The best restaurants serving American food in England

Food was not toasted as described, neither of the sandwiches had cheese either.

The food was very good and the restaurant clean. The service was very gentle and nice and the white man with brown hair and a beautiful beard saved me from a homeless man. Great service!!!

The way I have just been spoken to by not 1, but 2 of the staff is absolutely disgusting and I will not be returning. 1 individual in particular, Lilly. After standing and waiting for 15 minutes at the bar to pay for my food, all 5 members of staff (besides the manager) came tottering out of the kitchen to which I said "ive been waiting here for 15 minutes can I pay", she began to shout at me whilst in the restaurant, telling me the had an issue in the kitchen that they were sorting, even though the manager had asked them twice to come and and help. After speaking to me like a peice of dirt, I asked "excuse me who are you talking to like that?" Which she responded "you, im staff and you need to respect me, I was busy sorting stuff that has nothing to do with you". I asked her "whats your name?" As her name badge was covered, she looked me up and down and turned away. I then asked one of the other members of staff "whats her name?" And she said "sorry im not allowed to share that information with you". I asked who the manager was, she pointed to the man who was quite clearly very stressed with the staff team and their level of incompetence. I asked "whats her name?" In which he told me "lilly". What is concerning to me is how she so comfortably spoke to a customer like this with absolutely 0 repercussions. It is disgusted.

Couldn't fault a thing 😊 staff, food and drinks all great, and at a reasonable price. Toilets were immaculate, as was the restaurant. 👍. Wish this was the beefeater closer to us ours at Frome isn't good.

Popped in out of the rain but ended up having coffee and food. Full American for me and the pancakes for the missus Service great and friendly food lovely. Our dog was very welcome as well so bonus

Really friendly staff and efficient service. I'd happily go back. You can use taste card which is great every day except Saturdays. Drinks are OK, a little overpriced though. Food was nice.

Decided to go to TGI’s after a trip to the cinema. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was really good quality and very tasty. Loved the new cocktails which were very reasonably priced at £6 The 2 course for £22 is very good value as well. Cristina was a lovely server and we received our food and drinks quickly.

Increíbles hamburguesas Halal y los mejores batidos de Pina Colada! Las mejores hamburguesas de Londres estaban bajas, lástima que esté cerrada. Sin duda apoyaría este lugar si reabre.

Our server was lovely but the overall experience was very bad. They hadn't turned the taps on in the bathroom so I couldn't wash my hands and had to find someone to activate them. The front doors were left wide open so the entire restaurant was freezing. Our nachos came out ice cold and I had to send my mac and cheese back as it tasted terrible. I don't normally do that or write bad reviews but this was an exception.

Absolutely delicious meal out as a couple, I had the fillet steak and my partner had the chilli, lovely food and brilliant service. We was put off by the bad reviews but decided to go anyway and I am so glad we did. Will definitely be booking for next time. Thank you x

No volveremos. Quería algo especial para terminar un día fabuloso en Yorkshire Wildlife Park y reservé este pensamiento una experiencia inusual. Las instalaciones tenían el factor sorpresa inicial a medida que entras, pero una vez que lo has visto, se trata de todo en un ciclo para que puedas predecir lo que sucede a continuación (rugidos de dinosaurios, girar la cabeza parlante, proyector en la pared). Nuestro saludo a la puerta fue bueno y me gusta cómo interactuó con mi hijo menor. La camarera era muy amable y servicial después de mi queja. Lo que nos decepcionó principalmente fue la comida y el servicio por un individuo. Los niños macarrones con queso se veían horribles, tan sosos. ¿Mis anillos de cebolla mayores faltaban cuando se entregó la comida y después de desafiar me dijeron que no eran parte de la comida, pero nos los leyeron en el momento de ordenar? Cuando llegaron estaban llenos de grasa mientras ella los mordía. Mi comida estaba fría, tanto pinchos de pollo como aros de cebolla. Las brochetas también tienen algún tipo de textura gelatinosa alrededor del pollo que era extraña. ¿Tal vez demasiado adobo? El camarero que entregó la comida fue grosero y aunque mi comida estaba descontada de la cuenta, toda la vibra se había estropeado. No queríamos quedarnos a tomar un helado. Nuestro vaso estaba sucio y las latas para abrir agua con gas eran raras. También se fue plano rápido. Dados los precios, ¿creerías que la atención a los detalles estaría ahí? Comida caliente, bien presentada incluso una guarnición floreciente por lo que podría verse mejor. Muy decepcionado

Alex proporcionó un servicio increíble a nuestro grupo. Sin duda volveré aquí para el desayuno, almuerzo o cena. Le daré a este lugar una calificación de 10/10.

Food was 10/10. Could see the staff were so busy yet so attentive to everyone, special credit to Izzy who served us, she was brilliant. Thankyou to the chefs Gabs, Rachel and Lucy for making the food amazing too! We will be back 100%
