Five Guys in Watford

Five Guys fries and a good yap is better than therapy. Always excellent service and so much fun picking drinks out on the Coca Cola Freestyle machine!

Service average, left is standing at till where menu was on the wall before calling us other till. Burger, 2 milkshakes, large fries and a soda. Burger ready for ages, orders taken after ours sent out while my burger sat on the side for 10min+. Burger had jalapeños, cheese, bacon. Liquid cheese tasteless, only found jalapeños in last quarter of burger, patties dry(over done) tables dirty, customer engagement low. For the price and claim to be the best burger I would say massive fail.

Absolutely delicious American burger franchise. Pimp your burger to your liking, grab a refill cup, snack on crunchy peanuts while you wait for your order and enjoy your stay! If you're in the mood for burgers, then 5 Guys is a very good choice!

The lady gave me a dirty cup and the drink vending machines had a spider sitting on top and fell into the drink also the they was lots of flys flying about

Didn't enjoy the food for some reason , but hospitality was great

My food was delivered by Uber eats last night, whoever packed the food put a MILKSHAKE in a paper bag in with the food. The food was soaked with milkshake and the milkshake was spilled in the bag. The food was ruined and inedible. Absolutely ridiculous

Its always the same burger, no matter what location you go to, in UK, Canada or USA, and that's what makes it great. It's just very expensive, but I guess so is everything these days. Restaurant was clean and food was hot.

The food was very good and specially the portion of chips and milkshake. Romeo did a good device for our order...

We went as a treat and I found the experience overall pleasant. The food was very good, especially the fries but I was surprised at the cost for 2, one adult and one child. It was a lot more expensive than the other fast food outlets in the area. The food was superior but did not justify costing double of their rivals.

The fries and the pistachio shake is something that I tried. I loved them both. The shake was so rich and heavy. l like the American cheese that these guys are using in their burgers. Gives the burger a good taste and a good texture.

I do enjoy a Five Guys now and again and this is not exception it's quite expensive but that's what you get I guess I charge and I really enjoyed the burger and fries and drink and shake and all the stuff for a friendly and willing to help and restaurant lovely and modern and vibrant and everything else in there with great all around five star

No no just no ... what happened to the food, we were coming here quote often but something changed, the hamburger had no taste it was not what we were used to. The cips are amazing but big no for the burgers.

This was a take-out order for delivery. It's the second time that the food arrives without any of the drinks ordered. They just say "call the driver or log a request for refund" At £6 a milkshake the costs are running up. Why bother having drinks on your menu if you don't ever deliver them. Three times??? You must be joking. Sad but true.

Not for us. The hot dog was horrible and soggy. The staff member who took our order was not interested and non personable. The chips were nice, but everything else was non memorable. We won't be back..

I've had so many meals at various 5 Guys restaurants over the years and they've been consistently excellent, that is until now. The burger patty was falling apart, the toppings had been mixed up with other toppings that I hadn't ordered and the whole thing was swimming in mustard. I'm hoping that this was a one off rather than a sign of things to come.

People keep trying to tell me how good this is but five guys is overrated compared to other burger places I've been to. It's not bad, but it's overhyped in my opinion.

Food is great, burgers are brilliant, milkshakes are to die for and fries are always golden (just remember the fries portions are huge, a small can be enough for two). The only downside is that it is pretty expensive

I would love to have tried it with my daughter, but she has peanut allergies, and everything here is cooked in peanut oil!

The ham is huge, the meat is tasty and delicious, you decide what goes into it. The place is retro and has a very good atmosphere. I can only recommend it.

The food is delicious. Drinks are unlimited. However, it is very noisy in the middle. In general, I can recommend.

It was my first time at Five Guys and I have to say it is one of the best fast food burgers I ever had! The pistachio shake was great too. I love the interior and the concept. It is a must for all burger fans...

The girl who served me, Gosia, answered all my questions, did not limit herself to taking my order but encouraged with such passion that I ordered more than I had planned. And I do not regret it because the food was delicious. The shop itself is pleasant and above all clean. I highly recommend!

The food is good as always but the burger was smaller than ever. Always liked the food but considering the price and smaller burgers I doubt I will go back any time soon. If you are hungry the burger will not fill you up anymore. Beforehand their burgers were massive and could barely finish it, now…

It was a busy time and I saw the team who was working hard. My order I received quickly and the bacon /salted caramel Milkshake is my famous. Definitely I will come back

This was my first time at 5 guys and although dearer than others like MC d or bk the quality is definitely better.chips are just like nandos and are great.not many people were in while we were eating,so not much of an atmosphere but the staff were friendly.would definitely chose 5 guys over the opposition.👍😀

Get barely any food for really high price! 2 small cheese hotdogs nothing extra cost £18! They can't even say it's worth that much nothing special about them!

Little break with friends this afternoon. My burger was very tasty, had plenty of fries and unlimited sauce and drink. Peanuts 🥜 ​​are free It was very cool

You can't go wrong with a 5 guys. We were in a rush to get to Harry Potter Studios nearby so I made our order online and it was ready to pick up. Consistently great with super efficient service.

Their cheeseburgers are so good and their skin-on fries are the best fries from any fast food place. Plus you get lots of them. The shakes are like having a dessert! Sure, it's expensive, but totally worth it and delicious as a treat once in a while.

Food is no doubt delicious but the staff seems angry as they shout your number.

The staff at Five Guys Watford branch offered a very warm, friendly and welcoming hospitality. The food service was excellent and prompt from time of order. The bottomless beverages offered a great variety and the taste was not watered-down. You know sometimes you get bottomless beverages and their dispensed with quality, that was not the case here. All machines were working including the ice machine too. Well done guys and keep up the good work 👏

Stopped here after an afternoon of shopping with my teenage daughter. The food was lovely, evenly priced (don't expect McDonald's prices more tgi's but the food is worth every penny) and the staff were helpful. The seating area was a little messy. They could have done with someone going round, clearing up. But it was a Saturday so maybe they were just short on people and busy.

Was excited to try Five Guys.. even though it's been there for ages. Their burger was undercooked, tasteless and maybe the greasiest thing I've eaten in a few years (if it wasn't for the fact their chips are greasier). Needless to say I wouldn't bother returning

Five guys makes nice fresh food and the staff are all very friendly! Vis and Sai are very sweet. We got chips, milkshake for our little ones and they absolutely loved it! Little ones really liked Vis, very kind lady.
