Absolutely sick of being spoken to so rudely , there is only one worker I don’t know what his name is but he acts like he is in charge and he is absolutely rude I am disabled and don’t understand things properly and this one specific worker is absolutely abrupt and rude and during Ramadan update your website and state you are taking orders over the phone and closing straight after iftaar. Absolutely unprofessional.

Amazing food. Fast and friendly service. I went there for Iftar, initially I was supposed to go to another restaurant which was really busy and packed. Grillz was also busy but managed to get us seated. Order was taken in good time, food did not take long to come. Great taste and flavour. The staff went above and beyond to ensure great service and food to us all ( considering they were fasting too) so I am writing this review as I appreciated their great service.

it was arrived too late . I ordered since 2pm to schedule delivery time at 18.10 pm but it was delayed more than 35 min .

An Iftar party at its perfection. We were served by a variety of staff members and they were kind but also very patient. Food was perfectly timed but also the best Grilled sizzler ive had for a while! I will definitely be back (expecially for the mango lassi)!

Good used to really good one thing I noticed owners not round that’s why staff and kitchen staff don’t care they gave cold food tawa I asked to take it back and the waiter told me 6 times nothing wrong with the food and refused to take it back it’s like I’m homeless and they’re giving me free food I did feel so low I was £60 for all the things I ordered but when the owners they everything different.

We went in for a quick meal, we ordered dynamite prawns, lamb biryani and the mix grill and it was all bang on for taste, flavour and spice. Service was OK, they were pleasant. Added bonus, there are prayer facilities.

First time ordering, food was absolutely amazing! We had fillet steaks, and they were absolutely perfect, the mushroom sauce and gravy were delicious as well. The star of the show was the potato mash, the best I've ever had. Will be ordering again!

Super tasty food, it was my first visit there but definitely will return. Good friendly atmosphere with nice staff. Kids loved the steak. Bhuna lamb was tasty with naans.

It was a wonderful experience. The food was delicious and served well. Ordered Half chicken special, which was served with vegetables, mash, and gravy. Good enough for 2 persons. Chicken parmesan was also good. Served with one side dish of our choice. Sunkist mango had a nice fizz to it. Friday, Saturday and Sunday-there is 25% off on lunch from 12-4pm. Overall a 5/5

We came in as a family of 4 this evening I must start with from start to finish it was 10/10 nothing was to much trouble I’d like to point out Al Amein from front of house is the heart and soul of the business 💜 Food was on point we had the family platter the mixed doner is the best in Birmingham a real must try. May I point out they have some great lunch time offers at the moment so for those who want to try the place knows the Time you won’t be disappointed They have prayer room facilities and the Talwat playing is just a beautiful touch to this place

I had the mix tawa for 2. Some of the items on there were good, however, the chicken bhuna was definitely off. As a result, this has led to food poisoning. For that reason, I will not be visiting again.

Good visit. The food was decent. Nothing stood out. Their Kebabish is quite nice but I feel they could have gone slightly spicy with it. We had the Tawa and it was a decent amount of food but again could have done with a bit more zing to it. The lamb chops were dry and rubbery. Kids meals were served with these crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside chunky chips which were the best thing about the food but the adult ones came with standard chips which was very confusing! Go with the chunky chips for all the meals! The service was good. Even though we were a big party the food came reasonably quickly and pretty much all together and was warm when it arrived. So cannot fault the service. It was very warm in there, I understand it was winter but maybe turn the heat down slightly so it's not tropical climate inside and then freezing cold outside which makes people sick. Reasonably warm would be nice. Overall I think if they improve the food I will go again but at the moment it's standard takeaway food served in plates.

Service was really good can't fault that. The food was tasty I had lamb biryani, portion size for me was too small. My other half had barbecue chicken and chips, only thing barbecue about the chicken was the barbecue sauce lol, could have been char grilled. Overall pretty good. Note: the food on the menu for vegetarians is limited though.

Magd,Hasan,nasim are wonderful waiter great smiles and there fun to crack jokes with. They made me and my family feel welcomed and satisfied. Food was also greate especially the lamb chops. I will definitely come again. Thanks to the waiters.

Food was nice, we were seated downstairs which I felt was a bit in the way of everyone as we were next to the main till and serving area. When I first visited here, we were seated upstairs which I felt was more private and intimate. Menu I felt was limited.. gues you have to try a few dishes and then you stick to them. I ordered peri chicken, which was nice, my husband ordered mixed kebabish with chips and naan. The kababish was tasty and the naan was perfection, beautiful buttery and soft. My daughter ordered chicken parmesan. The crispy coating to that was a little greasy and the star of the show, the cheese sauce tasted as though it came from a packet.. a little disappointing. If I did revisit I would request to be seated upstairs as I would've felt more relaxed, I would also order something different

Steak was amazing. Best in Birmingham. Cooked to perfection, and the sauce went well with the dish. Reasonably priced meal for a family of 4. Second time visiting this place and was not dissapointed. Thanks to Maj for the excellent service 👍

Perfect place for family events. Specially the guy mag was exceptional with his attitude and service love this place and people there.

The food was was lovely and the waiters were super helpful in setting up the upstairs section for a birthday party. Maj, in particular, was speedy and exceptionally accommodating. Thanks Grillz!

Not recommended, you will be throwing your money into the bin, I felt sorry for myself that I paid for that steak.
