average, nothing exciting, the waffle was very bland, I could pretty much taste the egg in it! As it went cold it because me quite hard to cut into. The ice cream was plain old vanilla which can be bought anywhere and the hot chocolate was definitely made with water and not milk. I'd give this place a 2.5 not a 3. The deco is nice and the seats are comfy other than that they need to upgrade their ingredients. There are much better dessert places out there!

We visited due to my daughter's birthday treat. We went on a Sunday lunchtime and so it was already quite busy. However we were given the table we requested and then made our order without any fuss.The only negative was my son, who is a coeliac, ordered a Hot Fudge Sundae and this was actually a large slice of chocolate fudge cake and chocolate ice cream. So I took it back and had a word with the counter staff. I just feel that it should be made clear on the menu if there is cake/wheat in there. Going by the above description there is no way you can know if it has wheat flour inside as it sounds like pieces of fudge and chocolat ice cream!I wanted to exchange the sundae and after a little persuasion the lady was kind enough to replace it. So everyone was happy in the end!The desserts were great and huge portions and the service was good. The only negative was eventually dealt with so we all went home happy!

Visit last night with friends... So so noisy!! The menu is extensive and the portions are huge, and well presented... but the ice cream was bland.

So ; on the recommendation of my eldest who fell in love with the chain in Newcastle we visited here on a Sunday late afternoon . It was crazily busy and crazily noisy : screaming children everywhere . Staff had to shout to be heard . It was worse than being trapped in toys r us on sale day. There is something about the acoustics which multiplies the noise. Menu is good , but you place your order at till- like nandos but without the service. Only one till was open ; a long line for that till and people in front of you wanting to taste samples whilst you are waiting to pay. When I finally got to the till it was a case of shouting the order over the background noise! I'd score service and ambience a 2 (staff tried very hard in trying circumstances) But the gelato and sorbets are a 5 (hence an average 3). We went for sundaes : fruit ones were packed with fruit, my daughter had a sorbet which was ideal as she is vegan . They were nicely made and delicious. Would we try this branch again? Probably no : I've had to take pain killers to counter the resulting headaches Would we try Kaspa's again? Probably. But we are going to try Cream's next time (I ended up looking up alternatives on trip advisor whilst waiting to pay) But if you like gelato and you pass this branch , pop in. If it's midweek daytime, during term time you might be fine ; else take 2 neurofen with you

I loved the atmosphere and the waffles and the kids loved the ice cream! A great place to go for a treat with the family. Variety of delicious flavour e.g. Ferrero Rocher and Oreo. I will recommend everyone should go. ☺

I am quite addicted to desserts and know what quality is. The staff is very friendly and professional. One of the most important thing I always check is hygiene. At this Kaspa's they know what hygiene and they take is quite serious. I definitely recommend others to try their desserts. I will definitely be going back when I visit london again!

Me and some of my friends came to Kaspas after a nice meal in a nearby restaurant. Now bear in mind I have had mixed dining experiences at some dessert shops e.g. Creams, treats I was sure to expect rude, obnoxious and arrogant waiters/waitresses with badly made desserts. But my friends convinced me to go Kaspas. Upon entry we were greeted by the very helpful General Manager Kamron who made sure we were comfortable with our table even though the restaurant was really busy at the time. The staff were all so helpful and even helped make some amazing recommendations. I recommend the waffle with finely cut banana's and white chocolate sauce and sprinkled nuts. I was amazed by the customer service, the quality of desserts and found Kaspas great value for money. Safe to say just like the Terminator.. I'll be back.

We love a dessert place! Kaspas offers everything from cakes and cheesecakes to ice creams, milkshakes, waffles and creates. All amazing!

Been their with family and the kids loved it. Nice service and excellent staff. Very tidy place and would love to go again.

Fantastic place for hot and cold desserts. Went Friday for a friends birthday treat, absolutely loved the selection of desserts available.The birthday extravaganza looked amazing and must say Kaspas do the best cookie dough without a shadow of dought... Definitely a reason for me to visit Watford more often. Well done Kaspas Watford:)

If you are dessert lover like me you have to try kaspas dessert on St. Albans road In Watford it will blow you mind the time you enter till you finish your dessert. Very comfortable sitting and the shop layout nd decco is very elegant nd it has 5 star hygiene rating.

My favourite place for desserts, great place with great vibe and a great selection of hot and cold desserts.Some amazing new desserts have been added to their new menu. Brownie waffle, Hot fudge sundae, strawberry shortcake waffle, almond gateaux, juice ball slush and Shakes to name a few.Kaspas party booths are ideal for group gatherings and birthday celebrations. All in all very impressive throughout.
