Food is 10/10 as always but the young lass behind the counter needs to start cracking a smile. Always serving whenever i’m in there and she barely speaks a word and can be quite blunt and rude.

Whilst the wings and fries where alright, the burger wasn't anything special and the tubs of sauce where open inside the bag so two of the three got wasted.

It was ok . Chicken was ok but nothing like what was expected. Chips were just frozen chips you can buy from Tesco . Price was on the expensive side for the quality we were served . Milkshake was good

Fries were really soggy,not much seasoning and the ranch was really bad quality and didn’t even have the ranch taste. Don’t ever have a bad review about wingbox but it’s disappointed me today.

Hands down the worst takeaway I've ever had. Rotten. Frozen food done terribly. Wings had zero flavour, box 2 was a selection of frozen party food some over cooked, some under cooked.

Excellent all around as usual.

Can we all take a moment or a life time too appreciate this creative and loving service giving from the staff at wingbox. Sometimes you have to take the little things in life and make them what you can. I asked for a chicken to be drawn on my delivery and well….see attached photo for what I was gifted with. Nothing but love, respect and appreciation to the artists ❤️ P.S one of you played Kirby for sure 😂

Really tasty and worth the price

The milkshakes were bland. Used to have flavour but now just taste like vanilla. Probably the worst place in Berwick for milkshakes now. Won’t be back

We often order Wingbox on just eat, the options are almost endless, the delivery is on time every time and the food is always perfectly fresh and hot on arrival, really can’t fault them whatsoever or the value for money 10/10

Food was cold, tasteless chicken and to be honest I just chucked it in the bin. Frozen everything. Waited over an hour and a half for shocking food for £21. Definitely won’t be using again

Have to be honest. I was looking for KFC but, came across you guys. Glad I did. Menu is easy to follow. Catered for full family everything was delicious. Delivery was early and food hot. Thanks for the experience. Will defo order again when we're in the area.

Delivery time was ridiculous asked delivery driver if the where busy said just the same as usual never waited for a delivery so long in my life

Food was good but missing the kids meal drink and we live 15 miles away so wasn't going back again.

The menu may look decent, but it's basic! Garlic chips for instance, is chips with garlic salt. A garlic sauce would be better to avoid them being so dry. Boneless wrap is nothing more than two bits of chicken in a wrap, nothing else. No effort at all.

We had the Garlic Parmesan chicken fillet sandwich with mozzarella sticks with garlic mayo and it was all absolutely delicious! Service was a sweet young lady, that gave excellent customer service! The price was really reasonable! Definitely would go back!! Sincerely, ~American Women~

Wings were not great at all , gravy was like water & ordered garlic fries but received normal fries

Box 2 and chicken wrap were excellent and very filling, however the spring rolls we ordered were quite a small portion for almost £4.

I'm happy about the food I got from this place, it was tasty and freshly cooked. It was perfect for a seaside meal! Love that they have an option for boneless wings! Great for those like me who are squeamish about bones.

I had a wonderful chicken filet burger with cheese, mayo and lettuce. I ordered some fries and they gave me a very generous portion of very well seasoned fries (nothing worse that bland fries). The staff were very friendly and the food was ready very quickly. I'm only here for a couple of nights, so may go back again tomorrow.

Just paid £12.50 for a very salty council tapas. Go to iceland/costco bang it in the deep fryer n save yourself the dissapointnent of visiting this establishment, The salt and chilli "seasoning" is just your chicken wings tossed in a bucket of salt. Unedible is the only way to describe it as it was so salty. The milkshakes were pretty tasteless aswel. Major disappointment, defo wont be back.

Delicious!!! No idea what the WFC sauce/rub is but it was really tasty! The box 2 is an amazing selection bolstered by some proper wings this is the way to go if you have a hunger! Very, very good will be getting food here again!

I was contacted after waiting the full delivery time to be told it would be 25 mins late. It then took a full hour after this call. 2 hours is a bit much but it was fresh so the quality was great.

My food was stone cold . I got a text at 21.10 to say my food is on way . It got delivered at 21.50. I couldn’t phone as they shut at 21.30 .

The meal arrived hot and enjoyable. The chicken in the chicken burger was pretty cheap quality but everything was cooked and tasty.

Up on holiday and wanted to try this place out and it’s fair to say we were not disappointed. Wings were amazing aswell as the Cajun fries,the Mac and cheese bites were something else. Delivery driver was very polite and apologised for are wait even tho he was half an hour early. We will definitely be back 👍🏻
