Great menu choices, lots to choose from. Our meals arrived in a timely manner tasted great. Service was excellent.

Fuimos porque un amigo nos aseguró que en esta cadena de restaurantes (por llamarla de alguna manera) se comía bien. Bueno, en resumen, ya no es nuestro amigo. Aquí van los motivos: 1. La hamburguesa: por un ojo de la cara nos dieron un pan que parecía de corcho, una carne con textura de corchopan y un queso que probablemente tapone arterias con tan solo mirarlo. 2. Las papas fritas: sin pelar, quemadas y tan duras que podrían usarse como arma en un juicio. ¿Era comida? 3. El precio: por esa cantidad de dinero y aunque sea Londres esperaba al menos un poco de dignidad culinaria. En lugar de eso, nos sirvieron un robo con guarnición. 4. La digestión: llevar un bloque de hormigón en el estómago habría sido más liviano que digerir esa comida. 5. La decepción: por culpa de esta experiencia ya no confiamos ni en el amigo que nos lo recomendó ni en las hamburguesas de ningún lugar. Five Guys… o cinco tipos que se deberían ir al paro.

Our trip to Kaspas Ice Cream with Usman was such a blast! The atmosphere was vibrant, and the variety of flavors was overwhelming in the best way possible. We tried a mix of classic and unique options, and I have to say, the bubblegum flavor was a hit! Ruby loved her chocolate fudge sundae, and Usman couldn't get enough of the cookie dough ice cream. The portions were generous, making it perfect for sharing. We spent hours chatting and laughing, enjoying our sweet treats. Overall, it was a fun outing that brought us closer together, and I can't wait for our next ice cream adventure

My partner and I came here for our 2 year anniversary meal and it was incredible, such a shame they are closing. The staff are kind and welcoming too!

We were looking for a pub to kill some time before our off-peak train ticket back to the hotel was valid, when we stumbled upon this small jewel in a side road of Brighton.A big sortiment of keg and cask beers as well as ciders, fair prices and likeable personnel satisfies the needs of every pub visitor who's looking for a cozy place to explore some beers. Would definitely visit again!

After having a talk with Nathan, it was abundantly clear that the value he holds high are that of a premium mixologist. Selecting the finest ingredients from that available of the suppliers, the Pina Colada and Virgin Pornstar Martini excelled the expectations of our party and were truly mixed and pursed with passion and finese. A true asset, and high commendations to Nathan, our true mixologist and cocktail wizard.

The owner is VERY RUDE and wouldn't serve non alcoholic beverages just because they are cheap and when i explained to her I don't drink alcoholic she told me to get out of her pub. I would NEVER recommend or go to this place ever again!

You live and learn I guess. These are definitely relying on old reviews. Check the names from the 5 star reviews 😒 We Just came from here me and the wife. Fancy food titles on the menu, it looked great, we ordered then we Waited 30 min for food after we had ordered. At 25 min waiting they bought out apparently free nachos which were dry and soggy. Food then came and wasn't great at all, was actually terrible. Definitely shop bought patties and not fresh. Wife didn't eat half hers and left her coleslaw as she said that don't taste right at all. I took the chicken off my burger as that didn't taste right either. He came out asked us how our food was and from our reply he said, IF ITS NOT COOKED RIGHT ILL GO DO ANOTHER 1 😅🤣. WHAT!!!!. When we went to pay he said can we hang on while he adds it up. It was 2 orders that came to around £31 but was now £36.50 they added the apparently free nachos. We didn't want to argue over a few pound so I paid and we left. Hopefully not with the squits. I'd avoid this place and I think food and hygiene should be pay a visit.

Consistently the best fish and chips around! A regular for me, and not one time has it let me down! General go to for me is the haddock or cod… Will be going back again soon!

Visitamos la sucursal de Meadowhall hoy. Pedimos pollo deshuesado, que resultó en nuggets de pollo. Pensamos que serían tiras de pollo. El primer problema fue que cuando llegó, mojé uno en el ajo mayo, pero tuve que escupirlo. Porque increíblemente hacía calor (en cuanto al calor). Hacía tanto calor que me quemó el labio inferior. Luego tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos para que se enfriara. Incluso entonces hacía demasiado calor. Cuando traté de desmontar uno en pequeños pedazos, un aceite caliente brotó. Después de pasar muchos años en catering, creo que se calentó en un microondas. Era masticable e insípido. Nunca iré allí de nuevo para siempre.

Hotel had to cancel our original booking due to a fire in building opposite, they rebooked for 3 weeks later and put the price off our room as a bar tab to apologise. Cannot fault this hotel, that's now under new owners, only hope the people of hartlepool embrace it and realise what an eyesore it became when empty. We will be back soon, so much better and on par in price with the budget hotels nearby.

Encontré este lugar en el mapa y la imagen se ve bien, así que decidimos visitar. camarera actitud era terrible y ella saluda a todas las demás mesas con una sonrisa pero no la nuestra, ignora nuestras peticiones y sirve comida más lento que otras mesas, falta de comunicación general al comprobar lo que nos gustaría pedir. Sin embargo vi otras calificaciones quejándose del servicio, así que tomará esto como un problema general. Es que puede ser mejor. La comida está bien, son grandes en porciones y muy bien decorado, en realidad vale la pena el precio, pero demasiado salado, demasiada sal.

Honestly you don’t get helpful customer services these days anywhere so I just wanted to let him know that I’m very grateful and appreciative of he’s customer service & that he’s Good Deed will come to him soon.
