Subway in Shepway

Missing 2 items and one item was wrong. Is it that hard to follow a receipt? I guess so.. Won't order from here again. Delivery driver was nice though.

This used to be the best of the Subways in Folkestone, but the quality of the sasandwiches has gone downhill lately

my sandwich didn't come with any salad filling at all and had no extra cheese or sauce. I just got meat and bread this was unacceptable! I will never order again

I ordered it to the wrong address, so I thought the driver would ask the person it got sent to for the code but he clearly didn’t so I am very annoyed that I didn’t get updates or anything

Hash brown in wrap was frozen, rest of food was cold and had peppers in wrap which didn’t order

Food was out of the wrappers and boxes in the bottom on the bag.. Never ordering again

Had a drink ordered but wasn’t included. It was part of a meal deal, so I couldn’t request for a refund for it individually

Didn’t get my drink. Ordered nachos and instead received soggy cold waffle fries. Just eat didn’t even reply to complaint. Money wasted.

Was given a completely different side to what I ordered. Nasty soggy potato waffle things instead of nachos. grim.

cold, not toasted, poorly prepared/ presented wrong sauce. 2nd order that has been hugely disappointing. lesson learnt and won't be ordering again.

I've been using this Subway for years and enjoyed the food and atmosphere...it is fast food and facing a bus station. However, I have to say that the service,manners, and politeness seem to have disappeared. It's not as if the counter assistant was rushed of his feet with customers. It was seemingly all too much trouble for the staff. Additionally, sitting eating whilst listening to the assistant cough up phlegm is not conducive to a pleasant eating atmosphere. It'll be a while till I visit again.

Ordered two foot long subs and a bottle of Fanta. Order arrived on time. Fanta was replaced with Coke (ok, sometimes you sell out I understand) but the Garlic sauce is apparently discontinued? So why is it still an option when ordering?

As always something was wrong. Ordered 2 subs and a chicken wrap. Got the 2 subs (missing some requested salad) but got a beef wrap. How is it something awlays goes wrong?

Can’t give 0 on service and food !!! Subway is one of my Favourite but this outlet disappointed big time I asked vegetarian, didn’t changed gloves !!! Asked black olives , around 6 half olives and they all dumbed on one side , asked then are these olive enough for foot long ? Will i have olive on my every bite, Never ever recommend this outlet !!!

Other than the fact they got 75% of the order wrong. They had a blinder. Hopeless won't be using them again.

So delivery guy seemed sweet,thank you,if you haven’t downloaded the app yet,I highly,happily suggest to downloading it,it is safe and way much more better and easier as to when trying to order on the internet search as that is just disgraceful set up it’s so confusing,everything is so more complicated on the internet search one.I feel like the app from using it this very first time is more easier and happier and that lil bit cheaper,howeverIHaveAQueryCanWeHaveTheTipOptionForAfterFoodDelivered?

Special instructions were not listened to we asked for no tomatoes and I’m sure they put extra in there! We ordered the 12 cookies, and were given 6 macadamia nuts and no rainbow cookies without a note to say they are out of them and no mayo in one of our subs. Very disappointed

missing all items when ordered meal deal apart from the sub itself. When I called the restaurant to let them know and to get my missing items they just told me to contact Just Eat and request a refund. The guy who I spoke to obviously didn't care and couldn't be bothered. won't be ordering from Subway again. Shame because I like them.

Fanta Orange 500ml and missing Chipotle Cheesy Bites part of the meal deal. Excellent otherwise.

No issues with the delivery- however food was cold when I asked for it toasted and also there was no sauce so extremely dry. Took photo evidence and just eat only refunded half of the full amount

Order kept changing time . And by time the lovely man got here the food was freezing I ordered a toasted tuna and nachos and where as cold as they would have been before heated

this has been the second time iv ordered toasted but not come toasted. also second time ordering cheese doritos and them having to give me an alternative. would be alot better if they could update there menu when they don't have the items in.

Driver did not read instructions to our flat, and went to the WRONG Door. Please make SURE you have a DRIVER that can Read, instructions on where to deliver to.

The food is good and hot. Delivery was swift and the hand over was great

I ordered a sprite but I didn’t receive one I got the rest of the order

Food was prepared much better than the previous time and all items were correct. Fillings were evenly spread and the packaging wasn’t messy with fillings overspilt. Was very yummy and arrived on time.

Very helpful and kind staff with good food but they did send the Dairy ice cream when I ordered non-dairy, so it couldn't be eaten.

No happy what so ever did not get my food AT ALLLLLL had my kids wating who ever pick ot up . U are z pice of work so un happy not the 1st time will be the last tho and for the subway you need to take information of you drivers because it is useless if we cannot find our food

Food was ordered for delivery got changed after payment to collection from a store nowhere near me couldn’t get food collected so it was left there as rang restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do as where only doing collections

Food was really cold. The bread was stale and hard The filling had no taste to it. Ordered the pigs in blankets and they were cold too with no taste too. Poor food

The food has sweetcorn on and we are allergic to sweet corn so now we can year are meal we asked for toasted and it was freezing cold waste of money won’t be coming here again

My order was good for the most part but I did preorder for a set time hours beforehand and it wasn’t on time. Was only about 10 minutes late so not a huge deal but I chose a time. One of the subs was missing any cheese at all and I’d actually even paid to double up on the cheese, so that was a bit disappointing but other than those minor issues it was really tasty :-)

Order arrived 50minutes late. And in total it took well over an hour and a quarter to make a sandwich and deliver it to an address a mile away. To add insult to injury, I was charged 4.50 for this service, bringing the total cost of a six inch sandwich to over £11. Disgraceful!!

I’m a veteran with PTSD and I was served by a young man called Reuben while ordering my food today. He was extremely polite, respectful and professional. He made time to ask about my day and in my view this young man is a credit to Subway and the younger generation. A huge thanks to this young man for making my day….

Well I'm allergic to olives and didn't ask for olives but they added them into my sub making the whole thing inedible The nachos were cold and had a tiny bit of cheese on and no jalepons like I requested

You've delivered the wrong sandwich!

Order was late, food was cold, food all melted. The delivery driver had his Wi-Fi data off so lost connection on map and kept changing times even when my order did finally arrive. I need full refund for order and delivery charge and service charge. Food was not edible.

Comparing it with a sub I got at Southend on Sea definitely can be done much better , it had average filling.

We watched via the map that the driver did not start delivering to us as soon as it left the store. The driver was possibly doing another delivery. Our food arrived late from it leaving the store and was stone cold. If it had been delivered direct from leaving the store then it would of been hot. Very disappointed with the delivery service.
