OK Diner in South Kesteven

Made a nice change something different, Diner themed restaurant, with nice meals and drinks, very tasty and great inside.

Glad we stopped here, nice friendly welcome. Food was great, good old American diner and the deco is a true 50's feel Would definitely stop again at an Ok diner only they are better than Ok ...

I regularly visit OK Diners from Oswestry to Stamford to Newark and Hartlepool. In the last year or so, the quality of food has reduced massively. Prices have increased yet quality has fallen and the tokens are freezing. They have turned the heating off at all branches. I was in Derby last week and Stamford and Newark the two weeks before. The time taken to be served is ridiculously slow. Top up of coffee is slow. I have to frequently look around to make eye contact in order to get a top up. Some waitresses look at you with disdain at the sheer audacity I have to ask for a refill even though that’s what I’m paying for. The top ups of tea and coffee that are lacking fuel my frustrations on the whole. Please be on it with topping up coffee. And some of the staff need to smile and remember that their job is to make customers feel welcome. Not to walk around looking like they’re chewing on wasps!

We’ve been here before and weren’t impressed, but thought we would give it another go - wish we hadn’t. 2 pots of tea and cups arrived (no saucers), and the tea pot leaked all over the table. Ordered food, and they gave some of it to another table - sorry said multiple times, and they re-cooked our chicken wings. We could smell toast burning and watched food sitting under the lamp for ages. The main meal a BLT arrived, fries eaten and then 1 bite out of the BLT and it tasted burnt- checked and toast black as black with a half attempt to disguise it. We complained and sent it back and they offered to re-cook the meal with more sorry’s - we didn’t have time - having already waited for other food to be re-cooked. Then we went to pay and they refused to remove the meal we had returned as inedible from the bill. According to the guy in black the chef said it was acceptable, but they were not permitted to taste it so how would they know. This would be the same chef I watched eating food with his fingers whilst cooking and then not washing his hands. I stood my ground and said I’m not paying for it and I didn’t - even suggesting if they weren’t happy to call the police! We’ve given you a couple of tries now, but won’t be back. We’ve eaten at many other OK diners, and sadly this is the very worst!

Went here with my wife and son on Saturday 16th December for a breakfast. Was a great experience from the very start, quickly welcomed upon our arrival and shown swiftly to our table and as soon as we where seated asked if we knew what we was drinking or if we needed more time (which I loved) because we always are keen to get our drinks asap. Why wife is in to all these mad teas and asked what different teas they had, to what Jez (I believe this was his name) disappeared for a brief second quickly reappearing with what can only be discribed as a small treasure chest of the funkiest selection for tea lovers (I only wish my wife looked at me the way in which she looked at the selection of tea). We all had breakfasts which was served to us very quickly and was a good breakfast and gave us all full bellies with perfect start to the day. For a little diner of the A1 I have nothing but praise for the service we where given as you really do struggle to eat out where you feel you can relax and have a little joke with the staff, and Jez was just a bubble of fun and you could clearly see has a passion for what he does and takes great pride in his work. We all look forward to visiting again soon 🙂

I had the tuna melt which consists of 3 slices of grannery toast, ok, layered with lettuce tomato, a greasy onion ring, & the miniscule of tuna & cheese, & scrappy fries, gone down hill, oh & the coffee was small & Luke warm.

We come here for a treat and are never dissatisfied. The milkshakes are a family favourite and food is always great! Staff are very friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere.

I not sure how a roadside Cafe would ever qualify as ‘excellent’ but I thoroughly enjoyed my second visit to this branch, travelling home from family in Lincoln to the south coast and don’t recognise it as the same branch described in some of the previous reviews. Some comments could be directed at the OK Diner northbound, but definitely not this one. We were greeted promptly and professionally, sat at a nice clean table and our server came within a couple of minutes for a drinks order whilst allowing us more time to select our breakfasts. The service throughout was attentive and friendly, whilst a good rapport was enjoyed. The food was good and the coffee, a black Americano, was excellent. In fact I had occasion to tell the manager just how good I thought it was and compared it with the not very good offering at the nearby northbound Diner which is really silly given they presumably have exactly the same beans and machine. I maintain perhaps the barista looks after their coffee machine better and with good training! My visit to the toilet was again nothing like some of those described in earlier reviews, clean, fresh and pleasant to use. There was, to me, clear evidence of active management, motivated staff and a good atmosphere in a restaurant that was more than half full at 11.00. It’s a shame it’s situated within the first 40 miles of a 250 mile journey but my wife and I will definitely visit again

One of the waiting staff (wearing a black shirt as opposed to the red uniform) was chewing gum with her mouth open. Not a good impression really…..

