Krispy Kreme Dougnuts in Enfield

Was served by Ahmet at Enfield retail park. The young man had superb customer service presenting it with a smile. Thank you Ahmet.

If you want doughnuts you're forced to go here but try to avoid actually visiting and get it delivered because the braindead early 20s smooth brains who work here will never achieve anything in life and will make the experience as tedious as possible, somehow taking ages to box premade doughnuts. Area is horrible as well its a scumbag hotspot.

Today 28th July 2020 at 11am my wife and I visited the drive thru in Enfield, we purchased One Original Glazed and One Dozen assorted and paid 18.95 GBP by card. At the collection point we asked for the boxes to be put in a Bag and were told by Ellie it was 5p. I subsequently dropped 5p on the counter of the collection point. Ellie now shouted with sarcasm 'Thank You for throwing the 5p at me, you are so Polite good customer you are' and more which I will not print, I take offence to being spoken to in this manner as a Customer and find it rude that any member of staff would talk to a customer in this way prompting me to ask for the manager, a gentleman named Gill said he was the manager which I find even more disturbing as he was standing there during Ellie's verbal tirade and said nothing.I shudder to think this is how Krispy Kreme treats its customers or is this behaviour from staff reserved for black people since there is no other explanation.

Callum, my love, my whole heart. We traveled to Krispy Kremes from 36 minutes away may I add. Upon arrival I was told by Callum ‘only glazed donuts’. Now you see I didn’t travel for glazed donuts. Slowly but surely Callum allowed us to make our own box. Lotus Biscuit, salted Carmel cheescake, raspberry glazed and cookies and cream. Need I say more? AStory overBest night ever.I’m in loveCallum Callum Callum you have my heart.

This cafe has fresh Krispy Kreme Original Glaze doughnuts being made in front of your eyes, according to their website this is only between 19:00-20:00. Doughnuts with various toppings are also available but aren’t made in front of customers. Definitely recommend a visit if in the area!

The staff are extremely rude on the microphone and in person at the windows. All staff are young and have little care about the customers. The place used to be rat infested outside but seems to have been eradicated - thank god.

My daughter and I visited this location specifically for the ice cream and we were not disappointed! We had the sundaes with doughnut bites and ordered a few more doughnuts to take home with us. Service was great and you can see the doughnuts being baked. We would definitely visit again :)

Fresh doughnuts and a tea, cant go wrong! When they have there originals coming out fresh they are so tasty. I could eat 100 of them!

Spacious. Good to see them being made in the background. Was in Enfield for weekend working and found this place by chance. Lots of nice flavours . Expensive but you can get 3 in a box for 5 pounds I believe. The girl serving was the most miserable I have ever been served by anywhere . Walked here so don’t know about the drive thu or parking. Not the nicest area it’s situated in. Donuts are very nice but Wenzels the bakers make even yummier ones for less money ,

The donuts and coffee are good, took forever to get through the drive through. Only reason I did not go in was a I could not get a parking space. If you have time great place but don’t expect a quick visit.

We had my daughter’s 11th birthday party here this afternoon and had such a great time. The girls loved it and our party host Dega was lovely and great with the girls. Parking wasn’t as issue as the staff take car number plates of anyone who is staying for the party so they can be exempt from the restrictions. We would definitely recommend.

Get a little slice of heaven right here, drive through coffee n doughnuts or better to go inside the building and watch the delicious things actually being made through the glass viewing windows..

First time I have been back here since they had a make over.

I have been to this Restaurant several times and never been disappointed. The Doughnuts are always Fresh and the variety is amazing. Sit down at a table, Have one and a cup of fresh coffee and then take a dozen box home....They will be gone in no time. Restaurant very clean and bright, Great for a kids party.

Waited 15 minutes in the queue before being served. Very slow service. Doughnuts are very nice full of flavour. Nice for a family treat.

This is not the place to go too if you are on a diet.

I went to the van selling takeaway doughnuts in Enfield outside the 24 hour drive thru. The doughnuts (admittedly they were display doughnuts) were covered in flies. I was totally ignored by the girl in the van who was chatting to her friends outside the van. After waiting a while and continuing to be ignored I left.

As you can imagine, demand for these pasty delicacies must often sky rocket during the night time and this was reflected in the drive through queue however the staff member handled it well as she quickly and efficiently worked through the line of customers whilst maintaining great customer service

We came here on Wednesday evening via the Drive-Thru and the lady who served us was so wonderful and friendly and gave us 3 free doughnuts, hot off the conveyor belt.

