Belushi's - Camden in Camden

Ordered Red Hot Fried Chicken for 14GBP. It was described as Southern Fried Chicken with American cheese and streaky bacon, I expected a plate of beautiful spicy crunchy fried chicken. I got was the a single tint soggy patty served as a burger. . Smoked streaky bacon? Nope. Spice, nope. The bread was so dry, that any moisture from the oily surface had been sucked into the dry void faster than the hadron collider can split an atom. the waitress came, asked me if it was ok and I said, no it was not very good she was ‘to have a word with the chef’. To my astonishment when I went to order another pint (given my mouth was not drier than it would be after a cream cracker challenge) ) that that would be on the house. Nope. Nearly 8GBp for a the pint. I would be surprised if the ingredients cost more than 1.50. And these poor quality ingredients were presented with about as much skill as Sam Fox and Mick Fleetwood presenting the Brits.

Old bay fries were fire 🔥! ! Mac n cheese bites, drinks were all good too. Nice chill spot with good vibes.

Good student discount. Bit dark and dingy but not more than the average bar. Good student discount but still typical London prices.

Last friday, we entered the pub to have a drink as loyal customers, and while we were waiting at the bar to order one drink each, we just got kicked out for no reason in a empty pub. Absolutely zero respect to themselves and to the customers.

My friend got a burger here once not sure what he had but the sausage that came inside was appalling and totally should not have been served. My friends are to nice and didn't say anything, but I would not have paid for the meal. Not eaten here personally only saw one burger but was enough to not look at the menu... Drinks and atmosphere very nice staff also very nice.

Great service, we ordered a burger, took a while and we had to chase. They took the time to let us know they'd had a lot of burgers coming through the till and then offered us a free pint for the inconvenience. Not much service like that around now a days. Will be coming back.

Came in for a burger. They served me a chicken burger with cheese and I have a cheese allergy. To be fair it was replaced quite quickly but it meant my friend ate theirs while I was watching. No apology for the delay. I found the burger to be dripping with oil so would not recommend and certainly won't return. The girl also knew I was at the bar waiting but chose to serve others at their reception who came in after me. I felt completely ignored and again no apology

I’m not one for sports but this place was pretty cool. And the staff managed good Ana drink deliveries through the hearing crowd exceptionally well.

We were staying around here and we stopped for a bite. The burgers are really good, the beers are excellent and the bar staff is super friendly. The next day when we were checking out of our hotel, we decided to leave the bags here so we could explore the area. The process was a bit slow (we had to book it online even though we were already there) but after that it was very quick and efficient. The staff is really nice.

Excellent quirky bar, with lots of different sports to watch! Tvs on some of the tables, which saves trying to break your neck seeing around people. Good choices on the menu.

Food was ok, but the music was too loud and we had to ask them multiple times to turn it down as it was not possible to talk to each other. Other guests complaint as well. Pub was almost empty and there was no reason to turn it up like that.

Out for drinks with my bestie, and I must say the bartender Christian was an absolute delight very friendly welcoming and funny too which was a vast improvement from the last visit 4 years ago. Thank god for Christian he is a dream.Belushi's he is a credit to you, please appreciate him 😊

We hebben hier gegeten en wat biertjes gedronken. Het eten was oke, gezien de prijs. Maar echt lekker was het niet. De sfeer was ook niet echt geweldig. Bij binnenkomst was het leeg. Wel veel sport en het bier was prima!

I was having a beer outside and a stranger took it from my table and drunk it , the stuff couldn't do nothing. Bad behaviour.

Had a couple of pina coladas and mojitos, together with dirty fries, pizza and salad. Pina colada, pizza and dirty fries were very good. Mojito and salad okay. Price however pretty cheap, paid under £40 for everything. Atmosphere was lovely. Overall a really good place. 👍

Really nice for a one night stay, never stayed at Camden before but have to say it’s outstanding. Room was lovely and en-suite was a great addition and food was excellent, will definitely be back there. All the staff including manager were very attentive and friendly welcoming.

