Did not actually get to eat , Not allergy friendly at all even after discussing allergy with manager to then be spoken to buy another server who tried to put me off ordering food ...... If you have an allergy avoid !!!! Clearly it's too much trouble to cook something without seasoning!!

My evening at TGIFridays was ABSOLUTELY amazing !!! After a long day at work me and my bestie decided to go get some lavely munch and 2-4-1 cocktails ;) … it was everything we needed. We had such a lovely AND persistent waitress Priyak who made our evening even MORE fantastic … and of course shout out to the rest of the TGIFridays team too.

First thing the server said was 'We are very busy so you only have the table for 1 hour' Then didn't take our order for another 20 mins. Food came out after 50 mins, was told we need to leave soon while still eating our food that was worse than any mcdonalds I've ever had.

Went there 11 march. Service was excellent. Our server, came over to greet us promptly and took our order quickly and food was with us in good time. She was very attentive and checked in on us, was very friendly, wish I’d got her name. I’ve always found tgi Fridays to be quite slow at other locations, but not on this occasion at Watford. It was a bit of a trek from my home, but was worth it.

We rarely see TGI’s anymore and decided to come in, we had a great experience. We were seated straight away and Priya came to take our order not long after. She was so friendly to us and helpful recommending drinks.

TGI Fridays delivers an outstanding dining experience, and our recent visit was no exception. The service was impeccable, with waiter Rohan A providing top-tier hospitality, ensuring a flawless experience. With such exceptional service.

Atmosphere was perfect for a family lunch during half term. Priya K was super helpful going through the menu with us and was very patient showing us around the Stripes App. Will be back for sure!

Drinks took over 20 minutes to arrive. One of our party ordered a Guiness which took well over 30 mins to arrive. Main meals served in dribs and drabs. The last two meals arrived 20 mins after the first. None of the meals were particularly hot- three out of the 10 meals were luke warm and the quality of the meals was awful. Requested to speak to a manager. Spoke to the male manager who said he would look In to it but just sent over our waitress to talk to us which is incredibly unprofessional. At no time did he return to the table to check in with us. Wr sent back three of the meals but declined the offer of them being made again given the terrible service and wait that we had already endured. When the bill came we requested to speak to the other manager on shift. She apologised profusely and dealt with the situation very professionally, which is what you would expect. For the prices that TGI’s are charging you expect excellent food, good sized portions and good service. We had none of these. How you can justify charging £20 for a bowl of pasta or £26 for a burger and chips for the standard we were given is laughable. No wonder you are having to close lots of restaurants. The best thing about our evening was the lovely young waitress that served us. Needless to say, we won’t be returning!

I received an amazing service by a server called Taliya. She was helpful and had a joyous way about her that was so welcoming and hospitable. The food was also a solid 10/10! So, yes would definitely come again.

Was really impressed with my visit today. Staff were super friendly and the food was decent. Not sure about the negativity it was super busy today but serves was exceptional. Thank you to Taliya for providing a god experience for me and the girls xx.

Absolutely shocking experience at TGI Fridays for my father-in-law’s 77th birthday. We waited over 30 minutes just for drinks, and when the food finally arrived, it was stone cold. We had to send it back, which meant more waiting. Spoke to a manager who assured us he’d look into the complaint, but instead of handling it himself, he pushed the responsibility onto the waitress, which was completely unfair on her. The whole evening was a disaster—half of our group didn’t even eat. Poor management, understaffed on a busy Friday night, and overall just a mess. If TGI Fridays wants to charge over £20 for a burger, the least they can do is serve hot food and provide decent service. They completely ruined a special occasion, and we won’t be back.

We had a birthday party there and Priya K went above and beyond to make it memorable for us. Drinks were good, service speed and quality on point but food wasn't what it used to be at TGIs, mediocre is at best sadly. Not delicious just edible....

