Order through Ubereats... waited over an hour and 30 minutes watching the eta push back for my order to be cancelled... and to late to order food...

We came on a Saturday around 5 and it was very busy. The seating area was full so staff made people order before they were seated. To say it was busy food came quickly and hot.

10/10 food. best spot in brum for a quick munch definitely recommend affordable food , so mcuh selection and options for vegan

Poor customer service. For a customer orientated business they seriously lack hospitality. We ordered food to takeaway but changed our minds to sit down instead, as our son was not feeling well and wanted to sit down to eat his meal. We found an empty table and sat down only for the waiter to approach us to tell us to leave. When we explained the situation, he went back to his manager and came back to confirm that we must leave the premises of the restaurant despite having already received the food. They still decided that just because we had received food as takeaway, we could not sit inside for 5-10minutes to eat. There were no queues outside waiting to be seated. Avoid at all costs!!!

Disappointed after I seen on TikTok chick fil a is alike to slim chickens I went there and I was so disgusted the placed stunk of bleach and grease the tables weren’t cleaned and the people there weren’t very friendly so the staff. I get there with my daughter and son and husband and I said can we please have the original meal and they ignored me and kept talking then I stood there for a bit and still no speaking then she finally spoke and said “ what you want “ in a very bad attitude any way I told her everything and then it went through and then we got in but the tables weren’t clean the floor was wet I had to leave very fast otherwise I could have been ill and the staff were very trampy and chavy and not nice I won’t go into it deep so I don’t make people vomit but DONT GO HERE IF YOU WANNA BE SICK !!!

Our experience of Slim Chickens Grand Central Birmingham was arguably the worst ever today. This is contrary to the customer services we previously received from Slim Chickens Manchester. Terrible customer service, lack of communication between the branch manager (Taz) and staff. Staff are under enormous pressure and bring out their frustration on customers. The branch manager ignored her staff's misleading information to us and instead of resolving the issue, she decided to blame us for her incompetence. She denied us the service, very very disappointed. The bottom line is that as customers we did not deserve that unprofessional treatment.

We just had a delicious lunch, the kids loved the kids meal, the milkshakes were amazing! Maria, the lady who served us was the friendliest lady ever. The kids thought she was amazing! What an asset she is!

Lovely food however the service was a bit poor! Me and my husband ordered through the touch screen machines, took a number then sat down on a table. The food was out very fast but the young lady ( brunette with piercings) was walking around aimlessly for a good 5 minutes trying to find our number. We ended up giving her a shout hoping it was our food. The food itself was piping hot and very nice. They have a great selection of sauces however they are a bit pricy for the size you get. Me and my husband will be back if we ever see one when we are out and about. :)

Some of the wings still had feathers on them. The buffalo wing sauce had a few white lumps that looked like the flour used for coating maybe.

Absolutely delicious food with great customer service, fast food service and easy to order with self service, overall an establishment.

Had a breakfast bap meal, it was amazingly delicious. The bap was soft, the eggs and chicken was cooked to perfection. Would definitely be returning

Great little find! Food was delicious, hot chicken tenders were delicious. Drinks machine wasn’t working when we sat down but they gave out unlimited cans of drink. Wasn’t expecting much for a fast food place but was really lovely!

Exceptional service from Rahma, Anisa and Mel when I tried to pick up a meal just before closing. So so friendly and made some incredible recommendations. Has definitely given me the taste for Slim Chickens and I’ll be back! Give these girls a rise!!!!!!!

We came for our first time and we weren’t disappointed! Everything is so yummy! I had a chicken sandwich meal and my daughter had the buffaloe chicken meal and a milkshake and my daughter Kaylah had the wings as a meal.

Absolutely amazing food. We both had Hot Buffalo Sandwich meal with ranch fries and vanilla milkshakes. I’m not a big fan of fast food but this was incredible. The seasoning and spices on the chicken was amazing and the fries and ranch were nice too....