Had a work event here and one of us lost our phone in the toilets, Eden was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us find it and make sure we were all okay!! Thank you so much 🩷

Had a great night here last night, drinks were fab, espresso martini is a must! Staff super friendly and helpful, shoutout to Eden who helped us for ages finding our lost stuff at the end of the night, an absolute star!!

Eden one of the bar staff was extremely helpful in helping my friend find her phone when it was lost in the bar! She was very chatty and even found the phone. Excellent customer service skills and amazing bartending!!

Best Bar/Club in Camden & I heard they are throwing a party next week Friday. On the 11th of August called “Night’s in Camden” Definitely going to be attending & have a great time!

Fantastic you must go ! The front of house team, Edyn. Grace and Bruno brought the evening alive with Fun and great dancing, coupled with excellent customer service. This is an experience you shouldn't miss when in North London. Friendly but efficient door staff and all brilliantly managed by Marcio. Can't wait until my next visit. Tip ! Don't take them on at beer pong !!!!

I had an amazing time at the Camden location this evening. The food was amazing, and I appreciated the jackfruit quesadilla veggie option :) Barbara and Marcio made delicious cocktails. Mohammed, Mo, and Richie took amazing care of us too! All around great experience.

Went here with some friends last Saturday the 10th of July 2023. We arrived at 6.30pm and it did not look at all busy. However the doorman would not let us in and demanded we each pay £10. So I asked him why and he said so we could stand up and watch the football which started at 8pm! So I explained if we wanted to do so we could stand and watch it for free in lots of other pubs in Camden. And he told us to go to them then. And we did! and had great time at the Earl of Camden. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and we got a table and enjoyed the drinks, match and atmosphere 👌 for no extra charge each. I would like to give Belushis a 0 for the rude doorman and their ridiculous policy of trying to charge everyone £10 extra each. I have lived in London for 45 years and never before experienced this! And we will not be going back there....

Decent food here, burgers, wraps, nachos etc. better than you might think especially with several veggie options and all tasty. Good selection of beers, such as Gamma Ray and Neck Oil, and their Margherita cocktails are very good, 241 before 7pm. If you’re heading to Koko, then this is probably your best bet for drinks and/or food beforehand. They play good music too with an alternative bent. Friendly staff.

1 out 10 strolled up today to watch the European cup Final. Never been to this sports bar before. And after nearly been conned out of £10 entrance fee will never return . Is the beer that bad you have to fleece people even before they’ve entered the premises. Shame on you

Great place to come if you are a sports fan, love coming here to watch the Grand Prix on Sundays. The food is top notch too, the cauliflower bites are to die for! The staff are really friendly, I didn’t catch her name but the Australian (Nz?) bartender was very friendly and attentive.

Great atmosphere with a friendly staff. They are generous enough to also show the basketball games as well if you ask them at the bar. Tends to clear out a little near the end of the night so don't be scared about how busy it is when you get there. Also you don't necessarily need to book a table. Both times I've gone it's been easy to find a place to sit by borrowing a chair here and there. Also the food is decent and decently priced. Go for chicken wings and or nachos!!

A1 spot! Easy to get to for people travelling and ideal location for exploring Camden. Crowd in the pub was a very mixed bag near the end of the night but you get that everywhere. Very friendly staff!

Way too loud. Music still loud past 2am on a Thursday when it says closing time 1am. Small smelly room. Not friendly staff. Horrible time.

Been here twice already and I’ll keep going because it’s the perfect place to watch the F1 race in London. There’s a big screen and loads of tv around the place. You can book a table or booth in advance and the payment is bar credit so it’s perfect. The booths have their own tv. The staff is friendly and efficient. The place is clean and decorated. Toilets are clean.

This is my second time entering the building and I've still never ordered. Went in to grab a seat to watch the race. Every seat had a reserved sign on it HOWEVER each sign says please feel free to sit down until 15 mins before the booking. Not one sign had the reservation time other than one that said the time slot was 24/7 (table of 2 right across from the bar). Tried to ask the staff what seat was going to be available the longest. The first guy had no idea, grabbed a coworker who said 'ask the manager' with no indication as to who that was. Found the guy sitting at reception, asked him. He had to be the worst of them all. No personality or customer service skills. Grunted that there we no seats available at all. There was not a single person sat down on any of the many seats that said reserved and we came in 20 mins before the race began so suspected most people would've been there by now. Rung them when I got back home (5 mins away) to ask if there were any seats I could reserve. 'there are spare seats, no guarantee though'. No information on if I could reserve one or even asked if I want to. Don't really feel like booking for next week's race as our takeaway was that the staff were either not knowledgeable enough or cared enough to answer any questions with a reasonable level of customer service.

