usually the food is good but today the fries were cold, oily and old.

3.5 hours late. not sure who to blame because I rang the shop within the hour and they said they were waiting on a driver. so either the driver let me down or the shop, not sure. Either way, I'll be ordering to collect next time. £2.49 bag fee and £3.99 delivery fee really isn't worth it. if I have the motivation to drive down to the shop to collect, I'll order, if not I'll have dinner at home.

Burger & sauce never fails to disappoint. The bowls they do taste amazing!!! Especially the chicken cheese fries one. The wraps taste really nice too. There is so much flavour which makes the food 10/10. Chilli cheese bites and chicken bites are wonderful

I had the pleasure of enjoying a burger recently, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious! The chef, Zuber, did an incredible job. The burger was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. It was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Not only was the food outstanding, but the service was equally impressive. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming, making the entire experience even better. It’s rare to find such great food paired with such friendly service. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a fantastic burger and a warm, hospitable atmosphere. Tried the restaurant few days back when passing by. Had to admit that it was such a fantastic experience. It did look like any other chicken shops. But the taste of chicken burger was so delicious. It is one of the best and a lot better than other highly rated restaurants. The other dishes such as signature fries and cheesy chicken loaded box was also awesome. The prices were also reasonable. Looking forward to visiting with family. Been told by the service team that the branch in alum rock was the first one they opened. Now they've got many branches in Birmingham. Highly recommend 👌 .

Just tried the fries Chicken burger from Burger & Sauce, and it was pretty awesome! The burger was super juicy and the fried chicken was spot on. But the fries? Not so much, they were kinda dry. If they can fix that, it’d be perfect. Overall, a good spot with some room for improvement on the fries.

Absolutely delicious brilliant service

First time visiting this branch today and I was very surprised to see the chicken club burger for only 1.99. I was expecting a mini burger but it was massive and I love how they cut it in half whilst in the wrapper making it so easy for kids to eat. Loved this idea. Service was exceptional and food quality amazing. They even charged my phone for me and recommended the new peach and mango Robinson drink which was delicious. Very happy customer and the kids enjoyed their food too. Will be visiting again. Thank you.

Food is prepared to a good quality. Little on the pricey side, however, they have offers regularly. Store is clean and modern, with indoor seating and 2 exits, 1 step-free for pushchairs / wheelchairs. Free public parking available but can be difficult at times.

I recently ordered from Burger and Sauce, and I have to say, they are the best in town when it comes to burgers! I ordered one beef and one chicken burger, but they mistakenly served two chicken burgers instead. However, they went above and beyond to make it right by offering me a free beef burger as a kind gesture. The staff was incredibly friendly, and their service was top-notch. As for the taste of the burgers – absolutely next level! The flavors were unmatched, and I haven’t found anything quite like it in Birmingham. Highly recommended!

Terrible service, accepting orders after 1am. Claiming it’s been delivered at 1.27am and not answering the phone. I’m sure they close at 1am, but I thought they may have extended hours, clearly not. Smoked me.

3rd time ordering from Burger and Sauce. The food came piping hot and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Chicken combo and Beef burger combo and it was brilliant. The sauce, texture and burger’s were all cooked to perfection and presented in high quality wrapping! Defiantly would recommend ! Thank you.

I have to update this review as the standards have gone down since the opening and the prices have gone up, the beef is just not as nice as it used to be, and the potatoe skin fries have been replaced with some low grade fries perhaps this is what the people wanted but not me, burger is still tasty, still good shout but no proper sear on the patties and not the high level it used to be

The beef burger is 1 of the best beef burgers I’ve had. So juicy yet really meaty with fresh salad sauce and the bbq wings were delicious!

Finest burger with real crispy chicken and lovely fries with staff so good and atmosphere makes a lovely place to come again and again. And its a honest review as i was the person who suggested the chicken can me more crispy and thanks to the burger and sauce they respected my suggestion.

My BBQ wings arrived cold, despite everything else being hot. The 'cod sticks' were dry and flavourless, and the burger was just about the only thing I could enjoy from the meal...

The shop got the order wrong, they sent fish instead of chicken club burger, 1 fries was also missing. We rang the shop back, they said they couldn’t deliver remaining of the order. We really got frustrated with this, as it was a young boys order. The staff don’t read instructions as my sons wanted no salad or lettuce on their burgers, but they put them in. Total disaster

The cod fish burger was too small not worth the £20 no taste but blasted with tartar sauce

Great tasting burgers, reasonably priced at roughly £6 per meal. Several tables unclean despite not being busy. No ramp for pushchair/wheelchair, and side exit is next to a group of tables. Gets really busy in evenings. Free Parking but can be difficult in the evenings.

Lovely food & service from a young man called Hassan he was professional, welcoming & attentive. The place was immaculate, including the toilet! Once people left someone would clean up immediately, which is a massive plus. The food was exceptional, clean and really tasty, we would definitely be back if we were travelling again and we look forward to your new coming branch in liverpool 😀 Great portion sizes and definitely great on price too 👍🏼

Tasty food! Enjoyed the feed burger meals. The chicken strips are usually good but were slightly salty this time (please bear that in mind next time you make the batter).

My kids and I enjoyed the food. It was really tasty. The Nachos were nice but would be better with some cheddar cheese + mozzarella and guacamole.

Hello, my order had two items missing. One orange fruit shoot and one blackcurrant fruit shoot.

The service of this restaurant in alum rock is absolutely ridiculous. I have ordered 3 times over a period of 2 months. I am a regular customer and each time I’ve ordered, my drinks are somehow missing. I have called the restaurant each time and they say ‘well you can come in and collect the drinks’. I ordered online because I can’t come into the store and they want me to come into the store to collect the drink. And over my last 3 orders they have forgotten 15 drinks in total. The drinks aren’t cheap. They don’t offer a refund nor do they send out the drink. I said I want to speak to the manager and instead they just pass the phone around every worker expect the manager. They never want to resolve the issue.

First and last time I come here fancy looking shop with very cheap low quality products FRIES we're caked in oil each bite was like having table spoon of oil in my mouth gave them back straight away Spicy chicken strips you can tell is Coated with some poor quality chilling sauce you can't even enjoy it terrible Wings terrible quality with cheap barbecue sauce possibly from lidl or aldi Spent around £24 was definitely not worth it I won't be coming back waste of money sorry guys I have to be honest.

I want to share my experience of uber eats i was ordered one chicken burger one beef and cheesy fries my over all food is cold also no sause inside as i mentioned in my order i want spicy sause inside however i spend 28 pound or more with delivery charges to eat cold and worst food my experience is so bad and taste was nasty shir i dont want to recomend alum rock burger n sause and never this happen again in future ...

The fish burger was disgusting and it looked nothing like the picture, it was a very flat oily greasy piece of fish..