I wouldn’t say I expect much when I eat somewhere on the side of a motorway but blimey the state of the OK diner near colsterworth was in a different league for anywhere selling food to the public. The whole place literally turned my stomach. There were leftover staff meals and drinks piled on the tables near the counter, looked like they had been their for hours. Our actual plates were filthy, greasy looking around the edges and mucky hand prints. The floors, toilets and doors I literally did not want to even walk on or touch 🤢 do they not have actual cleaners there? Service was lacking as well unfortunately, I know they have a lot to do but I had to constantly ask for things, try to catch their attention, for our plates to be taken etc and most of the time they weren’t even around to ask. The kitchen sides, floors and kitchen area when I went up was filthy, rubbish and bits of food everywhere. I assume the manager is maybe off or none existent. When we left all the staff were sat round the back of the diner talking to people who had pulled up in cars.. Such a shame as I do prefer their burgers 😢

Great food at the OK Diner. Chilli cheese burger is just unbeatable. Service was very good here. We always stop by on way south and look forward to lunch here. Love it!

Pop in the OK Diner on a fairly regular basis, nice food that is good value for money these days, always made to feel welcome by all the staff especially No5, the chef who may even be the manager is running a good roadside restaurant, only complaint i could make is some of the negative reviews people put, try it yourself and see Wednesday is a good day to go as they have specials, could do with more of these around the country, and remember join the OK club and get a discount each time you visit, keep it up gang your doing well

I go to this dinner regularly as I only eat burgers when out and there's are by far the nicest I have ever had, the waitresses have a amazing sence of humour are always happy and friendly I often wonder if the cook/ manger is aware he looks suspiciously like Captain Haddock from Tintin, I checked out other reviews before going and decided to disregard every single one because people with axes to grind often don't speak the truth just drastically embellished lies based on isolated experiences. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chilled and welcoming environment to eat, I will most definitely be going back, thank you to the staff for the hard work they put in☺️.

Well placed on the side of the A1 this diner offers something for everyone and is an ideal place to stop whilst travelling. The service is good, the food tasty but the prices are not cheap. No free refills on the coffee anymore but we keep going back !! There is a varied menu with sweet and savoury options

Visited on Saturday, always leave my tomato until last and it was mouldy. Complained to the server, server came back with the bill. I asked for the tomato to be taken off of the bill. She said the manager said it was just a bit green. I know mouldy food when I see it.

We popped in with friends for a quick lunch. They'd not visited an Ok Diner before. The place was busy and we had to wait for service as not many staff were on duty. The menu hadn't changed and contained the usual roadside grill stuff....

Waitresses were polite and friendly but something is very here, ordered a ribs and main combo but only chicken wings came out, how that happens I don't know. Table walked out next to us.

As a kid. I wanted to stop here, but as an adult with a HGV I’ve never had the space to park up, today I was solo (without my trailer) and I’m glad I did, the food tasted fresh, staff are attentive and pleasant

Like roadside diners used to be. these type of places used to everywhere as a child, so glad to find this place by accident.

Stopped off whilst travelling south. Burgers all round. Tasty fresh, hot and quickly served. Side salad was nice. Enjoyed the rasberry ripple milk shake. We were too full to try a desert. Service was good. Cafe and toilets were clean. Enjoyed it.

Stopped here on route back home down the A1. As it's an American diner I was initially concerned that my choice of vegan options may be limited to one or even none. However, I was totally wrong! They have a separate veggie and vegan menu...

Our waitress, Shenise was superb and handled the many and various changes to our orders without any problems whilst being very helpful and cheerful.My order of potato hash was piping hot and the eggs were cooked just right, very runny. The pulled brisket tasted great. The other orders included burgers and a chicken burger. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by their food.The service and food were very good on our visit and the loos were clean, which is always a good sign.

40 mins for food, order came wrong no drinks after 50 mins. I'll stick to the Newark restaurant. Truly awful. The only saving grace was the lady how came out of the kitchen and sorted it all out.