Horrible music at the loudest volume you can imagine. Take care of your ears and wallet by avoiding this place.

Great staff service was quick, the atmosphere was friendly, and DJ was amazing, a great location in Camden, about 4 minutes walk from Camden tube. Good seating area down the back reserve a seat if there are a few of you and a decent size dance floor up front . Great place to meet friends. Drink prices are reasonable with a wide variety. Will be going again.

They have a great food offering. The fries in specific were brilliant. The sports atmosphere was great as we were surrounded by screens. Also loved the Tornado Foosball table which was my main draw.

Place can get pretty rowdy at weekends but is a good place during afternoon/evening. Good simple food at an appetising price!

Good for football although you have to keep asking staff to turn commentary on. Also they turned it off just before the end of the game (last five minutes) which was annoying! Pints still under £6 which is kinda good for London these days 😂

When I walked in the pub was busy as it was a Saturday night,but I was acknowledged and served within 5 minutes. All the staff were Friendly and efficient and I throughly enjoyed myself. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Very lively and fun atmostphere

We went to this establishment because some of us wanted to watch a particular football match which wasn't being shown in a lot of venues. My friend was assured that this match would be showing. When we arrived it wasn't on and it took the staff 20 minutes to find it - although a member of our party found it immediately on their phone. The food was mediocre at best (my burger was horrid) and two drinks ordered and paid for via the app never arrived.

It’s not terrible but honestly no atmosphere at all. Camden Head is a far better atmosphere, friendly staff, good atmosphere, good music. Been going there pretty much every week for a year. Treated like family there.

Stayed for 2 nights and arrived after a 32 hour trip from NZ, Tori helped us right out even tho we were early for checkin and she was just finishing the grave yard shift, Raina & FB were amazing great chat and super helpful! Thanks guys! Will defo be back!

Five stars for vibe, atmosphere and decor, I mean there is a TV in your booth for goodness sakes, I love it. This bar is just amazing if you are into sports bars it’s just an amazing place to chill. It has multiple seating areas that give you a different feel depending where you sit. If you want a simple bar vibe then you can have that. If you want a semi private booth feel with a TV in your booth so you can watch with friends and eat and drink then you can have that too. If you want comedy nights or live music you can have that too all on one floor. The bar is well stocked with all the drinks you would expect. They serve food of which I’m yet to sample so no food review from me I’m afraid. But what I love about this place is the decor, even in the ceiling you have drums that are lit, guitars on the walls and you just get the feel that you are out for the night. What’s unique about this place is the hostel above, I can’t say I’ve tried it but it seems popular and I can image if you get too drunk you can book a room for the night ?? This bar is not far from CoCo’s and the nearest tube is Mornington Crescent I think that northern line. But it’s not far from Camden Town either. There are plenty of food places surrounding this place so you really can have a good night out. For me the staff are really nice and friendly and will make sure you are looked after if there is a problem with the food or drinks.

Siamo stati qui durante il nostro soggiorno a Londra per vedere una partita di serie A. Ci siamo seduti ad un tavolo con a fianco la tv. C’era della musica live e per questo abbiamo chiesto se fosse abbassato un po’ il volume della cassa vicino a noi per poter vedere meglio la partita e il manager prontamente ha provveduto a spegnerla. Abbiamo apprezzato molto. Abbiamo mangiato come antipasto delle squisite alette di pollo con salsa BBQ e poi durante la partita due ottimi hamburger con patatine fritte “sticks” ( stile Mac Donalds per intenderci). Come dessert un Brownie con gelato alla vaniglia non male ma ne abbiamo mangiato di meglio. Ottimo servizio, gentili e veloci. Lo consiglio per vedere una partita ma allo stesso tempo mangiare ottimo cibo.