Literally left us waiting for a table for about 15 minutes with several servers passing us by and not saying a word. Only when I went wondering for a table one of them came over and said he was just preparing our table. I went to the toilet and left my family waiting. Came back and they still weren't seated. How long does it take to spray a table and put some cutlery down? After another few minutes a different server came to death us, only to tell us they don't have any burgers or ribs, only chicken. So why couldn't we have been told that before? Really shockingly poor customer service from this place. Shows you establishments will just hire anyone.

waited 40 minutes for our drinks to come. very slow service. two of the mains that eventually came were cold and two of the mains didn’t even show up? we got given a warm salad?? barely any staff.

Chips cold, garlic bread burnt, pasta’s texture as if it had been microwaved and our burgers didn’t taste of anything! Have been to TGI’s in Norwich, which is amazing food, this one alas very bad. Service by waitress was good though.

The food here was great. I was pleased with the service. I was served by a lady named Thea and have never experienced such kindness coming from a waiter. Definitely the best restaurant ive been to and the atmosphere was so delightful. Me and my family plan to come down here atleast once a week due to the consistency and effort tgi put in down by Watford central.

Excellent food and drinks, but the service was painfully slow - they forgot our drinks (we were waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks to arrive) and the waiters were just stood around seemingly doing nothing.

Booked table, arrived on time however the table was not ready. Was asked to wait at the bar and we can get drinks whilst we wait however no staff was behind the bar. Finally got seated upstairs where there was no one else seated and they completed forgot about us. Waited 15 mins for someone to come upstairs to take out drinks order and no one came so we walked out. Absolutely rubbish service

Our server Priya was so lovely and accommodating! DJ and Anthony behind the bar were also so lovely and made lovely drinks! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thank you guys :)

Food is getting worst and worst. I used to eat the regulary once per week. quality of the cooking as gone to the drain. 2 weeks ago I tried the chicken fajita, the fajitas where fusioned together because they couldn't bother to place the lid correctly. Yesterday I tried the chicken pasta, it was dry and rubbery. No wonder TGI is struggling. I will try another restaurant next week

Atmosphere was really good, Came here for a celebration, The milkshakes I tried were really good and tasty, We got Hot Wings, I absolutely loved them! The burger I tried was tasty, It was a grilled chicken burger! Amazing!

Me and my friend came for bottomless brunch here earlier and everything was great! Our waitress Priya was lovely and got our drinks and food so promptly. Anthony on the bar made very delicious cocktails as well. Would deffo recommend!!

They burnt my food, Alberto (general manager) then somehow blamed me and even said he'd call the police on me. Rude and condescending manager, poor food, poor service.

It’s such a shame what has happened to this chain. The service was friendly but really slow, the food was poor quality and priced far too highly given the quality on offer. The building was freezing, the bathrooms are in need of refurbishment and, given we spent £120 for 4 x mains, 2 x beers and 3 x soft drinks, we were really disappointed in the experience.

Food was the usual from TGI's but the restuarant had no heating. You had to eat the food quickly before it went cold and dry.

Went for my husband’s birthday with my very hungry 2 year old. Priya was our waitress and so polite, attentive and really and the experience enjoyable. Food was very tasty and the team sang a lovely happy birthday song with our dessert! Lovely evening out! Thank you to the team and Priya!

Unfortunately arrived without blue cheese dip & no glaze for my ribs & for some reason no grease proof paper at the bottom of the box’s so all items were falling out of soggy box’s .

Fantastic experience, Priya was an amazing waitress, so attentive and polite. She really made the experience enjoyable. We got a Wowcher deal which was fantastic value for money for 2 courses and a drink for 2 people. It was a treat for my sister birthday. The portion sizes were very generous, we did not leave hungry. Definitely 5 stars 🌟 and would recommend.

Omg I never write reviews but every single time I order off this place they forget some of my order

I attended on 18/01/25 , I ordered sesame seed chicken strips, the JD sauce wasn’t even glazing over the strips so I had to order sauce to glaze on top or it would have basically been dried chicken nuggets. Presentation bad. Service wasn’t great and an incorrect item was placed on my bill, which luckily I saw in time before paying. I’ve been to a few TGIs and it’s safe to say this wouldn’t be ranked as one of my favourites. TGIs is losing its touch!

