The food here is very tasty. The steaks can either be cooked medium or rare and you get two servings of your plate. The restaurant is very fast paced as it is very crowded and very busy. There is a line, on weekends atleast, that wrap around the building and if you do not line up before opening, you will have to wait around an hour for the first batch to finish their meals. Because the place was very crowded the service was a bit slow. I asked for a knife and it took asking twice to get one. There was also no salt or sauce for my table and we were asked if it was ok to share with the table next to us.

We love TGI Friday’s. When we heard it’s gone into administration we booked a table to get our last meal here. However, it was awful. You could tell the staff had lost their jobs and they wasn’t bothered. They was more interested in talking to each other. It took them 20 minutes to seat us. Even though it was empty. When our food arrived it was cold, they forgot our cutlery and the food was basic rations compared to their usual portions. The menu had also been changed to save money. When we complained they didn’t care. So we just got up and left without paying. We then went to Pizza Hut and had a fantastic experience. Sad as we used to love eating here Even if it does survive I won’t be returning.

First the good part, we ordered on Uber eats , mainly for Shakes as were sick and tired of Shakedown not labeling shakes and messing up the orders. Delivery was surprisingly quick, order delivered in 45 mins, and I had rang them to label the shakes, which they had done :), so great service. The desserts were fantastic, Sundaes were nice, I had Pistachio pop (cheesecake, had it dipped in white choc, the pistachio choc coating), brilliant, and waffles were decent. Sizes were actually not as small as I thought so ok, though a bit pricy but to be expected at a place like this. The massive disappointment was the shakes. Taste and flavour were decent but just way too thin for modern standards, might have well a have got a cold yazoo and saved some money. Please guys do shakes properly, needs to be thick american style thats what we expect these days, far too expensive nearly £8, if you insist on them being like this charge half that price.

Can't recommend the Grill Brothers enough! Their kebabs and chicken shawarma are absolutely to die for — perfectly seasoned, tender and bursting with flavour. Every bite is a delight! Special shoutout to Ganesh, who's hands-down the kindest and most attentive customer rep I've ever met. Need good food and stellar service? They got it!

My first time at a TGI Friday, and my first time eating out at Speke Retail. Won't be doing either again after this visit. I came in with my mum and daughter on a Sunday afternoon after trying Zizzi's and getting told they were closing down due to lack of customers and barely had any ingredients. TGI's similarly had very few people dining despite a busy shopping park outside. The atmosphere inside was was grim. More staff than customers, and we still got poor service with long waits on our drinks and food. Rather than once checking on us, the management where running around having loud, obnoxious conversations with each other and some of the customers about operational issues affecting the business. Really bizarre. Then the food. Shockingly bad value for money. £20 for a bog standard burger and chips. £7 for a side of onion rings. None of it was that good either. Really average. These restaurants are under a lot of pressure due to overheads and inflation, I get it. But nobody is eating in them because they're just too expensive for what they are.

Had an incredible experience on my first visit. Both Rudi and Mihela assisted with such great smiles and service as I’m usually incredibly indecisive with my order. They and the cooks should be treat as absolute assets to the company. 100% coming back.

Ruchi is the best Indian takeaway in Blackpool and my husband and I order from Ruchi about once a week. My husband says his Korma is the best he's ever had and enough for 2 meals when extra chicken is added. My shashlik chicken is sublime, usually have this but sometimes lazeer, also delicious. Consistently superb and very good value for money.

Very patient staff 🙂 It took me ages to decide what to have! Ended up with juicy BBQ sauce chicken wings and a medium pizza, which is actually large in comparison to most other places, pepperoni, peppers sweetcorn and mushroom. The sauce is lovely and rich 🙂 The dough is delicious! Crispy and fluffy inside. Yum and thanks very much 🙂