We've been to several OK Diners over the years and they have all been fantastic. Really authentic diners, great staff and great food and extremely good value for money. Today's visit was no exception. Great job to all the OK Diner teams!

We visited today and I’m appalled by the service. We waited about 45 minutes for our food! Even the drinks took about 20 minutes. People were leaving but the tables weren’t getting cleared so we were surrounded by dirty plates and tables while sat.My husband had a bottomless drink but only got 2 drinks as no one came. When we were ready to leave we had to ask for the bill twice and after about 15 minutes it came. Everything was so slow, it was an awful experience.

Stopped here for lunch. It's a nice change from motorway services and it was very nicely done. Place is clean and has a proper American diner feel.Staff were friendly and efficient.The menu is large with lots of choices though I couldn't see any desserts (unless there was a separate menu).I had a cheeseburger which was average. My husband's beanburger was average too.Would stop here again because it's a pleasant stopping place but food is pretty mediocre.

We stopped on the way down to Kent and as usual had a great meal, three of us had the milk shakes which were yummy, I had the chilli, two had the breakfasts (one All Day and one Big One) and one had something else from the menu, all of us enjoyed our food and found the staff to be friendly and polite. We stop here on average once a month and are never disappointed.

The only thing good about this visit was the food. The food was nice. Waiting an hour to be served, our food sat on the side for almost 10 minutes before they brought it to us we had to tell them it was there. Then when we did receive it, only half the order arrived we had finished our mains before our starter had even arrived. Wouldn't go again to this diner. Another one yes. Like I said the food was lovely.

Stopped here on for a late lunch, burgers and fries... We waited no longer than ten minutes to be served, which is good under the current Covid restrictions. Our meal was well cooked, and tasty (the fries especially so). We asked for the Air-con to be turned off, and this was done right away without fuss.Plenty of parking.

Visited en route to another place. Food was average. Younger staff were friendly. Our waiting staff were attentive. The only complaint was bottomless tea…. Teapot was re-filled with water but not a fresh teabag!

Ate here on Sunday , all ok but the chicken, Place is very clean and staff attentive but the food average at best.

Had a lovely evening meal here, nice quick service, unlimited drinks, hot, fresh food. Couldn't fault it. Very clean and well attended.

I always stop off here on my way to London. Generally good food and good service. Since they've re-opened after the covid restrictions, the prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. My chilli burger had 4 bones in it, plenty of red beans but not much chilli. Regarding the covid rules, my wife and I had to sit next to each other rather than facing because there were two men in the next booth. This was despite other tables being available but not yet cleaned. The waiter was polite enough but it didn't make us feel very welcome. I just hope they return to quality meat and get a cook that doesn't serve short meals.

Good food (portions were substantial!), good service - don't be deceived by the exterior, this is a good spot for lunch.

Okay so this is the first time I’ve been to this particular OK Diner and it will be the last. The food is poor quality, I had the big breakfast. Poorly cooked bacon and very cheap sausages. My boyfriend had the chicken and waffles and it’s a good job he added eggs coz the portion size was tiny. A single waffle with 1 piece of chicken on it. The biggest insult was for a double espresso they charge you twice the price of a single. Normally it’s 20-50p more so a double espresso will set you back £4.10 here which is just obscene and it’s not very good. Staff were friendly but the place was just a little grubby and the food was really poor for the price.

Visisted here after missing the Blyth services turnoff. Also this is my first review since October so a bit rusty.Had a really nice late lunch here last week.The service was good - all restrictions in place.My husband had the cajun scampi which he said was tasty.I had the loaded vegetarian bagel - it was very good too except the bagel was like a rock - I ate most of it because I was hungry. Thats why I have knocked a star off.I would recommend OK Diner

We stopped off at this restaurant purely by chance. This was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, fries were cracking too. Lovely place, friendly staff & fabulous food. I shall be stopping again whenever I’m passing.

Just stopped at the OK Diner A1 southbound at Grantham. Very rarely write reviews, but the food (1 all-day breakfast and 1 vegetarian all-day breakfast) was excellent. Service was also brilliant. Would definitely eat here again.

I visited the above, by chance, a couple of months ago.The food & service was so good that I went back two weeks later.However I was there on Saturday and it was like chalk & cheese.So very disappointing that I will not be going back again.I recommend “AVOID”.