Had placed an order 3 days previously for a sharer double dozen on click & collect. When I arrived with my order number they took nearly 20 minutes before they could locate my order & then started boxing it up, when I checked both boxes were assorted I was told no it's a box of assorted & a box of glazed, that I was incorrect they don't offer the option of 2 mixed boxes. Once home I checked & they do offer as I had stated a sharer double dozen !! This was the manager serving me :( So if you have nearly 30 mintues to spend waiting for an incorrect order then this is your place ....... As mentioned in the email I sent, please ensure your manager has more training going forward. At least the doughnuts were nice & appreciated by friends.

I used the drive through - 5 mins spent waiting and not even the basic level or courtesy of please hold. So rude!!!

I went to the branch in Enfield Southbury road around 8pm last night. I got out of the car to what seemed to be a gang fight with a group of teenage boys. They were trying to hit each other with large sticks while running around the car park. They then started doing running karate kicks on the glass door. They entered the store and sat in a booth but then all the teenage girls started to arrive.

We love the drive thru. Open late. Always relatively quick. Fresh donuts.. Go in and watch the donuts being made.

Probably not the healthiest option but they taste sooo good! You can sit in at eat or takeaway. Great deals for takeaway if you want a lot.

I went to the branch and the service was very sub standard. The staff didn't know the offer they had on display and refused to explain and was reluctant to get the branch manager out to speak to me. Finally he got him and the manager agreed with me that the offer was available to all the customers. I found staff who served me had very unfriendly and negative approach to the work.

Went here after a disappointing meal at Frankie and Bennie's and this was the highlight of the evening. Good coffee, fresh dougnuts (what else) and an 1950 American dinner feeling.

Only two cars in the drive thru but took about 10-15min for the first car to even be spoken to on the tannoy...then when we drove forward the operator said can you wait like 5mins, we'd already waited nearly 20mins. We only wanted two single doughnuts...I thought this better be worth it!

I just happened to be in the area last night craving a post meal dessert. Saw this place and thought I had struck gold. It's a convenient drive-thru and also a spacious eat in restaurant.

Been coming here ever since I can remember, the donuts are always great and the staff are always friendly. Drive thru is also very useful and usually quick unless it is packed. Only thing that was a devastating blow is that they do not do the caramel ringed donuts anymore they were my fav :(

Everything about this place is terrible and depressing. Loads of staff milling about but one person serving and a long line. Donuts not good at all. If you want good donut go to Dum Dum Donuterie!

I feel like I accidentally abused my stomach by ordering the New Yorker donut, and I'm not really sure if it was worth it. The water tasted good though.

The store & gentleman at the counter this morning I think name was Mark, couldn't be more helpful if he tried. Order was ready, served within seconds. Given a generous amount of hats and balloons given for children at school & they insisted on escorting back to car with bags. They couldn't do more, so so helpful and professional .... THANK YOU guys :)

Tried a couple of boxes their doughnuts, nice and fresh but not hot! Unless you come at 7pm. The staff were not the most friendliest people in the world. Seating area needed tidying up.

I have always bought these doughnuts from my local Tesco and they are great , but visiting the the main drive through and seating place was a great experience. You can see them being made and you are spoilt for choice on flavours washed down with coffee or a great Milk shake. So we did choose a takeaway so we picked a 12 box at £13 plus and the second was cheaper about £9

We used the drive through facility to pick up some dohnuts ​for a party. The dohnuts were warm and delicious as always and the staff are always friendly and polite.

I have always loved Krispy Kreme Dougnuts and have never been let down. The doughnuts we ordered here were fresh and delicious! There is seating inside and out but it is often hard to find parking outside! Doesn't take too long to order when it isn't busy. Only downside is that the dougnuts are very expensive, but they are great. You can also look through the window and see how the dougnuts are made! If you're lucky and come at the right time, sometimes you get a free taster :) .

i am a regular customer to krispykremes and i love them to the core but when i bought a double dozen yesterday,theuy smell like oil and i can taste the shortening stuck on my pallette and when i called them back to say the dissatisfaction i have ,they are not even bothered to listen rather they are just saying there shouldnt be a proble, as we follow all the measures in their perspective and i feel customer shoulkd be listened properly as they pay sky high costs for a doughnut only for the quality at krispykremes ..very bad customer service at glasgow braheaD STORES ,i dont recommend

A lovely shop, with delicious fresh doughnuts, you can even watch them being made in a big kitchen which is the other side of big glass windows to the kitchen and service counter.

A place that bakes and sells Krispy Kremes 24 hours a day can only mean one thing, deep joy!!

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Im not a huge fan of doughnuts but Ive changed my mind about the whole doughnut industry when I walked in here! Its doughnut heaven! Its a simply designed place but the open kitchen where you can see the actual making of the doughnuts is worth millions. Its a factory and they make fresh doughnuts. I advise everyone to try the plain icing doughnut when its just out! Wait for the sign to light up and go get your freshly made doughnut!:)) Its a shame that the surrounding area is not quite safe...