The food was amazing and Priya was the best waitress!! Very attentive and even with a busy section she still managed to make sure we had what we needed she’s a gem!!

Had a lovely meal out tonight with my partner. Being someone with a severe nut allergy is can certainly say I was put at ease when ordering and eating. Our waitress Jessica went above and beyond to ensure she made clear what I can and can't have. She also very kindly got the manager to take my order due to my allergy so I could safely order. Jessica showed lots of care about our experience in Tgis tonight. She was very polite, quick and observant when we needed refils. Compliments to the chef also as the food was lovely.

Went for my mother in laws birthday meal it was amazing the staff were amazing so helpful but we had some people Who were using horrible language near us and around my two year old staff seems annoyed to also homeless man came in offering to fight a member of staff

Our today’s dinner at TGI Fridays in Watford was brilliant! The food was brilliant! The service was professional and kind, lovely waiter and manager who came to greet us personally! And that was topped with amazing desserts served by a very sweet waiter! Highly recommended!

Came here today for Lunch it was absolutely delicious. Our server Thea was very friendly so was the Manager. The service was fairly quick as well. The food was absolutely delicious I had Nachos and Cheese and Bacon Loaded Fries. The Nachos were delicious,some of the Nachos were absolutely massive and I loved the Dips and everything that came with it. The Cheese and Bacon Fries were delicious,the Fries themselves were delicious and the Bacon was tasty and Smoky. They have changed the Recipe of the Cheese and Bacon Fries slightly as there are two new sauces the Pink sauce which is mildly spicy and the Brown sauce which is not spicy. The Atmosphere was so electric as usual in this place and I love the music that is played here. The Gents Toilets at this Branch were clean! I was pleased to see that this branch of TGI Fridays was actually really busy today especially in January. Because it is so busy two things,thing one it really adds to the atmosphere and thing two I would recommend you reserve a table. Also this branch is fantastic with my gluten allergy. This restaurant provides consistently excellent experiences and this is my favourite TGI Fridays branch in the U.K.

We just went in and they told us they had run out of burger buns, wings, ribs, onion rings and garlic bread. I mean not much left!

We waited 10 mins with out being served then walked out. Shocking customer service!

I always tend to leave a fair review and never want to put a restaurant down, but today, we had one of the worst meals ever at this place today. From poor service to getting the wrong meal to then serve up slop on a plate. Waited at the entrance to be seated and waited 10 mins before anyone acknowledged us, and that's only because we requested assistance. Waitress was very inexperienced and came across like she didn't want to be there. Worst £75 ever spent. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Not normally one to go out of my way to leave a bad review, but honestly just left TGI Friday's feeling like I'd been mugged off. I ordered the Cajun Chicken pasta. Both the chicken and the pasta were hard, dry, and almost completely flavourless - definitely no "creamy Cajun sauce" as described in the menu. I've cooked tastier food in my microwave at uni. Obviously it's a TGI Friday's - no one's going there expecting anything particularly fancy. And I'm usually not fussy at all with food. But if you're going to charge near enough £20 for a bowl of pasta, you'd expect some degree of effort put into the dish. Not undercooked, unseasoned penne, what looked like frozen veg, and the saddest looking piece of chicken I think I've ever seen in my life - frankly, an insult to the animal it came from. My issue is NOT with the staff at all. The waitresses were all lovely, and apologetic when our initial orders were out of stock. And the atmosphere was nice. But from my experience in this store and one other, TGI Friday's will charge as much as they can, while providing the lowest standards of food they can get away with. My advice would be to go to Frankie & Benny's if you're looking for an easy, american-diner style chain like this. Or honestly, just anywhere else.

Food was okay but overpriced for what it is. The staff are very loud and were gathered on the table behind me and my friend and we found it hard to hear each other over the staff chatting and messing about which isn’t very professional.

Priya looked after us and made us feel very welcome! Would go again!