Good service don’t get me wrong but the cutlery put me off my food... before I even got itconsidering what’s going on in the world at the minute surely your staff should be polishing the cutlery as well as washing it. Polishing it guarantees it’s clean..... not looking dirty with specks of old food on it.

Extensive menu everything great friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere well worth a visit. Good fun place.

Came in for a quick bite on our way down south and all I can say is a massive thank you to our waiter. He was the only one on the floor, rushed off his feet (with a few rude customers in) and was nothing but accommodating and friendly! (5.30pm 20/08/20) I’m only writing this as staff like this really deserve some recognition! Thanks again

Just made a special trip to OK Diner where we were told that we had to wait 5 minutes due to social distancing. We were happy to wait, but then were told to wait outside and the manager would text us. Seems a bit odd - then the heavens opened with the heaviest rain I’ve experienced in a long while, and we stood and watched as two visitors made their way in and were seated within minutes. I then went in and asked how long it would be & if we could stand to the side somewhere as it was chucking it down. He asked “how many” as if we hadn’t just been inside 10 minutes previous, then when I said myself + 2 the clearly incompetent manager asked me to clarify how many in total, with a hell of an attitude. We were refused to wait inside and then told 20-25 minutes wait time. An absolute disgrace. If I could rate 0, I would.

We gave our number and we were asked to wait in our car and they would text us when they had a table available. 45 minutes later, another family who came after us got called to go in (they only waited in their car about 10 mins) so I decided to go in and ask what happened? He told me that he text us but I said he didn’t and showed him my phone with no texts. This other family who was after us were also complaining as they were waiting a while. The manager then told us to go outside and he would sort it out. He then came back out and said he would seat the other family, bare in mind this was a table of 4 and we were a table of 2. He then told us he couldn’t seat us, I asked why and he said the table has been taken and he text us but we didn’t go in but I showed him my phone again with no texts. Fair enough he might have wrote down my number wrong but why should he allow the other family in? I left before I could say anything else because I was getting very angry at this point. This place needs a better system!! Not good!! I won’t be coming back here ever again. The manager needs training in better customer service!

My family and I arrived at the restaurant earlier tonight and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful (Angela was really nice).We didn’t wait long for the food to arrive and it was really really good.From a COVID-19 perspective, the restaurant was really clean and there was effective spacing between tables.Recommended! :-)

We arrived and were seated before the incompetent waitress asked us to wait in the car park for 45mins because she’d seated us having not checked if we were the group she had texted to allow in during the COVID pandemic. There was no signage saying we needed to leave a name and number to wait to be allowed in and she marched us out with little apology. Not worth the 20min trip up the A1 to not be fed

Very safe on arrival. Staff welcomed, and directed to hand sanitizer before being seated (noticed they wiped the door handles down immediately too). Very spaced out seats, lots of furniture removed too rather than taped off.Booth had been recently cleaned, and the waitress kept distance when talking. Clean menu was provided.Great food as always, quick efficient service.

Called for an early tea. It was very quiet, super clean & greeted by Dan.Refillable pop & coffee, 2 large breakfasts plus military discount £18.23. Easy parking. He was the only server but he kept checking we were ok when it suddenly got busier. Would visit again, we normally use the Newark branch. No complaints from us.

My husband,dad and me visited here a few days ago as I had had a couple of bits of bad news as we were on the way to visiting familyWe stopped for an all day breakfast which was just what we all wanted.the food was ,hot ,well presented &,tasty at a good price.The service was excellent,we were looked after by a very nice man called Dan,so thank you very much to him.i was a bit cold when we walked in & he asked if I would like the heating up a bit,for which I was very grateful.Thank u again to all the staff for being friendly, helpful & looking after us

Stopped here for breakfast this Thursday and wished we hadn't botheredThe main complaint relates to a bowl of porridge !! First attempt the porridge was only luke warm, came with a very small side of strawberries, no sign of any staff so my Wife took both back to the counter, they reluctantly said they would do her another one When it came out it was a much smaller portion and my Wife had to request the strawberries that went with it, t looked so unappetizing my Wife said she could not eat it, we attracted the attention of the duty manager KYM, she tried to ARGUE that there was not a problem and walked away, customer relations skill below ZEROPriced at £3.00 this is a complete rip-offIf an establishment is not capable of serving a bowl of porridge after two attempts then they do not deserve to be trading.I had the all day breakfast which I would class as average, baked beans were served almost cold.We had to go to the till to pay, I asked if the manager was on site, yes but dealing with something else out the back, as soon as I asked for his name he immediately appeared to speak with me.He knocked the porridge off the bill and a further discount off the food, this is of little compensation to us, my Wife only wanted a bowl of porridge for her breakfast, surely not to much to ask ?Go here if you must but you have been warned

