Simple mild chicken ordered came spiced to thr hills and the chicken wings are undescribed as spicy but again fires and then some. First and last time ordering from this establishment.

The chicken was overcooked and dry

The fries were not as great as usual, but were still ok. Also I didnt get the extra hot sauce i ordered. Everything else was real good.

the order has not been delivered at all 45 minutes late atm just been sent a message saying it will arrive at 840 pm , being a type 1 diabetic this has caused me at lot of problems, as I ordered it just after 7pm .

Last week I ordered a classic GIANT chicken fillet burger with hash brown salsa cheese mayo and lettuce I paid 7.99 for it and when it came it wasn't what I ordered. They had sent me a normal chicken fillet burger so this time I thought I'd order the same thing and low and behold they sent the wrong burger again. I expect to recive what I'm ordering and what I have payed for. If the people in the shop can't get their job right they shouldn't be working there. I will be taking the burger back to the shop and will not be ordering from here again

Fried chicken was lovely but the fillet on the chicken burger was so overcooked, it was chewy.

Food is lovely a little lemony, but was really nice. However, the girl that served me was so miserable when it came to serve me she just stared at me she did not even speak no hello, thank you nothing, the black top she was wearing had white hairs on it not sure if it was from her jacket or a cat. At rios management please get her to be a little hygienic i have attached a pic of the person incase you think I've made it up, your food is top tier but she is very off putting.

Well the cost of living has just hit Rio's well-done your prices are more dear than luton prices for that matter please increase your prices further as when you lose your loyal customers, your prices will come down, wow London prices are cheaper, You have just lost a customer, and prices have dropped nationally how is this justified in the realms of Sheldon,

The quality of the food and service is exceptional. The flavors of the dishes are incredibly delicious, and merely thinking about them makes my mouth water. The service provided is outstanding. I highly recommend their 100% beef burgers. Enjoy your meal!

Very poor service by the manager and some unnamed lady i called in for delivery and the manager was on the other side of the phone he took my order and he didnt take my address and i said to him that dont you want to take my address he ignored it and just asked for my name and number and he goes “it will be about 15 to 20 mintues” he didnt mention anything about that collection 1 hour later i called in asking for my order and some lady was at the other side of the phone i asked her its been 1 hour she asked for my delivery address and she goes “the delivery drivers out with your order and should be there with you in 5 to 10 minutes” then 20 mins later i called in asking where is my order and there blaming it on me that i didnt say it needs to be delivery when i clearly said “don't you wanna take my address” very poor service by rios today even tho they never let us down before but this time they sadly have.

Great Taste. Top Quality. Service overall okay but had to ask two times for tissue and straws. Their special Rio drink is a must try. Milkshake was good. Burger was also great.

Mixed the spices up! Labelled as lemon and herb but was very spicy, the hot was fine but the Mild and Lemon and Herb was mixed up in opposite boxes.

Burger was dry at no point was it mentioned there was no salad in it or mayo. Staff seemed to have a chip on there shoulder, never again. Better off with a morrisons meal deal. Shame.

Been multiple times to this shop food is always amazing can never fault it, yet recently my last few visits the staff were very loud and noisy shouting at one another using profanity. Although the shop is great when it comes to food quality the staff let it down sometimes should maintain a professional standard and have your conversations a bit quietly and certainly without shouting and swearing at one another

The rice is soft, the chicken is juicy, succulent and full of flavour, the sauce and wings are out of this world and the buns are the softest thing you'll ever try.

Several visits now , nothing to report, pleasant service. Late evening it may run out of some of the menu items but that's offer and demand after all. Fancy soda drinks compared to other similar food outlets.

Food was great, atmosphere overall good as well as always, however this time round the young lady on the tills today looked moody and off, no thank you when taking order, don’t know if she was going more red while giving my order or she just had too much blusher but anyhow food given without any utensils. just had some sort of off attitude with her and looked really unapproachable the way she gives the food and communicates overall. But I won’t discredit the shop as there is another lady with scarf and rest of the staff who are great!

Food was very mediocre. They just throw a bunch of spice in and hope for the best. Prices are also insanely high, £6.99 for a chicken and rice box is daylight robbery. Personally, I've tried it twice and don't think I'll be going again.