Not the cheapest but the best tasting donuts around. Got some hot off the line with a free sample too if you go weekdays between 7pm and 8pm.

Son was totally enthralled with the making of these fabulous donuts. Educational as well. The coffee was good and we like the setting of the place and positioned ourselves next to the screen.

You are spoilt for choice here with a big selection of doughnuts. All cooked daily and you can even view the fresh doughnuts being cooked.

Really good to be able to see them being made, staff our great, however the car park is small and the Krispy Kreme trucks are hanging over the slip road for their own drive through, couldn't get a range through, tables were quite sticky alsi

Brilliant place but only because of the staff. You can get a krispy kreme doughnut from tescos now. It's nothing special. But honestly the people are so lovely. I just went in and the lovely woman behind the counter gave my boyfriend and I a free sample, even though that's only available between 7-8 mon-fri, just because we hadn't been there in a while and the rules had changed since. So lovely!

It is nice to go to the place where the doughnuts are made. It was quite interesting to see the process. The difficulty is deciding which one to get. We couldn't decide so we went for box of 12 different ones.

Not many stores in the U.K. And this one is amazing. Watching the doughnuts being made was very amusing. There was a good selection of treats to pick from. Service was good. Young kids would love this.

All the doughnuts you could imagine possible! It's like a dream come true!! I didn't think it was possible to have so many choices...I has wrong! So many doughnuts mmmmmmm!!! the seating is ok and plenty of parking, it's easy to find as it is next to the Great Cambridge road.

I'll confess: I have enjoyed Krispy Kreme's produce ever since I was first introduced to it when I was 8 years old. This is due to how good they are at making doughnuts. They have the right level of sweetness in their taste so they're both very tasty as well as a nice & easy snack. The fact that KK offers a good range of flavours is the icing on the cake (pardon the pun). They're also good in other areas too, as they serve nice drinks as well as have good birthday parties which can be good for young children and adults alike, due to the large amount of food and fun they provide for their consumers.

Love it here and love krispy kremes.

I was surprise when I came to this branch! They have drive thru and open 24 hours, now I know I can have krispy kreme anytime!

First time ever I saw his they make doughnuts "industrially" and was amazed as much as my little daughter. Think I don't need to describe how lovely stuff they making. Also they make very good offers - good value for money considering how much you pay for same in other shops. Deffo worth driving there.

When the red light is on it means that are fresh Krispy Kremes being prepared and if you're lucky with your order you'll get a free plain one. Yes it's over priced, yes you can buy a pack of 5 for £1 in the supermarket, but Krispy Kremes are still the best!

We always buy the the double dozen doughnuts cause there's something for everyone and we love to share, so we can all try different flavors! The staff is always lovely and helpful. The donuts are top class, always delicious and fresh, with loads of filling

Great place for a quick meet up with friends for Coffee & Dougnuts. Good coffee & excellent selection of Dougnuts. There is a drive through pick up point as well if you just want take out!

As always their donuts never ever disappoint! We ordered a box of 12. The lady on the intercom on drive thru is hilarious, definitely made us giggle after a long day at work. We did wait in the car line for about 15-20 minutes but I guess it was Friday night! Overall good trip but dodgy area, lots of gangs hanging around the car park with their mcd's.

You know when you go to a place & the food comes up looking like a dog's dinner & probably is, then you will understand my displeasure when I attended this venue, the doughnuts were Not fresh & in fact were stale, they were so over priced that you would have thought that they were made out of gold, the coffee was no better than what you would get in the local café but far more expensive.

I used to go there at least one time a week ...until one time , when was very busy so I had to wait for a fee minutes in the queue.This way I had the chance to overlook how the doghnuts I was buying were being produced . So dissapointed to see that before I buy one doghnut at least five people touched it without any gloves whatsoever .. Taken and put on trays , oil, even dipped in glazing with bare hands (not to mention long nails with coloured nail polish and art) .. No trace of any Health and Safety rules considered .. It's a no no for me . Bye doghnuts !

What more can I say. My family live a short drive away so on our annual trip from Liverpool we spend a lot of time here! As you can imagine the doughnuts are super incredible and if the buzzer goes you get free doughnuts!! My idea of heaven.

A cafe but with the added bonus of seeing into the production area hundreds of donuts on a conveyor, my kids thought is was the best part of the weekend away if you're after a sweet treat with a bit of WOW then this is an overlooked gem also do a drive through but you miss the view better than the other fast food joints in the area.