First off I was struck by the greasy sticky table which looked clean but wasn’t . Needed a good blitz with some cleaning spray. So, keeping my arms off the table to prevent my sleeves sticking to it, i ordered the nachos with cheese and my partner the Loaded Breakfast Bagel. These came quickly but there were only 2 other people in on this Sunday at 2.30pm My partner’s food was ok and his bacon & eggs were goodMy nachos were covered in bright orange gunk which i have to say I’ve never seen anything like but my partner said it was spray cheese ...repellent synthetic goo. Why can they not use grated cheese and microwave for 10 seconds? The guacamole was ok but the tomato relish was not a million miles from being some cheap ketchup with a few bits of onion in. Basically a sugary lumpy goo. I picked over the nachos and ate the ones with none of the liquid orange plastic on . Staff ok, coffee ok (American style ie basic) My recommendation: stick to the breakfasts and only eat on the northbound side of the A1, where I’ve had better experiences...

A trip on the A1 is not complete without a stop at the OK diner. Breakfast all day is a pleasure if your missing any kind of unique breakfast. Always a treat!

I'd much rather stop at an OK diner than anywhere else on the a1. It's good to be able sit down properly and the food is nice. The children's menu is really good. I had a california chicken wrap which was really nice. Lovely guacamole. One little criticism is they stopped doing free refills on lattes which I think would be Ok except the cups are really small and expensive about £2.75ish. So either the drinks should be bigger or cheaper or have free refills.

Went here today and there was a handful of people in there. The chef cooked my food and left it under the hot light for about 10 mins and kept shouting service but no staff were to be seen. After a while someone came from out the back but decided to just take money from other customers and kept walking past my food sitting under the bulb. When she decided to bring the food over it was stone cold and i said to forget it. A rude women who said she was too busy took the food off my bill but still charged me £5.10 for 2 drinks. I would guess the 6 customers for 2 staff was too much of a rush for them to cope with at once. Totaly overpriced crap

We were travelling down to the airport and needed food so decided on this tries and trusted place. It was late on in the evening but had a steady flow of custom through the door during our visit. The service was quick and friendly and the food delicious as always. We both had mains and desserts and free refills on coffee - whats not to like

Such a shame that two diners with the same brand could be so different. Compared to North bound diner this one was dirty and dusty. The waitress who served us gave us the impression of not wanting to be there . Food was not all that! Chips and milkshakes were alright. When will I visit again? Probably not.

Works well - chicken and blue cheese salad for me and burgers for kids - great value and quirky. Friendly staff....

Having been to another OK Diner previously and enjoyed it greatly I was most cheerful at coming across this one on a recent trip. Sadly, my cheer turned to disappointment as soon as our burgers arrived. Both were dry and overcooked but being in a rush I decided not to complain as there was a discount offer on the burgers anyway. My son wanted a dessert and had the Smores Sandwich which he enjoyed and so I considered the visit to have been a 3 out of 5 average experience....until I received the bill.

Called in on way south. Never tried this chain diner before and nearly missed this one as it's set back from the road and on the day we visited a great big lorry and trailer was parked in front.

Stopped here on our way home on a very busy Saturday night. The place was really busy.

We were served quickly and efficiently by Kym. Only wanted a refreshing fresh banana shake and that's exactly what we got. Totally delicious and great value.

My husband & I visited on Friday 27th September at approximately 10.30am we were served by Luke - his customer service was excellent & I’m sure he will be a credit to your Company. Luke & the Manager both checked that our food & drinks were ok & they couldn’t do enough for us. My husband had a bacon sarnie & I had pancakes, both servings were perfect.

