Five Guys in Camden

First time visit. The food was of good quality. The burger and dog were of a large size and also very tasty. We ordered large chips to share, Definitely more than enough for the two of us. The restaurant was clean and the food was served at a good time. There was plenty of space and tables to eat in. As mentioned in other reviews the cost is expensive, but I'd say its worth it.

Good big tasty burgers and chips. A bit dirty and noicy restaurant, and quite expensive. 4 burgers, 2 chips and 4 soft drinks ~ 75£

My partner had never had a burger at five guys so whilst visiting London we decided to pop in. The tables hasn’t been cleaned but there was ample space to sit down, and although busy, we were served quite quickly. We both had cheese burgers, I had small fries and my partner had standard but we were given extra, so my partner certainly didn’t complain about that! Our burgers were really good, cooked fresh and certainly hit the spot after a busy day sightseeing and shopping.

I love Five Guys for its food and the ability to pick and choose what you want in the burger. But yesterday I was extremely impressed with the attentiveness of the staff to helping customers find a seat and then the cleanliness of the restaurant. These two elements in a fast food restaurant in the heart of tourist land is excellent to see. Well done Five Guys!! Highly recommend.

Great food overall, but inattentive and not cooperative staff. My daughter’s phone was stolen and they didn’t even check the cctv cameras, they said they couldn’t do nothing about it, and told us to call the police. Apparently, the security which always stays at the front door disappeared the whole time we were there and had seen nothing. The food was good, unlike the experience.

It's hard to beat the burgers at Five Guys. Affordable, with more fries than you could possibly eat, and very friendly service.

This is a great 5 guys. Superb service from front of house, and the end product is outstanding. The staff here always do a great job and its a very good dining experience.

We ordered 3 meals at 9.30pm and had just started eating our food on the tables outside in Tottenham Court Road when the manager/server came to ask us to leave as he had to clear the tables outside. We told him we needed to finish our food first (my husband paid for bottomless drinks and had only had one at the time) he then was very rude to us and kept staring at us eating and making ugly faces at us that we had to leave. Restaurant had written that closing time was 12am so little did we know that they would litteraly shove us out. If as we heard they are opening Five Guys in Malta next they better be careful whom to employ. Food also was nothing special as both burger buns and Hotdogs buns were soggy. Never again.

This offers the standard Five Guys menu and format but on my last visit it was hard to place an order because music was played very loudly, encouraging a lot of shouting and making it very hard for anyone to be heard. The food was cooked in reasonable time and tasty but the drinks machine was not kept fully stocked with all flavours and the drink that came out tasted flat. Additionally there were no straws available. For the high prices charged the service felt very weak.

I was in a hurry to eat a quick brunch before catching Elizabeth Line to go home. Went in and order a burger and chips. The burger was delicious, but the buns were a bit soggy, The chips however were excellent. I recommend this place not only for food but well connected to the underground metro.

Pop in for burger and chips. Two things stuck out. The restaurant was sort of unkept, with patrons having to clear up after themselves. While the burgers itself was very good, the buns were substandard, microwaved and unappealing. The chips however were excellent.

I have never eaten in a 5 Guys before and I will never again , Absolutely the worst burger I have eaten and for the price also the most expensive non value for money.It was £37 for 2 cheese burgers and 2 drinks with no salad. The burger and chips had obviously eaten a bag of salt before being cooked and the quality of the cheese and bun only added to the overall experience, and yes this is sarcasm! My only highlight was opening the door to leave.

Day trip in London went in for dinner. Staff were polite and hard working the food however not so great. Paying a not so cheap dinner I would of expected the hot dog to be of a decent size and not shrunk to a kids size meal, the chips were greasy and the burger was not great. To be honest I would of paid less at McDonald's or burger King and would of enjoyed my food more instead of wasting it here.

Picked up a burger from here one lunchtime whilst working nearby. It was easy to order and the burger was put together pretty swiftly. It tasted lovely and went down a treat

Dirty. Napkins on the floor tables not cleared or cleaned between customers when I raised this a member of staff wiped all tables with one cloth dipped in a solution from a cupboard on the ground floor.

Five Guys has a small Menu but their burgers are definitely the best ones available on this planet. Try it once and you'll never go back. Guaranteed!
