Food was brilliant! Got the bottomless chicken- service was quick and our server Priya was very friendly and welcoming. Overall the atmosphere was also very nice- I highly recommend!

Had a great time sitting at the bar chatting with the bar staff. This was easy better than any of the mostly decrepit US locations. Clean restaurant, friendly staff.

Had a lovely catch up meal with a friend today, Denise was accommodating and friendly. She was efficient in topping up our bottomless drinks and clearing the table after we had finished eating. Thank you Denise for your service ☺️

I ordered the vegan burger because it sounded so lovely. Vegan Burger, red onions, tomato, dressing, gherkins and tomatoes. Then the food turned up! Dry is not the word. There was gherkins a tiny bit of onion (not red onion) one small lettuce leaf. I had to actually ask for some dressing, the server (who was lovely) came back with some vegan mayo. Im not actually a vegan so I wasn't that concerned, but im not convinced it was. The server was really helpful, but the food is so expensive and really not worth it. So disappointed.

Unfortunately below average experience at TGI Friday at Watford town. After more than 5 years without going there, we decided to go as we fancied the mozzarella dippers and the ribs. Unfortunately, the mozzarella was not crispy at all and the ribs were really tiny. Service was not good and the place was really quiet. Very expensive for what it was and we would not be going back.

The food was lovely and our server (Taliya) helped us out with our order of the bottomless chicken strips and couldn’t do more for us!

The place is so clean and the bottomless wings+strips were amazing. Priyak who was our server was more than professional, very friendly and very courtious, she also took great concern when we mentioned an allergy, and made sure our needs were met with said allergy.

The food is poor, but luckily for you the service is so slow that you have every opportunity to change your mind about the visit.

Great food and great service from Chris who was our waiter. We got seated fast, drinks and food came also pretty quick despite it being a Saturday evening. Food tasted great, drinks were also nice. The menu cards however need cleaning, especially the drink menu on our table was so sticky and dirty, had to wash my hands after looking through it. Toilets however were clean. While I really liked the restaurant’s interior and design, it was very noisy, also due to some bigger groups that were very loud. Anyways, had a good experience and it’s safe to recommend!

Popped in for food with some friends. Anthony was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better server :)

Priya was an absolutely amazing waitress. Her attentiveness was truly remarkable; she had a knack for noticing when we needed something without being intrusive, always appearing at just the right moment to offer a refill or check if everything was to our liking. Beyond just the basics, Priya was incredibly helpful. When a member of our party had a dietary restriction, she didn't just brush it off. Instead, she took the time to thoroughly check with the kitchen and offered several suitable alternatives, ensuring everyone felt catered to and comfortable. Her proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our dining experience and made us feel valued as customers.

Nice and quiet at lunch. Food came quickly! Waitress Priya very attentive and nice. :)

1. Had to wait 5 minutes by the door as no one was there to walk us to the table. The waitress was taking a long time to look for my reservation. She walked us to a table that was all dirty, and she asked us to wait 5 more minutes by the door, keep in mind that most of the tables were empty. Guy who took our order was amazing, nothing wrong to say about him. 2. The guy got the drinks for us in less than 5 minutes which was great. 3. Food was good, but it took at least 30 minutes to come. Overall 2/5 One star is for the guy who took our order One star is for the food. Rest of 3 stars are not deserved by the restaurant.

Wow all i can say is wow again, this staff member is out of this world not only did she serve well, she made the night and more if you get this lady to serve you, you have a diamond and know your experience is going to be the best food is 10/10 aswell as customer service, I am one very satisfied custmore.

▫️We could not sit on the upper level for some reason, so, we sat on the main floor which was quite loud ▫️King Prawns, delicious - 8/10 Nachos appetiser, basic - 4/10 Vegan Burger, very small size for £20 - 5/10 Chicken Wings, nothing special - 5/10 Mocktails, very enjoyable 8/10 Our waiter was a lovely young lad - 9/10 ▫️Overall, expensive for what it is, left much to be desired: 6️⃣ out of 🔟

Came in for a late lunch and Rohan was simply exceptional with our table And he made sure we were taken care of I will be returning soon for this amazing service

Bad customer service and bad food

Denise my server was super friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. She couldn’t do enough to accommodate me. She was great with all the customers in our section.

I was so sad to hear that TGI was going into administration back in 2024. Luckily, this restaurant is still open as TGI is one of my favorite places to go to eat out with friends and family. I loooove the food here! Very tasty! We used to go to the one in Garston (859 St Albans Rd, Watford WD25 0LH) before that one was permanently closed due to the administration and the staff were so lovely there. The service in this restaurant can be slow but still really good! I guess it depends on the time of day as I normally go in the evening to have dinner and it seems a bit more busier at that time. For your birthday, they do their birthday song and try and get everyone in the restaurant to clap along. I think it's a really sweet touch! Parking isn't too much of an issue as there are many car park buildings you can park at and is only a short walk away. I normally use Citipark as it's just a minute walk for a reasonable fee.

Lovely spot for a family meal. Warm atmosphere, friendly staff, and the food was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

Good food (as expected from eating here before) but high high prices! However, our waitress Denise gave us a very good service which has probably rarely happened here.

Came here for an evening meal with my partner and mother, served by Denise. We had a lovely meal and what made it better was the fantastic service that was provided, Denise was bubbly and engaging and a great sense of humour. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Did not actually get to eat , Not allergy friendly at all even after discussing allergy with manager to then be spoken to buy another server who tried to put me off ordering food ...... If you have an allergy avoid !!!! Clearly it's too much trouble to cook something without seasoning!!

My evening at TGIFridays was ABSOLUTELY amazing !!! After a long day at work me and my bestie decided to go get some lavely munch and 2-4-1 cocktails ;) … it was everything we needed. We had such a lovely AND persistent waitress Priyak who made our evening even MORE fantastic … and of course shout out to the rest of the TGIFridays team too.

First thing the server said was 'We are very busy so you only have the table for 1 hour' Then didn't take our order for another 20 mins. Food came out after 50 mins, was told we need to leave soon while still eating our food that was worse than any mcdonalds I've ever had.

Went there 11 march. Service was excellent. Our server, came over to greet us promptly and took our order quickly and food was with us in good time. She was very attentive and checked in on us, was very friendly, wish I’d got her name. I’ve always found tgi Fridays to be quite slow at other locations, but not on this occasion at Watford. It was a bit of a trek from my home, but was worth it.