Popped in on a long drive with family and it was like a breath fresh air from our last visits at at beginning of the year which wasn’t so great shall we say. Young girl who served us nothing was to much trouble although it was very busy. She interacted with the kids and let the order there own food which was brilliant made them feel apart of the meal instead of me doing for them. When food arrived it was amazing again. The burgers tasted like they were home made and were so filling. And the kids loved there’s too

This place would be great if the female staff would get off their bottoms and think about offering a bit of customer service. So disappointed as it was a long drive and we wanted an ‘American’ treat as we love visiting there, but it’s empty inside and just not quality, needs a new manager or something :-(

Called in for breakfast. Waitress was great and very professional in the way she handled our complaint about seriously undercooked eggs. The female chef was awful. We sat listening to her discussing her personal life right across the room. She was more interested in chatting than cooking our food. I have always loved ok diners but will not be returning.

Stopped for breakfast en-route to Stanstead airport. Thousand times better than over-paying for the slop you get served at airports. Very good food and excellent service.

Terrible customer service, the food was a very low standard and when asked how the food was (20 minutes after finishing) I mentioned it wasn’t great but just got ignored and she took the plates away without asking why, will definitely not be returning!!

Having been in Cheadle, travelling back to Cambridge.

Needed a late supper after an evening working..they're open till 10pm and we cruised in at about 9pm, getting a warm welcome. They were fairly quiet but had one large group in and a couple of other tables occupied. Drinks orders taken and brought out swiftly, and not too long a wait for burgers, which were very good. Bit fussy about beef burgers, so had the Mexican chicken, very tasty! Husband liked his black and blue burger. Free refill of his cappuccino was brought promptly. as well as the burgers, diner standards and pancakes etc there were also a few specials which sounded nice. Loos are nice and clean but the lock on one cubicle was broken. A good place to stop for a filling meal or a snack on the A1.

This is a brutally honest review.

We popped in for a milkshake treat following a Uni move...and were not disappointed! Service was brisk, just how we like it, the shake was stone-cold and huge (just how we like it). Great thanks ....

It was OK but looked far tastier than it was, cheap enough for a quickish fill up. Pancakes with maple (flavoured) syrup where a bit rubbery, perhaps reheated rather than freshly made? The French toast was also a bit soggy, not crisp and crunchy as is usual.

Just got two amazing burgers really fast from the ok diner southbound on the A1. Stuff where super friendly and fired the grill back up to feed us. Was a really nice fun and casual atmosphere as the stuff closed up. Thank you so much for the great service and really really good burgers.

We arrived to a small que despite multiple empty tables, staff seemed harassed upon arrival we was seated pretty quickly, food arrived and was well presented and tasty, took a long time to get attention to order refill drinks but overall a ok visit

First time here. Very impressed. About as authentic American diner as I guess you'd find in the UK. Had superb burger and milk shake to die for. Service with a smile. Great team.

Lovely breakfast , just the job after travelling a long way. Reasonably priced. Menu quite extensive. Relaxing.

Food good, service sharp. Staff pleasant. Not bad value especially with the unlimited coffee top up. Will be going again on our regular trips up the A1

We were on our way back home after a few days away, and as we were passing at around lunch time, we thought we'd pop in!

Driving from Lake District to Essex, we had already covered like 200 miles and desperate for food that wasn’t from a service station..... if only we knew!

Whenever I have to drive down the A1 through Lincolnshire, I always try and time it so I can stop at this diner on the way down! I have been several times before, and food and service have always been excellent.

Check this place out. The door works fine and I found it really easy to distinguish the difference between a salt shaker and a sugar dispenser; these guys know there stuff. Excellent burger and nice coffee, definitely better than the other big king of burger joints :)

Nothing special, if you like KRC / McDonalds you'll like this. My children like it, but then they like a plate full of golden deep fried stuff.

Outstanding food, great service, clean and fresh and the top dollar milkshakes are indeed top dollar quality. Very well priced too.

Stopped here on our way home. It wasn’t very busy as it was 8pm at night. (They close at 10pm) Food arrived quickly. It was average to be expected for motorway food. Staff were ok but a bit lax in asking if everything was ok or we needed anything else.

Came here with friends, I must say the the food was not good as I thought it was. My food came and the chips was cold, so they took it Back and gave a new one. I Ordered ribs and chicken combo the ribs had. No meat in it. We also ordered nachos with cheese and I thought it would be warm and melted cheese on it, but. Instead we got a cheese sauce instead then melted cheese.

We had coffee and tea cake each. The tea cake was of high quality - delicious, full of fruit and toasted to perfection. Butter was at room temperature, served in a small pot and NOT freezing cold and unspreadable.