Asked if a table was free to sit at. One member of staff told us it was free we could sit there. Proceed to order food, before food arrived we were then moved off the table for a booking they’ve forgotten about. When we mentioned to the staff we have ordered food, the staff member was incredibly rude and essentially told us it’s tough sh*t. I can only imagine this poor little man is just angry because he hasn’t seen his little Johnson in a while. Plenty of other bars with friendly staff in the near vicinity recommend going there instead.

Burger was as tasty as a barbequed old shoe. Drinks and service were ok. Edit: Reply to restaurant's reply - At the time we were the only customers there. You had a happy hour for cocktails so it was probably around 3-4pm that we stopped by. Clearly the kitchen was in some sort of trouble but it sure wasn't because of 200 customers.

This place is a complete disgrace. Two young girls assaulted inside & outside premises with belongings also being refused to be given once told not allowed back in. (For no given reason). Terrible bouncer company used on doors, when called to ask for the company used I was refused to be told the name so I could complain. This is utterly disgusting. A place that is not safe for any young female. The workers are completely off their heads all night, it’s not normal. They do not care for their customers or their well being. Only money hungry, it’s easier to blame the one that’s had a drink than your business. Hopefully customers can now see what an awful place you are. Manager was nothing but rude and defensive, didn’t want to help or comply with anything. Says it all for itself really. This is a very honest review, two young girls completely black and blue after attending a place they expected to be safe and was not. Bouncers, workers, manager you should be ashamed. Police arrived and instead off honesty, the easiest option was too leave two young girls in total distress with missing belongings. Nasty place.

Bar principalement sportif. Ambiance musicale le soir et événements en semaine. Prix dans la moyenne. Sélection de boissons et nourriture cuisiné sur place. Promo happy hour. Personnel charmant en apparence mais peu patient, surtout quand on a du mal avec la langue, et peu chaleureux.

Burnt food, waiters forget your orders, total chaos behind the bar. I got a burger that ws burnt to a crisp. Asked for a new one. It arrived 2,5 hours later. And here's the kicker.... it was burnt too.

The burger"steak" was burnt so black I couldnt chew it. A plate full of fries no salt, no dressing. No thanks.

Hem hagut de rebre una devolució. En general el servei ha sigut poc amable. La meitat de la carta no estava disponible

Molt mala experiencia, no tenien la meitat de les coses que els hi em demanat, ens cobren amb targeta i als 20 minuts ens diuen que no ens podran servir el menjar i que ens hem d' esperar 10 minuts perque ens facin la devolució dels diners i perdem diners perque ens retornen en cash i no la comisio q m'ha cobrat el banc per pagar en lliures. No aneu mai amaquest lloc. Molt mala experiencia. I tot aixo sense disculparse

Very disappointing experience when trying to watch the Women's Euros semi final England vs Sweden at this SPORTS BAR. Booked a table online specifically requesting the sports game and view of a TV and was asked to pay a £5 per person deposit. This would go towards a bar tab so I paid and reserved the table again specifying in my email that we were there to watch the game. However, 25 minutes before kick off a live musician started and the bar staff said they wouldn't be turning the sound on the tvs. Had to leave and watch the game from home. Should've been told beforehand that this would've been the case, very disappointed won't be coming back.

Best place to watch F1. Good crowd, great service. Multiple screens in booths, tables and on projector walls. What a vibe!

Great vibe, lovely staff and fantastic drinks. Our servers John, Joanna and Mitchell were great and really nice. Mitchell was so great even with one arm in a cast, you can’t get better service, 100% recommend swinging by here 👍🏽

EDIT: In response to Bruno, I’d like to add that we were looked at disheartedly by your bartender before being pointed to a table in the back. We waited 20 Minutes for someone to take our order and no one came to even acknowledge the table. That is when we finally decided to leave. Please take my review seriously and look within your staff rather than try to dismiss my experience as if I wasn’t there. Perhaps some training on how to be welcoming to guests. NFL isn’t enough. Thanks.
