Subway in Shepway

I have been here twice in the last week (unhealthy I know ) but I must say I normally came between 08:30 to 8:45 and it was always nice, clean and the staff are all polite and do their job .

Thought a subway lunch would be a healthy start to my day but upon entering the place all the tables were dirty and there was rubbish everywhere. For the most part staff were friendly, except a male named dillip who questioned my sandwich choices and then refused to make it?! i asked him why and he refused to serve me. I decided it best to find another place to eat but overheard on the way out that as a plus size woman i didn’t need the extra carbs, i was mortified!

My kids like eating here, and although they can take a long time procrastinating and changing what they want to eat. The staff are nothing but lovely & patient, good manners too, all of em. Also ALOT cleaner compared to when the previous staff were there.

I called in for lunch today and my order was taken politely and efficiently. The meal, a long roll was prepared well and tasted good. The view out of the front window is not good, but that aside an enjoyable experience.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who took my order. He took me through a process of choosing the type of sandwich I would desire. The sandwich Was made to perfection. Throughout my visit to this particular subway I was able to witness this member of staff going above and beyond to help a gentleman who clearly struggled with some tasks, which others don't find challenging. The member of staff helped this customer by reassuring him that he will do the best he can to make sure this customer can enjoy his experience. I couldn't praise him enough for his devotion in making every Ones experience At subway pleasurable and hassle free.

No clean tables, food and rubbish on the floor. Fizzy drinks with no Fizz just coloured flavour water. Did complain, nothing done about the drinks machine just offered another drink from the same machine....... Hubby had the steak nachos. I x packet of grab bag plan nachos with some dried up old chopped steak bits & cheese and the charge you £3.00 pretty poor value for money and no taste. I had the hot chicken pizzola, it wasn't heated enough in fact the cheese hasn't melted. Subway are usually pretty good but this branch is best left alone

Upon arrival there wasn't any clean tables or even clean seats to sit on even though there was four staff working. Sandwiches where normall subway fare.

Oregano foot long melt. Always fresh and made to order with a smile. However they have stopped doing the seafood subs which for a coastal town I feel is a big oversite

I visit subway when in town and feel like a subway sandwich. Food good, toilets available on demand and seating good and staff are fine.

Unfortunately I can't find the subway in Park Farm Retail park but we did come to this one first. We had to move onto another place as the toilets were out of order (had a baby in tow and needed the facilities). My brother REALLY wanted a subway so we drove to the Park Farm one. Staff were helpful and food was quick. Also, we know how to get a free biscuit using the survey on the back of the receipt, so food wise, fab. Annoyingly, with food and hands full we asked for a high chair to feed baby too, alas, they didn't have one (theirs was broken and they were waiting for a new one). It was just a shame. Had to eat my food quickly whilst we handed him around then rushed home. Hadn't occurred to me that I should ask for one first. Also, no changing facilities in the toilets, a disabled toilet which has more than enough room for a pull down changing table. I expected more from Subway

The Subway is close to the bus station, and can seat around 30. Moderately busy, and I decided to try this pulled pork, which I hear daily advertised on Classic FM. Basically stretched into pieces and quite tasty with the usual extras from the salad bar. This branch has a soft drink machine with a picture selection so an apple drink comes up. The pork is not supposed to be permanent, but the poster is on every window.

Quick service, clean environment, The staff were present enough, I will be visiting again. Its not expensive either.
